Big Data and the fourth industrial revolution are the first revolution that has not spawned a new form of energy but has triggered a new technological phenomenon called digitization. Digital transformation has caused disruptive innovation, and each country and major corporations need to respond to it. Despite this importance, empirical studies at home and abroad are insufficient. Therefore, in this study, factors affecting the promotion of corporate digital transformation were discovered through literature review, and a research model was developed and empirically analyzed by modifying and supplementing it through a Delphi study. The research model was composed of the main standards such as technology, innovation, organization, and environment and 17 sub-standards by combining the IDT and TOE models. In order to empirically analyze this, the AHP decision-making technique was used for experts in domestic digital transformation promotion companies and business partners. Companies that promote digital transformation will be able to increase the chances of achieving successful digital transformation if they take into account the factors that influence the digital transformation promotion according to the characteristics of the type of industry and company size of the group to which the company belongs.

Universities are opening related majors and subjects to nurture the problem-solving fusion that businesses want. The time has come when rapid technological. On this thesis, we analyzed three years (2017-2019) of survey result of Women University students in order to figuring out and dealing with the change in 4th industrial revolution and intellectual information technology. It turns out that 1) there was an increase of interest in 4th industrial revolution from 59% in 2017 to 80% in 2019, 2) IoT, ICT, Artificial Intelligence, and Education Research System became top priority in technical strategy, 3)the prime keyword is AI, robot, job, 4)the expectation on increasing of the opportunity and the number of jobs in science technology field was 50%, 5)the importance of universities and companies was 50%, 80% each, 6) the information needed for science technology were educational discipline, change in future science, prospective future information in order, and 7)the most needed education were education on creativity, coding, cross-subject, engineering in order. In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, it is essential to expand the SW manpower base in various fields. University education, which should provide connectivity for super-fusion, should provide curriculum optimized for industrial demands such as, fusion and connected education, creative thinking, self-directed problem solving and etc.
This study is to investigate, using AHP, what technologies should be applied first to Korean SMEs in order to respond to the 4th industrial revolution and change to a smart enterprise. To this end, technologies related to the 4th industrial revolution and smart factory are synthesized, and the classification criteria of Dae-Hoon Kim et al. (2019) are applied, but additional opinions of experts are collected and related technologies are converted to artificial intelligence (AI), Big Data, and Cloud Computing. As a base technology, mobile, Internet of Things (IoT), block chain as hyper-connected technology, unmanned transportation (autonomous driving), robot, 3D printing, drone as a convergence technology, smart manufacturing and logistics, smart healthcare, smart transportation and smart finance were classified as smart industrial technologies. As a result of confirming the priorities for technical use by AHP analysis and calculating the total weight, manufacturing companies have a high ranking in mobile, artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and robots, while service companies are in big data and robots, artificial intelligence (AI), and smart healthcare are ranked high, and in all companies, it is in the order of big data, artificial intelligence (AI), robot, and mobile. Through this study, it was clearly identified which technologies should be applied first in order to respond to the 4th industrial revolution and change to a smart company.

The revolution of information in information society innovates a lot of business processes. and the renewed processes contribute new paradigms of the 21th century. As one of the revolutions, ISO 9000 becomes a standard for developing efficient quality management systems which provide any-time and any-where environments satisfying customer needs. Thus, it becomes important to research on quality management systems for improving quality in information flowing and service domain. In this paper, we describe the applicable direction and the case study of ISO 9001 : 2000 which establishes quality management systems in the domain and hope to help for the Quality enhancement.
The technological convergence of IT, BT and NT is expected to drive technological revolution in the twenty first century, so a large amount of R&D expenditure is being concentrated on the development of fusion technology worldwide. Researches on how to direct and manage fusion technology development, however, are rare up to the present. This study investigates technology development and S&T human resources practices in the fusion technology are a focusing on the career path movement of researchers. On the basis of case study and a field survey of 209 scientists and engineers from academia, research institutes and industry, four strategic directions are recommended for improving human resources development in convergence technologies. The limitations and contributions of the study are also discussed.

