Thanks to advanced development of industrial technology, various kinds of the rapidly changing instruments are affecting our life deeply. So, just a few years are enough to regard yesterday's products as old ones due to the newly invented industrial products. Likewise, the blackboards that we face with in our actual life have been developed as completely new ones of new conception for new equipment and environmental harmony, which is completely different from the typical ones. Height-Control and Open-Shut blackboard with notice board can be adjusted to a lecturer's height, the central pan of main blackboard being controlled up and down. During writing on the board, lecturers can fix the board to their convenient position, and after writing, they can fix the height of the board to the students, convenient position. Therefore, students do not have to move their bodies left and right, or up and down, because of the lecture tables or people in front of them. The newly developed blackboard removed such an inconvenience and is suitable for today's new educational environment. In the both sides of the blackboard, general notice boards are attached to the surface, while the supplementary blackboards are fixed to inside so that they can be drawn when necessary. Considering new environments of the blackboards equipped with these diverse functions, we would like to offer the design procedure about the blackboard frames and chalk store boxes and its results.

The study model was designed and the hypothesis was drawn based on precedent studies in order to analyze the effects of teamwork by servant leadership on job attitudes, aiming at full-time regular status employees and contract employees lower than the general manager position at special grade hotels in Busan. The SPSS WIN Version 15.0 integrated package for data process was used to verify the hypothesis through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factorial analysis and regression analysis. As a result of study, the verification result for the effect of servant leadership on communication among the teamwork factors showed that forming sympathy and community and vision meaningfully affects communication; the verification result for the effect of servant leadership on interdependence among the teamwork factors showed that forming community, stewardship, vision factor meaningfully affects interdependence; The verification result for the effect of the teamwork factor on organizational commitment as a job attitude showed communication and interdependence meaningfully affect organizational commitment, one of job attitudes. Cousequently, the leaders in hotel organizations are expected to need a role of personnel management through organizational dependence and participatory management, to draw harmony and corporation among employees and build organizing systems, presenting a clear vision about the future to them.

Sensibilities to the clothing components such as style and color tone of fashion product are considered important to the consumers in fashion industry today. So the combinational study of clothing sensibility and proper end-use style are needed to improve the product refinements in developing process through scientific research method. The purpose of this study is to measure the sensibilities of the blouse type as a clothing component for it is a representative garment of women and to look for the best matching color tone according to blouse type. We surveyed the questionnaire to two hundred college students and found that there was a meaningful relational consistency between blouse type and color tone. Blouses have been told the best if they are of Bright color tone. They preferred Shirt blouse type and Bright color tone best of all. They are fond of Vivid color tone but they think Vivid tone is not so proper to the blouses. Each blouse has 1~2 best-fit color tones, and color sensibility affect the harmony of blouse style and color tone. The sensibilities of blouse type and color tone are deeply correlated each other regardless of subject's major or gender except a few cases.

Contemporary human beings have tendency to orient themselves to a natural environment while they have adapted themselves to artificial surroundings, which implies that a development of interior space where man, nature and space are in a sympathetic harmony with one another through overcoming non-naturalness and non-humanization is seriously needed. There are two methods in that; one concerns an introduction of environment-friendly expressions into the interior space as its natural factor, and the other involves expressing natural objects or beauties with orderly change commonly seen around in form of artificial design. On this study, the definition of ″Environment-friendliness″ and how it has evolved itself with time are first considered to search out for environment-friendly characteristics in the interior design. And then, among the characteristics of environment$.$friendly expressions widely observed in the interior space, the two aspects are studied for our purpose; an introduction of natural factors and an expression with artificial design. For the study, public facilities located in Ulsan were proposed since they accommodated lots of people. To meet the needs of the times that the development of environment-friendly space should reflect the factors of beauty and comfort enough to live in, relevant studies should be more activated and specialized. When there are a wide understanding of and a profound work upon introducing natural factors as well as ones of sound design into the interior space, a desirable environment-friendly expression could be created.

Topophilia refers to emotional bonding such as attachment to or nostalgia for one's home town, which is remembered or imagined as a beautiful and happy paradise experienced in youth. The time spent in one's home town may have been short, but the associated memories of it are strong and enduring. These can later act as a strong motivator to learn if the correlated emotions are positive. According to archival research conducted on Jooyoung Chung's life, his home town and the things found therein, such as cows, were the principal objects of his topophilia, and later became the driving forces behind his success story. The same applies to Dvorak. Dvorak sublimated his nostalgia for his home town by composing a piece of music on hearing the sound of a train. We can discover diverse rhythms in nature such as sunrises and sunsets, the changing seasons, and even our heart beat. If a melody is added to the rhythm, it transforms into art. And if we seek harmony and principles, it becomes science. In this study, Jeonbuk's nature, places, food, and arts, as represented in its educational resources, are analysed for their ability to give rise to topophilia. To gain some experience of this feeling we recommend that you visit the Jeonju Hanok Village, the value of Gochujang, reverse icespike on Mai Mountain or enjoy the works of the painter Book Choi.

