네트워크 활동 특성이 R&D 수행기업의 기술혁신 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 : 관계자본, 산학연 연계, 비공식교류를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of Network Activity Characteristics on the Technological Innovation Performance: Focused on Relational Capital, Industry-University Linkage and Informal Exchange)

  • The export regulation of semiconductor core materials, which began with the recent revision of the export management regulations of Japan, raises the need for a new cooperation network. A hierarchical management network that was effective in the fast-follower system requires organic cooperation between the public sector and industry through a multilateral network that emphasizes horizontal co-operation among innovation actors. This study focused on the relational capital that exists among members of a business association such as an association that has been relatively marginalized from previous studies. In addition, this study aimed to analyze the effect of network activity characteristics such as industry-university linkage and informal exchange on technological innovation. Through this, I would like to draw implications for enhancing the effectiveness of the government's R & D support and innovation performance of R & D companies. Based on the results of the SMEs R & D survey, this study found that relational capital, informal exchange had a positive effect on technological innovation performance. However, if the relational capital exceeds a certain level, it is analyzed that there is a negative effect due to group think and lock-in effect. This means that informal exchange channels should be expanded for innovation and enhancement, and relational capital should be managed in consideration of the negative effects that may occur when certain levels are exceeded.

한국의 경제성장, 전력소비량, 이산화탄소 배출량 및 환경규제 간 인과관계 분석 (A Study on the Causalities Among GDP, Electric Consumption, CO2 Emission and Environmental Regulation in Korea)

  • 세계적으로 기후변화에 대응하기 위한 탄소배출 규제가 강화됨에 따라 한국도 기후변화협약의 당사국으로서 강력한 이행을 권고 받고 있다. 특히 한국은 환경규제 강화에 대한 정부와 산업계, 국민의 이해관계가 복잡한 만큼 환경규제가 경제성장과 전력소비량, 이산화탄소 배출량 감축에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 관한 연구는 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 논문은 한국에 있어 환경규제와 경제성장, 전력소비량, 이산화탄소 배출량에 관한 인과관계를 실증분석하였다. 이를 위해 1987 ~ 2014년 동안의 시계열 자료를 바탕으로 단위근 검정, 공적분 검정, 벡터오차수정모형(VECM)을 통한 인과성 검정을 실시하였다. 분석의 결과, 환경규제는 전력소비량과 이산화탄소 배출량 간 양방향의 장기 및 강인과관계를 가지며, 전력소비량과 단기적으로 영향을 받는 반면, 경제성장에는 영향을 미치지 못하면서 일방적으로 장기 및 강인과관계로 영향을 받는 것으로 분석되었다. 경제성장은 장기적으로 전력소비량, 이산화탄소 배출량, 환경규제에 영향을 미치면서 단기적으로 전력소비량에 단방향의 인과관계를 보였고, 이산화탄소 배출량은 양방향의 인과관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과에 대응할 수 있는 정책적 시사점으로는, 환경규제가 이산화탄소 배출량 감축을 위한 기술혁신과 생산성 향상을 유발하여 경제성장에 기여할 수 있도록 하는 정책개발이 필요하다. 또한 국제 탄소배출 규제가 본격적으로 실행될 경우, 환경규제가 혁신을 통한 경제성장, 전력소비량에 따른 전원구성의 변화와 이산화탄소 배출량의 감축 등에 관련된 정책 간에 충돌을 일으키지 않고 시너지 효과를 창출하도록 하는 세심한 정책구상이 필요하다.

수소연료전지 자동차 안전성 평가기술 개발 (Development of Safety Assessment for Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle)

  • In the ongoing debates over the need to identify new sources of energy and to reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases. Hydrogen has emerged as one of the most promising alternatives due to its emissions from the vehicle being virtually zero. The governments have identified the development of regulations and standards as one of the key requirements for commercialization of HFCV. Regulations and standards will help overcome technological barriers to commercialization. The development of Global Technical Regulation (GTR) for HFCV occurred under the World Forum for Harmonization of Vehicle Regulations. Development of a technique for safety assessment of HFCV include four tasks, research for regulation system and policy, hydrogen safety, vehicle operation safety and protection against high-voltage. The objective is to establish a technique for safety assessment and amend safety standards for HFCV and consequently reflect research results to vehicle management policy. We devised safety standards and evaluation techniques with regard to high-pressure gas and high voltage of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. KMVSS for HFCV was amended to June 10, 2014. including the results of the safety assessment technology for high-voltage and hydrogen characteristics.

