기업의 핵심역량 집중도와 IT 아웃소싱 성숙도 평가에 관한 연구 (The Study on Intensity Index of Core Competency and Evaluation of Maturity Index of IT Outsourcing)

  • Recently, increasing attention has been paid to IT outsourcing and core competency of the corporation. Many companies are expected to focus on core competency rather than reduce IT cost from IT Outsourcing. But, by this time there are no a framework for evaluating intensity of core competency and maturity of IT outsourcing capability. This paper is conducted to provide a framework for evaluating intensity of core competency and maturity of IT outsourcing capability. This paper is to verify if the company's core competency and IT outsourcing capability have a significant influence on each other.

사과의 성숙에 따른 Pectin질의 변화 (Changes in the Pectic Substance during Maturity of Apple)

  • Fuji 과실의 성숙에 따른 pectin 질의 변화를 조사하기 위하여 LMP (low methoxy pectin), HMP (high methoxy pectin) IAP (ionically associated pectin), CBP (covalently bounded pectin), methoxyl 및 구성당의 함량변화와 DE(degree of esterification)를 조사하였다. 그 결과 LMP+HMP와 IAP+CBP는 AIS(alcohol insoluble solid)의 각각 70%, 22%를 차지하였고 이들 성분은 성숙에 따라 다소 증가하였다. Pectose 질을 구성하는 중성당중 hexose는 LMP, HMP, IAP, CBP 다같이 $20{\sim}50%$가 감소하였는데 특히 Gal의 감소율은 63%이었다. Pentose는 $1{\sim}9%$가 증가하였고 uronic acid는 $2{\sim}4%$감소하였다. 그러나 HMP, CBP에서는 uronic acid의 상대적 함유비율은$3{\sim}5%$ 증가되었다.

BIM 프로세스 성숙도 측정 모델의 평가항목에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation Items of BIM Process Maturity Measurement Model)

  • Lately, the management of domestic BIM performance is quite lacking, as the evaluation and management data from successful cases of BIM implementation both on projects and in companies, and related effects (time, cost and other physical gains) are not well kept for future use in BIM development. In order to overcome the above obstacles, a systematic approach to evaluating BIM adoption with focus on particular elements like BIM implementation environment and processes, and the physical factors yielded by BIM, is necessary. In this study, objective and detailed assessment indicators and weights that are appropriate for the domestic situation were derived through research for purposes of developing a web-based BIM maturity measurement program that is tailor-made for the Korean construction atmosphere. Through a company's self-maturity measurement, excellent quality of BIM deliverables and output can be achieved and managed. Furthermore, the domestic BIM capacity can gradually increase since design firms' BIM capability can be judged during procurement basing on measurement indicators.

강원도 연안 대문어의 성숙과 산란 (Maturity and spawning of the giant Pacific octopus, Octopus dofleini in the coast of Gangwondo, East Sea)

  • Maturity and spawning of the giant Pacific octopus, Octopus dofleini was investigated based on the samples collected in the coast of Gangwondo, East Sea, from January to December in 2009. Individuals of mature stage had a higher occurrence rate from February to May, and gonadosomatic index (GSI) also showed a higher value from February to May than the other months. For that reason, the spawning period was estimated from February to May with the main spawning period from March to May. The total number of eggs in the fecundity (F) ranged from 9,045 in 11.0 kg (TW) to 148,682 in 16.5 kg (TW), which was proportional to total weight (TW), and the relationship between total weight and fecundity was $F=0.185{\times}TW^{2.238}$ ($R^2=0.389$). The total weight at 50% group maturity (TW0.5) of female was estimated to be 12.2 kg.

정보기술 수용에 있어서 사용자 특성과 정보기술 특성에 따른 사회적 영향의 차이 (The Differences of Social Influence on Information Technology Adoption by Knowledge Work and IT Maturity)

  • As information systems are introduced in organizations, user attitudes toward IS are crucial factors for the success of such systems. Hence, understanding what affects user attitudes should be a major concern in MIS research. The purpose of this study is to improve the understanding of social influence on IS adoption. Social influence construct is stretched to include four items: subject norm, image, visibility, and voluntariness. Also, this paper examines the roles of two moderators regarding social influence: user characteristics and IT maturity. We could find that 1) social influence has a significant impact on perceived usefulness(PU), perceived ease of use(PEU), and intention, 2) the social influence on PU is more noticeable for knowledge worker than for undergraduate student, and 3) social influence on knowledge worker's PU is stronger for emerging IT(e.g., wireless internet services) than for mature IT(e.g., spreadsheet software).

우리나라 동해안 대구횟대, Gymnocanthus herzensteini의 성숙과 산란 (Maturity and Spawning of Black Edged Sculpin, Gymnocanthus herzensteini in the East Sea)

  • 본 연구는 2003년 3월부터 2004년 4월까지 강원도 연안에서 유자망어업에서 어획된 대구횟대를 매월 채집하여 성숙과 산란에 관하여 조사한 것이다. 대구횟대의 산란기는 생식소성숙도지수, 난경 등의 월별 변화에 의한 결과 12월에서 이듬해 2월로 추정되어졌다. 체장과 포란수와의 관계는 $F=285.11TL^{1.4092}$ ($R^2$=0.571)이었으며 체중과 포란수와의 관계는 $F=1.449.8BW^{0.5514}$ ($R^2$=0.577)이었으며, 포란수는 어체가 커질수록 증가하였다. 최소포란수로 8.814립 (TL: 14.7 cm), 최대포란수는 28,560립 (TL: 24.4 cm)이었다. 최소성숙체장은 15 cm였으며, 이때의 나이는 약 2세였다. 체장계급별 성비는 소형어에서는 수컷이 약간 우세하였으나 24 cm 이상에서는 암컷이 90%로 높게 나타났다.

