중국 진출 한국 패션 브랜드의 CSR 적합성이 소비자 만족 및 브랜드 태도에 미치는 영향과 자민족 중심주의의 조절효과 (The Influence of Korean Fashion Brands' CSR Fit with Chinese Consumers on Consumer Satisfaction and Brand Attitude Moderated by Ethnocentrism)

  • To help korean fashion brands establish CSR activities in the chinese market in the future, this study investigated the influence of korean fashion brands' CSR fit with Chinese Consumers on Consumer Satisfaction and brand attitude, with the moderating effect of ethnocentrism. An online survey was conducted with 20-39 year-old consumers in China from April 18 to April 30, 2021. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 24.0 and Amos 24.0. The results of this paper are as follows. First, environmental CSR fit had the greatest impact on consumer satisfaction, followed by financial CSR fit and social contribution CSR fit. Second, environmental CSR fit and social contribution CSR fit had positive effects on brand attitude, while financial CSR fit did not have a positive effect on brand attitude. Third, as customer satisfaction has a favorable effect on brand attitude, it can be inferred that the greater the satisfaction customers feel for a Korean fashion brand in China, the more positive the attitude they develop toward Korean brands. Fourth, there was no significant difference between groups that had a high and low degree of ethnocentrism, confirming that ethnocentrism does not have a moderating effect on consumer satisfaction. On the other hand, in the relationship between environmental and social contribution CSR fit and brand attitude, there was a greater impact in the low ethnocentrism group compared with the high ethnocentrism group, which verifies the moderating effect of ethnocentrism.

Customer Purchasing Attitude towards Inter/Intra-industry Alliance Based on the Technological Level of Industries

  • Purpose - This paper examines customers' perception on intra-industry and inter-industry alliance, then compares customer purchasing attitude towards alliance product according to whether it is from high-tech or low-tech industry. Research design, data, and methodology - We used qualitative research methodology of in-depth interviews and focus group interviews. Results - Customers expect products from inter-industry alliance to be highly innovative but also to be inferior in technology. In high-tech industries, since technology is more important than differentiation, inter-industry alliance was negatively evaluated whereas intra-industry alliance elicited positive customer purchasing attitude. Conversely, in low-tech industry where novelty outweighs technology, inter-industry alliance earned positive evaluation. However, for intra-industry alliance, customers' evaluation varied depending on whether both partners share similar prestige and price range. When partners were not similar to each other, customers' perception were positive for less prestigious and pricey brand, but in the reverse case, perception were negative. Conclusions - This research focused on customers' perception and attitude by adopting qualitative methodology while other alliance studies are mostly based on quantitative research. This study provides managers with partner selecting guidelines considering the type of industry, and whether the goal is to enhance novelty or technology.

농촌아동의 피부두겹두께 의한 비만도, 이에 따른 비만관련 KAP 비교 및 비만캠프 전략 (Determining Obesity Frequency of Rural Children by Skinfold Thickness, Analyzing Their KAP Related ti Obesity and Obesity Camp Strategy)

  • A survey was conducted on 222 students in two elementary schools in rural areas, one was a rural small city and the other was in the countryside. By measuring their skin-foldness in 4 spots by caliper, the body fatness of 5 grades(BFGr) of the subjects was resulted as follows ; 28.0% of boys and 6.7% of girls were classified as obese the and 34.1% of boys and 31.1% of girls as overweight. Comparing by region, children in the small city seemed to be fatter than the ones in the countryside(21.7% vs. 17.2% as obesity). Comparing by gender, boys were fatter than girls(28.0% vs. 6.7% as obesity). When recategorizing body fatness from 5 grades(BFGr) into 3 groups(BFGp) as overweight group(obesity+overweight), normal and underweight group(underweight+severe-underweight), we observed no significant difference in childrens dietary habits and food intake frequencies by BFGp. Overweight and underweight groups enjoyed snacking before dinner more frequently than the normal group(42.1-59.3% vs. 31.5%). The subjects showed poor nutrition knowledge score with relatively high attitude score about weight control and dietary behavior score was a little lower than the attitude score. Nutrition education programs, like camps, should stress on childrens nutrition knowledge. BFGp related to obesity attitude positive, a very low level and the latter related to diet, exercise and fasting attitudes at positive levels. Therefore overweight children seemed to be motivated easily. Also the higher the in exercise-value score, the more increased was shown in exercise attitude at positive, very low level. Emphasizing exercise-value in camp programs might make childrens exercise attitude more positive. As strategies for a rural obesity camp program are being developed by obese and non-obese children. The camp would be held over summer vacation for 3 days(2 nights) at the participants expence not exceeding 50,000 won. Contents of the program cover nutrition knowledge, and exercise-value as well as cooking lessons, exercise practice, and self-esteem enhencement.

