Purpose: This study aims to identify the recognition, readiness, and awareness of the need for education in the era of the 4th industrial revolution among dental technology students in the healthcare field, and to provide essential data for the development of a future-oriented curriculum. Methods: A survey of 260 students, who were briefed about the purpose of this study, was conducted at D University and G University, located in Daejeon and Gangwon-do, South Korea, respectively. A total of 229 questionnaires, excluding 31 with insufficient responses, were analyzed. Results: 1. Recognition of the 4th industrial revolution was 3.43±0.77, preparedness was 2.91±0.84, and awareness of the need for education was 3.86±0.80. 2. Major satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on concept recognition and impact recognition of the 4th industrial revolution, readiness level, and the need for education (p<0.001). Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an education program on specialized skills (professional knowledge) related to the 4th industrial revolution, and to implement such a program that serves the educational needs of individual groups.

Now a days, Lots of research about 4th industrial revolution are progressing. Attempt of technologies on construction engineering field, such as construction management by drone, building equipments based on the IoT technology and etc., are continuously tried by government and private enterprises. Meanwhile, the application of advanced technologies on the military facilities should be reviewed cautiously, because of the national defense environment such as military security. Therefore, this study aim to understanding of present status of military facilities for introduction of 4th industrial revolution technology. To achieve the aim of the study, question investigation targeting working groups for military facility management is conducted.

본 연구는 문헌 연구를 통하여 제4차 산업혁명의 성공요인을 도출하고, 제4차 산업혁명을 선도하는 산업계 경영진에게 설문을 통하여 이들 성공요인을 실증적으로 검증하는데 있다. 문헌 연구 결과, 리더쉽', '변화관리', '최고경영층 지원', '전략적 조화', '교육훈련', '의사결정 위양', '팀워크', '조직문화', '소통', '프로젝트 관리'의 10개의 성공요인이 도출되었다. 제4차 산업혁명에 관련된 산업계에 해당되는 기업의 CIO와 CEO를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 설문 조사로서는 상당히 높은 64.4%의 응답률을 보였다. 설문 분석 결과 응답자는 '전략적 조화', 가장 중요한 성공요인으로 이어서 '최고경영층 지원', '리더쉽', '변화관리', '프로젝트 관리', '팀워크', 소통', '교육훈련', '조직 문화', 의사결정 위양' 순으로 평가하였었다. 제4차 산업혁명의 성공적인 추진을 위해서는 (1) 추진 전략의 구체화와 정교화, (2) 정부, 공공기관, 연구기관, 대학, 산업계의 효과적인 네트워크 구축, (3) 전략적이고 장기적인 계획, (4) 추진 전략의 차별화와 글로벌 협력체계 구축이 요청된다.

본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명과 기술 상용화에 대해 논의하고, 기술 상용화에 영향을 미치는 성공 요인을 문헌 연구를 통하여 도출하여, 제4차 산업혁명을 주도하는 산업계 경영진에게 설문을 통하여 이들 요인을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 문헌연구 결과 기술 상용화에 영향을 미치는 11가지 성공 요인은'대화와 소통','경영층 지원','경영에 대한 이해','기술 상용화의 이해','관련자간의 협력','기술 상용화 장려책','공동목표 인식','정부 지원','기술 상용화 경험', '기술의 구체성','수요자 요청 기술'이었다. 404부의 설문지를 제4차 산업혁명 업계에 속하는 기업의 CEO와 CIO에게 발송하였고, 최종 응답률은 64.4%(260부)로서 상당히 높은 참여율을 보였다. 응답자들은 제4차 산업혁명의 기술 상용화에 가장 중요한 요인으로'관련자간의 협력'을 꼽았고, 뒤이어'경영층 지원','대화와 소통','공동 목표 인식','기술 상용화에 대한 이해'순으로 평가하였다. 기업이 제4차 산업혁명의 기술 상용화 프로젝트의 성공 가능성을 제고하기 위해서는, 본 연구에서 높은 평가를 받은 성공 요인들에 높은 관심을 가지고 사업을 추진하여야 할 것이다.

The core technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution, such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, the cloud, big data, and mobile networks, are inspiring major changes and innovations in the defense sector worldwide. The United States, China, and Russia are pursuing defense research and development strategies that seek to maintain their leadership on the battlefield in the future through the overwhelming superiority of defense science technology. Defense science and technology concentrate on the development of challenging new disruptive technologies to efficiently respond to future battlefield environments, where the immediate process of determining the outcome of a war will lead to combat power. In this paper, we first look at the development strategies of the 4th Industrial Revolution in major countries and describe the latest trends in defense science and technology accordingly.