Effects of confinement on physiological and psychological responses and expression of interleukin 6 and brain derived neurotrophic factor mRNA in primiparous and multiparous weaning sows

  • Objective: The present study aimed to investigate whether the long-lasting, recurrent restricting of sows leads to the physiological and psychological reaction of discomfort. Methods: Sows (Large White) that had experienced restricting for about 0.5 or 3 years and agematched sows kept in a group housing system (loose sows) were compared. Pupillary light reflex parameters were measured at the weaning stage. Immediately after slaughter, blood samples were taken to measure serum cortisol levels, and the brain was dissected, gene expression in the hippo-campus, frontal cortex and hypothalamus was analyzed. Results: The serum cortisol levels were higher in the confined sows than in the loose sows. The full maturity, but not the young adolescent, confined sows had longer latency time in the onset of pupil constriction than their loose counterparts. Real-time polymerase chain reaction analyses revealed an increased expression of interleukin 6 mRNA in the hippocampus and decreased expression of brain derived neurotrophic factor mRNA in hippocampus and hypothalamus and to a lesser extent in the frontal cortex of the full maturity confined sows, compared with the full maturity loose sows. Conclusion: Taken together, these data indicated that recurrent restricting stress in full maturity sows leads to the physiological and psychological reaction of discomfort.

Comparison of Strength-Maturity Models Accounting for Hydration Heat in Massive Walls

  • The objective of this study was to evaluate the capability of different strength-maturity models to account for the effect of the hydration heat on the in-place strength development of high-strength concrete specifically developed for nuclear facility structures under various ambient curing temperatures. To simulate the primary containment-vessel of a nuclear reactor, three 1200-mm-thick wall specimens were prepared and stored under isothermal conditions of approximately $5^{\circ}C$ (cold temperature), $20^{\circ}C$ (reference temperature), and $35^{\circ}C$ (hot temperature). The in situ compressive strengths of the mock-up walls were measured using cores drilled from the walls and compared with strengths estimated from various strength-maturity models considering the internal temperature rise owing to the hydration heat. The test results showed the initial apparent activation energies at the hardening phase were approximately 2 times higher than the apparent activation energies until the final setting. The differences between core strengths and field-cured cylinder strengths became more notable at early ages and with the decrease in the ambient curing temperature. The strength-maturity model proposed by Yang provides better reliability in estimating in situ strength of concrete than that of Kim et al. and Pinto and Schindler.

융복합시대에 대학생의 스마트폰 의존도가 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향: 대인관계 문제의 매개효과 (The Influence of Smart-phone Dependence of University Students on Career Attitude Maturity in the Convergence Era: Mediating Effect of Interpersonal Problem)

  • 연구의 목적은 대학생의 스마트폰 의존도가 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향과 그 경로에서 대인관계 문제의 매개효과를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울과 수도권에 소재한 4개 대학의 학생들을 대상으로 설문을 진행하여 총 221부로 실증적인 검증을 위해 구조방정식을 실행하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 대학생의 일상생활 장애와 가상세계 지향이 높으면 대인관계 문제에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 일상생활 장애와 가상세계 지향이 높으면 진로태도성숙에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 대인관계 문제는 진로태도성숙에 부적인 영향을 미치며, 스마트폰 의존도와 진로태도성숙 관계에서 모두 완전매개하고 있음을 파악하였다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 대학생의 진로태도성숙을 증진시키는 다양한 프로그램의 개발과 적용에 기초자료로 사용될 수 있음을 시사하였다.

전공선택동기와 학업성취도가 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Major Choice Motivation and Academic Achievement on Career Maturity)

  • 이 연구는 대학생의 전공선택 동기(개인적 동기, 사회적 동기), 학업성취도, 진로성숙도의 상관관계를 파악하고 진로성숙도의 영향요인을 확인하여 진로성숙도 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시도되었다. C도 소재 대학생 199명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료 수집하였다. 전공선택 개인적동기 사회적동기, 학업성취도와 진로성숙도의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 진로성숙도는 전공선택 개인적동기(r=.417, p=.00)와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈으며 전공선택 사회적동기, 학업성취도와는 유의한 상관관계가 없었다. 진로성숙도의 영향요인은 전공선택 개인적 동기, 경제활동, 전공계열 순이었으며 설명력은 24%이었다. 따라서 전공과 관련있는 분야에서 경제활동을 할 수 있도록 대학차원의 지원이 필요 할 것으로 보여지며 전공선택시 개인적동기가 중요한 만큼 고등학생을 대상으로 한 진로체험이나 미래 직장체험등의 기회를 폭넓게 제공하여 전공선택시 개인적 동기를 높이는데 주력해야 할 것이다.
