With the advancement of Internet technology, online sales and purchases of products have become active. Along with this, the importance of user reviews is also being highlighted. Although user reviews are actively utilized for product sales and purchases, it is difficult to quickly and easily obtain useful information due to the abundance of user reviews. Therefore, prioritizing user reviews is a necessary service for customers that requires careful consideration. Metadata, which contains important information, can be effectively used to prioritize user reviews. However, it is crucial to select and use metadata appropriately according to the purpose. Lean Startup proposes a strategy of repeatedly correcting the problems of ideas or making early transitions to continue trying different approaches. In this paper, we propose a three-step method applying the Lean Startup process to analyze ways to prioritize user reviews using metadata: Build Priority, Measure Priority, Learn Priority.

한국 경제에서 창업·벤처기업의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이 연구는 창업·벤처기업의 성장을 포함하여 창업·벤처 생태계가 성장하고 있는지 측정하였다. 창업·벤처 생태계는'생태계'의 주요 행위자인 창업·벤처기업, 투자기관, 정부로 구성하고, 이들의 주요 활동을 정량적 지표 25개로 측정하였다. 창업·벤처 생태계 지수는 25개 지표의 2010~2018년의 시계열 원자료를 토대로 종합주가지수 방식과 AHP를 통한 가중치를 적용하여 산출하였다. 2018년 창업·벤처 생태계는 2010년에 비해 2.1배 성장하였으며, 정부 지수의 증가가 성장에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 2018년 각각의 지수를 구성하는 개별지표를 보면, 기업 지수는 천억 벤처기업의 수, 투자 지수는 회수금액, 정부 지수는 모태펀드 출자금액이 성장에 가장 큰 영향을 주었다. 원자료를 토대로 창업·벤처 생태계 지수를 생태계별(창업생태계와 벤처생태계), 업종별(전업종과 제조업), 지역별(전국과 부산)로 구분하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 지난 8년간 창업생태계의 성장이 벤처생태계의 성장 보다 근소한 차이로 컸다. 제조업 창업·벤처 생태계는 전업종 보다 낮게 나타났으며, 예시로 살펴본 부산의 창업·벤처 생태계 지수는 전국 보다 낮게 나타났다. 이 연구는 창업·벤처 생태계 지수를 개발 및 측정하여 모니터링 함으로써 지원 정책의 수립 및 시행에 활용하고자 했다. 이 지수는 주요 행위자 간의 상호관계를 파악해 볼 수 있으며, 공식적인 통계조사 결과를 활용하여 누구라도 지수를 산출할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 향후에도 지수를 지속적으로 모니터링하여 경제사회적 사건이나 정책적 지원이 창업·벤처 생태계에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지 파악할 필요가 있다.

Global warming also has effects on the phenology. The limitation of phenology study is an acquisition of phenology data. Satellite images analysis can make up limitation of monitering data. This study is to analyze spatial distribution and characteristics of phenology changes using MODIS images. Research data collected images of 16 day intervals of 11 years from year 2001 to 2010. The data analyzed 228 images of 11 years. It can figure out changes of phenology by analyzing enhanced vegetation index of MODIS image. We made a comparison between changes of phenology and flowering of cherry blossoms. As a results, Startup of season spatially was getting late from southern area to north area. Startup of Phenology was foreshortened 13 days during 11 years, and change ratios of cherry blooming was getting more faster from 0.18 dat to 0.22 day per year during that same period.

Purpose: The covid-19 pandemic has led to the implementation of strict measure such as social distancing and lockdown around the globe and these measures has largely affected the retail industry. This study is to examine the negative impacts of the covid-19 pandemic on the acceleration of startups innovation in the retail industry. Research design, data and methodology: The current authors used the qualitative content approach and the data collection process in this procedure starts with a formulated and direct research question which means that rather than asking how a change in one variable leads to a change in the other, the research question seeks to understand the meanings and experiences derived from the piece of communication. Results: This section outlines how retail companies can overcome the adversely effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on the acceleration of startup innovation in the retail industry. The solutions are mostly from peer-reviewed articles. All retailers should respond to the negative impacts of the covid-19 pandemic to ensure their continuity while accelerating startups innovations in the sector. Conclusion: This study implies that the retailing industry, alongside other sectors, should respond to the negative effects of the covid-19 pandemic by encouraging innovations and adaptations. The study has shown that flexibility is very crucial to adapt during the crisis

Artificial intelligence (AI) has rapidly diffused across industries and societies as nations' essential strategic technology. In innovative technology, such as AI, a startup leads to technological innovation and significantly impacts the expansion of relevant industries. Thus, this study examined the trend of AI startup venture capital (VC) investments globally, focusing on ① noteworthy VC investment statuses (the number and size of the investment, company establishment, and corporate collection), ② the characteristics of each key nation's investments, and ③ the characteristics of each submarket's investments. Among the 11 countries, the results showed that Korea ranked near the bottom for absolute quantitative measures, including the number and size of investments, company establishment, and corporate collection. However, Korea has built a foundation of catching up with what AI-leading countries have established, considering Korea's high growth rate in the number and size of investments and a recent mega-round. This study has practical implications in that it determined the AI startup VC investment status of Korea's rival countries, not only G2 (US and China). The results can be used in policy-making. Furthermore, identifying the AI industry's submarkets and analyzing each market's VC investment status could be used to establish strategies for the AI industry and R&D.

