장수명주택 가변 방식에 대한 수요 및 요구사항 분석 (Demand and Requirement Analysis on the Flexible Method of Long-life Housing)

  • It is essential to maximize the advantages of long-life housing in consideration of the occupants' demands in order to promote the construction of long-life housing. The diverse plan types with flexibility should be developed based on those demands. Therefore, this study aims to review the level of awareness of long-life housing, and identify the customer needs by conducting the survey for the preference to pre-defined plan types. The results of survey are as follows: 1) Despite the enforcement of the Long-life Housing Certification System in 2014, the recognition among the customers about the long-life housing is still on the low level as shown in that 79.9% of respondents were not aware of the long-life housing; 2) For three alternative plan types, 78.5% on the integration type in front, 63.1% on the moving kitchen type, 47.0% on the Divided Housing type had intention to change; 3) 68.9% of the total are willingly ready to purchase the long-life housing under the condition of no difference in price between normal apartment and long-life housing. The less the number of family members is, the bigger this ratio of positive purchase intention is. Reflecting these results into the designs is expected to contribute to the enhancement of customer satisfaction as well as the diffusion of long-life housing.

유비쿼터스 주택 거실 가구의 디지털 컨버젼스화를 위한 소비자 요구 분석 (An Analysis of the Customer Demand for Digital Convergence of the Furniture in the Living Space of Ubiquitous Home)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the customer demand for design development of digital convergence furniture in the living space of the ubiquitous home. This study used the individual survey method and was collected from July 1 to 20, 2008. The frequency and percentage were used for data analysis by SPSS window's 12. The results of the study were as follows: The first, a lot of survey targets were 30-40 years old, university graduates, over 50,000,000 won in annual income and 30-40 pyung in house size. The second, what types of activity were carried out in the living room were acquisition of knowledge>entertainment activity>communication activity>household chores. The third, what types of furniture were used in the living room were A/V furniture>table>sofa>computer table>bookself. The forth, customers preferred to picture telephone service in sociality, home-theater service in entertainment and home appliances remote control service in information service. The fifth, the digital functions which can integrate with the living roon furniture, in the item for A/V furniture, was front door control function which recognizes visitors with the screen. In the item for table was function to search internet and for sofa was self purification function. Finally, the digital convergence furniture is not only for one activity but also for various types of activities that can comprehensively function to materialize the concept of comfortable furniture in the living space.

의·한의 협진 1단계 시범 사업 참여 의료인 대상 만족도 및 요구도 조사 (Survey on the Satisfaction and Demand of Healthcare Providers who Participated in a Collaborative First-stage Pilot Project between Korean Medicine and Western Medicine)

  • This study aims to evaluate healthcare providers' satisfaction and demands pertaining to the collaborative first-stage pilot project between Korean medicine and Western medicine. This survey was conducted via electronic mail among 33 healthcare providers participating in the pilot project. Likert type 5-point scale or Likert type 7-point scale was used to evaluate each item. The response of '${\geq}4$' on the 5-point scale, and '${\geq}5$' on the 7-point scale were analyzed as positive answers. A total of 27 healthcare providers (81.8%) responded, of which 9 were western medical doctors (33.3%) and 18 were Korean medical doctors (66.7%). In respect to satisfaction of the pilot project, 88.9% gave positive responses on improved patients' convenience, 59.3% on treatment efficiency and 55.6% on diagnosis efficiency. In terms of self-evaluation on the pilot project, 70.4% gave positive answers on changes in quality of collaborative treatment, 74.1% on cooperation of results, 63.0% on cooperation of structure and 51.9% on cooperation of process. In terms of demand for collaborative treatment or the pilot project, 'standardized manual' and 'simplification of administrative procedures' showed highest demand, resulting up to 88.9%, followed by 85.2% demanding more public relations and 63.9% demanding enlargement of participating hospitals. This survey revealed that healthcare providers are generally satisfied with patients' convenience and treatment effects. Further studies are needed to develop a standardized manual, simplified administrative procedures, and expanded pilot project contents.

