The risk management is an organized method for identifying and measuring risk and for selecting, developing, and implementing options for the handling of risk. The risk management covers all programatic and technical factors which affect the system development performance, cost, and schedule. While technical issues are primary concern for systems engineering, the three elements(performance, cost, and schedule) must be balanced for a successful risk management process. This paper proposes the risk management process for the KSLV-I(Korea Space Launch Vehicle-I) program using computer-aided systems engineering tool, Cradle. The risk management process of KSLV-I program is similar to the general risk management process, but it has its own specific features to manage large-scale complex characteristics of KSLV-I program.

인체는 활동(운동)이 부족하면 체력이 떨어지고, 이로 인해 신체기관의 기능도 저하된다. 기능 저하는 노화의 진행을 당길 뿐 아니라 성인병 등 각종 질병의 원인이 되기도 한다. 성인병은 운동부족과 관련이 많기 때문에 이를 '운동부족병'이라고도 한다. 이 문제점을 해결하기 위한 건강 관리 앱을 이용해규칙적인 운동으로 인해 체력적, 심리적으로 긍정적인 결과를 기대할 수 있다.

This paper proposes a scheme to estimate the technical efficiency at child care centers for the less-than-three-year-old infants by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and to manage the quality of care service through implementing flexible and efficient government subsidy system. The result of technical efficiency estimation shows that there exists the heterogeneity in technical efficiency a substantial opportunity for improvement in technical efficiency across child care centers. This result implies that government may bring up the competition by giving subsidy differentially based on efficiency and use the money which has been used inefficiently other purposes. Both can improve the quality of child care service.

사회 기술시스템론은 사회와 기술은 서로 분리되어 존재할 수 없는 통합된 시스템으로 존재한다고 파악한다. 사회와 기술이 서로 보완성을 형성하면서 사회 기술시스템을 구성한다. 사회 기술시스템론은 혁신체제론이 진화한 논의로서 혁신의 사용 측면, 사회적 측면을 중요한 요소로 설정하고 있다. 혁신체제론의 경제중심적 측면을 보완하면서 사회적 측면까지 분석에 포괄하고 있는 것이다. 이 글에서는 사회 기술시스템론의 특성을 살펴보고 그것의 활용방안을 살펴본다. 특히 장기비전 형성, 연구개발사업 기획, 참여형 연구개발사업, 과학문화 사업에 사회 기술시스템론을 도입했을 때 나타나는 양상과 의의를 논의한다.

이 연구의 목적은 벤처기업에서 기술적 정보의 흐름과 최종 이용자의 정보이용의 행태를 조사하고 분석하기 위한 것이다. 설문지에 의한 이 조사는 연구를 위한 자료 수집을 위한 것이었고, 기술적 통계 분석을 위해 SPSS프로그램이 사용되었다. 연구의 결과, 벤처기업의 연구자들은 그들의 연구활동이 기업 발전을 위해 중요하다고 생각하고 있었으며 그들은 또한 기술적 정보가 연구활동에 필수적이라는 의견을 제시했다. 또한 연구자들은 기술적 정보의 수집과 관리를 담당하는 별도의 인력을 원했다.

대학에서 이루어진 강의에 대한 강의 지원시스템은 오래전부터 개발되어 사용되고 있으나 완벽한 강의지원이란 쉬운 일이 아니다. 따라서 본 시스템은 대학 강의에 적합한 온라인 강의지원 관리 시스템을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 개발 시스템은 대학에서의 데이터베이스과목 관리에 목표를 두고 주로 시험과 채점관리에 초점을 맞추어 개발되었다. 강의관리를 위한 출석관리, 리포트관리, 퀴즈와 같은 수시시험관리 및 정규(중간, 기말)고사의 실시 및 채점을 주목적으로 하였다. 시험의 경우 객관식, 주관식, 단답식 그리고 SQL로 나누어 개발되었다. 특히 SQL의 경우 구분분석을 통해 채점할 수 있는 시스템을 개발함으로서 보다 효과적인 채점관리에 주력하였다. 주관식 및 단답형의 경우는 수작업을 통한 채점방식을 사용하였으며, 이 모든 과정을 학생 스스로 확인할 수 있도록 하여 채점과 관련한 문제를 해소하도록 하였다.

Failure occurred slope, due to typhoon 'Rusa' and 'Maemi' last two years, was studied to evaluate the slope failure characteristics. There're three types of the slope in this study, ie. soil slope, rock slope, mixed slope. Statistical analysis was used to estimate the relation between slope type and failure mode. Among the failure occurred slope, soil slope & mixed slope are dominant at the ratio of 33%, 44% respectively. We conclude that soil slope & mixed slope have more higher risk than rock slope during heavy rainfall.

사내에서 발생한 각종 기술정보를 입력시킨 쌍용양회의 사내 기술정보 검색System(STIS-II)과 STIS-II의 Software COHIRES의 일반적 특징과 활용현황에 대하여 소개하였다. STIS-II의 주요 입력 data는 연구소 연구보고서, 현장개선보고서, 국내외 출장보고서 등 사내에서 발생되는 기술정보가 주가되고 있으며 그 밖에도 국내에서 발간되는 각종 학 협회지와 특허까지 포함시켰다.

Recently, the long-term operation of a nuclear power plant beyond its licensed term has become a worldwide trend as long as the safety of the plant is maintained in the extended period. Kori Unit 1, the oldest PWR in Korea, is the foremost example of this type of long-term operation in Korea. Comprehensive technical evaluation of the long-term operation of this plant was completed to confirm the overall safety of the plant. The technical evaluation included a review of PSR results, an assessment on aging management programs and time limited aging analyses, and a statement of radiological impact on the environment. Based on all of the results of the technical evaluation activities, Kori Unit 1 was approved to operate for an additional 10 years beyond its original design life of 30 years.

The Internet provides a new way of doing business, but ease of copying and of sharing valuable digital information illegally across the Internet undermine many viable business models. This paper investigates the Digital Rights Management(DRM) as a means to provide safe protection and proper delivery of digital contents through the Information highway. First, we briefly summarize the current endeavor of DRM technical development and standardization process held in key technical working groups. Then, the paper provides a generic architecture for a DRM framework and shows the implementation of a prototype of DRM system incorporating key conceptual and technical standardization development. This study emphasizes the importance of developing the DRM architecture that provides the proper protection and safe transformation of digital contents in electronic commerce.
