한국(韓國)에 있어서 벼기생선충에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) I. 벼이삭선충의 피해율(被害率) 및 침종(浸種)에 의한 선충분리율 조사(調査) (Nematodes Associated with Rice in Korea I. Survey on White Tip Nematode (Aphelenchoides besseyi) Damage to Rice and Detection of the Nematode in Rice Seed)

  • 1. 벼이삭선충의 피해(被害)를 알기 위하여 경상남북도(慶尙南北道) 전라남도등(全羅南道等) 3개도(個道) 36개군(個郡) 111개면(個面)을 조사(調査)한 결과(結果) 피해경율(被害莖率)이 경남(慶南)에서는 창영군(昌寧郡)이 28.3%, 경북(慶北)에서는 영천군(永川郡)이 69.3%, 전남(全南)에서는 보성군(寶城郡)이 40.6% 로 각각 가장 높게 나타났다. 2. 벼이삭선충에 대(對)한 품종별(品種別) 피해경율(被害莖率)은 다수계(多收系) 품종(品種)에서는 원풍만 3.4%를 나타냈고 나머지 품종(品種)들은 전혀 white tip 증상(症狀)을 나타내지 않는 반면에 일반계(一般系)는 모두 $13.2{\sim}100%$ 의 피해경율(被害莖率)을 나타냈다. 종자내(種子內) 선충밀도는 다수계(多收系)나 일반계(一般系) 별차(別差)없이 같게 나타났으며 다수계(多收系)에서는 신광벼가 10gr당(當) 1,997마리, 일반계(一般系)에서는 동진벼가 10gr당(當) 1,023마리로서 각각(各各) 가장 높게 나타났다. 3. 침종전(浸種前)에 종자(種子)를 미박피구는 박피구에 비하여 선충분리율은 품종(品種)에 따라서 다소차이(多少差異)는 있으나 신선찰, 한강찰, 서광, 영풍, 밀양 23 호, 수정, 대청, 서남등(等) 8개품종(個品種)을 제외하고는 5% 이하(以下)의 낮은 분리율(分離率)을 나타냈다. 4. 온도별(溫度別) 침종시간(浸種時間)에 따른 선충분리율은 박피구와 미박피구 다같이 온도(溫度)가 높을수록 점차 분리율(分離率)이 높았으며 $25^{\circ}C$에서는 미박피구가 박피구보다 9일(日) 이후(以後)부터는 더 많이 분리(分離)되었다. 그리고 적산온도(積算溫度) $100^{\circ}C$를 기준(基準)하여 보면 미박피구는 박피구에 비하여 $10^{\circ}C$에서는 6%, $15^{\circ}C$에서 는 6.7%, $200^{\circ}C$에서는 13.4%, $25^{\circ}C$에서는 18.9% 분리(分離)되었다.

  • 최근 코로나19를 예방하기 위해 마스크 착용 유무와 체온을 확인하는 곳이 많아졌다. 그러나 이러한 것은 사람이 수동으로 측정하거나 한 명씩 기계 앞에서 측정하는 방식이 대부분이므로 측정 방식에 따라 결과가 달라지고 인력 낭비가 발생한다. 또한 기계는 일반적으로 최고 온도만을 측정하므로 발열의 기준 또한 신뢰할 수 없다. 입구에 사람이 몰려 병목이 발생할 수 있으며 측정 장소는 대부분 입구 하나이므로 확진자의 동선 추적시에도 불편하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 발열자와 마스크 미착용자를 카메라, 열화상 카메라, Haar Cascade 및 결괏값 선별 알고리즘을 활용하여 자동으로 분류하고 실시간으로 알려 전염병 확산을 억제하는 방법에 대해 제안하고자 한다.

  • Generally Lighting system consists of lamp and luminaire. When a fluorescent lamp is installed in luminaire, power and light output is changed by ambient temperature. Particularly electrodeless lamp depends on the changes that are mercury pressure with amalgam temperature and magnetic properties with ferrite temperature. It has finally influence on optical efficiency. In this study, the temperature change of ferrite and cold spot, vessel are measured at transitional state and then same characteristics are measured with increase of ambient temperature. At transitional state, luminous flux is related to temperature change of cold spot that compare with behavior of mercury pressure and light output. At increase of ambient temperature, we analyzed change that efficiency and electrical, optical characteristics of elecrodeless lamp are related to ferrite core and cold spot temperature. Additionally, spectrum, color temperature and coordination are measured to check that is relation with ambient temperature.

히트펌프를 이용한 농산물 건조 및 저온저장 시스템 (II) - 사과의 저온저장 성능 - (Drying and Low Temperature Storage System of Agricultural Products using the Air to Air Heat Pump (II) - Performance of Low Temperature Storage for Apples -)

  • Heat pump systems are recognized to be heating and cooing systems. In this study, to check the practical application possibility of heat pump systems as low temperature storage systems and get basic data, apples of a long term storage items were stored and performance of low temperature storage and quality changes of apples were evaluated. Cooling coefficient of performance of the system was from 1.1 to 1.3. Although ambient air temperature varied widely from $-13^{\circ}C$ to $29.6^{\circ}C$ during low temperature storage period from January to June, the average temperature of low temperature storage chamber was $1.1^{\circ}C$ at setting temperature of $1.5^{\circ}C$. Sucrose of apples stored by the heat pump decreased from initial sucrose of 15.4% (Brix number) to final sucrose of 14.3%. Weight loss ratio of apples was 9.7% and internal and external view of apples after low temperature storage were very satisfactory with the naked eye.

