치과기공분야에서의 직업기초능력수준과 요구도에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Cognition and the Requirement on the Key Competency of Dental Technology)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is analyzing how much students of dental technology possess core competencies and cognition between dental technicians and students. Methods: The subjects of this study were dental technicians, dental technology students and a self-administered structured questionnaire survey wax conducted for 428 selected people. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS Win 20.0 statistics program and analysis techniques include the frequency, t-test, One-way ANOVA. Results: The results of the survey are as follows. The cognition of key competency according to the gender in the students showed differences in interpersonal ability, information ability and the requirement of key competency according to the gender in the students showed differences in speaking ability, listening ability, problem solving ability. The cognition of key competency according to the grade in the students showed difference in speaking ability, listening ability and the requirement of key competency according to the grade in the students showed difference in comprehension of organization ability. The speaking ability is the lowest in the cognition of key competency according to the gender, grade, experience of clinical training in the students and the skill ability is the highest in the requirement of key competency according to the gender, experience of clinical training in the students. The cognition of key competency according to the career in the dental technicians showed difference in problem solving ability, self-regulation and self-development ability, skill ability and the requirement of key competency according to the career in the dental technicians showed difference in writing ability. The cognition of key competency according to the educational background in the dental technicians showed difference in comprehension of organization ability. The foreign language ability is the lowest in the cognition of key competency according to the career, job in the dental technicians and the skill ability is the highest and the math ability is th lowest in the requirement of key competency according to the career, place of employment in the dental technician. Conclusion: This study can be used as basic data for dental technology that are available not only to field-oriented disciplines but also to overall higher education fields which aim to strengthen key competency.

A Study on Management Competency Affecting Organizational Performance

  • This study is to examine the effects of business management competency, organizational management competency, relationship formation competency, marketing competency, and entrepreneurship, which are perceived by organizational members of social enterprise, on organizational performance, economic performance and social performance. The results of this study are as follows. First, the business management competency of the executives influencing the economic performance, which is the organization performance of the hypothetical social enterprise, was adopted. In other words, the organizational management competency (H1-1), the relationship formation competency (H1-2), the marketing competency (H1-3), and the entrepreneurship (H1-4), which are executive business management competency, have a positive effect on the organizational performance of the social enterprise respectively. Second, Hypothesis 2 indicates that the business management competency of social enterprise executives has a positive effect on organizational performance, social performance, and Hypothesis 2 has been adopted. In other words, the business management competency of the management on the social performance of the social enterprise is in the order of relationship forming competency (H2-2), marketing competency (H2-3), organizationalmanagement competency (H2-1), entrepreneurship (H2-4) Showed high influence. The higher the relationship formation competency, marketing competency, organizational competency, and entrepreneurship, which are the business management competency of the social enterprise management, the economic social performance of the social enterprise is more improved.

전문대학 응급구조과의 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 교육과정 개발 및 운영방안 연구 (Curriculum development and operation methods based on national competency standards (NCS) in the department of emergency medical technology)

  • Purpose: Although appointed as a national competency standards (NCS) based reserves department, the department of emergency medical technology, an NCS-based emergency department, is mainly focused on subject deduction for a NCS-based curriculum. Methods: Job models were formed and verified by combining the competency unit of NCS and the duty of Developing a curriculum (DACUM) based on the development procedure indicated in the guidelines for a NCS-based curriculum. The mapping method of the subject was performed by deducting necessary competency units (duty) and competency unit elements (task) by connecting with the composition items of NCS and DACUM. Results: Job models combined with job analysis for the NCS and DACUM were reduced to 13 competency units (duty) and 79 competency unit elements (task). A modified method such as the 1:N method was mainly applied as a subject-matching method with consideration of the competency level and size of the competency unit. Conclusion: It would be a desirable direction to develop a NCS-based curriculum in the center of the practice subject in consideration of the size of the competency unit and competency level of the competency unit element. The existing curriculum should be promoted as a field-oriented curriculum at the complementary level.

