인공지능 기반 신제품 개발 방법론 제안: 양손잡이(Ambidexterity) 접근 (Proposal of methodology for AI-based new product development: ambidexterity approach)

  • AI가 시장의 패러다임을 바꾸는 새로운 혁신 기술로 주목받고 있다. 기업은 AI의 기술적 이점이 잘 반영되면서 동시에 시장의 수요를 충족하는 방법을 적용하여 신제품을 개발해야 한다. 하지만 업계에는 이러한 요건을 충족하는 방법론이 부재하다 보니 기업들은 기존 제품개발 방법론을 이용해 AI 기반 제품개발을 추진하고 있다. 이로 인해 AI의 기술적 이점이 충분히 반영되지 못하거나 AI의 기술적 잠재성이 시장 가치로 연결되지 못하게 된다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 이 연구는 AI 기반의 신제품을 개발하기 위한 새로운 방법론을 제시한다. AI 혁신이 기존 방식과 다른 차별적 속성을 확인하고, 이러한 속성이 반영된 제품 설계 프로세스와 방법론을 제시한다. 이 연구는 AI 제품개발이 양손잡이 접근(Ambidexterity approach)을 지향해야 함을 강조하며, 테크놀로지 푸시(Technology push) 기반의 아이디어 생성, 마켓 풀(Market pull) 기반의 소비자 요구조건 분석, 제품 설계 구체화 등을 포함하는 AI 기반 제품의 설계(Design) 프로세스 및 구체적인 개발 방법을 제안했다. 이 방법론의 현실 적용 가능성을 검증하기 위해 사례연구를 실시, AI 기반의 차량용 인포테인먼트 시스템개발 전략을 도출한다. 기술적 가능성에 기반하여 13개의 혁신 아이디어를 생성했고, 카노(KANO) 분석과 TOPSIS의 결합에 의한 소비자 요구조건 분석을 통해 총 6개의 신제품 개발 전략을 도출했다. 이 연구제서 제안하는 방법론은 기업이 AI 기반의 혁신제품을 통해 신시장을 개척하거나 기존 제품의 고도화를 통해 시장 확장을 펼치는 데 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

Physiochemical characteristics and fermentation ability of milk from Czech Fleckvieh cows are related to genetic polymorphisms of β-casein, κ-casein, and β-lactoglobulin

  • Objective: The aim of the study was to find a possible association between the ${\beta}-$ and ${\kappa}-casein$ and ${\beta}-lactoglobulin$ genotypes and important milk physiochemical and technological characteristics such as acidity, alcohol stability, the contents of some minerals and the parameters of acid fermentation ability (FEA) in Czech Fleckvieh Cattle. Methods: Milk and blood samples were collected from 338 primiparous Czech Fleckvieh cows at the same stage of lactation. The genotypes of individual cows for ${\kappa}-casein$ (alleles A, B, and E) and ${\beta}-lactoglobulin$ (alleles A and B) were ascertained by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism, while their ${\beta}-casein$ (alleles $A^1$, $A^2$, $A^3$, and B) genotype was determined using melting curve genotyping analysis. The data collected were i) milk traits including active acidity (pH), titratable acidity (TA), alcohol stability (AS); calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), sodium (Na), magnesium (Mg), and potassium (K) contents; and ii) yoghurt traits including active acidity (Y-pH), titratable acidity (Y-TA), and the counts of both Lactobacilli and Streptococci in 1 mL of yoghurt. A linear model was assumed with fixed effects of herd, year, and season of calving, an effect of the age of the cow at first calving and effects of the casein and lactoglobulin genotypes of ${\beta}-CN$ (${\beta}-casein$, CSN2), ${\kappa}-CN$ (${\kappa}-casein$, CSN3), and ${\beta}-LG$ (${\beta}-lactoglobulin$, LGB), or the three-way interaction between those genes. Results: The genetic polymorphisms were related to the milk TA, AS, content of P and Ca, Y-pH and Lactobacilli number in the fresh yoghurt. The CSN3 genotype was significantly associated with milk AS (p<0.05). The effect of the composite CSN2-CSN3-LGB genotype on the investigated traits mostly reflected the effects of the individual genes. It significantly influenced TA (p<0.01), Y-pH (p<0.05) and the log of the Lactobacilli count (p<0.05). Conclusion: Our findings indicate that the yoghurt fermentation test together with milk proteins genotyping could contribute to milk quality control and highlight new perspectives in dairy cattle selection.