건축 설비기기 소음의 특성 및 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation and Characteristics of Architectural Facility-equipment Noise in Building)

  • On account of the technological development, intelligent building is on increasing where the artificial regulation on indoor environment is possible, thence the concern about those facilities such as water-supply facility, water-heater and drainage facility has becomes higher. However, due to diversification and complicated system of the facility-equipments, the noise generating from such facility equipment is gradually becoming a problem, and since especially equipment noises arising at the machine room frequently infringe into the resident's pleasant living environment with the complex types of an air-borne sound and a structure-borne sound, it is becoming the civil complaint. On such viewpoint, this Study ever observed the characteristics of noise generating from various facility-equipments in the building, and intended to evaluate the facility-noises by use of the valuation index such as PSIL, N, NC, NR. As result of, the facilities noise which happens in the machine room makes normal conversation very difficult due to high sound pressure level. Based on such data, this study is willing to present it as an essential material for establishment an efficient measure against the facility-noises arising at machine room hereafter.

  • Frequent hydro-meteorological events caused by global climate change and human exacerbate activities, make the water resource problem more complicated. The increasing speed urbanization brings a significant impact on the city flood control and security, water supply safety, water ecological security, water environment safety and the water engineering security in China, and puts forward higher requirements to urban water integrated management, undoubtedly which become the biggest obstacle for water ecological civilization construction, thus urgent requiring an advanced methods to enhance the effectiveness of the water integrated management. The other fields of smart ideas point out a development path for water resource development. The construction demand of smart water resource is expounded in the paper, combining the philosophy of modern Internet of things with the application of cloud computing technology. The concept of smart water resource is analyzed, the connotation characteristics of smart water resource is extracted, and the general model of smart water resource is refined. Then, the frame structure of smart water resource is put forward. The connotation and the overall framework of the smart water resource represent a higher level of water resource informationization development and provide a comprehensive scientific and technological support to transform water resource management from an extensive, passive, static, branch and traditional management to a fine, active, dynamic, collaborative and modern management.

한국인의 위험인지에 대한 경험적 분석 (An Empirical Review of Korean Perception for Technological Risks)

  • 본 연구는 기술위험에 대한 한국인의 인지수준을 경험적으로 분석하기 위하여 설문조사(표본 크기 1,870)를 실시하고, 응답자의 사회인구학적 변수를 배경으로 그 특성을 정리하였다. 설문에서 교통, 유해화학물질, 환경, 산업안전, 원자력 그리고 새로운 기술 등 6개 분야의 25개 위험에 대한 상대적인 위험수준을 평가하였다. 요인분석 결과, 응답자의 위험인지에서 독특한 행태적 특성을 발견하였다. 통계에 거한 객관적 위험평가와 주관적 위험인지는 뚜렷한 차이를 보이며, 응답자의 사회인구학적 변수는 이러한 차이를 의미있게 설명하고 있다. 예를 들면, 중 소도시에 거주하는 저소득 저학력의 30-40대 기혼 여성이 다른 사회집단 구성원보다 위험에 민감한 반응을 보였으며, 생소하거나 막연한 대상의 위험 수준을 높이 평가하는 경향이 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 위험인지에서 나타나는 개인 차원의 오류와 편견을 줄이고, 위험관리 정책과 안전규제를 효과적으로 집행하는데 요구되는 기반자료로서 활용할 수 있다. 특히, 위험인지의 사회집단별 차별성은 안전과 관련된 과학적인 지식과 정보를 누구에게 어떻게 전달할 것인지에 대한 정책적 함의를 제공한다. 현대사회의 위험관리는 기술공학적 접근과 더불어 사회 문화적 변수를 고려하여 추진되어야 한다는 점을 재확인한다.

