Many research groups have studied tandem or multi-junction cells to overcome this low efficiency and degradation. In multi-junction cells, band-gap engineering of each absorb layer is needed to absorb the light at various wavelengths efficiently. Various absorption layers can be formed using multi-junctions, such as hydrogenated amorphous silicon carbide (a-SiC:H), amorphous silicon germanium (a-SiGe:H) and microcrystalline silicon (${\mu}c$-Si:H), etc. Among them, ${\mu}c$-Si:H is the bottom absorber material because it has a low band-gap and does not exhibit light-induced degradation like amorphous silicon. Nevertheless, ${\mu}c$-Si:H requires a much thicker material (>2 mm) to absorb sufficient light due to its smaller light absorption coefficient, highlighting the need for a high growth rate for productivity. ${\mu}c$-SiGe:H has a much higher absorption coefficient than ${\mu}c$-Si:H at the low energy wavelength, meaning that the thickness of the absorption layer can be decreased to less than half that of ${\mu}c$-Si:H. ${\mu}c$-SiGe:H films were prepared using 40 MHz very high frequency PECVD method at 1 Torr. SiH4 and GeH4 were used as a reactive gas and H2 was used as a dilution gas. In this study, the ${\mu}c$-SiGe:H layer for triple solar cells applications was performed to optimize the film properties.

Light is a basic force that functions in all the formative arts. Light (brightness) is an important subject of study in that it contains the force to control emotion and has much influence upon the shaping of a visual image and a feeling. If an artist systematizes the characteristics of brightness and creates an image, he or she can acquire a useful tool of expression. Because light is a powerful medium of expression of a visual image, a study on the characteristics of brightness for the emotional expression of an image in the contextual relationship with narratives seemingly has a crucial meaning. Emotion is influenced by a visual image very much, and a visual image is inevitably influenced by light. The brightness by light is basically classified into bright, dim, and dark. And the three basic stages of brightness specialize an image according to the setting of scope of maximal and minimal luminosity, and the image is further differentiated by the size of bright portion or dark portion. Since emotion is such a phenomenon as immaterial and psychological, it is difficult to break down it. Furthermore, clarifying the principle of an image in which the shade of light is associated is impossible. However, the width of luminosity and the change of size can give quite a change to a visual image, and the visual image has further influence upon man's emotion too. Although the influence of brightness upon a visual image varies with extents, circumstances, and personal tastes and interests, even the same image clearly changes with the adjustment of brightness.

The purpose of this research is to reveal the essential meaning of deviant peer through Phenomenological approach method on experiences of the teenagers. For an in-depth understanding of the experience world of the teenagers, researcher sought the essential meaning structure about the four Life-world Existentials of constructing human's live-world. Data had been collected through the researcher, the participants' observation, field note, content analysis, as well as in-depth interview "With them. Based on an analytical process of hermeneutical phenomenology of van Manen, researcher analysed essential meanings of the data in light of the four Existential categories through separating thematic statement, decision of essential theme and rewriting. The structure of the deviant peer experienced by the teenagers has been analyzed by the hermeneutical phenomenology so as to extract 28 composition meanings, 30 phenomenon and 18 structure of experience. The results examined by each theme are as follows. This study demonstrates that essential meaning structure of the study participants in the world is the experience of boundary, alert'.

The purposes of this study are to comprehend the internal meaning and the external form in style of Greek statue's clothing in the light of linked solution, and to compare the characterizations of style of Greek statue's clothing with those in Greek Art. For these purpose, the theoretical studies about Greek art are preceded as a framework of this research, and then plastic characteristics of Greek statue's clothing and Greek art are analyzed by the documentary studies, For sources, photographs of Greek statue in Archaeological Museum and Louvre museum are used. The result is as follows. It is demonstrated that the characters of internal meaning in style of Greek art and Greek statue's clothing. The internal meaning of style of Greek art and Greek statue's clothing are as follows 1) Beauty of vital is subject that possessed life and movement and embodied dynamics or inherent power. 2) Beauty of moderation is subject that achieves some of its most impressive and practise a similar economy and restraint. 3) Beauty of character is subject that reveals the character of its wearer and has its own charm and distinction The Greeks clarified beauty by looking for mathematical proportions. It is the interrelation of part with one another, and with the whole, together with the additional element of good colour, which constitutes beauty as perceived by the eyes. The beauty in style of Greek statue's clothing consists of a sense of geometrical pattern, oder, symmetry, proportion, and rhythm.

