본 연구는 게임 엔진의 기술 체제의 차이가 기술거래 성과에 어떻게 영향 미치는가를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 게임 엔진의 기술적 특성의 차이에 따라 게임 엔진을 활용한 게임의 장르 분포(genre distribution)에 있어 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 게임 엔진 체제의 이용자 편이성이 높은 모듈형, 범용형, 통합형 API 엔진이 높은 장르다양성(genre diversity)과 낮은 장르집중도(genre concentration ratio)를 보여주었다. 셋째, 게임 엔진체제의 이용자 편이성이 높은 모듈형, 범용형, 통합형 API 엔진이 시간이 경과함에 따라 더 높은 활용도를 보였다. 넷째, 게임 엔진의 혁신 유형과 가격 유형은 기술거래 성과에 아무런 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 분석 결과는 게임 엔진의 기술 체제가 게임 개발 과정상에서 상용 엔진의 장르분포, 다양성, 활용도에 있어 직접적으로 영향을 미치며, 이용자 편의성과 모듈성, 범용성이 높은 게임 엔진으로 표준화 되어가고 있음을 제시한다.

This paper aims to reach the perceptions, ideas and intentions of the higher education adolescences on the effects of technological innovations over interrelation/communication between individuals. While advances in technology commonly works for the welfare and benefit of humankind, paradoxically in some instances could have negative outcomes on interrelations among individuals, minimizing face-to-face communication. The perceptions, so ideas of the individuals on the matter could differ depending on their age, gender, race and the culture beyond their relative intimacy and closeness to ICT tools. In order to penetrate the basic initiatives leading the perceptions of adolescents on the effects of technological improvements on human interrelations/ communication, a survey is conducted with 157 students in high education consisting of Asian, African, Cypriot, Turkish nationals. Results indicate that participants use technological tools for communication which lessens their face-to-face interaction. However they prefer social media more than face-to-face communication during conflict or undesirable situations.

This study examines the relationships between R&D investment and Market value of Firms using data of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the manufacturing sector of Korea. In particular, this paper investigates the role of technology innovation system in the impact of R&D investment on firm's Market value of Firms. Findings from the previous studies on the relationship between R&D investment and Market value of Firms are positive relationship. Main of the previous studies demonstrated a positive impact of R&D investment on Market value of Firms. On the other hand, some recent studies showed this is not the case. Those studies persisted that the technological innovation system for managing and efficiently utilizing R&D investment and capability has to be built in order for R&D investment to give rise to increases in Market value of Firms. According to the Oslo manual by OECD, it is assumed that a technology innovation system can becharacterized as three factors :capability for technological innovation, capability for technology commercialization, capability for technological innovation management. This study divides sample firms into two groups using the "Inno-Biz" certificate system of the Korean Small and Medium Business Administration (SMBA): Inno-Biz firms Vs. Not Inno-Biz firms. The system selects innovative SMEs denoted as "Inno-Biz" using the above factors as criteria. The results revealed that the technology innovation system has the moderating effect to R&D investment on Market value of Firms.

Researchers have confirmed the relationship between ambidexterity learning and innovation performance, but according to the resource-based theory, the relationship between ambidexterity learning and innovation performance is also affected by the internal resources of the organization. Internal resources are an important factor affecting the transformation of learning outcomes into performance. In addition, few scholars have pointed out whether different types of learning have different effects on different types of innovation performance. This study collects data from 170 High-tech enterprises in Shandong, china, and discusses the effects of exploitative learning and explorative learning on management innovation performance and technological innovation performance. This study further examines the moderating role of slack resource on the relationship between ambidexterity learning and innovation performance. Results show that ambidexterity learning has positive effect on innovation performance. Compared with exploitative learning, explorative learning has a greater impact on management innovation performance; compared with explorative learning, exploitative learning has a greater impact on technological innovation performances. Slack resource has positive moderating role between the relationship of exploitative learning, explorative learning and technology innovation performance. But Slack resource has no moderating role between the relationship of exploitative learning, explorative learning and management innovation performance.

Purpose: The objective of this research was to investigate how blockchain ventures can optimize their wealth through Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs). Drawing upon signal theory, this study examined the impact of technological capabilities on the performance of ICOs in blockchain ventures. Given the highly technical nature of companies involved in ICOs, the technical proficiency of venture companies can have a significant influence on the success of ICOs. Specifically, three potential indicators of technological capability - patents, white papers, and source code - were analyzed. Research design, data and methodology: To accomplish this, a database was constructed by coding the relevant variables from various sources for 514 companies that launched ICOs. This study conducted hierarchical regression analysis for the hypotheses test. Results: The results indicated that a blockchain venture with a patent had a positive effect on the performance of the ICO. Additionally, publishing source code had a positive impact on ICO performance. Conclusions: This study identifies crucial factors for ICO success, emphasizing the importance of technological capabilities. Companies should enhance these to boost investor confidence, transparency, and outcomes. This research offers valuable insights for businesses and policymakers in the evolving cryptocurrency market, aiming to maximize ICO performance and success.