중국의 인터넷 통제 메커니즘 (Mechanism of China's Internet Regulation)

  • 이 연구는 중국이 인터넷에서 반체제 정보유입을 어떻게 차단하는지 기술적인 부분에 초점을 두어 인터넷 통제 메커니즘을 규명하였다. 중국은 경제적 이익 때문에 북한이나 쿠바처럼 전면적으로 인터넷 통제를 하기보다는 하드웨어 기반의 기술 통제와 노동 집약적인 물리적 통제를 병행함으로써 당-국가 체제를 위협할 수 있는 행위자 출현에 대비하고 있다. 이에 대한 일환으로 중국 정부는 인터넷을 이용해 시위 확산에서 민주화로의 이행에 연결고리가 될 수 있는 반체제 정보 차단에 심혈을 기울이고 있다. 본 논문은 우선 보편적인 인터넷 통제의 개념과 국가별 유형에 대해 알아보았다. 그런 다음 중국의 인터넷 통제 기술이 어떤 과정을 거쳐 발전되었는지, 90년대부터 현재까지 인터넷 통제 방법을 다각도로 고찰해 보았다. 마지막으로 집단시위 이슈에 따라 인터넷 정보가 어떻게 차단되고 표출되는지 중앙정부와 지방정부 간의 역학 관계로 분석하였다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 향후 중국에서 정보화 기기를 이용한 파급적인 인민의 저항이 발생한다 하여도 대규모 물리력과 기술력을 동원한 중국정부의 유연한 통제를 전망할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The drastic structural changes in telecommunications industry are imposing new strains on operators, regulators and customers. Many researchers have offered diverse frameworks for the changes from the perspectives of sociology, technology, and/or economics. However, there have been few attempts to document the competitive phenomena from management perspectives because of the technological complexities and dynamism in the fundamental transition of competition. In this study, we examine competitive environment in telecommunications industry, and identified five structural elements; telecom operator, competitors, regulation, suppliers, and customer demand. The suggested framework is used to provide a basis for explaining the changes in the characteristics of individual elements and the interactions among them. The dynamic industry-specific changes will be explained through an evolutionary model. We specify the characteristics of progressive stages and the determinants of the evolution. Changes are reviewed in terms of five criteria; regulations and competitions, value chain, technology, customers demand, and internal operations. The result of this study will be useful in analyzing and predicting industry structure and major participants' strategic behaviors and decision patterns. This study can alse be extended to other industries facing dynamic structural changes.

Novel Electromagnetic Induction Eddy Current DPH based Continuous Pipeline Fluid Heating using Soft Switching PWM High Frequency Inverter

  • This paper presents an innovative prototype of a new conceptual electromagnetic induction eddy current based fluid heating appliance using voltage-fed quasi resonant zero voltage soft switching PWM high-frequency inverter using IGBTs, which can operate at a constant frequency variable power regulation scheme. The promising simple high efficient low noise inverter type electromagnetic induction eddy current based pipeline fluid heating appliance is proposed for saturated steam generator, superheated steam generator, hot water and hot air producer, metal catalyst heating for exhaust gas cleaning in engine. Under these technological backgrounds, a novel electromagnetic induction eddy current Dual Packs Heater(DPH) based pipeline fluid heating incorporates thin metal layer type package for continuous fluid heating appliances applying two types of voltage-fed quasi load resonant ZVS-PWM high frequency inverter. The unique features of a novel electromagnetic induction eddy current DPH based continuous pipeline fluid heating appliance is illustrated on the basis of simulation and discussed for the steady state operating characteristics and experimental results.

고속철도차량 시스템의 비용구조 분석에 대한 사례 연구 (Case study on the costs structure analysis for the High Speed Rolling Stock system)

  • The high speed rolling stock system considerably belongs to a special industry which requires large-scale investment cost but the recovery term is long. Therefore, to guarantee risk and possibility of technological success in initial investment, tools concerned with various expecting methods like life cycle costs analysis and credibility management are used. In view of this characteristics, the cases on cost structure for HSR RS previously invested should be studied and the method to appropriately allocate the life cycle of each sub-system like arrangement unit, electric device, braking device, door and car body should be realized. Moreover, the environmental aspects of main manufacturer and parts supplier can be checked. This study, through the case study for HSR cost structure in introduction and operational stage of KTX, aims to seek for the method to adapt to environmental changes like EU railway industry of which object is to acquire global market competitiveness by integrating manufacturing and operation of RS and the regulation and operation of IRIS which is performed in Europe.