Objectives : The meaning of the verses '久而增氣' and '氣增而久' from the 『Suwen·Zhizhenyaodalun』 were studied to complement previous annotations. Methods : Based on problems uncovered in previous annotations, the verses "久而增氣, 物化之常也" and "氣增而久, 夭之由也" were examined in detail. Results & Conclusions : Previous annotations on the verse "久而增氣, 物化之常也" have conflicting opinions. Therefore, related contents in the 『Huangdineijing』 were examined to resolve and complement existing interpretations. The meaning of '久' in the phrase "久而增氣, 物化之常也," not only has a temporal meaning but also refers to the Jing process[精化｣. The Jing process is where the Jing Qi is used to produce Jing through a feedback process that results in enlivening materials such as Jing, Qi, and Blood. The phrase "氣增而久, 夭之由也" refers to an early death caused by expansion of rough Qi that has failed to go through the Jing process because of excessive greed and failure to follow the seasonal principle. These phrases from the 『Suwen·Zhizhenyaodalun』 reminds us that the Qi's Jing process is an important factor in determining longevity, shedding new light on themes such as the pattern of food intake, cultivation, longevity, treating before illness, prevention, etc., for today.

A probe type fiber-optic sensing techique for electric current measurement is applied in this paper. The technique is based on the Faraday effect which meaning is that polarization state of light is rotated by magnetic field. In experiment, test wire is located at inside and outside of the probe to be measured. The experimental results prove not only linear property, but also polarization rotation property according to the distance from outside of probe.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the church architecture by Alvar Aalto. General features of Aalto's architecture are the result of accommodating Modern architecture with regional qualities of Finland. The church would be the best example for understanding his architecture because he designed most of his churches in the prime of life. He established architectural types in his 30s through Viipuri public library and Saynatsalo town hall. He developed these types and applied them to his whole design. His type acts as a principle of configuration of his church architecture rather than a copy of form and shows the characteristics in the field of building layout, dynamic space and the effective use of light. Therefore, Aalto's church architecture can be recognized as the representative of Modern Finnish architecture in that they developed the meaning of their specific context including site, region and cultural tradition without losing the concept and technology of Modern architecture.

What is radical constructivism There were many questions arose related with radical constructivism in mathematics education. In this paper, the author put seven frequentlyasked questions on radical constructivism and described each question one by one in light with constructivists' point of views. The questions included types of constructivista, radical constructivism, trivial or weak constructivism, and social constructivism; representative people in radical constructivism; matter of ontological reality; evaluation of others' work; shared meaning; social influence; and teacher's roles from the perspectives of radical constructivism. One of the big difference between Aalto and other modem architects lies in an attitude that Aalto went beyond the principle of dogmatic functionalism. As an architect of Northern Europe, Aalto made unique architecture that showed both the language of modem architecture and vernacular architecture. He presented the best example which showed modernity in architecture without losing the meaning of the context including site, region and cultural tradition. With this background, Aalto developed his own typological design approach. As Wolfsburg church was designed in his prime of time, it showed the origin and evolutionary process of religious architecture as well as general features of Aalto's design. Clustered site plan, dynamic space of interior, the adequate control of natural light are representative characteristics found in Aalto's religious architecture. Wolfsburg church also demonstrate these features in more specific way including the continuity of wall and ceiling that showed spatial dynamics, free opening of wall which reflects on functions, and careful adjust of natural light. As a result, Aalto showed his typological design strategy that added new design ideas to the accumulated design vocabularies in the design of Wolfsburg church.

This thesis has purpose of explaining that blur color is not only appreciated but also undecided spacial color in contemporary space design and examining effects of space experience through the light. In keeping such developments, blur color has been perceived as the object of another tool in contemporary space and has provided us with new views by providing various program, sensor and screen from digital media. With the expansion of blur color, light has changed a spacial color structural that is not simple meaning factor into the essential concept. So this research aims to understand the principle of blur color in Olafur Eliasson's work, which of the fine artist in diverse fields from installation art to media art. The principle of blur color such as deconstruction of vanishing point, dimensional transfer, color gradation, and fiction of visual perception makes it possible to extract the expressed element and method of blur color. Meanwhile, the features of blur color such as sense of depth from viewpoint changes, hybrid from collapse of order, media metamorphosis from reconstitution and interaction from uncanny can be inferred from case analysis.
