The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the actual employment rate and job retention rate after completion of the training program the unemployed. Survival analysis was conducted by utilizing employment insurance status and subscription data over two years of 840 patients who finally completed a training course from 889 patients in response to survey about the training service quality in 2012. The finding of the study were as follows. First, the highest employment rate (36.8%) after the completion time was within three months, a period more than 50% of the trainees were employed within six months. While employment continued to occur even with the lapse of one year and two years after the completion point, the employment rate over time was found to decrease gradually. Second, the factors affecting employment rate after completing training, appeared teaching competency(-) among training service quality and potential employability(+), which low awareness of teaching capacity and high awareness potential employability increased the possibility of their employment. Third, the highest periods (each 22.0%, 22.3%) of employment loss rate were within three months and within three to six months, and more than 50% of the trainees have lost their unemployment insurance were less than 8.8 months. Fourth, the factors affecting job retention rates after employment, appeared relationship between teachers and students(+), a fellow student relationships(+) among training service quality and training satisfaction(+), which high awareness of teacher-student relationships, fellow student relationships and training satisfaction increased the possibility of their maintaining employment.

This research is aiming to develop Semiconductor equipment maintenance certification course to train qualified maintenance experts more effectively requested in related semiconductor industry. In the course of research, we adopted diverse research technique such as interview, on-spot investigation, documentary references to analyze current status of related training facilities, and forecast the population of test applicants. We analyzed similar certification course(Craftsman SMT, Industrial Engineer SMT, Craftsman Mechatronics, Industrial Enginee Mechatronics, et) as reference to set up job objectives and curriculum of semiconductor equipment maintenance certification. We conducted survey on expectations on newly created certificate, presented evaluation standard and objective of test, and preliminary writing test and demonstration test. Based on the result of various research, we were able to present training program for semiconductor equipment maintenance certification and set the assessment standard of qualification exam.
The data economy' is growing rapidly with the corona era. The quantity and quality of digital data is increasing rapidly. The domestic data industry needs a variety of data manpower, but there is still a shortage of high-quality data manpower. The data manpower in high demand is the development manpower, but the data business manpower is needed to increase the added value of the data industry. The role of a data trade manager that creates high core value among data business personnel is attracting attention. This study derives the job definition of the data trade manager, the necessary knowledge and skills, and the educational content necessary for the training course through Delphi research. In order to validate the results of the research, the study try to verifies the role of data trade managers. This study can be used as a theoretical basis for an educational model that is the basis for training data manpower, and can be used to establish a manpower training policy in the future.

The purpose of this descriptive, correlational study was to identify, describe the patterns of nursing unit culture, nursing performance, job satisfaction and turnover intention in the hospital setting, and to analyze the relationships between nursing unit culture, nursing performance, job satisfaction and turnover intention among the characteristic of the subjects The subject consisted of 223 nurses who were employed in medical & surgical units of 3 different University hospitals in Seoul. Data collection was done in November, 1996 by means of questionnaire. The instruments used for this study were the questionnaire based on the Nursing unit cultural assessment tool developed by Coeling(1993), Nursing performance scale used by Yoon(1991), Job satisfaction scale developed by Slavitt, et al.(1978) and Turnover intention scale used by Lee(1995). The data were analyzed by percentage distribution. Pearson correlation coefficient and ANOVA. The summarized results were as follows: 1. There was significant differences in the nursing unit culture between individual cultural behavior and group cultural behavior. 2. There was positive correlation between nursing unit culture, nursing performance and job satisfaction. 3. There was negative correlation between nursing unit culture and turnover intention. 4. There was significant difference in nursing performance efficiency according to the age, educational level, professional carrier in the nursing unit, in the hospital. 5. There was significant difference in turnover intention according to the age, educational level. According to these results, the following implications can be made ; 1. It needs to study on the nursing unit culture in other size hospitals and compare them to these results. 2. It is necessary to assess nursing unit culture and endeaveor good climate for the nursing organizational outcomes and prepare the training course of leadership of nurse manager. 3. In nursing administration, there should be an emphasis on assessment of staff nurses' cultural behavior in case of nurses' orientation, allocation, recruitment, continuning education, so that staff nurses' performance and job satisfaction will be increased and trunover intention will be decreased.

In this paper, we propose an effective software education program to promote employment of the disabled and verify the effectiveness of SW education through pilot operation. In this SW education program, we develop a SW curriculum consisting of the basic course, Unity programming course, and the advanced course, AR/VR digital content development course. The SW education achievement standard develops the basic and advanced course achievement standards in consideration of the level of the virtual reality content production job of the National Competency Standards(NCS) and the SW education achievement standards of youth with visual, hearing, and physical disabilities. SW education materials are developed on a project basis so that one AR/VR digital content can be implemented step by step according to the intellectual level of the disabled based on Unity. SW education pilot training is conducted as online education based on Blended Learning due to COVID-19. In order to derive the SW education effect and each learner's individual SW education academic achievement for the SW education pilot training, a survey is conducted on learners, and the results are analyzed. In the basic course, 77.3% of learners achieved academic achievement above excellent(80-90), and in the advanced course, 48.8% of learners achieved academic achievement above excellent(80-90). These results verify that the SW education program for the disabled developed in this paper is effective in activating employment for the disabled.

