When treating the occlusion the dentist must ensure that patients do not develop an occlusal awareness or neurosis after therapy. This means that after treatment patients should not be conscious of the dentition at rest, in occlusion, or during function. Butactually this goal is not easy to reach in daily practice. The dental technician works with rigid casts and dies that do not move. The dentist must use fixed prostheses that have been made in a laboratory setting in a clinical environment that is significantly different. In this article relativey easy cast adjustment technique which can decrease the time necessary to clinically adjust the occlusion of newly fabricated fixed prostheses, and actual occlusal equilibration technique for natural and restored dentition will be discussed.

Overall purposes of neuropsychological tests are summarized as follows: 1) Indentifying brain damage in individuals who have symptoms of uncertain etiology; 2) Assessing the extent and nature of deficits for forensic purposes and planning appropriate intervention; 3) Evaluating the effects of intervention or rehabilitation; 4) Examining the effects of various types of brain damage across different populations; and 5) Testing theoretical propositions about brain-behavior relationship. Of the neuropsychological tests, the Luria-Nebraska Neuropsychological Battery(LNNB) is easily transportable, relatively inexpensive, and performable by trained technician. The Korean version of LNNB is now being designed and will be used clinically in the near future. Localization and equipotential theories of brain function had been prevalent until Luria's theory of brain function. Brain, composed of three brain units in the theory, is the functional system in which each brain area has specific function and produce the function-related behavior. LNNB consists of 11 clinical scales, 5 summary scales, 8 localization scales, and 28 factor scales.

Construction Technology Service is currently hardly managed due to failure to offer standard management system of service performance, company performance, and business evaluation in every Ordering Agencies. After Construction Technology Promotion Act is enforced in May 2014, Ordering Agency obligates them to report to Minister of Land and Transportation within 10 days upon contract/ amendment/ completion. In 2013, in advance to enforcement of this law, performance management system for construction technology service was developed for a test run. However this system only applies to main contractors while management and operation of subcontractors are unavailable that causes problems on connection and integration with Experience Management Trustee. Therefore, this research will establish systematic foundation that enables real-time information of service performance and evaluation of subcontractors to result standardization of performance and evaluation for public ordered services.

To maintain the strength obtained with metal ceramic restorations, excellent gradient of translucency, wear resistance in the same range as enamel and good marginal integrity, all ceramics have been developed with many advantages in recent years. Authentic (Ceramay, Germany) is a type of low fusing, leucite-reinforced pressable ceramic that allows both the laying technique and the staining technique or the combination of the two. Two-phase glass ceramic will allow achieving unmatched esthetics even with the simplest laying or staining technique. The ingots and laying porcelain come in Vita shades. Case selection has to be the most crucial thing to achieve optimal esthetics, and cooperation with technician has to be emphasized to satisfy patient's highest esthetic demands.

All the submarine cable lines have been repaired restored and newly installed since 1970' s they were installed by the foreign technician around the islands off the southern and western coast of Korean peninsula. But April, 10th, 1998, for the first time in Korea, we Korean team of technicains succeeded in repairing and restoring the troubled cable lines from HEUGIL island to MASAG island, WANDO county, CHUN-NAM province. This job was done only by applying our newly researched and developed technology. The troubled cable lines were connected again by this technology.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluated the process of model analysis, design, and production for a full mouth prosthetic rehabilitation of function, esthetics, and pronunciation. Methods: This is a case report of class III malocclusion with a severe anterior incisor occlusion and a prosthetic treatment of patient with poor occlusion of posterior teeth. A provisional restoration based on the diagnostic wax-up was applied to the patient. And then functions, esthetics, and occlusal stability were observed during 4 week tracking period. Final restorations were delivered and evaluated based on a systematic analysis, diagnosis and treatment plan. Results: We confirms that this case study obtained the satisfactory results in terms of functions and esthetics. Conclusion : If we can give the patient the continuous evaluation and progress monitoring, we expect the dentist and the dental technician to design the prosthesis successfully.

The real Emergency Medical Service (EMS) was introduced into Korea in the 1990s, but the role of the EMT in hospital has not been establish. This report is based on our experience for the purpose of introducing the role of the EMT in hospital. 1) EMT assisted a doctor in emergency department. 2) EMT served as a member of CPCR team in hospital during last 3 years. The survival rate of CPCR in hospital was higher than other result in Korea. 3) EMT performed his duties as a keeper of hemodynamically unstable or severely injured patients very well. 4) EMT transferred patients with safety. 5) EMT ran with rapid triage. We think that EMT will play an important role in hospital from now on.

This study aims to examine the relative importance of various tasks of EMT and to examine knowledge level and problems associated with AED. It is based on the survey of paramedics and 119 rescures. The results for this study were as follows ; Among the tasks of EMT, 'foreignbody removal from mouth' were rated as the most important, followed by '$O_2$ supply', 'CPR', 'Intubation for CPR', '$O_2$ supply' were rates as the most necessary, followed by 'foreignbody removal from mouth', 'external bleeding control'. In terms of the knowledge level about AED, survey respondents are most knowledgeable about 'role of other rescures during the preparation for AED' and 'treatment after 3 AEDS. The most important reason that the uses of AED is delayed is 'unclear boundary of treatment directed by medical control'. The results of the study suggest that we need guideline for EMT's tasks, efficient communication system between 119 and emergency health are center for prompt AED, and training and education program for AED.

This study examines and analyzes EMTs works in hospital with 48 subjects working for hospitals at partial areas. It aims to provide basic materials for practice-centered learning to students at Dept. of Emergency Care and information of roles of EMTs. As a result of study, it was found that EMTs works included classification of severity of patients when they came to hosptial, supervision and move of serious case, move of patients and a member of cardiopulmonary resuscitation team as well as filling empty of medical staff and playing medical assistant under direct control of doctors and they played important roles in medical examination. These results showed that EMTs could extend their areas of service within hospital and they could have a positive influence on their seniors' employment.

In addition, it is suggested that the courses be directed toward job site-centered reform through conducting job analysis with experts in the environmental industry. serving new courses demanded by industries in practice and providing training programs for industries.
