공학계열 일학습병행제 학생의 자아존중감과 학습전이가 조직몰입도에 미치는 영향 - 자기효능감을 매개로 (The Influence of Self-esteem and Transfer of Learning on Organizational Commitment, in Korean Work-Learning Dual System of Engineering Students - Mediated by Self-efficacy)

  • This study attempted to develop an efficient management plan that allows both workers and organizations to coexist by analyzing the factors that influence the level of organizational immersion of engineering students. Analysis methods included frequency analysis, t-test, pearson correlation analysis, and hierarchical analysis. Firstly, self-esteem and transfer of learning were influential factors on organizational commitment. Second, self-esteem and transfer of learning were influencing factors of self-efficacy. Third, self-efficacy was an influential factor in organizational commitment. Fourth, self-efficacy appeared as a mediating effect on self-esteem and organizational immersion in learning transfer. Therefore, it is necessary to look for various factors that can increase self-efficacy, and to find opportunities for students to be highly immersed in the organization while studying at the same time.

간호대학생의 자기효능감, 자기주도성, 셀프리더십이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Self-efficacy, Self-directedness, and Self-leadership on Resilience of Nursing students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 자기효능감, 자기주도성, 셀프리더십이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 회복탄력성을 증진하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구는 B시의 간호대학생 199명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 회복탄력성은 평균 3.63±0.52점이었고, 일반적 특성에 따른 회복탄력성의 차이에서 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 대상자의 회복탄력성은 자기효능감(r=.677, p<.001), 자기주도성(r=.573, p<.001), 셀프리더십(r=.654, p<.001)와 정적상관관계를 나타냈다. 대상자의 셀프리더십은 자기효능감(r=.517, p<.001), 자기주도성(r=.665, p<.001)과 정적상관관계를 나타냈고, 자기주도성은 자기효능감(r=.491, p<.001)과 정적상관관계를 나타냈다. 대상자의 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기효능감(β=.435, p<.001), 자기주도성(β=.133, p=.036), 셀프리더십(β=.341, p<.001)으로 확인되었고, 설명력은 57.5%로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 회복탄력성을 향상시키기 위해 자기효능감, 자기주도성과 셀프리더십을 고려할 필요성을 나타냈다.

모바일 웹 브라우징 서비스 수용에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on Mobile Web Browsing Service Adoption)

  • 모바일 웹 브라우징 서비스는 컴퓨터 환경에서의 인터넷 경험을 고객의 휴대기기에서 가능하게 해 주는 새로운 서비스이다. 본 연구는 모바일 웹 브라우징 서비스의 사용 의도를 조사하기 위하여 정보기술 수용을 설명하는데 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 기술수용모형(TAM)을 기반으로 하여, 최근 기술수용 문헌에서 중요한 요인으로 인식되고 있는 자기효능감을 컴퓨터 자기효능감과 모바일 자기효능감으로 구분하여 실증 분석을 실시하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 기존의 문헌에서 제시되지 않았던 모바일 자기효능감의 개념을 명확히 하고, 이 개념을 측정하기 위한 측정 도구를 개발하였다. 연구 결과는 컴퓨터 자기효능감과 모바일 자기효능감이 사용 용이성에 영향을 미친다는 것을 제시해 주었으며, 기존의 TAM에서 제시한 연구가설이 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시한 모바일 효능감에 대한 연구 결과는 향후 지속적으로 출현할 다양한 모바일 서비스에 대한 고객의 사용 의도를 분석함에 있어 중요한 변수로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

간호대학생의 자기효능감, 셀프리더십 및 학업수행 관련요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on related factors of nursing students' self-efficacy, self-leadership and academic performance)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기효능감(일반적 자기효능감과 사회적 자기효능감을 포함하는)과 셀프리더십 및 학업수행 관련요인을 조사하기 위해 시행되었다. 수집된 자료를 SPSS/WIN 19.0으로 분석한 결과, 적성에 맞추어 입학한 집단, 주관적 학교성적이 높은 집단, 외향적인 집단과 리더십이 높은 집단의 일반적 자기효능감이 유의하게 높았다. 사회적 자기효능감은 연령이 낮은 집단, 외향적인 집단과 리더십이 높은 집단이 유의하게 높았다. 적성에 맞추어 입학한 경우 셀프리더십이 높았고, 여학생과 주관적 학교성적이 높은 집단의 학업수행이 유의하게 높았다. 사회적 자기효능감은 일반적 자기효능감 및 셀프리더십과 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 학업수행과는 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 성별과 일반적 자기효능감 및 사회적 자기 효능감은 학업수행을 10.5% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 반복연구 후 간호대학생의 자기효능감, 셀프리더십 및 학업수행을 돕기 위한 중재프로그램의 기초로 활용될 수 있다.