미래창조과학부는 공공기술 기반 기술창업을 가속화 하기 위해 2016년부터 '연구소기업'의 설립을 촉진하고 이에 대한 지원을 강화하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공공기술 기반 기술창업 활성화의 문제를 진단하고 이에 대한 글로벌 관점의 성공기술창업플랫폼을 제안하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구는 공공기술 기반 기술창업의 성과 창출궤적으로 제시되고 있는 공공기술-제조-BtoB-글로벌의 라인 중 글로벌 관점에서 공공기술 기술창업기업의 성과창출을 도모할 수 있는 방안에 대해 전문가 인터뷰조사와 사례조사 등을 통해 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 공공기술기반 기술창업인 연구소기업등은 질적인 성과 즉 성공적 회수사례를 창출하기 위해서는 현재의 양적인 성과에서 벗어나 창업초기 신규창출형 연구소기업에 대한 민간벤처투자가 활성화하되 공공기술의 특징과 이의 사업화 속성을 적절히 반영한 인큐베이션 모델의 도입이 필요하고, 혁신적인 사례창출을 다수하기 위해서는 글로벌 성과창출이 요구됨을 도출하였다. 특히 본 연구는 이에 대해 공공기술 기술창업의 문제를 배태한 성공창업 솔루션 플랫폼으로 "국내기반형(Inbound)" 글로벌 창업플랫폼을 제안하고 있다.

본 연구는 한국의 바이오메디컬 산업을 중심으로 창업가의 배태조직과 창업경험이 형성하는 창업기업의 핵심경영자원을 탐색적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 바이오메디컬 분야의 창업가 13인을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 창업기업의 핵심 경영자원을 크게 기술 역량, 조직관리 역량, 네트워크 역량, 시장개척 역량 등 4가지로 분류하고 이를 중심으로 반구조화된 질문지를 구성하였다. 인터뷰 내용을 정리한 결과, 창업가의 배태조직 및 창업경험이 형성하는 창업기업의 핵심경영자원을 18가지 세부요인으로 구분할 수 있었다. 특히 기존의 실증연구들이 잘 다루지 않던 요인들을 발견할 수 있었는데, 기술 역량을 구성하는 요인들 중'기술개발 자신감'과 'R&D 수행방식', 조직관리 역량을 구성하는 요인들 중'조직문화', 네트워크 역량을 구성하는 요인들 중 '정신적 지원', 시장개척 역량을 구성하는 요인들 중 '시행착오를 통한 학습'과 '명성자원' 등이 이에 해당한다. 본 연구는 창업가의 배태조직 및 창업경험의 역할을 다룬 질적 연구로서 희소성이 있을 뿐 아니라 이 경험들이 형성하는 기업의 핵심경영자원을 4가지로 유형화하고 있어 향후 연구에서 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

예비창업자 및 스타트업을 지원하고 활성화하기 위한 국가차원의 제도적·정책적 지원이 강화되고 있다. 그러나 이들은 창업준비 과정에서 필요한 정보의 부족으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 예비창업자 및 스타트업이 보다 체계적이고 견실한 창업 진행 과정을 거치도록 콘텐츠나 서비스 측면에서 지원하기 위해서는, 그들의 정보요구 및 정보이용행태를 면밀히 분석할 필요가 있다. 정보이용행태 분석은 도서관 정보서비스 기관에서 학술정보 이용자의 정보요구에 맞추어 해당 정보서비스의 개선을 위해 활용하는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 예비창업자 및 스타트업을 대상으로 정보이용행태를 분석하였다. 정보이용행태를 조사하기 위한 대표적인 기법인 집단심층면접조사를 예비창업자와 스타트업을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 콘텐츠 분석을 통해 이들의 창업 진행 과정, 창업 정보 탐색 현황, 창업 정보원 활용 수준 및 인식을 조사하였다. 이들의 정보이용행태를 반영하여 창업지원 기관 및 프로그램의 콘텐츠와 서비스를 개선할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

정보통신기술(ICT)의 발달, 정부와 민간의 스타트업 발굴 및 투자 규모의 확대는 혁신적인 아이디어를 기반으로 우수한 성과를 창출하려는 스타트업들의 창업으로 연결되고 있다. 우수한 성과를 창출한 스타트업을 롤모델로 삼고 창업을 준비하는 예비 창업자들도 지속적으로 증가하고 있으나, 성공을 경험으로 연쇄창업을 도전하는 창업자와 달리 초기 스타트업들은 팀원 채용, 기술 개발, 자금 유치 등 다양한 문제에 직면하게 된다. 액셀러레이터는 스타트업들이 직면하게 되는 다양한 문제 해결을 돕기 위해 교육, 멘토링, 컨설팅, 네트워크 연계, 초기 투자 등의 활동을 통해 스타트업이 성장할 수 있도록 멘토와 투자자의 역할을 동시에 수행한다. 본 연구는 스타트업의 특성과 창업성과가 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고, 액셀러레이터의 역할이 스타트업의 창업성과에 매개역할을 하는지 분석하였다. 총 11개의 가설을 세우고, 실증연구를 위해 수도권을 비롯한 국내 전 지역에 소재한 스타트업 창업가와 종사자들 302명에게 설문을 받았으며, 통계분석을 위해 SPSS 23.0과 Amos 23.0을 이용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 스타트업의 특성 중 혁신성, 조직문화, 재무적 특성 그리고 학습 지향성 등과 같은 요인들이 창업성과에 직접적인 영향을 미친다기보다 액셀러레이터의 역할을 통해 창업성과로 이어지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 스타트업 특성이 창업성과에 미치는 영향요인 분석을 통해 액셀러레이터의 역할에 대한 연구와 제도적인 보완점을 제시함으로써 스타트업이 시장을 선점하고, 시장에 안착하여 안정적으로 성장할 수 있도록 투자와 차별화된 액셀러레이팅 프로그램의 확대에 기여할 것으로 생각한다.
