In this study, we empirically investigated how start-up support programs provided at colleges affect students' satisfaction with their major and their Entrepreneurial Intentions. The participants included 248 students from five colleges two-four-year colleges located in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do Province, Chungcheong-do Province, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, and Jeola-do Province. SPSSWIN 24.0 for descriptive statistics analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and moderated regression analysis. showed that, among various forms of support for business start-up, support for education on start-up and support for start-up activities had a positive impact on the students' opportunity motivation and achievement motivation at a statistically significant level. opportunity motivation, achievement motivation, and independence motivation all positive influence on the students' resolution to start a business support for education on start-up and support for start-up activities had positive impact on the studens' entrepreneurial Intentions. These findings suggest that college programs that support students' business start-up need to be developed and applied with a focus on support for education on start-up and support for start-up activities to enhance college students' satisfaction with their major and stimulate their Entrepreneurial Intentions.

This study was conducted to find ways to restore the domestic medical tourism industry, which was seriously hit by a sharp drop in foreign patients after the COVID-19 Pandemic. Kendall's W verification was used by asking expert panel for keyword advice by ranking. The conclusion of the study is that institutions attracting foreign patients need an opportunity to turn the crisis situation into an opportunity by expanding treatment for severe foreign patients. In addition, it is possible to gain familiarity and trust in hospitals in situations where it is difficult to visit overseas through virtual and augmented reality, and to prevent the risk of infection and protect patients in the untact era. In addition, the blockchain can maintain patient information supplementation, share it safely, minimize customer inconvenience by using payment means using virtual currency, and finally, smart healthcare can manage and provide information to patients regardless of location.

The development of a practical technology intelligence system requires a knowledge base that structures the core information and its relationship distilled from large volumes of technical data. Previous studies have mainly focused on the methodological approaches for technology opportunities, while little attention has been paid to constructing a practical knowledge base. Therefore, this study proposes a procedure to construct a function-based knowledge base for technology intelligence. We define the product-function-technology relationship and subsequently present the detailed steps for the knowledge base construction. The knowledge base, which is constructed analyzing 1110582 patents between 2009 and 2013 from the United States Patent and Trademark Office database, contains the functional knowledge of products and technologies and the relationship between products and technologies. This study is the first attempt to develop a large-scale knowledge base using the concept of function and has the ability to serve as a basis not only for furthering technology opportunity analysis methods but also for developing practical technology intelligence systems.

This paper presents the development of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and network to design the redundant control system in order to control the high priority process. The industrial process that cannot be shutdown or the effect of the shutting down takes abundantly damage. In this article, we say that the high priority process. The redundant systems are designed for controlling the high priority process that the control system must have many controllers to instead the main controller when it has some error. This paper we designed the redundancy control system by the advantage of the high-speed communication on the PLC’s network. The temperature control system and the traffic light control system used as the case study. Each example processes consist of two sets of controller. Our scheme we can increase the reliability prevents process down time and reduces the cost of opportunity to loss also.

This paper explores the role of entrepreneurship education in a modern economy and how the government, academic, and nonprofit sectors in the United States have responded to this growing field. There are several sectors that play important roles in the entrepreneurship education landscape in the United States. Over the past decade, there has been increasing participation of Federal and state governments. This recent trend suggests the field may be increasing in maturity and legitimacy, showing promise for expanding the reach of entrepreneurship education programs. Programs sponsored by nonprofit organizations and private foundations complement government initiatives and display an effective means of leveraging knowledge and resources across the relevant sectors. Thus, new initiatives, whether initiated by government or academia, should learn from the successes of this sector as well as be carefully considered within the context of existent programs and services. Nonetheless, the potentially dynamic environment of the entrepreneurship education field in the United States offers a specific opportunity to leverage the experience in mentorship activities at the post-secondary education to address a possible gap in these activities at the secondary education level.

During the period of reinforcement work for the licensing renewal of CANDU NPP, the fuel channels, Calandria tubes and feeders of CANDU Reactor are replaced. The remote visual inspection of Calandria internal is also performed during the period of reinforcement work. This period is a unique opportunity to inspect the inside of the Calandria. The visual inspection for the Calandria vessel and its internals of Wolsong NPP Unit 1 was performed by Nuclear Engineering & Technology Institute(NETEC) of KHNP. To perform this inspection, NETEC developed equipment applied new technology such as the synchronization of 3D CAD, automatic alignment and control system. The inspection confirmed that the Calandria integrity of Wolsong NPP Unit 1 is perfect.

This study has been done to make a practical suggestion in figuring out required size of electricity power facility in preparation for reunion of Korean Peninsula, estimated based on capacity increase and demand changes in the past. In making the suggestion, balanced development of South and North Korea Economy, recovery of existing power facilities, and construction of new power facilities were taken into consideration. As an alternatives, study result of power system interconnections in Korean Peninsula and/or in North-East Asia Region, PEACE Network, is suggested with a cooperation scheme of information and communications technology as an extra advantage. Concluded a cooperation of electric power system and information & communications technology in the peninsula is expected to be a great opportunity in developing electric power economy, maintaining clear environment, improving security of power supply in the region, and in reunion of Korean Peninsula and peace in the world.

Estimation based on current data of construction performances have become one of the critical subjects which many researchers have been interested in for the past decades. In order to accomplish accurate measurement and estimation of construction performances, the method of data collection stands the highest priority. However, there are many difficulties in data collection from construction jobsite due to the characteristics of the construction industry. With developments of new technologies in other industries, several technologies has recently initiated to be applied to construction field. Electronic tags based on the identification technology, automatic volume measurement based on laser scanning technology, and Global Positioning System (GPS) have been represented the technologies which show the high opportunity for being used in construction. This study reviews specific aspects of these technologies focused on the utilization in construction jobsite. Also, the challenges which these technologies need to overcome are discussed.

WTR articles to date have addressed raising innovation capacity in lagging regions. We now move to the question of sharing the benefits of specific innovations, noting that one way to do this is to focus on a particular technology as a demonstration project within a capacity-building project. The word "sharing" implies mechanisms that go beyond simple buy-sell transactions. This paper catalogs a number of these mechanisms, which in fact include many well-known technology transfer techniques. The paper focuses in particular on two mechanisms, technology assessment and new institutions, the latter including three Korean institutions. A manager seeking to benefit from the several mechanisms currently must find them in as many different places. We therefore present the possible "roll-up" of sharing mechanisms as an opportunity in social entrepreneurship. We hope the paper will lead to an expanded list of sharing mechanisms, consideration of their feasibility in different regions, and ultimately a one-stop shop for managers seeking to benefit their own and other organizations by the sharing of innovations.

The Management Discussion and Analysis(MD&A) provides investors with an opportunity to gain insight into the company from a manager's perspective and enables short-term and long-term analysis of the business. And MD&A is an important channel through which companies and investors can communicate, providing a useful source of information for analyzing financialstatements. MD&A is measured by the quality of disclosure and there are many previous studies on the usefulness of disclosure information. Therefore, it is very important for the financial analyst who is the representative information user group in the capital market that MD&A Disclosure Quality is measured in real-time in combination with IT information technology and provided timely to financial analyst. In this study, we propose a method that real-time data is converted to digitalized data by combining MD&A disclosure with IT information technology and provided to financial analyst's information environment in real-time. The real-time information provided by MD&A can help the financial analysts' activities and reduce information asymmetry.
