Due to the development of technology even in learning and education area, many studies have begun to make a new attempts to research by using SNS, breaking away from traditional learning methods. However, the limitations of these studies are restricted only to the use of wireless Internet and writing on Web sites. This study aims to conduct a research on English learning activities that utilize various technologies such as Bigdata, Facebook, Social Network Services (SNS) and English applications. In addition, this study looks into how these modern technologies can be integrated in the classrooms and which activities can be applied in the English classroom. This research is to suggest effective English learning methods through a thorough investigation on the effectivity of various technologies based on the Web 2.0 such as Flickr, blogs, MySpace, and online discussion board within the context of the English learning. To verify the effect of the study, the subjects are divided into experimental and control group. The experiment is proceeded with pre- and post-test. The experimental group is designed to verify the effects using SNS tools such as Facebook, Bigdata, and Online Massive Learning. A survey is conducted to determine the preference of utilizing social networking sites and to analyze the effects in class. The result is that the average scores for experimental group have improved more than the average of control group. The comparison of pre and post-test of the experimental group shows that the significance of the higher and median group was statistically significant at the p<0.01.

최근 국내 교육계의 최대 관심인 ICT 활용 교육은 활용 측면이 지나치게 강조되고 있고, ICT 활용 교육에 대한 연구도 실용적인 측면만이 부각됨에 따라 기능적인 활용으로 치우칠 수 있다는 우려를 낳고 있다. 본 연구는 이에 대한 대안으로서 ICT 활용을 이론적 차원에서 모색하여 효율적인 ICT 활용을 위한 구체적인 전략을 마련하고자 하였다. 먼저, 효율적 ICT 활용의 개념을 정의하였고, 전략 도출을 위한 기초 준거로 인간의 고등 사고를 설정하여 비판적 사고를 포함한 Iowa 교육부의 통합 사고 모형을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 효율적 ICT 활용을 위한 종합적 사고를 범주화하였다. 또한, 효율적 활용을 위한 ICT를 소프트웨어, 하드웨어, 활용 기술 영역으로 분류하여 각각의 개념과 상호 관계를 살펴보았다. 이렇게 분류한 ICT의 각 영역과 종합적 사고 범주와의 관련성을 규명하기 위해 '사고 영역과 ICT 영역간의 관련성 결정 준거'를 논의하였고, 이를 구체화한 'ICT-EUS 도출을 위한 분석 매트릭스'를 설정하여, 도출 과정의 타당성과 도출 결과의 명확성을 확보하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해 최종적으로 ICT의 영역 중 학습 자원, 학습 도구, 학습자, 탐색, 의사소통, 생산, 표현에 대한 ICT-EUS(Efficient-Use Strategy of ICT; 효율적 ICT 활용 전략)를 도출하였다. ICT-EUS는 ICT의 단순한 활용을 넘어서 학습 자원, 도구, 활용 기술 등에 대한 인지적 해석을 통해 학습 목표 달성의 효율성과 효과성을 제고할 수 있는 가능성을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This paper provides an overview of the E-learning service education on the last decade, In the early 2000's the emphasis of educational technology was on interactive multimedia- stand alone packages on computer hard disks or portable memory, which integrated a range of media forms in the lately. Customers handle finding the best sources of content.The system then uses social signals such as those coming from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, delicious as well as clicks and views. The SNS and network infrastructure is sufficiently mature that the focus should shift to how to use the technology most appropriately to facilitate learning. As we study environmental conditions of the traditional internet and the mobile internet users in some ways. In this paper, analyze the nature of learning, role of educational and suggest alternative policy, innovation of e-learning service and effective e-learning environment in developing technology.

The purpose of this study is to develop the education program for a healthy family support center. This will be a representative program which will differ from the education programs of other welfare centers. This study suggests 11 themes based on the elements of a healthy family. These programs aim to prevent and solve family problems. The 11 themes are as follows: family values, family relations 1 and 2 (couple/parent-children), parent coaching 1 and 2, family culture, resource management, multi-cultural families, working families, family volunteerism, and family consulting. This study focuses on creating a frame for this program which is integrated, systematic, and flexible. It also develops both family diagnosis sheets and educational content about various aspects of family life. Thus, this can be a core program which allows networking with other programs.