  • 미래의 자동차는 친환경 자율주행이 가능한 이동형 생활공간으로 진화하고 있다. 차량내 각종 정보를 전기적으로 처리, 제어하고 명령하는 역할이 필수적으로 작용하며 자율주행, 친환경 자동차와 같은 미래 자동차는 차량용 반도체가 핵심 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다. 차량용 반도체 산업 육성을 위해서는 기술 트렌드를 파악하고 요구사항을 반영한 기술과 품질을 사전에 확보해야, 산업 경쟁력을 갖추고 기술혁신을 이룰 수 있다. 하지만, 현재까지 기술 트렌드의 체계적인 분석이 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 특허분석과 토픽모델을 활용하여 차량용 반도체 기술 추세를 분석하였고, 전기차, 운전보조, 디지털 제조와 같은 주요기술을 확인하였다. 기술 트렌드는 정부규제, 시장니즈, 기술융합 등에 따라 요소기술, 기술특성 등이 변화한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 차량용 반도체 산업의 R&D 정책수립과 산업계의 기술전략 수립을 위한 의사결정에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다. 또한 기술의 세부 요소기술 분류와 트렌드 분석결과를 제공하여 향후 세부적인 연구개발 방향과 특허전략 수립에 효과적으로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

  • 체계적인 정보 보호 및 관리가 조직의 핵심 가치로 인식되면서, 조직들은 개인 중심의 정보 관리 방식에서 조직 중심의 정보 관리 방식으로의 전환을 추진하고 있다. 기업콘텐츠관리시스템은 내부자의 문서 보안과 정보 공유를 지원하는 시스템으로서, 최근 기술의 발전으로 많은 조직이 도입하고 있다. 본 연구는 사용자 관점에서 기업콘텐츠관리시스템의 지속적 활용을 통한 성과 향상의 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 기술수용모델의 확장을 통해 지속적 이용의도 향상 방안을 제시한다. 연구는 기업콘텐츠관리시스템을 도입한 기업의 근로자들을 대상으로 설문하였으며, 구조방정식 모델링을 통해 선행연구로부터 도출한 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 기업콘텐츠관리시스템의 지속적 이용의도에 유용성과 이용 용이성이 영향을 미쳤으며, 지식공유 문화 환경과 기업콘텐츠관리시스템 품질 요인 기술수용모델 선행요인에 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구의 결과는 사용자 관점에서 기업콘텐츠관리시스템 활용성 증대방안을 제시하였다는 측면에서 학술적, 실무적 시사점을 가진다.

Information Technologies as an Incentive to Develop the Creative Potential of the Educational Process

  • The new millennium is characterized by an unprecedented breakthrough in knowledge and information and communication technologies, and the challenges of the XXI century require modernized paradigms of interaction in all spheres of life. Education continues to play a key role in national and global growth. The key role of education and its leadership in developing creative potential, as the main paradigm of the countries' stability, have significantly influenced educational centers. The developers of educational programs use information technologies as an incentive to develop creative potential of educational process. Professional training of the educational candidate is enhanced by the use of information technologies, so the educational applicants should develop technological skills to be productive members of society. Using the latest achievements in the field of information technologies for the organization of the educational process helps to form the operational style of education applicants' thinking, which provides the ability to acquire skills of processing information, that is presented in the text, graphic, tabular form, and increase the level of general and informational culture necessary for better orientation in the modern information space. The purpose of the research is to determine the effectiveness of information technologies as an incentive to develop creative potential of educational process on the basis of the survey, to establish advantages and ability to provide high-quality education in the context of using information technologies. Methods of research: comparative analysis; systematization; generalization, survey. Results. Based on the survey conducted among students and teachers, it has been found out that the teachers use the following information technologies for the development of creative potential of the educational process: to provide video and audio communication process (100%), Moodle (95,6%), Duolingo (89,7%), LinguaLeo (89%), Google Forms (88%) and Adobe Captivate Prime (80,6%). It is determined that modular digital learning environments (97,9%), interactive exercises tools (96,3%), ICT for video and audio communication (96%) and interactive exercises tools (95,1%) are most conducive to the development of creative potential of the educational process. As a result of the research, it was revealed that implementation of information technologies for the development of creative potential of educational process in educational institutions is a complex process due to a large number of variables, which should be taken into account both on the educational course and on the individual level. It has been determined that the using the model of implementation information technologies for the development of creative potential in educational process, which is stimulated due to this model, benefits both students and teachers by establishing a reliable bilateral connection between teacher and education applicant.

