The purpose of this study was to research healthy food behavior and food recognition for each Asian country after subjects had visited Asian restaurants. The subjects of the study were university students from Griffith university and Queensland university, Australia. The survey was conducted from June 1 to 28, 2010. The summary of the analysis is as follows. Firstly, for dietary behavior related to healthy food, 'average' was the most common answer at 41.0% (102 respondents). Regarding the standard of selecting healthy food, 'if it is good for health' was the most common answer, regarding the reasons to like healthy food, 'because it is good for health', was the most common, and for information about healthy food, 'obtain from TV or media' was the most common. Regarding eating healthy food at home or dining out, most respondents answered 'once or twice a week', whereas regarding thinking of eating healthy food while dining out, 'average' was the most common answer. Secondly, the recognition of six Asian cuisines were ranked in the order of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indian, and Vietnamese. Representative well-being food by country, Bibimbap of Korea, Sushi of Japan, Shark's Fin of China, Tom Yum Kung of Thailand, Curry of India and Goi Cuon of Vietnam were selected. Thirdly, regarding recognition of well-being food, disease effect factor, health-oriented factor, nutrition factor and vegetarian diet factor were extracted. We found that disease effect factor and nutrition factor had positive (+) effects on visiting Asian restaurants due to recognition of well-being foods. Therefore, it is expected that more local people will eat at Asian restaurants if the public relations for Asian restaurants emphasizes harmony between well-being food and Asian food.

This paper deals with the relations between the quality of life and the life satisfaction of the elderly based on the 2008 national survey data of the actual living condition of the elderly and welfare need. We found that the questions about the quality of life is categorized by three groups such as self consolidation, harmony between generations and hope for later activity, which is the order of the power of the affection to life satisfaction. The result of this paper could be used as a basic document for taking efficient actions for the welfare services to the elderly.
The purpose of the study was to examine formative features of embroidered norigae in form, color, pattern and expressive technique through positive analysis of relics and various of collections of work and to consider expressive features of embroidered norigae. The results of the study were as follows. First, embroidered norigae has handcrafted decoration. it was made by being sewed for women longing for their family's happiness. Embroidered norigae is a dress worn by women that is hung on a coat string or the waist part of a skirt. Second, it is eco-environmental. Embroidered norigae applied things seen in nature such as flowers, butterflies and bees to its pattern. Third, it has practicality. Embroidered norigae has high practical value besides a decorative function. Needle case norigae and incense case norigae provide functions in accordance with women's wisdom and skill as well as practicality. Fourth, it is praying for good luck. Women embroidered patterns symbolizing their desires in life such as their family's happiness, wealth, many sons and a long life. Fifth, it has balance and harmony. The knot of embroidered norigae has a perfect symmetry in the front/back part and in the right/left part. And the main body and tassel are symetrical in the right/left part, which gives stability and comfortableness. Embroidered norigae is classified into knot, main body and decorative part in its form. The three kinds express their unique beauty by being harmonized together. Finally, it has a property of melody. Movement of the tassel has a property of melody shaken by the wind and movement of its wearer.

The dryer (ten per unit) are operating to remove tritium in PHWR(Pressurized Heavy Water Reactor). There are coming out heavy water adsorbent from operating the dryer (95 drums for ten year per unit) The amount of radioactivity of heavy water adsorbent almost exceed ninety times more than disposal limit-in-itself showed by The Ministry of Science and Technology. It has to be disposed whole radioactive waste products, however there are problems of increase at the expense of their permanent disposal. In this research, We have studied how to remove kinds of nuclear materials and amount of tritium with in heavy water adsorbent. As the result we could develop disposal equipment and apply it. D20 adsorbent have to contain below Gamma nuclide O.3Bq/g and tritium 100Bq/g "The Regulation for disposal of the radioactivity wastes" showed by The Ministry of Science and Technology. There fore. So as to remove amount of tritium and kinds of nuclear materials (DTO) we needed a equipment. Also we have studied how to remove effectively radioactivity with in Adsorbent. As cleaning heavy water adsorbent and drying on each condition (temperature for drying and hours for cleaning). Because there is something to return heavy water adsorbent by removing impurities within adsorbent when it is dried o high temperature. After operating, we have been applying this research to the way to dispose heavy water adsorbent. Through this we could reduce solid waste products and the expense of permanent disposal of radioactive waste products and also we could contribute nuclear power plant run safely. According to the result we could keep the best condition of radiation safety super vision and we could help people believe in safety with Radioactivity wastes control for harmony with Environment.

Most Technological laws of Korea are almost identical to those of Japan. Electricity was not introduced to Korea until lighting ceremony in Kyong-Bok palace observed in 1887. Since Korea was annexed to Japan in 1910, Korea have applied Japanese law and regulations made by Chosun government-general. And public works were under Japan control. Korea accepted adopted the power plants of America, codes of NESC, ASME / ANSI, MEMA while Japan accepted or adopted only IEC. Our generation distribution system takes American style while our consumer side takes Japanese style. As global trade system was transferred GATT into WTO, the technological standards, certification, construction and testing are in harmony internationally. The WTO / TBT agreement came in effect after 12th, April, 1979. The sections in the agreement require the members to exchange their own standards and codes for the harmonized ones by degree. The Korean distribution system has a strong resemblance to American system so that the internal engineers are confused in application of the relevant standards. IEC60364 and NEC are technologically similar but practically unconvertible because both have their different originality, that is to say Europe and USA. This paper deals with the fundamental elements of electrical safety system on review of IEC 60364 and NEC. This paper considers how engineers should apply IEC60364 and NFPA 70(NEC) based on all-the-way review of them.