4차 산업 혁명으로 해양산업은 해사 관련 기술 및 시스템, 특히 선원의 역할에 상당한 변화가 생길 것으로 예상됩니다. 특히, 자율운항선박(MASS)은 인적과실에 의한 안전사고의 예방과 해상 작업 환경의 개선을 위하여 개발되고 있습니다. IMO는 교육 및 훈련 분야를 포함한 모든 분야에서 MASS의 도입에 대한 준비작업을 하고 있습니다. 이에 반해 국내지정교육기관은 아직 MASS에 탑승할 선원을 육성하기 위한 자격기준이나 교육훈련에 대한 계획을 수립하지 못하고 있는 상황입니다. 따라서 본 논문은 MASS의 특성과 적용기술을 검토하고, AI, 빅 데이터, 사이버 보안 등 급변하는 기술 환경에 최적화될 수 있는 스마트 선원의 능력 및 교육 훈련에 대한 필요성을 제시하고자 한다.

The study investigated the Integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to the Library and Information Science Curriculum: The Practicum in Library Schools in Rivers State. Descriptive survey design was used with a population 374 comprising 21 LIS educators and 353 Four Hundred Level Library and Information Science Students from University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, and Ignatius Ajuru University of Education Port Harcourt. Census sampling technique was used to select the LIS educators and purposive sampling technique was used to the select the Four Hundred Level LIS students. Questionnaire and checklist were used for data collection. 90% and 97% responses were found valid for analysis for LIS Educators and LIS students respectively. The study was analyzed using mean rating, standard deviation and simple percentage. The study revealed that ICT courses were integrated into LIS curriculum in Library schools in Rivers State but LIS educators lacked the ICT skills to teach ICT practicum consequently, the students were not properly taught ICT practicum. However, students had positive perception of ICT practicum. Notwithstanding, lack of ICT skills, poor policy implementation, lack of state-of-the-art infrastructure and nonchalant attitudes of staff towards the adoption of ICT constituted the challenges faced in the implementation of ICT practicum. The study therefore, recommended that the management of library schools in Rivers State should implement ICT practicum by hiring competent staff maybe from computers science department to teach the practicum for the interim. Subsequently, recruitment of librarians should include strictly ICT compliant.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between utilization of technology and TPACK in mathematics teachers, and to analyze needs and retentions, difference between needs and retentions, and educational needs of TPACK in mathematics teachers. Furthermore, we will prioritize TPACK items that mathematics teachers want to change, and provide implications for teacher education related to TPACK in the future. To do this, we analyzed 328 mathematics teachers nationwide by using survey on the utilization of technology, averages of TPACK's needs and retentions, t-test of two averages, Borich's educational needs analysis, and the Locus for Focus model. The results are as follows. Firstly, the actual utilization rate was lower than the positive recognition of utilization of technology by mathematics teachers, and many mathematics teachers mentioned the lack of knowledge related to TPACK. Secondly, the characteristics of in-service mathematics teacher's needs and retentions for TPACK were clear, and TPACK's starting line of in-service mathematics teacher can be different from pre-mathematics teacher's. The retentions was high in the order of CK, PCK and PK, and the needs was higher in the order of TPACK, TCK, TK and TPK. All of the higher retentions were knowledge related to PCK, and the value of CK was extremely high among them. In addition, mathematics teachers recognized needs for integrated knowledge related to technology, and they needed more TCK than TPK. The difference between needs and retentions showed that all items except two items in the PK were significant. Retentions of all items in CK was higher than needs, needs of all items in TK, TCK, TPK and TPACK was higher than retentions, PK and PCK were mixed. Thirdly, based on the analysis of Borich's educational needs and the Locus for Focus model, teacher education on TPACK for mathematics teachers needs to focus on TPACK, TK, TCK, and TPK. Specifically, TPACK needs to combine technology in terms of creativity-convergence, mathematical connections, communication, improvement of evaluation quality, and TK needs to new technology acquisition, function of utilizing technology, troubleshoot problems with technology, TCK needs to mathematical value(esthetic, practical) with technology, and TPK needs to consider technology in terms of evaluation methods, teaching and learning methods, improvement of pedagogy. Therefore, when determining the direction of teacher education related to TPACK in the future, if they try to reflect these items in detail, the teachers could participate more actively and receive practical help.