In this study, for a proposal of job-based IMDG code expert training model, the training cases of other countries were analyzed comparatively and a questionnaire-survey was conducted to find the needs of workers. As results of comparative analysis, various curriculums were operated by jobs of workers in USA and by kinds of dangerous goods or vehicles in UK, but a common curriculum was provided for various jobs of workers in Korea. It was analyzed that current domestic curriculum is not efficient, and the respondents demand expansion of training including provision of information via web-site as results of questionnaire survey. Therefore, in conclusion, after the shore workers were classified into three groups(on-site worker, office worker, & carrying worker), the customized training program of each group was suggested. Furthermore, this study proposed the regional operation of training course to meet regional demand on education including establishment of on-line curriculums.

The 4th industrial revolution refers to the transition to a knowledge society in which the production speed of knowledge is fast and the proportion of the knowledge industry is greatly increased. The reorganization of the industrial structure and the change of occupations and jobs due to new technologies are bringing about changes in education, and the development of digital technology has made education that is borderless, individual and dynamic, becoming the new standard of education. With these changes, interest in nano-degrees on new technologies or micro-degrees focused on core courses rather than regular course degrees is increasing. As a representative example, Udacity in the United States has opened and operated online nanodegree courses related to jobs, and collaborates with major companies to develop and educate core training courses necessary for companies, thereby efficiently supporting companies in securing talent. With the revitalization of online vocational and job training, an environment has been prepared in which individuals can set goals for vocational competency development and continue their portfolio-based sustainable learning. However, for effective vocational education, automated and personalized educational content design should be preceded. The purpose of this study is to strengthen librarian's capacity by developing curriculum and training system for fostering '(tentative name)Librarians Specialized in Reading Healing' as a field of professional librarians. For this purpose, curriculum and training system for fostering librarians specialized in reading healing are designed and presented through research methods including literature study, case study and 1, 2nd delphi survey. The final curriculum is composed of curriculum for 1st and 2nd grade licensed librarians specialized in reading healing and refresher training based on job description of librarians specialized in reading healing. The training system is based on the first and second level certification granted by completion of the course, thus is designed to meet requirements both for academic achievement and for career development in each grade.
This study examined the causal relationship between work environment and job satisfaction/turnover intention through statistical analyses using the statistics programs SPSS(18.0) and AMOS(18.0) of over 268 business owners operating small sized Chinese restaurants in the Busan and Gyeongnam area. Research results found that among the business owners of small sized Chinese restaurants, 130 were owner/chefs (48.5%), 63 engaged in hall serving (23.5%), and 75 were in delivery (28.0%). It was also found that while the physical environment had a positive effect on work pride and economic satisfaction, sale stress had no effect on work pride and economic satisfaction. In addition, the physical environment and mental labor environment showed a positive effect (+) on turnover intention, although job satisfaction (work pride, economic satisfaction) showed a negative effect (-) on turnover intention. Such result leads to the conclusion that for business owners of small sized Chinese restaurants, sale stress experienced during the course of business serves as a factor weakening job satisfaction while increasing turnover intention to a greater extent of the physical environment (kitchen facilities and hall facilities). Thus, it seems that practical business training, such as service training, is a greater necessity for business owners of small sized Chinese restaurants, as opposed to an improvement of restaurant facilities.
The purpose of this study was to analyze dental hygienists' opinions on health promotion projects in public health and their needs for specialized education in the projects, so that it could help prepare specialized education program required for health promotion projects in the future. To meet the goals, total 364 dental hygienists working in public health were asked to join a questionnaire survey via e-mail in September 2007 for data analysis. As a result, this analysis came to the following conclusions: First, it was found that 29.9% of total respondents took in charge of health promotion projects, and 26.9% respondents considered it very necessary to be responsible for the health promotion projects(56.0% considered it necessary). Almost half respondents considered nonsmoking assistance most desirable task(48.4%) and foremost demanded(50.5%) out of all current health promotion projects, 39.8% respondents answered that they could carry on health promotion task, if assigned, after completing occupational training course. Second, it was found that 39.3% respondents acquired other licenses and qualifications than certificate of registered dental hygienist, and their medical licenses or qualifications included certificate of nursing assistant(18.7%) and certificate of social worker(11.8%) by category. Third, in terms of opinions on possible ways to facilitate health promotion projects, it was found that over half respondents considered it recommended to step up specialized education(56.9%) and prepare legal basis and administrative system(53.6%). Notably, 90.7% respondents considered it necessary to step up specialized education in health promotion. Fourth, in terms of opinions on participation in health promotion projects, it was found that almost half respondents(49.7%) considered it necessary and very positive for extending dental hygienists' works in the future. Moreover, in terms of reasons for sum positive answers, it was found that many respondents considered it helpful for appointment(41.8%) and contributing to capability development and job satisfaction(44.5%). In terms of opinions that sud, participation would be unnecessary, 29.7% respondents thought that nothing would be changed in their dental health projects even with reduced number of public health dentists, and 31.3% respondents thought that dental hygienists are professional manpower responsible only for dental health works. Finally, in terms of on-the-job training(OJT) related to health promotion, it was found that 92.9% respondents desired for OJT. In terms of experiences in OJT, 79.9% respondents answered that they never joined OJT course. In other words, only 20.1% respondents joined OJT courses for health promotion task, such as nonsmoking assistance(8.8%), health promotion FMTP training(2.2%), exercises(1.4%) and nutrition(0.6%).