As the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Information Age, companies are in the state of infinite competition due to the rapidly changing technological environment and fierce competition. In this situation companies are making efforts to gain the competitive advantage by introducing information systems. Supply Chain Management (SCM) is considered a method to gain a competitive edge in rapid change. In fact, companies that already have introduced the SCM system are achieving company renovation with positive effects such as increase of sales stock reduction on-time delivery cost reduction and improved efficiency. This study was started to investigate the resistance that occurs in introducing the SCM system for small and medium-sized manufacturing industries that have not yet introduced the SCM system despite the importance of the SCM system, and to check the effect on the intention of the introduction. As the result of this study, the first is that the company has the higher technological innovation, the more positive the effect on Relative advantage Compatibility Perceived risk, Complexity. Second, The compatibility of the SCM system was rejected in innovation resistance, but it is adopted with the highest impact in the introduction intention. In addition, the mediating effect of innovation resistance was also rejected, confirming that if the SCM system is compatible for the company, it doesn't affect the resistance and is the biggest factor to consider in the introduction of the SCM system. Third, the perceived risk of the SCM system doesn't directly affect the intention to introduce, but has an indirect effect when mediation innovation resistance.

At present, we are at the point of change of the 4th industrial revolution era due to the development of artificial intelligence(AI) and rapid technological innovation that no one can predict until now. This study started from the question of 'What role should home economics education play in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution?'. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is characterized by AI, cloud computing, Internet of Things(IoT), big data, and Online to Offline(O2O). It will drastically change the social system, science and technology and the structure of the profession. Since the dehumanization of robots and artificial intelligence may occur, the 4th Industrial Revolution Education should be sought to foster future human resources with humanity and citizenship for the future community. In addition, the implication of education in the fourth industrial revolution, which will bring about a change to a super-intelligent and hyper-connected society, is that the role of education should be emphasized so that humans internalize their values as human beings. Character education should be established as a generalized and internalized consciousness with a concept established in the integration of the curriculum, and concrete practical strategies should be prepared. In conclusion, home economics education in the 4th industrial revolution era should play a leading role in the central role of character education, and intrinsic improvement of various human lives. The fourth industrial revolution will change not only what we do, or human mental and physical activities, but also who we are, or human identity. In the information society and digital society, it is important how quickly and accurately it is possible to acquire scattered knowledge. In the information society, it is required to learn how to use knowledge for human beings in rapid change. As such, the fourth industrial revolution seeks to lead the family, organization, and community positively by influencing the systems that shape our lives. Home economics education should take the lead in this role.
Recently, the notion of "increasing returns" has been popular not only in academia but also in industries. This notion has been drawn from prior research on network effects, which showed that the market evolution would lock in to a dominant technology. However, the long history of technological change has rarely shown the possibility of lock-in to an inferior technology. How could the market with network effects make transition between incompatible technologies regimes by escaping the lock-in? This paper analyzes the effectiveness of R&D and technological choice to investigate the sources of the dynamic capabilities in the presence of network effects and uncertain technological progress. Why does the market sometimes work against a radical technology, and why, at other times, does the market operate in favor of it? This study is to address this question by modeling the situation of two competing technologies in the presence of network effects. The numerical analysis indicates that the evolution strategy of compatibility is more likely to increase the chance of firm growth when a majority of customers are not power users or when demand for an old technology has been escalated. But when there are a substantial number of power users or when a new technology emerges before such an escalation of demand, the revolution strategy of compelling performance is more likely to be effective. The result suggests a potential mechanism for overcoming the lock-in problem. When the market exhibits some inertia to an obsolete technology, which is reinforced by the increasing customer value with respect to backward compatibility, the survival of a new technology depends on power users. When many power users are cultivated by firms' technological efforts regarding the new technology, the market is less likely to lock into an obsolete technology. Indeed, in the workstation market, where power users characterize much of the demand, innovators like Sun successfully switched to the RISC architecture.
Recently, the government has emphasized the importance of establishing an innovation system for SMEs as part of an innovative growth strategy for national economic development. SMEs in Korea are experiencing many difficulties due to the loss of industrial competitiveness due to the powerful wave of the 4th industrial revolution along with the pandemic of COVID-19 that started in 2020. In relation to environmental changes, it is emerging as an important issue for SMEs to pursue open innovation for survival and growth, as well as to possess excellent technological innovation capabilities. In accordance with the need for such research, this study analyzed the factors that affect business performance or technological performance of small and medium-sized manufacturers, and identified the relationship between these influencing factors and corporate performance. The results of this study suggest that it is important for SMEs to effectively utilize R&D services and technology innovation capabilities and resources possessed by SMEs to secure a competitive advantage. The results of this stu dy are considered to be able to provide basic data and information necessary for SMEs to secu re a competitive edge and enhance industrial competitiveness through government support systems and open innovation.
