This study suggests the general support center with comprehensive services for the elderly. In general, the modifications of the elderly housing have a direct influence on the "Quality of life" and "Aging in place" for the elderly. But until now, the elderly housing modification has been carried out separately on the elderly welfare category. It is very inefficient and inconvenient for the elderly. Therefore, it is necessary to have a comprehensive organization that includes the implementation of modifications. To provide reasons for this insistence, this study analyzed the previous research, legal system guidelines, and others related things. And it researched the perception of the comprehensive institution and the need for housing modification through the recognition survey of the elderly and the early elderly. The study found that the current domestic legal system does not have an integrated system to carry out the entire process of applying and implementing the elderly housing modification. On the other hand, the results of the survey showed that the elderly hoped to introduce a comprehensive and user-friendly institution for housing modification.
The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of the innovation characteristics that AI Elderly Care Robots have on elderly consumers and to verify the acceptance or mediated resistance by the elderly of the innovation characteristics. Research was conducted throughout this study of the characteristics of the elderly so that the study results could contribute to the improvement of the quality and manufacture of AI Elderly Care Robots by lowering the psychological resistance of the elderly. Survey questions were answered by senior citizens aged 65 and older. The SPSS25 and AMOS22 programs were used for analysis. The analysis confirmed that innovation resistance has a significant mediated effect on the characteristics of elderly consumers and their willingness to accept the innovation characteristics of the AI Elderly Care Robots. Through this study, Ram's innovation resistance model has been verified empirically and it is estimated that by considering the specificities of elderly consumers and using the information to contribute to the development and modification of AI Elderly Care Robots will increase the willingness of the elderly to accept the innovation characteristics of the AI Elderly Care Robots.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the perception about the elderly among undergraduate students interested in the elderly care business. Method: In this descriptive research, a total of 183 undergraduate students were participated. The instrument was consisted of a 18-item semantic differential scale developed by Sanders et al (1984). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficients by SPSS 18.0. Result: Undergraduate students' perception about the elderly was slightly positive($2.98{\pm}1.51$). The significant factors associated with the perception about the elderly were gender, age, present residing state with the elderly, experience of residing with the elderly at the past. Male students' perception about the elderly was more positive than female. Among 18 items, 'wise' and 'knowledgeable' was highly related to the perception about the elderly(r=.671, p=.001). Conclusion: These findings indicate that the items of optimistic, attractive, flexible and good were the impressive perceptions about the elderly for the undergraduate students. The result of this study can be utilized to promote perception about the elderly among undergraduate students.
Purpose: This study examined the characteristic of the Injury Severity Score (ISS) of Korean geriatric patients with a traumatic injury in a nationally representative sample to determine the optimal cutoff of ISS of mortality according to age. Methods: The subjects were 3,018 non-elderly patients and 1,584 elderly patients with an ISS and Korean Triage and Acuity Scale (KTAS) in 2016 from the data of the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service. The traumatic characteristics of the elderly and non-elderly were compared by stratifying the ISS. Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was used to find the optimal cutoff of ISS of mortality according to age. Results: The elderly were more prone to severe trauma than the non-elderly were. The distribution of KTAS grades was lower, even though the severity of ISS was as high as that of the non-elderly. The optimal cutoff score of the ISS for mortality in the ROC curve was lower in elderly over 65 years than in the other age group. Conclusion: The elderly are more prone to severe trauma and death than non-elderly, even though their ISS is low. Therefore, a strategy to prevent elderly from experiencing serious trauma and managing their geriatric trauma actively is needed.

And also it attempts to find the correlations among the sub-concepts of metamemory which have close relationships to the memory performance followed by the depression. Methods: The subjects of this study are 60 the elderly women who are older than sixty years in Busan city, Korea. We use the MIA(Dixon, et al., 1988) to measure metamemory and measure the memory performances such as the immeadiate word recall, the delayed word recall, the word recognition task, and face recognition. Results: 1. The average point of deprssed elderly womens' metamemory was significantly lower than non-depressed womens' point(t=10.86 p<.0017). Looking into subconcept of metamemory, depressed elderly womens' strategy, capacity, change, achievement point were significantly lower than non-depressed women. 2. In terms of immediate word recall and delayed word recall performances, depressed elderly women are significantly lower than non-depressed elderly women. 3. The degree of depressed elderly womens' metamemory(strategy, achievement, change, capacity) has significant correlations with immediate word recall performances. Conclusion: Metamemory has close relationship with the memory performance of elderly women. And also depressed elderly's sub-concepts of metamemory which have influences on their memory performance are different from non-depressed elderly's sub-concepts. Therefore, when we try to develop some programs to prevent memory decrease of elderly women, we should take these point into consideration.

This study aimed to identify the factors affecting elderly care willingness (ECW) of nursing students. A total of 313 nursing students participated in the study. Data were collected from May to June 2019 using Interpersonal Reactivity Index-Korean version, Semantic Differential Scaling for evaluating attitudes toward elders, Scale of Ageism, and Questionnaire for care willingness toward older adults. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS 21.0 Program. The factors with the most significant influence on the elderly care willingness was prejudice toward the elderly (β=-.30, p=.001), followed by attitude toward the elderly (β=-.25, p=.004), third year (β=-.23, p=.016), satisfaction with volunteer experience with the elderly (β=-.21, p=.008), satisfaction with nursing major (β=-.17, p=.032), and empathy (β=.16, p=.046). These factors explained 46% of the elderly care willingness. In conclusion, it is necessary to reduce prejudice against the elderly and develop positive attitudes toward the elderly to increase the willingness of nursing students to care for older adults. In particular, further study is required to increase the willingness of nursing students to care for the elderly through developing programs such as curriculums for positive contact experiences with the elderly and volunteer activities for the elderly.
