Mutual Authentication Scheme of Mobile Routers Using Temporary Certificate in MANEMO (MANEMO 환경에서 임시 인증서를 이용한 이동 라우터 간 상호인증 기법)

  • This paper proposes a mutual authentication scheme for mobile router in MANEMO. The NEMO used AAA server in order to authenticate mobile router in nested mobile network. So, this scheme has some problem that increases authentication message overhead and authentication time. The proposed scheme uses temporary certificate that signed by an access router's private key. The temporary certificate authenticates a mobile router when the mobile router entered a MANET domain. The proposed scheme reduces authentication message overhead and authentication time than the scheme to use AAA server when authenticating the mobile router.

  • 본 논문에서는 미래 이등 통신 환경에서의 공개키 암호시스템에 기반한 VASP 와의 효율적인 상호 인증과키 교환 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안된 프로토롤은 임시적으로 생성한 서명용 비밀키에 대한 인증서인 임시 이동 사용자 인증서를 기반으로 한다. 본 논문에서는 이동 통신 환경에 임시 이동 사용자 인증서 (Temporary Mobile User Certificate)를 도입하기 위하여 새로운 등록 프로토롤을 제시하였으며 제안된 임시 이동 사용자 인증서를 이용하여 VASP 와의 효율적인 인중 및 키 교환 프로토롤을 제안한다. 또한 임시 이동 사용자 인증서는 이동 사용자의 익명 서비스 사용을 보장할 수 있다.

  • Recently, the using of prefabricated temporary equipments is increasing in the industrial field because it can reduce the installation and dismantling period. The various types of prefabricated temporary equipments are manufacturing with various materials in domestic and overseas countries. However, those equipments should win the safety certificate according to the "Governmental Notification about Safety Certification" which regulate the member-based safety certification. It tends to cause over performance of temporary equipments because it couldn't consider structural benefit of the prefabricated products. As the result of this study, it is concluded that the establishment of new safety certification standard for the prefabricated temporary equipments is resonable and the movable scaffold is appropriate for those prefabricated temporary equipment. The movable scaffolds are using as single structure and cannot be expands horizontally. Other types of temporary equipments are using as complex structure which can freely expand horizontally according to the main structure. From the results of the study, the standard of vertical compression performance of prefabricated movable scaffolds should be more than double the performance of single main frame. Other test items of safety certification standard should be fixed when the Notification is amended. The prefabricated temporary equipments which are adopted for the safety standard on assembled structure should be used, moved and kept in assembled state and not separated discretionally. The establishment of new standard for the assembled structure based on this study leads to the development of various types of temporary equipments using structural efficiency of prefabricated structure.

  • Illinois issues the following standard teaching certificates : Early Childhood (birth-grade 3), Elementary (grades K-9), High School (grades 6-12) Special (grade K-12), School Service Personnel, and Administrative. Any of the preceding certificates can be issued on a provisional (maximum of two fiscal years) basis to qualifying individuals. Other certificates issued are : Substitute, Provisional Vocational, Temporary Provisional Vocational, Part-Time Provisional, and General. To obtain an Early Childhood, Elementary, High School, or Special certificate in Illinois, you must either complete an approved teacher education program or be an experienced, licensed teacher seeking a subsequent certificate through transcript evaluation. You must meet all other requirements for the particular certificate you are seeking, For school Service Personnel and Administrative certificates you must have completed a state approved program before you may apply. The Standard Elementary Certificate, High School Certificate, and Special Certificate are valid for four years for teaching. These certificates may be issued to graduates with a bachelor's degree from a recognized college who have successfully completed the required certification examinations and who present certified evidence of having earned credits. All individuals receiving certificates must be of good character and in good health, and be at least 19 years of age and a citizen of the United States or legally present and authorized for employment.