본 연구에서는 창업기업설립에 영향을 미치는 요인과 기술혁신성과, 기술사업화의 영향관계를 도출하고, 이에 대한 분석을 통하여 기술혁신성과에 창업영향요인과 기술사업화가 미치는 영향을 확인는데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위하여 전국의 대기업 및 중소기업 등에 재직하고 있는 만 20세 이상의 재직자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업영향요인은 기술사업화(제품화 능력, 생산화 능력)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 기술사업화는 기술혁신성과(기업성과, 고객성과)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 셋째, 창업영향요인과 기술성과의 영향관계에서 기술사업화는 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 창업영향요인과 기술사업화, 기술혁신성과가 통계적으로 유의한 영향관계를 나타낸다는 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 기업의 기술혁신성과 창출을 위하여 창업영향요인과 기술사업화에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Cross impact relationships exist among technologies. The purpose of this study is to develop a Cross Impact-based Technology Valuation Model necessary for evaluating the value of interdependent technology. For this purpose, cross impact relationships among interdependent technologies within specific technological system are analyzed by using Fuzzy Structural Modeling(FSM) Method. The model developed in this study will be a useful means of strategic decision making for companies which transact technologies.

A Causal Transition Model of the IT impact on organization is proposed. The model is based upon the premise that the IT impact is a multi-phase, multi-realm phenomenon, and that the IT impact in one organizational realm logically transpires to another realm, thus forming complex causal webs among them. Two exploratory research studies, the one qualitative and the other quantitative, were conductea to validate the model in a setting involving major structural reorganization of the organizations' IT function. The research results provide support for the general theory structure of the model. The findings include: ⅰ) the IT impact manifests on multiple organizational realms, with different degrees of strength, ⅱ) the impact on the realms follow a particular causal transition path among them, and ⅲ) the IT impact manifests on and through the information processing aspect of work. The results, however, indicate that people's perception of the IT impact is strongly mitigated by the IT relevance of work, and that the organization is affected as much by the structural arrangement surrounding and accompanying the IT as by the technology itself, suggesting that the IT impact is an organizational phenomenon as well as a technological phenomenon. The implications of the research results are discussed at the end.

지식기반 시대에서 IT제조기업 생존을 위한 기술혁신은 경쟁력 확보를 위한 필수요소가 되고 있다. 이러한 기술혁신은 다른 산업 영역보다 빠르게 변화하는 IT제조기업의 생존을 위해서는 더욱 필요하며 다양한 요인들이 기술혁신의 성공을 거두기 위해 필수적으로 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 IT제조기업의 기업 협력과 정부 지원이 기술혁신에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 구조방정식(Structural Equation Model : SEM)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, IT제조기업 협력과 정부의 지원은 기술혁신에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정부의 IT제조기업에 대한 지원이 기업의 협력을 유도하고 보다 지속적인 관심과 육성이 필요함을 시사한다.

Many scholars have addressed the technological convergence of small-medium sized firms in Korea and their impact on the economic growth of nation. Nevertheless, most studies have been investigated the relationship between entrepreneurship and venture creation, and a few studies have analyzed the innovation and technological convergence of SMEs. The purpose of this research is to gain industrial insight into the technological convergence and to suggest a dynamic growth policy for entrepreneurs of SMEs to improve their convergence performance based on IT and BT. Therefore, we intend to propose solutions to these key questions in convergence such as; what are the key patterns in the process of technological convergence of SMEs on IT and BT, and what kinds of strategy do their need? In order to answer these research questions, we adopt network analysis using patent citation information. Results of network analysis revealed that building ecosystem based on government and universities is one of the most important factors for the future growth of SMEs in Korea. Also, the fit between technological convergence direction of SMEs and division of convergence structure of government and universities will be positively associated with dynamic growth of SMEs in Korea. In conclusion, this research extends the current studies on important aspects of SMEs in the technological convergence process by proposing their growth in convergence process to a newly converging context, IT and BT, and shed light on the integrative perspectives of crucial roles of SMEs on innovation performance in the IT and BT technological convergence.