국가과학기술표준분류체계 용어 관리를 위한 SKOS 기반 메타데이터 요소 개발 연구 (A Study on Development of SKOS-based Metadata Elements for Managing Keywords in the National Science and Technology Standard Classification System)

  • 국가과학기술표준분류는 과학기술 관련 정보, 인력, 연구개발사업 등을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 목적으로 제정 및 운영되고 있으며 개정주기는 5년이다. 2022년은 차기 개정 절차의 첫 해로 현재의 대, 중, 소분류체계 중 소분류체계를 기술키워드화 하는 것이 주 목적이다. 이는 현재의 경직된 구조로 인해 발생하는 유관 분류체계와의 연계 어려움과 최신 용어에 대한 미반영 문제를 해결하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이 문제 해결을 위해 기존의 분류체계 관리를 용어관리체계로 변화시켜 용어의 품질과 활용성을 높일 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 표준용어관리체계인 SKOS와 ISO/IEC 11179 표준을 기본 모델로 설정하였다. 또 해외 과학기술용어집에서 활용하고 있는 용어관리 메타데이터 표준을 조사하여 현 국가과학기술표준분류체계와 비교한 후 용어관리관점에서 즉시 활용할 수 있는 메타데이터들을 도출하였다. 그 결과 현 관리체계에서 즉시 변형하여 적용할 수 있는 11개 표준 요소를 발굴 제안하였으며, 차후 분류체계 개정 작업을 거친 후 적용할 수 있는 5개 요소를 발굴하여 제안하였다.

The Use of Information and Communication Technologies in Education of Students' Civic Responsibility

  • Building Ukraine as an independent, sovereign state requires the education of a citizen-patriot, able to live and work in a democracy, ensure the unity of Ukraine, feel constant responsibility for themselves, their people, country, seek to make a real contribution to the reform process. Modern modernization of the education system requires the search for new information and communication technologies that can ensure the formation of a citizen with an active civic position, which involves not only students mastering the rights and responsibilities of citizens, convincing them of the feasibility of democratic transformation of society, patriotic qualities and feelings, but also the identification of motivated civic actions. The pandemic and hostilities have led to significant changes in the field of education around the world, they have caused educational problems in Ukraine. At the beginning of the quarantine in the spring of 2020, all educational institutions in the emergency mode switched to distance learning. Intensive use of information and communication technologies in the life of modern society has led to a rethinking of the content of education and training of future professionals: the main role is played not so much by the information itself as the ability to work with it, critically comprehend and produce new knowledge; the main thing is not the amount of information, but its quality; information is needed for further practical application and transformation into knowledge, and the ability to work with information becomes one of the important competencies of the modern specialist in the new transformation of society: from information to the knowledge society. In this context, one of the main forms of training is distance learning, which is able to respond to the challenges of society. The main methodological positions that are taken into account in the construction of the structure and dynamics of the formation of civic responsibility of the individual during the use of information and communication technologies are highlighted. The structure of civil responsibility as a holistic system of information and communication technologies is outlined, which includes three subsystems that characterize the natural, social and systemic qualities of citizenship, interconnected hierarchically and synergistically.The constituent elements of the structural part of the model of civic culture of the individual are analyzed.