부모의 긍정적·부정적 양육태도가 다문화 청소년의 학업중단의도에 미치는 영향: 이중문화수용태도의 매개효과 (The Effects of Positive and Negative Parenting Attitudes on Intention of School Dropout of Multicultural Adolescents: Mediating Effect of Biculture Acceptance)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 부모양육태도가 다문화 청소년의 학업중단의도에 미치는 영향과 그 관계에서 이중문화수용태도의 매개효과를 확인하는데 있다. 이를 위해 다문화청소년패널(MCAPS) 6차년도 자료 중 다문화청소년 1,323명을 분석대상자로 선정하였다. 분석방법은 주요변수의 기술통계, 상관분석, 구조방정식 등을 활용해 경로분석 모형을 검증하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 부모의 긍정적 양육태도와 이중문화수용태도가 학업중단의도를 감소시키는데 반해, 부정적 양육태도는 학업중단의도를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이중문화수용태도는 긍정적 양육태도와 학업중단의도 간의 관계에서 부분매개 효과를 갖는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 부정적 양육태도와 학업중단의도 간의 관계에서도 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 다문화청소년의 이중문화수용태도를 높이고 학업중단의도를 예방할 수 있는 실천적 방안을 제시하였다.

외식산업 창업속성이 창업 과잉자신감과 창업자 태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Business Startup Attributes on the Overconfidence of Business Startup and Entrepreneur's Attitude in Foodservice Industry)

  • 본 연구는 외식산업 창업속성이 창업 과잉자신감과 창업자 태도에 미치는 영향을 밝히는데 목적을 갖고, 외식업 창업자 총 300명을 대상으로 2012년 10월 1일부터 30일까지 설문조사하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 외식산업 창업속성이 창업 과잉자신감에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 창업자 특성, 창업자금, 입지, 상품요인이 창업 자신감에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 둘째, 외식산업 창업속성이 창업자 태도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 창업자금, 입지, 상품요인이 창업자 태도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.01). 셋째, 창업 과잉자신감이 창업자 태도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 창업 과잉자신감은 창업자 태도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.001). 이는 창업자 특성변인으로서 전문화된 경영마인드와 관련 지식, 경험이 그만큼 중요하고, 이에 기반한 충분한 자금조달과 준비속에 고객의 유동인구가 상품특성과 결합하여 적합한 곳에 입지할 때 고객의 이용과 선택 또한 안정된 경영으로 이어져 자신감과 함께 안정경영을 통한 긍정적인 태도로 나타남을 의미한다.

취업모와 미취업모의 양육태도, 양육부담감 및 학령전기 자녀의 기질과 건강관련 변인 비교 (Childrearing Attitude and Burden of Employed and Unemployed Mothers and Temperament and Health Related Variables of Their Preschool Children)

  • Purpose: This comparative descriptive study was conducted to determine the effects of maternal employment on the maternal child-rearing attitude, child-rearing burden, and temperament and health related variables of their preschool children. Method: Samples were recruited in child care centers in Seoul, Daejeon, and Suwon. 209 mothers with children age of three to six participated. Result: Employed mothers showed more positive child-rearing attitude, but there was no significant difference in child-rearing burden, Also, maternal attitude and child-rearing burden were influenced by satisfaction on the employment state. Children's temperament subscales were not different in two groups. Breast feeding and compliance on vaccination were done better by unemployed mothers. However, home safety, experience of accident and hospitalization of children were not affected by maternal employment. Conclusion: Maternal employment has positive influence in some aspects. This study provides basic data for parent counseling and anticipatory guidance for employed mothers.

