Objectives This case report is about a Taeyangin patient with Acute Motor Axonal Neuropathy identified as Hae-Yeok pattern using Ogapijangchuk-tang. In this study, we report the significant improvement of lower extremity weakness and pain of this patient after Sasang Constitutional medicine treatment. Methods The patient was identified as Taeyangin Hae-Yeok pattern and treated with Ogapijangchuk-tang. Guillain-Barre Syndrome disability scale was used to assess the overall function of the patient. The Numeral Rating Scale was used to assess the change of lower extremity pain. Also the change of lower extremity weakness was measured by patient's expression and graded by Manual Muscle Test. Result and Conclusion After treatment with Ogapijangchuk-tang, patient's symptoms were improved. And there was not any side effect. In conclusion, this study shows that Sasang Constitutional medicine can be effective treatment for Taeyangin patient with Acute Motor Axonal Neuropathy.

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is one of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) with unknown etiopathogenesis. This case report details remission of UC induced by Korean herbal medicine treatment. A 31-year-old male patient diagnosed as UC after a series of examinations including endoscopy and fecal calprotectin (FC) test. He had severe bloody diarrhea over 10-20 times a day despite taking 5-aminosalicylic acid and steroid. He was given individualized Korean herbal medicine Dowha-tang according to pattern identification. After taking Dowha-tang for 7 months, clinical remission was achieved. The symptoms disappeared and FC level went down to normal level. No adverse events were reported. This case report shows that Korean herbal medicine treatment may have the potential for clinical remission of UC. Further investigation is warranted.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the intention to report child abuse of emergency room nurses based on the health belief model. Methods: This was a descriptive study that used a cross-sectional design. A total of 188 emergency room nurses working at general hospitals with more than 300 beds in Seoul participated in the study. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: Correlations and regression analyses showed that the perceived severity (β=.14, p=.024), perceived barrier (β=-.25, p<.001), and self-efficacy (β=.31, p<.001) were factors influencing emergency room nurses' intention to report child abuse, and the explanatory power of the model was 33.0%. Conclusion: The results of this study related to the health belief model, being a valid theoretical basis for child abuse reporting intention research, significantly suggest new research directions in the future. In addition, to increase the nurses' intention to report child abuse in the emergency room, the influencing factors identified in this study can be utilized and develop specific interventions using the health belief model.

We have proposed a deep observing program to survey more than 3,000 sq. degree of southern sky with the KMTNet telescopes to search for ultra-faint dwarf galaxies. Recently, the test observations for our survey were made in B, V, R, I-band. We will report the performance of the KMTNet camera system and our detailed strategy in both of observations and analysis for the three-year survey.

Direct-Sequence code-division multiple access(DS/CDMA) is considered by many to be a promising technology for future wireless communication networks. In this paper, we report new analysis for probability of BPSK CDMA hypothesis test in jointly distributed AWGN Rayleigh-fading received signal. In previous method, analysis is performed on AWGN or Rayleigh-faded signal in separately. In this paper, we propose model for hypothesis test system of the AWGN Rayleigh-faded received signal.

Lameness of front limbs or hind limbs was occurred in German Shepherd dogs firm one brood bitch between 5 and 6 months of age. Physic81 examinations revealed pain associated with deep palpation of the affected area(u1nar, humerus, tibia, etc). But, no significant result was found for the clinical test including complete blood test and so oa Radiographic examination showed an increased radiopacity in the region of the nutrient foremen. Panosteitis was diagnosed on the basis of breed age, clinical signs and radiographic signs.

In this report US and Korea civil and military simulator certification system is researched, and a plan for improvement is proposed. Korean simulator certification system should adopt FAA's system and improve upon it. Certification criteria should have a basis on FAA certification criteria and add military operation characteristics selectively. Flight test data, used as comparison criteria in certification, should be acquired in package during aircraft development or overseas acquisition. The establishment of certification system is expected to improve external credibility and improve competitiveness in overseas market.

In this Paper, we report a design of Serial ATA Transpor layer. The functionalities of the Serial ATA transport layer are first described on RTL via verilog. The compiled code are then fed to a synthesizer synopsys to get the actual hardware from 0.35$\mu\textrm{m}$ SAMSUNG standard cell library. The designed functionalities of this chip will be verified using test bold with FPGA equipment and ATS2 digital test equipment.

교통사고보고서 상의 교통사고 관련 자료 속성들은 그 원인을 파악하고자 하는 전통적인 교통안전 관련 연구에서 뿐만 아니라 최근 자율주행자동차의 안전성 검증 시나리오 개발을 위한 연구에서도 활용될 수 있다. 다만, 교통사고보고서의 자료 속성들은 교통사고 상황 재현 및 시나리오 개발만을 위해 정의된 항목들이 아니므로, 본 연구에서는 확대된 활용성 측면의 교통사고보고서의 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다. 교통사고보고서의 개선방향은 각각 교통사고 발생 이전 상황(pre-crash), 교통사고 중 상황(on-crash), 교통사고 발생 이후 상황(post-crash)로 구분하여 제시하였으며, 각 구분에 따른 추가 자료 항목 또는 자료 처리 방안에 대하여 제시하였다. 또한, 정형화된 형태의 교통사고자료 외에 비정형화된 서술 형태의 교통사고 경위자료로부터 추출 가능한 정보항목들을 도출하여 제시하였다.

The FDA guidance focuses on the use of the NOAEL to establish the maximum recommended starting dose. The majority of NOAEL has been described inaccurately or incompletely in final reports for 90-days repeated dose toxicity test based on GLP (good laboratory practice) regulation. This is the most serious one of reasons for why most pharmaceutical companies targeting global markets have disregarded the final report produced from GLP facilities in Korea. The problems in deciding NOAEL reflected in the final reports are mainly due to the followings; 1) Inaccurate description or use of NOEL, NOAEL and LOAEL, 2) Insufficient and inappropriate interpretations in findings from toxicity test. This paper is intended to provide the insight into distinguishing NOAEL from NOEL and LOAEL, and into classifying findings from toxicity test. Here, the three step method is newly suggested by applying the weight-based classification to the NOEL, NOAEL and LOAEL based on the findings.