  • The main purpose of the work is to analyze modern innovative educational practices in the field of culture and art and their effectiveness in the context of the spread of digitalization trends. The study used general scientific theoretical methods of analysis, synthesis, analogy, comparative, induction, deduction, reductionism, and a number of others, allowing you to fully understand the pattern of modern modernization processes in a long historical development and demonstrate how the rejection of the negativity of progress allows talented artists to realize their own potential. The study established the advantages and disadvantages of involving innovative technologies in the educational process on the example of European experience and outlined possible ways of implementing digitalization processes in Ukrainian institutions of higher education, formulated the main difficulties encountered by teachers and students in the use of technological innovation in the pandemic. The rapid development of digital technologies has had a great impact on the sphere of culture and art, both visual, scenic, and musical in all processes: creation, reproduction, perception, learning, etc. In the field of art education, there is a synthesis of creative practices with digital technologies. In terms of music education, these processes at the present stage are provided with digital tools of specially developed software (music programs for composition and typing of musical text, recording, and correction of sound, for quality listening to the whole work or its fragments) for training programs used in institutional education and non-institutional learning as a means of independent mastering of the theory and practice of music-making, as well as other programs and technical tools without which contemporary art cannot be imagined. In modern stage education, the involvement of video technologies, means of remote communication, allowing realtime adjustment of the educational process, is actualized. In the sphere of fine arts, there is a transformation of communicative forms of interaction between the teacher and students, which in the conditions of the pandemic are of two-way communication with the help of information and communication technologies. At this stage, there is an intensification of transformation processes in the educational industry in the areas of culture and art.

  • Modernization of the educational sector requires globalization, democratization, and the transition to an information technology society. The main goal of education at the present stage is to solve the problem of ensuring the priority of the development of education and science. In modern conditions, the quality of training of qualified specialists is becoming particularly relevant. The great role of teacher education is emphasized by its main goal, which is to train specialists who can ensure the versatile and innovative development of a person as a person and the highest value of society, its mental, physical and aesthetic abilities, high moral qualities, and, consequently, the enrichment on this basis of the intellectual, creative and cultural potential of the people. Among the strategic tasks of modernizing higher education is to ensure informatization of the educational process and access to International Information Systems. The essence of the concept of multimedia is clarified. In the context of media education, multimedia lists a number of functions: informational, interpretive, cultural, entertainment, and educational. The need to meet the needs outlined in the article in the conditions of informatization of the educational process requires the teacher to have knowledge and skills in the field of multimedia pedagogical technologies, knowledge of advanced methods and means of modern science. It is considered what relevant concepts of media education have been developed and are being developed in Ukraine and form an important basis for the modernization of education, which will contribute to the construction of an information society in the country and the formation of civil society. Distance learning is considered - the most democratic form of education that allows broad segments of society to get an education. Distance learning methods are used in higher education institutions, in school education, in the system of advanced training of teachers, in the system of training managerial personnel.

  • 블렌디드 러닝방식을 통해 디자인 교육에 대한 블렌디드 러닝 방식의 연구로서, 더 발전된 학습자 주도의 맞춤형 디자인 교육이 가능한 것을 제안하고자 한다. 대면 수업에서의 이해와 비대면에서의 장점을, 원격 수업에서 적절한 방식으로 보충할 수 있다. 발전한 인공지능과 빅데이터 기술은 디자인 분야 수업에서의 정량화된 데이터를 토대로 학습자의 수준과 관심에 맞는 개별화되고 세분화 된 맞춤형 학습 자료와 효과적인 학습 방법을 제공할 수 있다. 본론에서는 알 라 카르테 모델 (A La Carte) 제안을 통한 시·공간의 제약을 넘는 방식의 적용으로 수업의 효율을 극대화를 제안하였다. 언제 어디서나 들을 수 있는 원격 수업으로 소외 지역에 사는 학생들에게 제공되는 교육의 질과 교육 격차 해소에도 가능하다. 창의융합형 미래 인재를 양성하는 목표로서, 빠른 기술 발전 속도를 가지고 달라지고 있기에. 이에 발맞춘 학습 방법의 변화에 적응력을 지닐 필요가 있다. 알 라 카르테 모델 (A La Carte) 제안을 통한 인포그래픽 가상공간 디자인과 구축과정에 대한 분석을 제시하였다. 단순히 지식을 습득하는 것이 아니라, 지식을 선별하고, 구분하고, 학습하고, 자신만의 지식으로 손쉽게 재탄생시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