The Effects of Internal Marketing Perceived by Nurses on Self-Efficacy and Hospital Image

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how internal marketing affects self-efficacy and hospital image in university hospital nurses. In addition, it was to identify which factors of internal marketing is the most important factor perceived by the nurses. The sample consisted of 228 nurses working in one university hospital located in Changwon city of Gyeongnam province. The measurements included internal communication (5 items), empowerment (5 items), reward (3 items), education and training (5 items), working environment (3 items), leadership (5 items), self-efficacy (5 items), and hospital image (8 items) based on a review of related previous studies. Survey data were analyzed employing SPSS version 20.0 and AMOS version 20.0. The nurses rated internal communication (0.887) of the internal marketing sub-factors the most important, while they evaluated working environment (0.802) the lowest. The internal marketing perceived by nurses has a positive effect on self-efficacy (0.476) and hospital image (0.674). Nurses' self-efficacy also had a positive effect on hospital image (0.226). The findings reveal that the managers should build a positive climate of internal marketing activities in order to enhance nurses' self-efficacy and hospital image.

Effects of Simulation-based Learning on Stress, Problem Solving Ability, Self-Efficacy, and Resilience of College Nursing Students

  • Objectives: The objective of this study was to explore the effects of the simulation-based learning program on stress, problem-solving ability, self-efficacy, and resilience of final-year nursing students in a college in South Korea. Methods: The design of the study was a one-group pretest-posttest. The participants of this study were final-year nursing students in 2018. A total of 105 students completed it. The intervention was an 8-week simulation-based practice course. The primary and secondary outcome measures were baseline and follow-up questionnaires regarding demographic factors, stress, problem-solving ability, self-efficacy, and resilience. Results: Problem-solving ability (t=6.567, p<.001), self-efficacy in four situations (p<.001) and resilience (t=2.352, p=.021) increased after simulation-based learning than before learning. Stress also increased after simulation-based learning compared to before learning (t=5.960, p<.001). The level of stress, self-efficacy, and resilience were mainly related to participants' satisfaction with their clinical placement, and interpersonal relationships (p<.05). Conclusions: Simulation-based learning is expected to improve nursing students' problem-solving ability, self-efficacy, and resilience. This can lead to induce learning motivation of nursing students, improve their coping strategies for solving problems, and ultimately provide high-quality care.

대학생의 D유형 성격과 건강증진행위 사이의 자기효능의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Self-efficacy in the Relationship between Type D Personality and Health Promoting Behaviors of College Students)

  • Purpose: This study examined the relationships among type D personality, self-efficacy, health promoting behaviors and mediating effects, as well as type D personality and health promoting behaviors of college students. Methods: From 10 May to 24 May 2013, a convenience sample of 223 subjects was recruited from a college in G city. Data analysis consisted of Pearson's correlation coefficient, followed by regression analysis. Results: The prevalence of type D personality was 21.4%. Type D individuals showed lower self-efficacy and interpersonal relationships than non-type D individuals. Type D personality (NA*SI) had signigicant negative correlations with self-efficacy and HPLP-II. Self-efficacy fully mediated the relationship between type D personality(NA*SI) and HPLP-II. Conclusion: One reason why type D individuals have maladaptive health behaviors is low self-efficacy.

일부 치과기공사의 임파워먼트와 자기효능감 이직의도와의 관계연구 (A Study on the relationship of Empowerment, Self-efficacy and Turnover intention of dental technician)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of empowerment, self-efficacy and turnover intention of dental technicians. The subjects of this study were selected by haphazard sampling and the size was 142 of the dental technician. The results were analyzed with spss/pc+ and the conclusion is as follows ; 1. The mean of dental technicians empowerment was 3.24, Self-efficacy was 3.51, and their turnover intention was 2.72. 2. In characteristics of subjects, turnover experience and position are significantly different in empowerment. 3. In characteristics of subjects, a working experience, income, position, marriage and turnover experience are significantly different in self-efficacy. 4. In characteristics of subjects, a position and a working experience are significantly different in turnover intention. 5. Empowerment showed a positive correlation with self-efficacy and a negative correlation with turnover intention. The above results is different from other empowerment studys which empowerment is related with self-efficacy and turnover intention. The study on empowerment is important in the aspect of stratege for increasement of work performance.

The Influence of the Resilience on Burnout of Public Social Worker : Focusing on the Moderating effects of Self-efficacy

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between resilience, burnout, and self-efficacy of Public Social Workers and to draw implications for effective management of Public Social Workers. In order to accomplish this study purpose, the resilience of Public Social Workers as an independent variable, burnout as a dependent variable of occupational identity, and self-efficacy as a moderating variable were selected. The causal relationship between resilience and burnout and the moderating effect of self-efficacy were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the resilience of Public Social Workers showed a significant effect on burnout, and the effect of resilience on burnout varied according to self-efficacy, so there was a moderating effect of self-efficacy. Based on the results of this analysis, the theoretical implications and policy implications of this study are suggested.

The Effect of Self-leadership, Empowerment, and Self-efficacy of Hair Salon Workers on Job Performance

  • This study is to investigate factors that influence job performance of hair salon workers such as self-leadership, empowerment, and self-efficacy. Data were collected by distributing 450 questionnaires to hair salon workers in the S. Excluding the questionnaires with insufficient responses, 433 copies were used for analysis with SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The survey was conducted from March 21 to 27, 2022. As a result of the analysis, first, the self-leadership of hair salon workers was found to have an effect on job performance. Second, the empowerment of hair salon workers was also found to have an effect on job performance. Third, the self-efficacy of hair salon workers was found to have an important effect on job performance. This study is expected to contribute to the development of hair salon workers by identifying ways to maximize job performance and increasing customer satisfaction.