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the influence of research of consumers' consumption values and toward usage attitude, usage intention and willingness to pay of modern people. The study is a consumer research about food delivery services which is rapidly grown up due to recent transformation on a modern dietary life. This study was based on the main survey had conducted from 23th May 2019 to 26th May 2019 by 336 consumers, aged 18 and older, who had experienced Food delivery services in the past. Statistical analysis was performed by using the IBM SPSS v.25.0. In summary, the results of this study are as follows. First, consumption values of food delivery services had a positive influence on usage attitude. Consumption values were catagorized in five sub-values: functional value, social value, emotional value, epistemic value, and conditional value, all of which were found to be significant in affecting on usage attitude. Second, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on usage intention. Third, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. Fourth, usage intention of food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. The results of the study renders industrial and academic implications to the area of Food delivery services industry.

정책PR이 정책지지, 정부신뢰에 미치는 영향 연구 (Analyzing the Effects of Policy PR on the Policy Support, Government Trust)

  • 정부가 정책PR을 수행하는 이유는 국민의 정책지지와 정부신뢰를 얻기 위한 것이다. 정책지지와 정부신뢰는 정부가 정책을 입안하고 수행하는데 원동력이 되기 때문이다. 이런 점에서 본 연구는 동반성장 정책을 중심으로 정책PR이 정책지지, 정부신뢰에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째 동반성장 정책PR 활동과 정책PR의 성과에 대해 긍정적인 인식을 가질수록 동반성장 정책과 동반성장 정책지지에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 동반성장 정책에 대해 긍정적인 인식을 가질수록 동반성장 정책지지가 높아졌다. 셋째, 동반성장 정책지지가 높을수록 정부신뢰(전문성, 윤리성, 신뢰성)에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 정책PR이 정책지지, 정부신뢰를 이끌어내는 효과적 수단이라는 점을 보여준다. 나아가 정부신뢰 제고를 위해서는 정책PR 뿐만 아니라 정책의 투명하고 공정한 집행이 뒷받침되어야 한다.

도보여행길에 대한 주민의 관광영향지각, 환경태도, 참여 관계 분석: 경상북도 울진군 금강소나무숲길을 중심으로 (An Analysis on the Relation between Residents' Perception of Tourism Impact, Environmental Attitude and Participation: focused on Keumkang Pine Tree Forest Trail)

  • 본 연구에서는 금강소나무숲길을 사례로 지역주민의 관광영향지각, 환경태도, 참여를 조사하고, 상관관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 관광의 사회적 문화적 환경적(긍정) 영향지각은 긍정적인 반면 경제적 환경적(부정) 영향지각은 부정적으로 평가되었다. 둘째, 환경태도는 매우 우호적인 반면 시설중심의 관광개발에 대해서는 비우호적인 태도를 보였다. 셋째, 주민참여는 긍정적인 반면 그에 따른 경제적 편익은 낮게 평가되었다. 넷째, 항목 간의 상관관계는 환경태도가 우호적일수록 경제적 문화적 영향지각 수준이 높았고, 주민참여에 대해 긍정적일수록 경제적 환경적(긍정) 영향지각 수준이 높았다. 끝으로 지속가능한 발전을 위해 현재의 운영체제가 유지되어야 하며, 낙후된 편의시설, 취약한 접근성, 부족한 연계 관광코스, 편중된 경제적 편익 등이 개선되어야 한다.

대학생의 어머니 취업에 대한 긍정적 신념에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Related to University Students' Positive Beliefs about the Consequences of Maternal Employment)

  • This study examines the factors related to university students' positive beliefs about the consequences of maternal employment. A total of 338 university students in Seoul, Gyeong-gi, and Kyungnam area provided information about their socio-economic background, parents' employment history, achievement motivation, and gender egalitarian attitude. A two-way analysis of variance showed significant interaction effects of gender and grade on positive beliefs about the consequences of maternal employment. Multiple regression analyses by gender indicated that factors related with university students' positive beliefs about the consequences of maternal employment may differ by gender. For male students, grade, and socio-cultural gender egalitarian attitude were significantly related to positive beliefs about the consequences of maternal employment. For female students, grade, family monthly income, mother's employment during elementary school, and achievement motivation were related with positive beliefs about the consequences of maternal employment.