Saekdong is a unique Korean fabric that has been used since ancient times, and it is woven with the plain or satin weave so that vertical stripes appear by various colored warp threads of equal spacing. Saekdong means pleasure, joy, serenity, heavenly blessing, spirituality, wind, and abundance, expressing the optimistic and positive sentiment of Korea's forefathers. This study investigated how ancient Saekdong occurred with meanings. As a research method, this study used literature review and surfing newspapers and photographs, museum and internet search, even from other fields such as earthenware, bronze, and traditional dance. We collected Saekdong and the lifestyles of ethnic Koreans living in China, investigated the Asuka culture of Japan, and the tomb murals of Takamatsu-Chong, which are Baekje and Goguryeo settlement areas. The results are as follows: First, it expresses happy occasion, pleasure, and joy, and expresses a desire for good things to be repeated and lasting. Second, it symbolizes simple beauty, order, equality and harmony of many tribes. Third, Saekdong is life and power which represent a sacred, heavenly, mysterious bird. Fourth, it symbolizes abundance and wealth, rain, wind or fields. Finally, this study showed the brilliance and pride of Korean hanbok through Saekdong. The significance of this study is to examine the symbolism and inherent aesthetic characteristics of Saekdong and to show the unique value and spiritual heritage of the Korean people.

The propagation of Infectious Diseases is very dreadful. It is not easy to detect through whom and where Infectious diseases start. Due to traffic development, these days, viral infectious diseases that weren't known in Korea in the past sometimes emerge in Korea, that is, probability to be propagated by certain viral infectious disease is getting bigger and bigger. The prevention of infectious diseases should be thoroughly blocked before they are introduced, nevertheless, when introduced, the government has a duty and responsibility to prevent them from spreading as soon as possible. There may be a terrible case that a certain infectious disease is spreading all over the world. Of course, in this case, cooperation between countries becomes more and more important than ever. But even in this situation, the nation's role should not decrease. Quarantine Law in Korea says that the government can take a quarantine measures to minimize the risk of infection. So the government can isolated questionable people with the risk of infection as well as people with the risk of infection. Quarantine or Isolation is a quite effective measures to prevent the viral infectious disease, however, it allows all subjects' right of freedom to be restricted. So, in any case that a infectious disease is spreading quickly, the probability for subjects to be isolated unreasonably or preposterously can probably happen. In this paper, I'll consider and discuss about the harmony between Public Health and Human Rights through quarantine or isolation.

A transfer paper, is needed in the third firing, is usually utilized for industrial ceramics in order to produce tablewares or promoting products. Products may have the same form, however; the price might be different by what kinds of design have transferred. We need to fully understand these methods in order to create high value and quality. Remodeling, the so-called second architecture, results from social Needs for renovation of structures and changing functions. Tile satisfying the need for a custom-made design which fits the features of a space. Most importantly, the remodeler must make an individual design ordered for the customer with an emphasis on economy and time efficiency. Tiles currently in the market are mass-produced using an automated system with a high-priced mold. It is difficult to find tiles of distinct design that are made in a small quantity. We need to develop a method for making various kinds of tile designs that would be marketed for the remodeling industry. In this study, after designing a certain wall with the tiffs in the space, 1 will talk about developing a method to make transfer paper to produce individual tiles for the space. 1 hope that the functional and aesthetic effect on remodeling will gain in popularity, and that we will foster a new demand for tiles in harmony with the other materials mentioned in this study.

Korea faces The 2014 Incheon Asian Games and 2018 Pyungchang Winter Olympics. It is imperative to hold a safe event for the economic benefits, enhancing Korea's image, social integration, national harmony and unity in order to be evaluated as a successful international event. Furthermore, since the international event tends to draw many spectators, the host country must be ready to accommodate a large number of injured people in the event of an accident or terror attack. As stadiums for international events are where a large number of spectators gather in, a large refuge is essential, when dangerous situations happen. In this study, evacuation simulation was conducted using three scenarios in order to predict escape behaviors of spectators during the large escape by destruction of safety systems of stadiums and assess escape safety. As the result, the following results and proposals were extracted. Firstly, it is considered that dangerous situations during the security of stadiums should be predicted in advance and concrete plans for a large refuge of spectators have to be established to minimize damage. Secondly, it was found that the reduction in evacuation exits has an important impact on evacuation in an emergency situation. It implies that securing escape exits are quite important. Thirdly, there were areas where spectators stayed, due to blocked escape exits, while they were dispersed and concentrated at once. It demonstrates that security plans considering properties of facilities are required to solve these problems.

The elements to enhance preference in symbol design are mainly related to consumers' response and aesthetic elements. Because certain aesthetic elements in design affect consumers' response and it is actually presented through (the different level of) preference. This study through surveying case studies examines whether a certain aesthetic element in symbol design gives rise to much preference. According to the result of study, high preference in symbolic design depends on high level of Rhythm, Balance, Harmony, Elaboration, Round, Gestalt, Organic, and Artificial/Natural among aesthetic elements. In comparison, it is founded that Simplicity/complexity, Objective/Abstract, depth, and symmetry should be designed at the moderate level, and proportion, repetition of elements be at the low level. Additionally(or Besides) this study makes out that symbol design cases with high preference have shapes from natural material or patterns of traditional culture, while cases with low preference have shapes from geometric figures. On the basis of these results, a guideline of symbol design could De offered(or suggested) to fit preference of consumers. But, this study is mostly concerned with only affect among emotional reactions of consumer in a scope of study, and is considered only in the aspect of form excluding color and texture.