Application Range of "Temporary Alteration" in the Article 10 of Ship Safety Act (항만건설작업선의 선박안전법 제10조제3항(임시변경) 적용범위에 관한 연구)

  • The Ship Safety Act prescribes matters necessary for the maintenance of seaworthiness and safe navigation of ships. In this regard, Article 10 of this Act requires shipowner to undergo occasional survey if he/she wants to temporarily change intends to modify the details entered in a ship survey certificate. Such measures are in accordance with the maintenance of the state of the ship after the ship inspection under Article 15 of this Act, and this Act includes "harbor construction work ship" under Article 39 Paragraph (1) of the Harbor Act. However, although the harbor construction work ship originally showed the same operating system as the barge, it was not applied to the Ship Safety Act and was registered and surveyed under the Construction Machinery Management Act. Then "Seokjeong No. 36" sinking accident in Ulsan on December 14, 2012, led to the amendment of the Harbor Act in 2016, and considering the fact that it was added to the Ship Safety Act and applied, there is a realistic limit to applying all the regulations stipulated in the Ship Safety Act to the harbor construction work ship. Accordingly, this study discusses the work characteristics through concept, registration, work area, survey regulations, application case of temporary alteration etc. of harbor construction work ships and controversial issues related to the scope of application of the Ship Safety Act of actual harbor construction work ships, and also the appropriate scope of "temporary alteration" among temporary inspections prescribed in Article 10 of the Ship Safety Act in consideration of the legislative purpose of incorporating harbor construction work ships into the survey subject to the Ship Safety Act in accordance with the revision of the Harbor Act.

  • 이동 Ad-Hoc 네트워크는 고정된 기반 망의 도움 없이 이동 노드들 간에 자율적으로 구성되는 망으로서, 모바일 노드 자체적으로 연결이 설정된 무선 네트워크이다. 이러한 이동 Ad-Hoc 네트워크는 유선 네크워크에 비해 보안에 매우 취약하여 네트워크 가입자에 대한 인증과 이동 Ad-Hoc 네트워크에 대한 인증이 매우 취약하다. 또한 사용자의 식별이 보호되지 않는다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 인증 프로토콜은 모바일 네트워크 인증서버가 분배한 임시 인증서를 사용하여 사용자의 식별하고 인증한다.

Policy Implications for the Improvement of Librarianship Employment (사서직 취업률 향상을 위한 정책방향에 대한 고찰)

  • The employment prospects of graduates in the Library and Information academic has largely concentrated in the field of librarianship as well as the curriculum of the academic itself. Since there are limitations in increasing the number of libraries and the available posts in the librarianship, the full-time jobs in the field are also limited. Even for the available posts in the field of librarianship, the majority is in contract based posts which does not guarantee a good working environment. The purpose of this research is to make policy implications to improve the employment rates of librarians. The main research methods include literature review of the previous studies and available statistical data, and a questionnaire targeting students and librarians. The targeting policy implications can be categorized into 4 factors, including, as supply side, improvements in the qualification of librarian certificate, in training for librarians, and as demand side, laws on library employment, and improvement of library services for co-operatives. There are 15 detailed strategies to support the 4 factors. For the improvement of strategies in library related laws, the following elements will be considered; supporting system for temporary jobs, the title of librarian post and the library itself, and librarian placement criteria in terms of its realization and mandatory, and obligations in library evaluation. The Council discussions propose the expansion of librarian award system, provision of information systems for librarian jobs, and developments in promotional materials and their deployment for librarians.

A Secure Communication Scheme without Trusted RSU Setting for VANET (신뢰 RSU 세팅이 필요 없는 VANET 보안통신 기법)

  • Secure communication has been one of the main challenges in vehicular ad hoc networks(VANET) since broadcast messages from nearby vehicles contain life-critical information for drivers and passengers. So far various secure communication schemes have been proposed to secure the communication in VANET, and they satisfy most security requirements. However most of them need to put trust on roadside units(RSUs), which are usually deployed in unattended area and vulnerable to compromise. In this paper, we propose a secure communication scheme, which does not need to put trust on RSUs. And we adopt a grouping technique to averagely divide the huge burden in the server without jeopardizing the anonymity of users. Moreover we design a complete set of protocols to satisfy common security requirements with a relatively lower hardware requirement. At last, we evaluate the scheme with respect to security requirements, communication overhead, storage overhead and network performance.