부분 가열을 이용한 저온 Hermetic 패키징 (Low Temperature Hermetic Packaging using Localized Beating)

  • Wafer bonding methods such as fusion and anodic bonding suffer from high temperature treatment, long processing time, and possible damage to the micro-scale sensor or actuators. In the localized bonding process, beating was conducted locally while the whole wafer is maintained at a relatively low temperature. But previous research of localized heating has some problems, such as non-uniform soldering due to non-uniform heating and micro crack formation on the glass capsule by thermal stress effect. To address this non-uniformity problem, a new heater configuration is being proposed. By keeping several points on the heater strip at calculated and constant potential, more uniform heating, hence more reliable wafer bonding could be achieved. The proposed scheme has been successfully demonstrated, and the result shows that it will be very useful in hermetic packaging. Less than 0.2 ㎫ contact Pressure were used for bonding with 150 ㎃ current input for 50${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ width, 2${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ height and 8mm $\times$ 8mm, 5mm$\times$5mm, 3mm $\times$ 3mm sized phosphorus-doped poly-silicon micro heater. The temperature can be raised at the bonding region to 80$0^{\circ}C$, and it was enough to achieve a strong and reliable bonding in 3minutes. The IR camera test results show improved uniformity in heat distribution compared with conventional micro heaters. For gross leak check, IPA (Isopropanol Alcohol) was used. Since IPA has better wetability than water, it can easily penetrate small openings, and is more suitable for gross leak check. The pass ratio of bonded dies was 70%, for conventional localized heating, and 85% for newly developed FP scheme. The bonding strength was more than 30㎫ for FP scheme packaging, which shows that FP scheme can be a good candidate for micro scale hermetic packaging.

전열온수식 LPG 기화기 액 유출 방지장치 성능평가 및 시스템 분석 (Performance Test and System Analysis on Check-Floater in a Coil-Typed LP Gas Vaporizer)

  • LPG저장설비나 용기에서 유입되는 LPG가 기화기로부터 충분한 열을 공급받지 못해 액체 상태로 기화기 출구를 통해 나가게 될 경우를 대비하여 설치한 액 유출 방지장치가 정상적으로 기화기 출구부를 차단하지 못하면 기화기 후단부에 설치한 계량기등이 LPG의 순간적인 부피팽창으로 인하여 고장나거나 파열하게 된다. 따라서 이와 같은 기화기 관련 사고를 분석하기 위하여 새롭게 개발한 투명기화통을 이용하여 기화기의 성능평가 및 액유출 방지장치를 분석하였다. 이로부터 액 유출 방지장치 플로트 밸브의 적절한 비중값과 자연대류만으로 열전달을 수행하는 LPG 기화기에 적합한 온도조절 범위를 결정하였다.

  • As the sensors and communication technology get advance, the remote health diagnosis for patients and senior persons at home are possible now without visiting doctors in hospitals. A low-power ubiquitous health check device was developed adapting Real-Time Embedded Linux is developed. This ubiquitous device is consisted of three sensors. The wrist type health checking terminal acquires periodically the health data by using a blood pressure sensor, a pulse sensor and a body temperature sensor. It transmits the health data to the access point located at the home center through the ZigBee wireless communication modem. This health data collector or access point device sends the data again to the main server operated in a hospital or health care organization. The health server control continuously the input data and sends an alarm signal to the assigned. doctor and responsible persons using cellular SMS when any dangerous events occur. This wrist type health check device has an embedded linux OS using Intel PAX255 MPU. The developed U-Health system is applicable for checking patients health in remote at home. And their family or related persons in remote site can check the patients health status at any time. They can be assured by receiving SMS record and alarm of emergency case which is transmitted from the health server.

  • Compression pressure of individual cylinder and valve timing have big influence on combustion pressure, indicated mean effective pressure (IMEP), emission, vibration, combustion noise and many other combustion parameters. Conventional method, however, to check compression pressure uniformity is done by mechanical pressure gage and valve timing is checked manually. This conventional method causes inaccuracy of cylinder pressure measurement because of different cranking speed results from battery status and temperature. Also to check valve timing, related FEAD parts should be disassembled and timing mark should be checked. This study describes and suggests new methodology to measure compression pressure by analysis of start motor current and to check valve timing by cylinder pressure with high accuracy. Results, it is found that detection of bulky as well as small leaky cylinder is possible by cranking motor current analysis and wrong valve timing can be detected by cylinder pressure analysis and cam and crank sensor signal.

  • 항공우주용으로 개발되거나 활용 가능한 상업용 체크밸브사례가 조사되었다. 개발사례로 발사체용, 높은 수명이 요구되는 NASA의 SSME (Space Shuttle Main Engine) 및 지상 지원 시스템 퍼지 라인용과 국내에서 개발된 체크밸브가 있다. 상용품은 미국 주요 밸브개발업체의 제품을 상온용과 극저온용으로 분류하여 조사하였다. 또한 운용 온도, 운용 압력 및 크래킹 압력과 같은 주요 성능과 관련된 씰의 재질, 스프링 강성과 같은 설계 인자의 관계도 설명되었다. 이러한 단품 성능 이외에 채터 및 오염과 같은 운용상의 문제점과 일반적인 해결방안도 언급되었다. 또한 기타주의사항으로 필터, 피팅과 청정도 요구조건에 대하여도 조사되었다

  • On this Thesis, We conduct a research of curtain wall high-rise apartment located in Songdo for preparing a simple method to check possibility of condensation on each part of curtain wall using only indoor temperature, humidity and outdoor temperature. According to CFD analysis result, condensation occurred if indoor environment did not ventilated. On the other hand, in case of ventilation on indoor environment, condensation did not appear; so I could find ventilation prevent surface condensation on inside surface of curtain wall. Moreover, when temperature of the floor is higher, condensation is decrease more than lower floor temperature.
