코로나 19와 경기침체의 영향으로 기업들은 극심한 경쟁상황에 놓이게 되었다. 이러한 상황에서 우수한 직원을 선발하는 것 뿐만 아니라 유지하는 것 또한 기업이 당면한 최우선 과제가 되었다. 하지만 기존의 근로자들과는 매우 다른 성향을 가진 90년대생들이 노동 시장에 진입하게 되었고, 이들의 높은 이직률로 인해 기업과 근로자 모두 어려움을 겪게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중국의 90년대생 근로자에 주목하여, 이들이 추구하는 직업가치(실용주의, 직업-흥미일치, 장기개발, 혁신성)가 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 근무시간이 1년 미만인 그룹과 1년 이상인 그룹을 비교 분석하였다. 총 267명의 90년대생 중국 근로자의 응답을 통해 연구모형을 검증한 결과, 실용주의는 직무만족과 이직의도에 모두 영향을 주었지만, 직업-흥미일치는 직무만족에만, 혁신성은 이직의도에만 영향을 주었다. 근무기간의 조절효과는 부분적으로 검증되었고, 연구결과에 따른 다양한 시사점이 논의되었다.

본 연구는 인장하중의 방향변화에 따른 의사 등방성 복합재 적층판의 피로손상거동의 변화에 대하여 알아보았다. [0/-60/＋60]$_s$ 적층판과 [＋30/-30/90]$_s$ 적층판의 저 싸이클 피로시험을 행하였고, 재료계는 AS4/Epoxy와 AS4/PEEK를 사용하였다. [＋30/-30/90]$_s$ 적층판의 피로손상은 [0/-60/＋60]$_s$ 적층판에 비하여 아주 달랐다. AS4/Epoxy와 AS4/PEEK [＋30/-30/90]$_s$ 적층판에 발생한 층간분리의 위치가 모재의 종류에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 층간분리 진전시 측정된 변형률을 사용하여 임계 변형률 에너지 해방률을 계산하였다. 실험결과를 모드별 변형률 에너지 해방률의 제안된 계산법으로 얻어진 해석 결과와 비교한 결과, 잘 일치되었다.

Machine tools are widely used in mechanical manufacturing corporations, as well as in engineering courses at universities in Vietnam. The PINACHO S-90/200 lathe is particularly popular. This paper aims to research and select an optimal cutting depth to minimize power costs and ensure surface roughness quality when machining upper plain cylindrical turning products with the PINACHO S-90/200 lathe on C45 steel material.

90 kDa-heat shock protein (HSP90)은 여러 가지 스트레스에 의해서 유도되는 주요 스트레스단백질 가운데 하나이다. HSP90은 스트레스가 없는 정상적인 상황에서도 일정량 합성되는 단백질로, 세포 내에서 kinases나 스테로이드호르몬 수용체와 같은 여러 조절단백질 및 구조 단백질과 결합하는 것으로 알려져 있다.본 연구에서는 HSP90의 생화학적인 특성을 조사하는데 사용할 목적으로DEAE- cellulose chromatography, hydroxyapatite chromatography, Sephacryl S-300 gel filtration의 방법으로 닭근육조직으로부터 HSP90을 순수 분리하고, 이에 대한 단일클론항체를 murine hybridoma technique을 이용하여 생성하였다. 생성된 클론들에 대해서 ELISA와 Western blot을 실시한 결과 HSP90을 인지하는 A204, C112, C302, C410의 4가지 단클론을 얻었다. 특히 C112는 Western blot과 native immunoprecipitation 실험에서 인간, 토끼, 닭, 쥐, 어류의 HSP90을 인지하지만 초파리, E. coli의 HSP90은 인지하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

90Mbps 디지털 비데오 코덱의 구성방법으로 서pel 당 비트수, sampling 주파수, 데이터 감축 방법등의 여러가지 설계 요건들이 SQNR, 하아드웨어 복잡성 정도에 따라 비교검토 되었으며 그 결과 HBL control을 포함하는 9bit PCM codec 방식이 90Mbps 전송속도에서 타당함이 밝혀졌다.

Numerous root-associated bacteria (rhizobacteria) are known to elicit induced systemic resistance (ISR) in plants. Bacterial cell-density-dependent quorum sensing (QS) is thought to be important for ISR. Here, we investigated the role of QS in the ISR elicited by the rhizobacterium, Serratia marcescens strain 90-166, in tobacco. Since S. marcescens 90-166 produces at least three QS signals, QS-mediated ISR in strain 90-166 has been difficult to understand. Therefore, we investigated the ISR capacity of two transgenic tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) plants that contained either bacterial acylhomoserine lactone-producing (AHL) or -degrading (AiiA) genes in conjunction with S. marcescens 90-166 to induce resistance against bacterial and viral pathogens. Root application of S. marcescens 90-166 increased ISR to the bacterial pathogens, Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. carotovorum and Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci, in AHL plants and decreased ISR in AiiA plants. In contrast, ISR to Cucumber mosaic virus was reduced in AHL plants treated with S. marcescens 90-166 but enhanced in AiiA plants. Taken together, these data indicate that QS-dependent ISR is elicited by S. marcescens 90-166 in a pathogen-dependent manner. This study provides insight into QS-dependent ISR in tobacco elicited by S. marcescens 90-166.

