The engineering industry plays an important role for national competitive, since it has an high impact on other industries. With its importance, the engineering industry development largely depends on its technical manpower ather than capital factor. This study aims at estimating the additional requirement on technical manpower based on the forecasted market size which represents the structure change corresponding to economic growth in related industry. Research scope includes the twelve of fifteen field except three with insufficient historical data and technical manpower above bachelor degree. Specialty, we forecast market size with determinants resulted from historical data analysis on each field. The demand on technical manpower is derived from the forecasted market. We also estimate an additional requirement with the supply analysis. The research results show different patterns over time period. The relative ratio on chemical and construction to total market will steadily grow over short term, while applied, environment, electronic and information will rapidly grow This pattern will be stabilized over mid or long term. The additional requirement on technical manpower represents the similar pattern to market growth. The research result implies manpower policy for having high inflow of technical engineer from educational institute and the related industries through the image improvement.

The paper estimates changes in total factor productivity and technical efficiency change index and technical change index using Malmquist productivity index(MPI) in fisheries wholesale products over the time period of 2006 through 2008. The model considers a number of employees and operating costs as input factors, and sales and EBIT(earnings before tax and interest) as output factors. The results indicate that, between 2006 and 2007, there is in general technical progress in which TCI(Technical Change Index) indicates 2.7994 in the sale scale of 50 million won through 100 million won, while there are no efficiency in TECI(Technical Efficiency Change Index), PECI(Pure Efficiency Change Index) and SECI(Scale Efficiency Change Index) which are estimated to be around 1. Between 2007 and 2008 technical efficiency and technical progress are generally declined, compared to those of 2006 and 2007. Wilcoxon's rank-sum test shows that there are statistically significant difference of TCI and MPI between two periods at the level of 5%, while there are statistically significant difference of TECI, PECI and SECI between two periods at the level of 5%.

객체지향 개발 방법론을 적용하는 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트에서 개발 노력 추정 기법으로 사용사례점수(UCP, Use Case Point)에 대한 연구가 계속되고 있다. 기존의 연구는 기술적 요인과 환경적 요인을 적용한 AUCP(Adjusted Use Case Point)에 상수를 곱하여 개발 노력을 계산하는 선형모델을 제시하고 있으나, AUCP와 UUCP(Unadjusted Use Case Point)를 이용하여 개발노력을 추정하는 통계적인 모델은 제시되지 않고 있다. 소프트웨어 규모가 증가함에 따라 개발 기간이 기하급수적으로 증가하는 선형 회귀모델이 부적합하다는 사실과 UCP 계산과정에서 TCF(Technical Complexity Factor)와 EF(Environmental Factor)를 적용에 따른 FP(Function Point) 오차 발생 문제점을 확인하였다. 이 논문은 사용사례점수를 기반으로 하여 기존 연구의 문제점인 TCF와 EF를 고려하지 않고 직접 UUCP로부터 개발 노력을 추정한 수 있는 선형, 로그형, 다항식, 거듭제곱 및 지수함수 회귀모델의 성능을 평가한 결과, 가장 적합한 모델로 지수형태의 비선형 회귀모델을 도출하였다.

지하에 매설되어 있는 도시가스배관은 부식성 없는 유체이기 때문에 화학플랜트배관보다는 상대적으로 안전하다. 그러나, 도시가스는 일반적으로 도심지역에 공급됨으로 공급지역의 여러 간섭시설물과 환경에 의한 부식과 시설물의 굴착공사로 야기되는 제 3자 사고등으로 큰 사고를 야기할 수 있다. 특히 지하매설된 배관이므로, 배관의 손상여부를 파악하고 검사하는 것이 상당히 난해하다. 따라서, 본 고에서는 지하매설배관의 위험성 개념을 도입하여, 위험지역 배관을 선정하여 관리하는 것으로 접근하였다. 여기서 위험성은 부식요인, 설계 및 시공요인, 유지관리요인으로 파악하여 나타내었고, 배관의 정성적인 위험성을 점수로 표현하여, 정량적인 숫자로 표현하였다. 또한 Key 인자 개념과 비용에 대한 손상보완대책 개념을 프로그램에 도입하여, 신뢰성과 안전경영에 도움이 되리라 생각된다. 본 위험성 평가 프로그램은 비쥬얼 베이직을 사용하여 개발하였고, GIS와 연계하였다.

정보통신기술의 발달, 스마트폰의 보편화, 정부의 규제완화 등에 힘입어 모바일 간편 결제서비스가 주요한 금융서비스로 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 모바일 간편 결제서비스 이용의도에 어떤 요인들이 영향을 미치는지를 실증분석을 통해 살펴보고자 하며, 총 386명의 자료를 수집하여 AMOS 22.0을 이용해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 기술적 특성(상대적 이점, 보안성), 개인 특성(자기효능감), 상황적 특성(기존서비스신뢰, 기존서비스만족)이 지각된 가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 지각된 가치는 모바일 간편 결제서비스 이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 주관적 규범은 지각된 가치와 모바일 간편 결제서비스 이용의도 간의 관계를 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 모바일 간편 결제서비스 관련 기업과 관련 연구 분야에 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This paper describes domestic technical standard of Photovoltaic(PV) PCS(Power Conditioning Systems)-Characteristics of the utility interface. This standard tests utility compatibility and personnel safety and equipment protection of PV inverter performance functions. Especially utility compatibility part includes test items of 1)voltage, current and frequency, 2)normal voltage operating range, 3)DC injection, 4)normal frequency operating range, 5)harmonics and 6)waveform distortion, 7)power factor of PV inverter. Therefore in this paper each test item of domestic technical standard is studied and analyzed and finally full tested by PV inverter performance function.

It is challenging to build the integrated information system for a large scale cooperative R & D project. To develop the aircraft program which especially has several leading agencies and is supported by many demestic/foreign participating companies, the common data flow in harmony is the core factor to achieve a development goal. For this, the development are carried out maintaining the existing management systems of agencies and companies. As a first step, the standard for the common data information and the classification category of technical data are defined. Second, the work flow standards are also set. Based on the foundation, the efficient technical data management system are built including the function of storage, inquiry, revision, link, approval, submission, etc.

Falling rocks are classed by the collapse to wide meaning. it is a kinds of earth disaster that has happen every year. Falling rocks are defined as blocks which had fallen from the cliff. It is caused by the relaxation of discontinuous structures like as a joint, a foliation, a bedding, and so on. Usually, the Relaxation of blocks from the rock face is happened by various kinds factors that are acted as a complex. Sometimes, the tree can be a factor of the weakness or relaxation of rock blocks and a cause of the falling rock.

In this paper, a power electronic converter which is composed of two converters - bidirectional AC/DC converter and Series Active Power Filter (SAPF), is discussed. Structural schemas and ways of operation of control systems of converters, which are used to eliminate non sinusoidal parts of the network source voltage, are presented. At the same time, the control used stabilizes the value of the voltage feeding the load. Taking in consideration the combined functions which the device executes, it may be called Unified Voltage Conditioner - UVC.

Intrinsic gettering is usually used to improve wafer quality which is an important factor for reliable ULSI devices. The two-step annealing method was adopted in order to investigate interactions between oxygens and secondary defects during oxygen precipitation process in lightly and heavily boron doped silicon wafers with high energy $^{11}B^+$ ion implantation. Secondary defects were inspected nearby the projected range by high resolution transmission electron microscopy. Oxygen pileup was measured in the vicinity of the projected range by secondary ion mass spectrometry for heavily boron doped silicon wafers.