본 연구의 목적은 실시간-비실시간 온라인플랫폼을 통한 역량강화중심 대학영어 교수-학습 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구에서의 대학영어 교수-학습 모형은 의사소통, 자기주도성, 협동성 등의 역량증진을 위한 딕토글로스 활동을 다양한 온라인플랫폼 기능 활용을 고도화하여 효과적으로 적용하기 위한 것이다. 딕토글로스는 의사소통의 네가지 기능(듣기, 말하기, 읽기, 쓰기)을 통합하여 사용하는 언어 교수-학습 활동이다. 본 연구에서의 대학영어 수업은 의사소통 중심 통합적 영어교육에 중점을 두고 있다. 그리고 본 연구에서의 교수-학습 모형은 구성주의 이론에 입각한 온라인기반 영어통합 교수-학습 방법으로서, 각 단계별로 학습자와 교수자의 역할을 제시하였다.

Many modern hydraulic excavators now use EPPRVs (Electronic Proportional Pressure Reducing Valves) in their pilot systems to control the spool displacement of the main hydraulic system. However, the performance of these systems is often limited by factors such as magnetic hysteresis, mechanical wear, and transient responses influenced by operating conditions and component installation. This paper presents a pressure feedback controller for excavator pilot systems that utilize EPPRVs. This controller significantly reduces steady-state pressure control errors and mitigates the hysteresis effects commonly seen in traditional open-loop systems. To achieve this, we integrated EPPRVs with the main hydraulic valve and injected a chirp signal into the solenoid current. By doing so, we were able to measure the frequency response of the pilot system across different operating pressures and estimate the system dynamics model. Using these models, we designed a set of PI pressure feedback controllers that are guaranteed to be stable. These controllers were then integrated with a gain scheduler based on a lookup table. Experimental results demonstrate that when the developed pressure feedback controller is incorporated into the conventional open-loop controller, it effectively reduces steady-state pressure control errors and mitigates hysteresis.

이 연구의 목적은 2018년 평생 직업교육훈련의 혁신방안 내용 분석을 기초로 평생교육의 한 분야로 평생직업교육의 역할 방향을 탐색하는 데 있다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정책지향 측면에서 평생직업 교육 방향은 평생교육 측면에서 생애 통합형 평생직업 교육 수행이 가능하다. 둘째, 교육 및 훈련 과정에서 평생 직업교육 측면에서 특정 실무역량 분야에 평생교육이 수행할 수 있다. 셋째, 교육훈련 체계의 경우 평생직업 교육 측면에서 평생교육 이념은 전 생애 걸친 교육 체계를 수립하는 것이다. 넷째, 교육훈련 프로그램의 경우 평생교육이 평생직업 교육 측면에서 평생교육 기관 형태별로 다양한 프로그램 운영이 가능하다. 다섯째, 교육훈련 시기의 경우 평생교육이 평생직업 교육측면에서 보면 생애 단계별 고른 배분이 가능하다. 여섯째, 산업 영역과의 관계에서 평생교육이 평생직업 교육 측면에서 보면 산업수요와 연계를 강화할 수 있으며 이와 함께 정부 기관과도 연계 강화가 가능하다. 일곱째, 취약 계층지원의 경우 평생교육이 평생직업 교육 측면에서 보면, 시도 평생교육 기관, 시군구 평생학습관 등에서 무료 교육 및 소외계층 맞춤형 지원이 가능하다.