본 논문은 4차 산업혁명이 직업능력개발에 미치는 영향을 이행노동시장(Transitional Labor Market: TLM) 모형을 중심으로 조명해보고, 이를 토대로 4차 산업혁명시대의 직업능력개발정책의 발전방향을 모색하였다. 4차 산업혁명은 새로운 일자리를 창출하고, 기존의 일자리의 상당부분을 소멸하게 함과 동시에 일자리의 형태와 직무의 내용, 일하는 방식을 근본적으로 변화시킬 것이다. 이러한 새로운 환경 하에서는 노동시장 이행의 각 단계에서 위험이 증대할 가능성이 높다. 이러한 위험을 최소화하기 위해서는 교육훈련제도의 혁신과 생애경력개발 및 평생직업능력개발을 통해 4차 산업혁명을 선도할 인재를 육성하고, 4차 산업혁명이 초래할 변화에 대한 적응력을 높여나가는 것이 중요하다. 이러한 측면에서 기존의 직업능력개발체제를 4차 산업혁명 시대에 적합하도록 패러다임적인 발전을 이루어야 하고, 평생직업능력개발을 위한 생태계를 구축하여야 한다.

4차 산업혁명은 가정생활 깊숙이 들어와 가사노동과 돌봄의 방식을 변화시켰다. 4차 산업혁명 기술 변화로 초래된 가정의 변화는 가사노동 사회화 측면에서 두드러진다. 본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 가속화되고 있는 가사노동 사회화 현상을 "플랫폼"을 통한 "가사서비스" 양상 변화를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 4차 산업혁명 기술변화가 가속화되기 시작한 2015년 이후 전국일간지와 경제지를 대상으로 관련 신문기사를 추출하여 빅데이터 분석을 하였다. 빅데이터 분석결과는 4차 산업혁명 기술을 활용한 플랫폼 경제가 기업 비즈니스 차원뿐만 아니라 공공정책 차원에서 가사노동 사회화를 급속하게 확산시키고 있음을 보여준다. 플랫폼을 통한 가사서비스 지원이 기업의 새로운 사업 영역으로 성장하고 있으며, 공공정책 차원에서 맞벌이가정이나 한부모가정의 일⸱가정 양립 지원이나 감염병 대응과 관련하여 중요한 정책과제로 다뤄지고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 기술로 인한 가사노동과 돌봄의 변화를 통해 향후 가사노동과 돌봄에 대한 가정, 시장, 국가의 역할과 과제를 성찰하는 계기를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

본 논문의 목적은 4차 산업혁명의 기술을 활용하여, 농업의 6차산업화를 선도하는 국내외의 사례 분석을 수행하고, 한국의 상황에서 그 가능성과 ABCD 전략모델을 활용하여 그 전략적 방향성을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 4차 산업혁명의 핵심 기술과 농업의 6차 산업화에 대한 개념을 조사하고, 미국, 한국 및 중국의 성공적 사례를 고찰하였다. 즉, 미국 사례에서는 새로운 기술을 통해 수확량의 정확한 예측에 적용했고, 한국사례에서는 첨단 버섯 재배에서 4차 산업혁명 기술을 활용했다. 중국의 경우, 첨단 감시시스템에 의한 포도의 2모작 재배를 성공시켰다. 분석결과, 4차 산업혁명의 기술이 농업의 6차 산업화에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 인지하였고, ABCD 전략모델을 통해 향후 우리 농업이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시했다.

18세기 1차 산업혁명 이후로부터 여러 차례에 걸쳐 혁명적 산업 변화가 이루어졌다. 4차 산업혁명은 지능과 정보가 융합된 형태로 전개되는 새로운 형태의 산업혁명이다. 사회, 문화, 경제, 교육 시스템은 접속과 경험이라는 커다란 주제 안에서 전개될 것으로 예상된다. 4차 산업혁명의 특징적 요소인 지능적 기계화의 흐름 속에서, 인간과 기계의 분업화라는 관점은 반드시 필요하다. 도구에 관한 것은 기계와 인공지능에게 맡기고 인간은 본질적인 문제를 바라보아야 한다. 4차 산업혁명의 패러다임과 기술발전의 흐름 속에서 교육의 관점은 근본적으로 변화되어야 한다. 암기력을 기반으로 하는 소유의 개념이 아닌, 접속과 활용의 능력을 길러주는 교육으로 나아가야 한다. 로봇과 인공지능이 많은 부분을 담당할 수 있으므로 인간은 기계가 할 수 없는 토론, 협업, 의사소통, 감성, 예술성이라는 영역에 주목할 필요가 있다. 4차 산업혁명은 인간과 기술의 융합, 인문학과 과학기술의 융합이다. 융합적 교육과 독서가 중요하다.

Purpose: Convergence and social ripple effects caused by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which encompasses new technologies in various fields, will have a great impact on the beauty industry structure and market economy. This review reviewed the literature on the changes in the employment environment of the Korean beauty industry due to the 4th industrial revolution and the countermeasures of the beauty industry accordingly. Research design, data and methodology: Using the October 2022 PRISMA flowchart, it is a review of changes in the employment environment of the beauty industry, the need for human resource management of beauty workers, and the employment environment to be applied to the beauty industry in the future. Results: Changes in the employment environment in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the current state of the beauty industry, and reviews on beauty industry workers were collected, and a direction for training beauty industry workers was presented. Conclusions: This study presented the direction of the beauty industry in preparation for changes in the employment environment of the 4th industrial revolution and suggested that research is needed to actively establish human resource management (HRM) to overcome the problem of fostering talent in the beauty industry.
