  • In terms of development for CMC computer science curriculum was started from 2006 year, and it was confirmed at 2013 year and adapting through 1 to 8 grade. CMC is focused on the "Develop computer fluency, not just computer literacy", "Develop thinking process skills, not just content mastery", and "Highlight the interconnectedness of knowledge, not just address a topic/subject in isolation" as a base of the curriculum. CMC have selected core factors which are Thinking process skills, Computer literacy integrated with fundamental concepts and thinking skills, Thematic integration, Spiral curriculum, and Scalability. Once CMC have been developed as a common computer curriculum by India government, both of computer training course and textbook development were conducted by government. In addition, they are trying to enforce the computer education. It suggests to Korea some significant points which were the necessity of Computer education as an independent subject and the requirement of Software education and Computational thinking as an educational content.

In order to promote the establishment of universities in Korea, the government has been working on 'Five-Year Plan for University Entrepreneurship Education(2013-2017)', 'Efficiency of Government Start-up Support in 2015', and 'Five-Year Basic Plan for Activation of Industry-University Cooperation(2016-2020)'. However, there are still practical limitations in spite of the efforts made by universities and research institutes to revitalize start-ups. As a way to overcome these limitations, this study aims to systematize the entrepreneurship education of the university, and examines the role of changing universities and theory of clusters and the entrepreneurship education. In addition, we will look at the factors of creative university culture centering on the representative cases of the Innovation University in US, and present a conceptual framework for cluster-based entrepreneurship education for the purpose of 'successful entrepreneurship' which is different from 'start-up success'. The conceptual framework of cluster-based entrepreneurship education is based on the establishment of 'Integrated Entrepreneurship Education Platform' to revitalize start-ups centered on university technology. At the same time, this framework focuses on the three factors of talent, technology, and culture based on the relevant theories and examples, and emphasizes the clustering of entrepreneurial resources, entrepreneurial policies and leadership that should be involved in entrepreneurship education.

  • The goal of the study is to find the necessary measures to facilitate a desirable Technology and Home Economics curriculum by reflecting the perception and needs of the teachers, principals, educational specialists from the perspective of the curriculum content, professionalism of the teacher, realistic operations of the school, and the administration of the school system. The research was executed through mail surveys to nationwide junior high school technology teachers, home education leachers, principals and to educational specialists. The results obtained from the research are as follows. 1) The integration of Technology and Home Economics was perceived to lessen the burden of students. However the background knowledge and characteristics of the two curriculums are different, and in addition there is a negative perception due to the fact that it is hard to facilitate a class with just one teacher, 2) The issues that were most serious to teachers, principals and education specialists were professionalism of the teacher, qualification of the teachers, and teaching method. 3) In regards to qualifications of the teacher, the teachers requested that teachers should have single qualification in'Technology(or Home Economics)'. The principals were of the similar opinion but the educational professionals wanted dual qualification for both'Technology'and'Home Economics'. As for teaching methodology all 3 groups responded that from the teacher and student perspective the teaching should be divided whereas from the school's perspective the responsibility should be put on a single teacher. 4) Teachers responded that from the perspective of the teacher, parent or student Technology and Home Economics should be separated into taro subjects. On the other hand the principals and educational specialists agreed that from their own perspective Technology and Home Economics should remain an integrated subject and the teaching should be done by one teacher but replied that from the student or parent perspective division of responsibility in teaching would be appropriate.

  • Causality mining in NLP is a significant area of interest, which benefits in many daily life applications, including decision making, business risk management, question answering, future event prediction, scenario generation, and information retrieval. Mining those causalities was a challenging and open problem for the prior non-statistical and statistical techniques using web sources that required hand-crafted linguistics patterns for feature engineering, which were subject to domain knowledge and required much human effort. Those studies overlooked implicit, ambiguous, and heterogeneous causality and focused on explicit causality mining. In contrast to statistical and non-statistical approaches, we present Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) integrated with Multi-level Feature Networks (MFN) for causality recognition, called BERT+MFN for causality recognition in noisy and informal web datasets without human-designed features. In our model, MFN consists of a three-column knowledge-oriented network (TC-KN), bi-LSTM, and Relation Network (RN) that mine causality information at the segment level. BERT captures semantic features at the word level. We perform experiments on Alternative Lexicalization (AltLexes) datasets. The experimental outcomes show that our model outperforms baseline causality and text mining techniques.

