The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the differences before and after certification for internal members of nursing hospitals and Western hospitals that received the certification system of medical institutions after conducting a survey on 297 members of nursing hospitals and Western hospitals, SPSS 26.0 was used, and to understand the effect of improvement of member satisfaction, job stress, and medical service on the hospital operation effect. As for the hospital operation effect of a nursing hospital, it was revealed that the higher the satisfaction of the members and the improvement of the medical service, the higher the effect of the hospital operation. In the case of Western hospitals, the higher the satisfaction of the members and the improvement of the medical service, the lower the job stress, the more the hospital operation effect can be seen to increase. As the basic value system of the medical institution certification system is the improvement of patient safety and quality of care, it is believed that the effect of the certification system was higher than that of Western hospitals due to mandatory certification in nursing hospitals.

For the assessment of statistical characteristics of wave loads in the real sea state, the probability distribution of wave loads are computed based on the sufficient duration of computations in irregular waves. First of all, the estimation of wave impact loads is well modified applying the displacement potential formulation, which was proposed by one of authors, for solving Wagner's flow model. Consequently, the present computation method is also modified. Prior to the computation in irregular waves, preliminary computation to determine the adequate number of realization of irregular waves is examined. The effect of hull girder vibration on the statistical characteristics is examined by means of the computation with/without hull girder vibration. It is found that hull girder vibration has a certain effect on the probability of occurrence of wave loads. Furthermore, computations taking account of the effect of operation, that is the effects of ship speed and course change, is conducted for the rational evaluation of the effects of hull girder vibration. It is clarified that the effect of operation on the statistical characteristics of wave loads is significant. It is verified that the evaluation without the effect of operation may overestimate the effect of hull girder vibration.

The purpose of this study was to classify the internal members of nursing hospitals and Western hospitals that received the certification system of medical institutions, and to examine the effect of certification on member satisfaction, job stress, hospital operation effect, and improvement of medical services. In nursing hospitals, the certification system was higher in member satisfaction, hospital operation effect, and medical service effect than in Western hospitals, and members of Western hospitals were higher in job stress. In both nursing hospitals and Western hospitals, the satisfaction of members, hospital operation effect, and medical service effect according to certification showed positive (+) results. It is believed that the effect of the certification system has been empirically high in nursing hospitals as mandatory certification from 2013. Therefore, this study aims to contribute to the efficiency of hospital management and improvement of patient satisfaction through continuous quality management of medical care by analyzing the effect of certification system on medical service improvement.

Light Rail is highlighted for its construction cost and operation ＆ maintenance cost in Korea. However, lack of analysis on driverless operation effect causes many disputes. In this paper, using latest driverless operation cost data. analysed cost reduction effect of it, with comparing present KNR's metropolitan subway signal system. It showed there is enough economic appropriateness B/C 1.241 on interest rate 6%, 1.076 on 8% and 0.943 on 10%, though it couldn't include passenger travel time value.

Recently, researches on IT Service Management (ITSM) for improving information system operation service and information system outsourcing cost estimation model are proliferating. This study suggests a new cost model of IT operation service and optimizing method based upon the characteristics of operation service as a long-term and continuous business service for both user's and service provider's point of view. This study explains the cost optimization model of IT operation service by improving service request management process, such as adequate reception and control, proper valuation, process management using project management methodology, effective organization and time management of service personnel. Especially in this study, service ability improvement effect and fixed operation cost reduction effect are defined to prove the proposed new cost model.

Background: Preemptive analgesia has been suggested recently as an another technique of postoperative pain control. Combination of low dose opioid and NSAIDs was used to lessen systemic opioid side effect, however, the use of NSAIDs may hinder their side effects in perioperative period. The local application of small dose at the target site can be effective without systemic effect. The aim of this study is evaluating the additive effect and side effect of transdermal piroxicam as preemptive adjuvant to intravenous nalbuphine on pain relief after major abdominal surgery. Methods: We reviewed the records of patients received piroxicam patch for preemptive analgesia before operation and compared it with control group. Two sheets of piroxicam patch to the skin incision site for 12 hours before operation were attached (Group 1, n=20) and no patch were applied (Group 2, n=20). Both groups were received nalbuphine continuously after operation using two days infuser (2 ml/hr) containing 80 mg (96 ml). Pain is evaluated by VAS score at each time; 30 min, 1, 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 hours after operation and side effects of NSAIDs were observed for 3days postoperatively. Results: There was no significant VAS score difference between two groups following time in progress. And no significant side effect was noted in both groups, either. Conclusion: There is no preemptive or synergistic analgesic effect of piroxicam patch attached at planned operation site before operation.

