사물인터넷 기술이 에너지 분야에 이미지 데이터가 사용되면서 데이터 보안과 프라이버시에 대한 문제가 점차 커지고 있다. 이미지 데이터는 일반적인 텍스트 데이터와는 달리 가로, 세로 그리고 대각선의 인접한 픽셀 정보들이 강한 연관성과 상관성을 가지기 때문에, 기존에 사용되었던 암호화 알고리즘과는 다른 기술이 사용되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이미지의 직관성과 인접 픽셀 간의 강한 연관성을 제거하기 위해 루빅스 큐브 방식을 활용하는 암호화 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘을 구현하고, 널리 사용되는 암호화 알고리즘들과의 비교실험을 통해 제안된 알고리즘이 선택적 평문 공격에 대해 강성을 갖는다는 것을 보인다.

It is generally thought that the quality management and the six sigma management innovation are not applicable to service industry, which might be derived from some differences between service and manufacturing industries. However, both are substantially alike in some intrinsic attributes. KT is leading the Quality management and the six sigma innovation activities in service industry, especially among telecommunication companies in Korea. Six sigma management innovation has been fostered in KT within short period of time and played an important role in helping KT privatized successfully. The successful cases of six sigma innovation activities in KT could be introduced to other Korean companies in service industry.

본 논문에서는 인간의 신체 중 가장 편리하고 자주 사용되는 손을 인식하여 기계와 사람의 상호작용이 가능하게 하여 보다 편리한 기계의 사용이 이루어질 수 있도록 손인식을 통한 마우스제어 방법을제시하였다. CCD웹캠으로 받은 영상에서 스킨컬러 값을 기반으로 손영역을 추출하여 손동작을 인식하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문의 알고리즘의 장점은 손의 추출과 손가락 개수 파악이 저 사항의 환경에서도 빠르게 영상처리가 가능하다는 것이다. 이러한 장점을 이용하여 실생활에 적용, 기계와 더 편리한 커뮤니케이션의 방안을 제시한다.

본 논문은 주문형 서비스의 한 분야로서 부족한 네트워크 자원을 고갈시키지 않을 뿐만 아니라 서버의 부하를 크게 경감시켜 MOD의 성능을 최대화시켜 효율적인 노래방 서비스를 위한 새로운 프락시 캐슁을 제안한다. 제안된 프락시 캐슁 구조는 일반적인 unicast 전송으로 멀티미디어 데이터를 서비스 받고 동시에 요청된 데이터가 다른 종단노드(HEN)에 이미 캐슁 되어 있을 경우 후 순위 예약 곡들을 그 종단노드(HEN)로부터 데이터를 전송 받아 스위칭 에이전트(SA)의 스위칭 테이블을 통해 미리 디스크에 저장하여 unicast 채널의 서비스 종료된 다음 후 순위 예약 곡을 서비스 받는 방법을 사용한다. 제안된 분산 프락시 캐슁은 예약 곡목이 많을수록 서버 부하와 과도한 네트워크 트래픽으로 인한 병목현상으로 인한 지연을 크게 감소시킬 수 있고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능의 우수함을 확인하였다.

CORBA 미들웨어는 인터페이스와 다양한 서비스를 제공하나 이름 서비스에서 생기는 고장진단과 최신정보의 유지를 보장하진 못한다. 본 논문에서는 객체 그룹 서비스를 이용하여 그룹의 멤버들에게 다중전송방식을 사용하고, 바인딩을 반복하여 이름 서비스를 수행함으로써 최신정보의 갱신에 대한 문제를 해결하였다. 또한 멤버관리와 상태관리 그룹 서비스를 적용하여 높은 가용성과 결함 허용, 신뢰성 및 투명성을 제공하고자 한다.

VOD(Video-On-Demand) 시스템에서 제한 없는 VCR 서비스는 클라이언트들의 개별 서비스 요청에 대하여 유일한 비디오 스트림을 할당함으로서 제공될 수 있다. 이 방식은 서버 부하의 증가와 부족한 네트워크 자원의 고갈 등과 같은 중대한 문제점을 갖고 있으나 클라이언트의 셋톱박스에 버퍼를 구현함으로서 매우 제한된 VCR 기능을 제공하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 대화형 VOD 시스템에서 제한 없는 VCR 기능을 제공할 수 있는 새로운 MBA(Multicast Buffering Algorithm) 알고리듬을 제안한다. MBA 알고리듬 하에서 VCR 서비스는 버퍼가 동적으로 확장되어 비디오 데이터를 저장하기 때문에 사용자에게 제한 없이 제공되어진다. 또한 MBA 알고리듬은 버퍼의 사용 효율을 증대시키는 방법을 제공하며 모든 클라이언트들의 서비스 요청을 지연 없이 즉시 처리하므로 사용자들에게 진정한 대화형 VOD 서비스를 제공하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 MBA 알고리듬을 이용하여 지연 없는 VCR 기능을 갖춘 VOD 서비스를 구현하였으며 시뮬레이션 결과는 MBA 알고리듬이 다른 버퍼링 방식과 비교하여 매우 우수한 성능을 갖고 있음을 보여주고 있다.

As well as the development of the measurement of service quality, various kinds of service measurements are also being developed. Especially the mobile telecommunication service being representative to the mobile telecommunication company would be the mostly developed area. Its development can be understood along with the development of the telecommunication companies as well as cellular companies, not only the service alone. It is a differentiated phenomenon in the current research, such as the organic influence between the service quality and product. Of course there are such products placed on sale and enjoyed the common service, but at present there is another case that the product is on the market exclusively with the mobile company in here.

투자효율성을 중요시하는 R&D 패러다임에 따라, 우리나라 또한 국가R&D사업의 예산조정 및 배분의 기초자료로 활용되고 있는 국가R&D사업 평가결과의 신뢰성 확보를 위해, 2010년도를 기점으로 연구 성과의 양적 질적 우수성을 측정하기 위한 평가지표를 신설 또는 강화하는 등 성과평가체계 개발에 주력하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2005년 제정된 "국가연구개발사업 등의 성과평가 및 성과관리에 관한 법률"에 따라 시행되고 있는 국가R&D사업 자체평가 평가지표를 이론적으로 검토하고, 평가지표 중 4-1(계획된 성과의 양적 달성도)에 대한 실증분석을 통해 평가기법 상의 문제점을 도출하고, 문제점 보완을 통해 보다 정밀하고 합리적인 정량적 성과평가방안을 제시한다.

최근 각종 스마트 디바이스의 활용이 급속히 활용이 늘어나고 있다. 본 연구는 ARM to x86 바이너리 변환(Binary Translation) 기술을 통해 인텔의 x86 기반 ATOM 모바일 프로세서에서 ARM target 으로 컴파일된 NDK 활용 안드로이드 애플리케이션을 실행하는 것을 목표로 한다. 본 논문에서는 ARM to x86 관련 바이너리 변환 기존 연구를 분석한 후, 실제적인 ARM to x86 바이너리 변환 플랫폼을 통해 바이너리 변환 사례를 소개한다.