  • The ecological expression of art in modern society takes the harmonious developmental relationship between man and nature as an element and combines it with the various manifestations of painting as an expression of ecological artistic development. The necessary relationship for the harmonious development of nature is accurately articulated, and the ecological changes in people are expressed in integrated materials that inspire human reflection. In the pursuit of material pleasures, mankind is neglectful and indifferent to the environment. The development of composite painting in art and ecology is a process that more reveres the harmony between man and nature as well as satisfying the creative value of the work. After systematic evaluation and research, people have engaged in various structural forms of composite art painting development in the long history of art development, focusing on the integration of environmental and ecological culture. In the process of nature education going through development, the comprehensive practical development of nature education is enhanced and efforts are made to feel new ecological art ideas and new ways of valuing environmental protection. In this paper, an observational study of eco-art will be carried out, starting from the theory of hierarchical division and analyzing the contradictory relationship between man and nature. Recognize nature, understand it and feel it through eco-art painting. The analysis of the contradictory relationship between man and nature is combined with the identification of various types of information that give value to the environmental protection public, and the combination of ecological painting and nature art to achieve an upgrade of the environmental protection idea of the value of painting.

  • It is meaningful in that it can be used as valuable data in modern nursing by exploring the meaning and essence of the experiences experienced as women and nurses in the special situation of war to understand their experiences. To find the role of nurses in the war, the research was classified into primary data and secondary data. Among the many data, only those with high external and internal evaluations were selected and analyzed. However subjective opinions were not included. At a time when women's social advancement was difficult, the nurse faithfully fulfilled the role of a nurse on the battlefield, and as a result, it became a new channel for women's social advancement. Nurses performed various roles, such as nursing for soldiers wounded in the Korean War, as well as midwifery and health education for the general public. In this way, during the Korean War, both inside and outside the battlefield, nurses performed all the roles they could in their respective positions. Nursing activities on the battlefield have taken their true value in line with the characteristics of nursing education based on holistic nursing, integrated thinking, love for humanity, and dedication. Recently, disasters and war zones are increasing worldwide, and the number of nurses required in these fields is also increasing. Based on the research results of past nurses' activities, there is a need for interest and research on the new roles of nurses needed in the present and future society. In addition, while not forgetting the sacrifices of nurses in the past, this spirit must be continued and developed.

  • Academic analytics guides university decision-makers to assign limited resources more effectively. Especially, diverse academic courses clustered by the usage patterns and levels on Learning Management System(LMS) help understanding instructors' pedagogical approach and the integration level of technologies. Further, the clustering results can contribute deciding proper range and levels of financial and technical supports. However, in spite of diverse analytic methodologies, clustering analysis methods often provide different results. The purpose of this study is to present implications by using three different clustering analysis including Gaussian Mixture Model, K-Means clustering, and Hierarchical clustering. As a case, we have clustered academic courses based on the usage levels and patterns of LMS in higher education using those three clustering techniques. In this study, 2,639 courses opened during 2013 fall semester in a large private university located in South Korea were analyzed with 13 observation variables that represent the characteristics of academic courses. The results of analysis show that the strengths and weakness of each clustering analysis and suggest that academic leaders and university staff should look into the usage levels and patterns of LMS with more elaborated view and take an integrated approach with different analytic methods for their strategic decision on development of LMS.

  • The need for literal education, matching the rapid changes in the media has been increasing in recent years. However, it is true that not enough research has been done on the efficiency of literacy compared to the increasing need. For example, empirical approaches such as studies on the effects of integrated media literacy on youth learning. Thus, this paper took multimedia education, which is different from existing image education, as a subject of research and studied the results of education that fused text and video and sound to teenagers in terms of learning effectiveness. It is an academic quest to see if multimedia education really has positive ㄷ effect for teenagers' learning. As a result of both quantitative and qualitative research as a method of research, multimedia education was concluded to be meaningful in improving learning ability, and based on this, it presented a practical-oriented learner participation education while expanding appearance such as language education through multimedia education. The suggestions for these various education policies will spread to the confidence that multimedia education can be the center of all learning activities as the core of education that achieves an all-round personality, not just an aid to existing education.