The current study assessed the effect of a bolt hole on tensile fatigue properties of CFRP laminates. Two specimens, i.e. $[(0/90)_3]S$, $[(0/45/90/-45)_2]_S$, were analyzed using a finite element method and were experimentally tested for cases, both with and without a hole, whose diameter corresponded to 0.12 times the specimen width. Delamination positions predicted by a 3-dimensional static finite element analysis were matched well to those observed by an ultrasonic imaging system in the middle of fatigue test. A hole whose diameter corresponds to 0.12 times the specimen width caused the fatigue strength to decrease by 9% and 11% under 5 Hz loading frequency, and by 22% and 25% under 10 Hz loading frequency for $[(0/90)_3]_S$ and $[(0/45/90/-45)_2]_S$, respectively. Because the decrease in sectional area due to the hole was normalized in calculation of the tensile strength, a stress concentration around the hole is believed to induce the strength degradation of fatigue specimens. From the finite element analyses, the stress concentration factor around a hole was expected as 8.8 and 9.5 for $[(0/90)_3]_S$ and $[(0/45/90/-45)_2]_S$, respectively.

Objective : The aim of this study is to investigate the traits of psychiatric state on Hwabyung patients by using Symptom Check List-90-Rivision(SCL-90-R) Method : We studied 96 patients who visited Daegu Hanny University Oriental Medical Hospital from November 2003 to October 2004. Hwabyung Diagnostic Interview Schedule was conducted for diagnosis. And Symptom Check List-90-Rivision was carried out each group. Results & Conclusions : Hwabyung group was 22 persons among 96 patients 1. Hwabyung group has higher scores in all demensions of SCL-90-R than control group.(p<0.0l) 2. In female, Hwabyung group has higher scores in somatization, obsessive-compulsive, depression, hostility and psychoticism of SCL-90-R than control group. In male, Hwabyung group has higher scores in somatization, obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal-sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and phobic anxiety of SCL-90-R than control group. 3. In 20s&30s, Hwabyung group has higher scores in all demensions of SCL-90-R except psychoticism than control group. In over 40, Hwabyung group has higher scores in somatization, depression, anxiety, hostility and psychoticism of SCL-90-R than control group. 4. In Hwabyung group, male group has higher scores in hostility of SCL-90-R than female, and 20s&30s group has higher scores in interpersonal-sensitivity, anxiety and paranoid ideation of SCL-90-R than over 40 group.

강탄성 구역 $S_k$ 상태에서 $S_p$ 상태로 스윗청 될 때 ${\beta}-Tb_2(MoO_4)_3$, 단결정의 자발변형텐서 값으로부터 격자점의 상대적 변위를 계산할 수 있는 공식을 유도하였다. 엔탈피의 보존법칙을 이용하여 특정 방향에 대한 문턱 스윗청력의 측정치를 이용하여 임의의 방향에 대한 문턱 스윗청력을 계산할 수 있는 공식을 유도하였으며, 이 공식에서 유도한 이론치와 (${\theta}=90^{\circ}$, ${\phi}$)가 ($90^{\circ}$, $15^{\circ}$), ($90^{\circ}$, $30^{\circ}$), ($90^{\circ}$, $45^{\circ}$), ($90^{\circ}$, $60^{\circ}$), ($90^{\circ}$, $75^{\circ}$)인 경우에 실측한 측정값은 잘 일치하였다.

본 연구에서 복합재의 압축 강도에 대한 두께 효과가 $[0_4]_{ns},{\;}[45/0/-45/90]_{ns},{\;}[45_n/0_n/-45_n/90_n]_s$ (n=2 to 8) 등의 적층 방법을 이용하여 체계적인 실험을 통해 조사되었다. 여기서 섬유 체적비, 기공률, 섬유 굴곡도, 층간 응력 등, 적층 두께 증가에 따른 압축 강도에 영향을 주는 파라미터들이 실험과 이론적으로 연구되었다. 또한 엇교차 대칭 복합재판의 파괴강도에 대한 적층 순서 효과도 조사되었다. 이를 위해 2종류의 다른 스케일링 효과를 갖는 (1) 폰라이-레벨 기법인 $[45_n/0_n/-45_n/90_n]_s$과 (2) 서브라미네이트-레벨 기법인 $[45_n/0_n/-45_n/90_n]_s$가 적용되었다. 일 방향 적층 시편 $[0_4]_{ns}$과 플라이-레벨인 $[45_n/0_n/-45_n/90_n]_s$에는 분명한 두께효과를 나타내었다. 그리고 섬유 굴곡도와 기공률의 두께효과에 기여하는 주요 파라미터 들임이 확인되었다. 그러나 서브라미네이트-레벨인 $[45/0/-45/90]_{ns}$의 압축강도는 시편 두께의 변화에도 불구하고 별 영향을 나타내지 않았으면, 서브라미네이트- 레벨 시편에서 구한 강토가 플라이-레벨 시편에서 구한 강도보다 약간 높았다. 이 같은 효과에 대한 이유는 섬유 굴곡도, 기공률, 자유단 효과 및 $0^{\circ}$층과 비 $0^{\circ}$층 사이의 응력 재 분포에 의한 영향인 것으로 보인다. 측정된 파괴강도는 예측 값과 비교되었다.