NCS 직업기초능력 기반 응급구조(학)과 교양 교과목 편성 연구 (Program design of the education subject curriculum by the department of emergency medical technology based on National Competency Standards key competencies)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to establish an education curriculum subject program design for the department of emergency medical technology based on National Competency Standards (NCS) key competencies. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 180 level 1 emergency medical technicians in K area from June 15 to 20, 2016. Except for 14 incomplete questionnaires, 141 data were analyzed. The study instrument included general characteristics of the subjects (7 items) and importance and satisfaction levels for 10 key competencies including 34 items of subfactors by a Likert 5-point scale using Borich Needs Assessment Model. A locus for focus model (LF model) was used to derive the top priority key competencies for the education curriculum. Data were analyzed by SPSS v. 20.0. Results: The order of education needs of the program included interpersonal competency (1.442), communication competency (1.384), problem solving competency (1.185) and professional ethics competency (1.149). In the LF model, the required jey competencies included interpersonal competency, communication competency, professional ethics competency, and problem solving competency. Conclusion: The study results coincided with standard education curriculum guidelines. Our resluts can provide a valid reference for the department of emergency medical technology.

자기 보고식 공학설계 역량 검사 도구 개발 (Development of The Self-Reported Measurement for Engineering Design Competency)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the self-reported measurement for engineering design competency. In this study, engineering design competency is defined as the overall individual ability that is necessary for an engineer for his/her successful accomplishment of engineering design. This measurement was developed through reviewing documents, defining factor and sub-factor, making an item and constructing validity verification. The self-reported measurement for engineering design competency consists of 6 factors and 40 items. 6 factors cover competency of design performance, competency of considering economic and social influence, competency of utilizing mathematical and scientific knowledge, competency of teamwork, competency of design-centered thinking and competency of collecting and using data. A 6-points Likert scale was used for each item.

산학협력성과와 대학의 역량요인의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Relationships between Performance of University-Industry Cooperations and Competency Factors of University)

  • 1998년 이후 한국정부는 산학연계의 성과를 증진시키기 위한 다양한 사업을 펼치고 있다. 본 연구는 대학의 역량요인이 산학협력성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를, 한국의 61개 대학의 산학 협력성과와 역량요인에 관한 자료를 수집하여 다중회귀분석모형을 통해 분석해 보았다. 모형에서 종속변수로는 기술이전료수입, 기술이전건수, 스핀오프기업수 등을 사용하였으며, 독립변수로는 연구역량요인으로 SCI급 논문건수, 국내특허등록건수, 국제특허등록거수를, 관리역량요인으로 기술이 전전담조직의 크기, 기술이전전담인력규모 둥을 사용하였다. 분석결과 기술이전료수입에 대해서는 SCI급 논문 수 및 국제특허등록건수가, 기술이전건수에 대해서는 SCI급 논문수 및 국내특허등록 건수가, 스핀오프기업수에 대해서는 전담조직규모 및 기술이전전문가수가 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 산학협력성과를 촉진하기 위한 정부정책이 대학의 연구역량과 관리역량을 동시에 증진하는 방향으로 이루어져야 한다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

치기공과 교육과정 제고를 위한 치과기공사의 직업기초능력 중요도 분석 (Analysis on the Importance of Dental Technicians' Basic Vocational Competency elements to Improve the Dental Technology Curriculum)

  • Purpose: This provides basic data for improving educational effectiveness by selecting and applying basic vocational competency applicable to dental technology's sub-major curricula by determining and researching dental technicians' awareness levels concerning the basic vocational competency's importance. Methods: 170 dental technicians working in Daegu, Korea were surveyed using a self-administered questionnaire between 9 January 2018 and 23 February 2018. Results: 1. The highest level of the basic vocational competency elements by the awareness levels of importance in dental technology laboratories was shown in the occupational ethics, followed by technological skills, interpersonal skills, self-development levels, problem-solving skills, information skills, resource management skills and skills for understanding groups, communication skills, and mathematical skills. 2. Female dental technicians put relatively higher importance on writing documents and managing time, while males stressing on basic statistics. 3. Dental laboratory CEOs and managers put high values on resource management skills, while head technicians valuing information skills more. 4. The awareness levels concerning the basic vocational competency importance in some dental technology fields did not match those of the dental technology laboratories in the fields of porcelain, crown and bridge, and orthodontics. Conclusion : This study demonstrates that the awareness levels concerning basic vocational competency's importance in some fields of dental technology differ from those of dental technology laboratories. Developing a basic vocational competency curriculum, it seems necessary to find ways to increase educational effectiveness by selecting and applying the basic vocational competency for the respective fields of dental technology.