발열체 탈부착형 발열조끼의 디자인 개발 (Development of Design for Heating Vest with Detachable Heating Device)

  • The influence from the increased income and aging society has amplified the interest in the well-being trend and health. People tend to enjoy sports and outdoor life. The development of smart clothing containing heating function to help maintain body temperature has been actively researched after the mid 2000s. However, the domestic study on heating clothing is severely limited. Practical study on designing heating clothing which can be commercialized is needed. The purpose of this study is to develop a commercialized detachable heating vest design through collaboration with a heating vest manufacturer. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Conducted the interview with manufacturer and a demand survey with consumers in order to develop the heating vest design. 2) Developed heating vest design that reflected the wants in the demand survey and sketched the prototype of detachable heating vest. 3) Made a sample of the heating vest and tested the wearability to illustrate the result of this study. Overall, the wearing test result showed high satisfaction for both gender.

주거 내 PC 사용공간의 특성 및 사용자 의식에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of PC Use Space and Users' Consciousness at Residences)

  • The objective of this study is to provide new direction on house design in consideration of the PC users' life pattern. This study found that PC use present conditions at home, demand for PC using space, and requirements for PC using area were analyzed. A survey was taken by 1108 residences, and the SPSS win.10 was applied for analysis. The survey was conducted to see the computer usage at home, demand and satisfaction for the PC using space. The results of this study were as follows; forty-seven percent of respondents said they used the PC in son's and daughter's room while 36.8% answered living room. It reflects that the whole family want to use the PC in the same area, or for their children's convenience. Users' consciousness was analyzed four factor, which were 'physical inconvenience:'satisfactions in PC position', 'inconvenience caused by narrowness', 'notion of privacy'. PC users' consciousness had significant differences in the satisfaction by PC users' characteristic and housing characteristic. It was to be classified that the PC use space into several pattern according to furniture arrangement, and channel pattern had the highest satisfaction among those pattern. Through this study, it is expected that new housing designs need to be made to reflect lese requirements into interior design and house plan for PC user's needs.

Provision of efficient online information for agricultural biotechnology

  • This study identified consumer perceptions of biotechnology crops, provided the types and sources of information on agricultural biotech that consumers demand, and derived effective methods of providing agricultural biotech information by analyzing problems and improving the information available online regarding agricultural biotech. The analysis of sources of information on agricultural biotech showed that there were differences between preference and reliability. Respondents preferred the Internet (47.6%) and TV (36.3%), while they relied on TV (36.3%) the most, followed by the Internet (26.6%), and academic papers and technical books (23.1%). Only 27.1% of the respondents answered that they collect information on agricultural biotech proactively. The higher frequency of information collection indicated a higher satisfaction rate with the information that was being collected. Survey results for the websites that respondents preferred and relied on to collect information were that the most preferred websites were web portals (53.4%), while reliability rates across the various types of websites were relatively even: web portals (28.4%), academic institution websites (19.1%), and websites that provide professional information (18.2%). Surveys that examined factors that were important in choosing the websites for collecting information on biotech indicated that factors such as "Providing verified data and citation" and "Providing objectivity" were the most important. Examining the preferences and factors of preference by content type showed that the demand for visual aids, such as photos, tables, graphs, and videos, was high, and there were statistically significant differences between the factors of preference by content type.

국내 레깅스 브랜드 현황에 따른 아쿠아 레깅스 생산실태조사 (Aqua leggings production status survey according to the status of domestic leggings brands)

  • This thesis provided basic data of the domestic leggings industry. For the purpose of comparative analysis, the sales status and consumer preference status of domestic leggings brands were selected, and the three companies, X*xymix, A*dar, and M*laware, which occupy the top positions by domestic leggings brand rankings Therefore, from 2018 to 2020, the market size of leggings items is identified with reference to the sales status and consumer preference status data, and the status of consumer preference is analyzed. As a result of the survey analysis, X*xymix, A*dar, and M*laware, which rank high in consumer preference, operate a separate men's leggings line from leggings targeting young women who mainly focus on yoga, pilates, and fitness exercises. As the age increased, the demand for leggings expanded to the middle-aged. Therefore, it is believed that the segmentation of leggings is made according to the diversifying types of exercise, and as the age group in demand for leggings is expanded, continuous research on market segmentation for aqua leggings necessary for aqua exercise that can exercise without straining the body.