This study was conducted to develop a novel tomato sauce using natural seasoning. The data was analyzed using SPSS for Windows (version 14.0). Two factors of the tomato sauce were varied was tomato paste and sugar. Nine tomato sauces were produced with various compounding ratios of tomato paste and sugar. The color, viscosity and sensory evaluations of the nine tomato sauces were determined. Items examined in the sensory evaluation were color, sweetness, viscosity and overall quality. Sweetness($4.44{\pm}1.36$), viscosity($5.16{\pm}1.28$) and overall quality($4.68{\pm}1.11$) of the tomato paste 340g and sugar 100 g sample got highest scores. Therefore, this composition was used as tomato spaghetti sauce. Tomato spaghetti sauce using a natural tomato sauce and artificial tomato sauce was prepared and subjected to a sensory evaluation. Items included in the sensory evaluation were taste, flavor, harmony, overall quality. In this analysis, all sensory item scores of the tomato spaghetti sauce using natural seasoning were significantly higher than when artificial seasoning was used. Therefore, the potential of commercialization of tomato sauces using natural seasoning was confirmed.

In most countries, public libraries have played a role as a hub of knowledge and information, complex culture of local communities, and a third place for meeting and communication. And recent public libraries are focusing on enhancing their core competencies and expanding services using digital technologies to meet the era of digital transformation and the 4th industrial revolution. However, after the COVID-19 pandemic occurred, all public libraries are repeatedly closed, reopened, and partially closed, and all resources are devoted to providing non-contact, digital and online alternative services, and are expected to continue in the future. As a result, future public libraries are bound to face a trilemma in which digital expandability, complex cultural space, and importance as a place of knowledge and information service are conflicting. This study discoursed on the public library trilemma in the post-COVID-19 era and suggested ways to overcome it. The orientation of the future public library is the fusion and harmony of multiplicity and multipurpose, place and space, knowledge & information and complex culture, face-to-face service and remote service. The main body of a public library is not the finger (digital and non-contact), but the moon (knowledge information center).

Since there are differences in the content, structure and functions of interpersonal communication during the practice of school science classes, it needs to articulate the difference of the modality of pedagogical practice in order to understand science teaching in detail. These characteristics of science teaching can be investigated by further insightful analysis on language in the science classroom. In this study, classroom discourse language codes using Bernstein's code theory were analyzed in the case of a middle school science class on the unit of minerals. The discourse language code was identified by the value of classification, which revealed power relations to the contexts of discourse and participants of discourse. It was also identified by the value of framing, which showed hierarchical relation between teacher and students as discourse subjects, and discursive control on the initiative of discourse. The results addressed that six types of discourse language codes were constructed and that those language codes reflected diverse modalities of science teaching from student-centered instruction to teacher-centered instruction in relation to classroom discourse. The modality of science teaching according to the transition tendencies of discourse language code showed dynamic variations of 'controlled student-centeredness inducing teaching' - 'positional student-centeredness permissive teaching' - 'controlled students' participation permissive teaching' - 'controlled student-centeredness facilitative teaching' - 'student-centeredness enhancing teaching'. In addition, results released that discursively and hierarchically weak control of discourse is necessary for enhancing student-centeredness of science teaching. Moreover, teaching practice enhancing student-centeredness can be accomplished by the harmony of a teacher's perception of discourse language code and his/her orientation to constructivist teaching and student-centered teaching.

The taste characteristics and functionality of low-utilized small longfinned squid as affected by two stage enzyme hydrolysis were examined. In taste active-components, total free amino acid contents in hot-water and autolytic extract, two stage enzyme hydrolysate (TSEH) of longfinned squid were 2,792.5 mg%, 8,393.8 mg% and 9,186.1 mg%, respectively. The major free amino acids were Pro, Leu, Glu, Tau, Lys, Arg, Phe, Val and Ile. As for quarternary ammonium bases, betaine was the principal component (593.8 mg%) and also contents of TMAO, AMP in longfinned squid TSEH were 234.8% mg% and 51.0 mg%, respectively. The major inorganic ions in TSEH were Na(874.0 mg%), K (398.2 mg%), Cl (1,213.1 mg%) and PO$_4$(995.9 mg%). From the results in sensory tests, TSEH was superior to other extracts on the aspects of taste characteristics such as umami intensity, sweetness, taste harmony and transparency of extract. Also TSEH of longfinned squid revealed very higher Angiotensin-I converting enzyme inhibition ratio (92.1%) than those of hot-water and autolytic extract.
This study aims to show a model of environmental planning towards sustainable science parks. For the purpose of this study, an analysis of the environment of green space at sustainable science parks as pertaining to environmental soundness, ecological stability and landscape aesthetics is applied as a case study to Osong Bio-Health Science Technopolis, a developmental promoted district. Considering the factors resulting from Habitat Agenda(II) and other preceding studies, this study derives fifteen elements of environmental planning for sustainable science parks. A questionnaire/survey was conducted with relation to these fifteen elements to officials who would be moved to Osong Bio-Health Science Technopolis. From this survey, it is shown that respondents have a strong awareness that for the sustainable environment of a science park, the park should preserve as much green space as possible, and that the park should be in harmony with the surrounding natural environment. The practice of forestation at sustainable science parks not only develops a healthy environment that promotes an image of green, but also promotes a stable ecological system. As such, this study suggests alternatives to environmental planning from the perspective of landscape ecology by assessing the project of developing Osong Bio-Health Science Technopolis. To continuously maintain landscape aesthetics, one needs to control the height of buildings, lest the forests should be hidden by the buildings.