기술리더십 역량모델 개발에 관한 연구 : IT기업 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on Developing Competency Model of Techno Leadership)

  • The importance of technical innovation is increasing gradually in accordance with the life cycle of technology being shortened and the convergence being accelerate. This thesis aims to present the Framework of Competency Model of Techno Leadership capable of utilizing in promoting R&D (Research and Development) Leaders systematically by the technology based enterprise. The characteristic of core behavior necessary for Techno Leaders has been sorted out through the literature investigation and the analysis course of meaning, etc., the competency model of Techno Leadership has been deducted by analyzing the relation with MOT (Management of Technology) capacity being common skill of task necessary for Techno Leaders and the characteristic of behavior based on this through the questionnaire survey. The possibility of application in the field as well has been verified by applying the developed competency model in the actual field of enterprise. The competency model of techno Leadership developed in this research may be utilized in the direction establishment for the promotion of Techno Leadership in the enterprise or laboratory, especially, if would be effective to self-diagnose the core competency necessary for R&D manpower to be grown as the Techno leader in the IT oriented enterprise and to establish the improvement direction.

혁신적 벤처특성화 기반을 위한 대학 벤처교육과정 모델 개발연구 (A Study on Developing a Curriculum of Venture & Entrepreneurship Education for a Leading University in the Field of Innovative Venture Business)

  • The purpose of this study is to development of venture business curriculum by FGI interview to venture CEO and related field employer and suggest to venture related structure of liberal art, major part of undergraduate and graduate school. Research methods are 2 step interview with 325 venture business CEO and related employer. They selected practical course to motivate venture entrepreneurship among 3 subsidiary (entrepreneurial condition, psychology of entrepreneur, competency of entrepreneurial technology, competency of entrepreneurial knowledge, competency of managing growing business). Major findings are as follows; the selected course category of entrepreneurial condition of liberal art are venture mind and entrepreneurship, venture biz and spearhed industry. The selected course category of psychology of entrepreneur are leadership, personal relationship, and creativity, negotiation skill, etc. The selected course category of competency of entrepreneurial technology are venture technology, introduction to technology trends. The selected course category of competency of entrepreneurial knowledge are biz validity, entrepreneurship, the discovery of business opportunity, utilization of monetary resource etc. The selected course category of competency of managing growing business are operating strategy of venture business, service marketing and technical innovation and technology management.

유아교사의 디지털 역량 측정 도구 개발을 위한 타당성 연구 (A Validity Study for the Development of a Digital Competency Assessment Tool for Preschool Teachers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사들의 디지털 역량 수준을 측정할 수 있는 도구를 개발하기 위해 디지털 역량 지표에 대한 타당성을 검토하는 것이다. 이를 위해 유아교사 272명 대상으로 자료를 수집한 후 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과 4개 요인이 도출되었으며 확인적 요인분석을 통해 각 역량군과 하위역량지표 구성 모형에 대한 적합도, 타당도(집중타당도, 판별타당도) 및 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 최종적으로 검증된 4요인은 '디지털 기술 이해', '디지털 기술 활용', '디지털 기술 기반 상호작용', '디지털 윤리 이해 및 실천' 역량군으로 명명하였다. 분석결과를 통해 유아교사들의 디지털 역량을 측정하는 도구에 대한 신뢰도와 타당도를 입증할 수 있었고 본 연구결과는 유아교사들의 디지털 역량을 측정하고 각 디지털 역량 수준에 적합한 교육을 실시하는데 기초를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