  • Demand-side Management can be defined as'any utility activity aimed at modifying customers' use of energy to produce desired changes in the utility's load shape'. Customers benefit by being able to control energy costs and improve quality of life and become more productive. Utilities benefit from DSM's value as a resource that enhances asset utilization and reduces both fuel costs and environmental emissions. The scope of DSM includes load management through rate schedules and conservation by improving energy effciency and using electricity consumption effectively. This paper study the DSM resource evaluation and customer behavior analysis todesign the DSM Program plan in response to customer needs. We develop basic system dynamics model to analysis the customer behavior based on a survey research. The DSM Program participants in the Hi- efficiency Inverter, Electric motor and efficient lighting applicancies operating by Conservation program 2002 become the survey objects. DSM resource evaluation evaluate firstt the distribution potentialities of each machine and then forecast the degree of diffusion. We apply the system dynamic approach to simulate the dynamic DSM market situation at the domestic beginning. This model will give the energy Planner the opportunity to create different scenarios for DSM program planning. Also it will lead to increased understanding of the dynamic DSM market

우리나라 환경산업 노동수요 추정에 관한 연구 (A study on the job creation of environmental industry in Korea)

  • 본 논문은 환경산업에 의한 노동수요 창출에 대해 알아보았다. 이를 위해 정부에서 발표하는 통계, 특히 환경부의 환경산업조사통계를 기초로 하여 오차항에 대한 다양한 가정을 통해 부분균형적인 단일 노동수요함수를 추정하여 보았다. 추정결과 환경산업의 환경부문 매출액 증가를 통한 노동수요 탄력도는 최소 0.193에서 최대 0.256에 해당하는 것으로 계산되어 각 산업별 환경기업들의 10억원의 매출증가를 통해 7.7에서 10.3명의 노동수요가 증가하는 것으로 계측되었다. 이는 특히 정부의 정책지원이 환경산업의 총매출액 1%에 해당하는 금액의 매출증가를 유도한다면 연간 $1,600{\sim}2,300$명의 직접 고용을 증대시키는 것으로 계측되었다. 그러나 안타깝게도 환경산업 노동력의 많은 부문이 단순노무직으로 구성되어 있어 향후 환경산업의 발전을 극대화하고 우리나라 경제성장의 중추 산업으로 육성하기 위해서는 정부의 기술개발과 수요증대에 대한 지속적인 지원이 필요하다 하겠다. 결국 이러한 정책적인 지원이 우리나라의 지속가능발전의 가능성을 극대화할 것이다.

수출입과 기업의 노동수요 (International Trade and Labor Demand of Korean Firms: Focusing on Heterogeneous Firm Productivity)

  • 본 연구는 국제무역에 참여하고 있는 우리나라의 기업들을 대상으로 수출입이 기업의 노동수요에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 통계청의 기업활동조사 데이터를 이용하여 2006년부터 2014년까지 제조업 24개 업종에 속해 있는 기업들의 수출입이 노동수요에 미치는 영향을 시스템 GMM 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 생산성이 높은 기업에서는 수출이 늘어나면서 생산 확대를 위한 노동수요가 창출되는 효과가 나타난 반면 생산성이 낮은 기업에서는 이러한 효과가 유의하게 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 기업이 오프쇼어링을 이용하여 국내업무를 해외로 재배치한 경우, 수출이 유발하는 노동수요 증가 효과가 축소되는 것으로 분석되었다. 한편, 수입증대는 기업의 노동수요를 감소시키는 것으로 나타나는 데, 이는 수입제품이 노동을 대체하는 효과 때문인 것으로 보인다. 반면 기업이 오프쇼어링을 이용하는 경우, 생산 효율성 증대로 수입의 노동수요 감소효과가 완화되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 수출입이 기업의 고용에 미치는 영향은 기업의 생산성 및 글로벌 아웃소싱 참여 여부에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 시사한다.