This paper aimed to design and implement an EMS for real-time power generation control based on wake effect optimization of wind farm, and then to test it in commercial operating wind farm. For real-time control, we proposed the wake band-based optimization and setting the wake effect distance limit, and when the wake effect distance limit was set to 7D in the actual wind farm layout, the calculation time was improved by about 93.94%. In addition, we designed and implemented the script-based EMS for flexible operation logic management in preparation for unexpected issues during testing, and it was installed and tested on a wind farm in commercial operation. However, three issues arose during the testing process. These are the communication interface problem of meteorological tower, the problem of an abnormal wake effect, and the problem of wind turbine yaw control. These issues were solved by modifying the operation logic using EMS's script editor, and the test was successfully completed in the wind farm in commercial operation.

It requires an interim performance assessment for BTL business of the sewerage rehabilitation which continues from 2005 till now. Means, It is necessary to make an interim performance assessment and an analysis of an business effect of the sewerage rehabilitation BTL projects which still continues, and we presented an improvement method of the new sewerage rehabilitation project in future. This paper has conducted an analysis of the business effect for 3 local government BTL projects which are completed and under operation as of now in Jincheon-Gun, Cheongju-Si and Gangjin-Gun. As a method of business effect analysis, we conducted a business effect of the 3 places using the index set which we previously set for the business effect analysis. The index set in this research was sectionalized to an improvement effect of operating wastewater treatment plant, an benefit effect of the direct cost, an benefit effect of the indirect cost and an environment friendly effect. We, in this paper, conducted an business effect analysis for 3 sewerage rehabilitation BTL projects which are completed or under operation recently as a demonstration, however we judge that an business effect analysis shall be conducted in a stage that a significant time for operation has passed since the completion of the construction in order to induce an actual business effect of the sewerage rehabilitation BTL project.

It is necessary to store and supply hydrogen isotopes for Tokamak operation. A storage and delivery system (SDS) is used for storing hydrogen isotopes as a metal hydride form. We designed and fabricated a depleted uranium (DU) bed to store hydrogen isotopes. The rapid storage of hydrogen isotopes is very important not only for safety reasons but also for the economic design and operation of the SDS. The delivery rate at the desorption temperatures without the operation of a dry pump was analyzed in comparison with that with the operation of the dry pump. The effect of the initial desorption temperatures on the dehydriding of the DU without the operation of the dry pump was measured. The effect of the initial desorption temperatures on the dehydriding of DU with the operation of the dry pump was also measured and analyzed. The primary pressure on the desorption temperatures without the operation of the dry pump was analyzed in comparison with that with the operation of the dry pump. The temperature gradient of the coil heater and the primary vessel was also analyzed. Our results will be used to develop pilot scale hydrogen isotope processes. It was confirmed that dehydriding of a medium-scale DU bed has enabled without the operation of the dry pump.

This study aims to give a new modern light to a paper and search for a possibility of a paper as a new formative material. And then this study wants to suggest the formative effect of the paper operation as one technique which creates the idea of fashion design and to contribute in enlarging the possibility of expression of fashion design. The results of this study are as follow Firstly a paper is found to be expressed in new moulding forms by the various formative experiments because a paper can be easily and variously used as the material of expression. So the moulding images of paper operation are provided for the idea of fashion design and give much influences on the development of fashion design. Seccondly through the new light on a paper as the formative material it is demonstrated that a paper can be used for the development of many forms and the enlargement of the area of expression in the fashion design. Thirdly in the fashion design the formative effect of the paper operation not only give a variety to silhouette but also forms one technique of creation of new materials
