강릉 신복사지 석조보살좌상 보물 제84호 수지상 오염물 제거 방안 연구 (Removing Resin Contaminants from the Seated Stone Buddha (Korean Treasure No.84) of Sinboksa Temple Site in Gangneung)

  • 강릉에 위치한 신복사지 석조보살좌상 보물 제84호 얼굴부에 광택이 있는 수지상 오염물이 고착되어 있었다. 오염의 범위는 백호부터 턱 밑까지이며 광택이 발생하여 미관을 해치고 있었다. 오염물 중 일부를 수거하여 FT-IR 분석을 실시한 결과 시아노아크릴계 순간접착제인 것을 확인하였다. 분석된 접착제는 면봉 등에 아세톤을 묻혀 녹이면서 제거하는 방법이 일반적이다. 그러나 석조보살좌상이 야외에 오랜 시간 노출되어 있어 표면 풍화가 많이 진행된 상태이므로 이를 고려하여 물리적 손상을 최소화하는 방법으로 제거하였다. 기존에 처리된 삼전도비의 페인트 낙서 제거에 적용된 습포법과 도토기의 수지제거에 이용된 증기법을 검토하여 물리적 손상 없이 제거할 수 있는 방법을 찾아보았다. 습포법과 증기법을 같이 적용하면 면봉을 이용한 물리적 작업없이 24시간 이내에 수지가 제거되는 것을 확인하였고 이를 토대로 현장에 적용하였다.

Strengthening Families: The Re-structuring of Family Services in Hong Kong

  • The problems and needs of families in Hong Kong are becoming more complex. Traditional family structures and functions are rapidly eroding. Moreover, family problems are further exacerbated by a growing number of socio-economic issues including rising divorce rates and extra-marital affairs. continuous family reunion migration from Mainland China, emotional and financial cost of caring for the older people and the changing economy which has pushed more families into hardship. In effect, more and more families are becoming vulnerable to risk. Traditional family services in Hong Kong are varied in mode, operation and provision, often overlapping in service boundaries with other family-oriented programs. In many instances, family service centers are stretched far beyond their capacity. As a consequence, they become too reactive, remedial and casework dominated. The University of Hong Kong Consultant Team recommended that family service programs have to protect vulnerable families and strengthen family capacities to promote maximum independence. The direction of family services is summarized as: strengthening families; child-centered, family-focused and community-based. New integrative family service centers aim at attaining the principles of promoting accessibility to users with minimum physical, psychological and administrative barriers; early identification of needs and intervention before the further deterioration of problems; integration of services cutting across program boundaries, and partnership between service providers to achieve efficient and effective use of scarce resources. Under the new model, multi-skilled teams can respond more proactively to a wide range of social needs, rather than addressing needs in isolation. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the new model, the consultant team has been commissioned by the government to evaluate the performance of these two-year pilot projects. More importantly, a coherent and family-friendly social policy should be formulated to strengthen family capacity against family-related problems.

  • 최근들어 BIM 기술은 건설프로젝트의 전 생애주기동안 생산성 향상을 위하여 활용되고 있는 바, 건설의 각 분야에서 적용함에 있어 프로젝트 별 (간섭체크용, 모델해석용, 공정 및 물량산출용, 공사현장용, 협업용 등) BIM 프로세스의 정립은 필수적 요소이다. 하지만 국내에서 프로젝트 별 BIM 프로세스가 정립되어 있는 사례 및 해당 연구는 아직 마련되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 건설사업 초기단계에서의 BIM 어플리케이션 설정 방법, BIM 팀구성 방법, 패밀리설정 방법, 모델링방법 연구를 통하여 BIM 프로세스 구축을 제안하고, Pilot Study 모델을 통한 기초설정 및 모델링 작업, 물량검토, 중립적인 포맷방식인 IFC $2{\times}3$ 버전을 활용한 정보교환 등을 실시하여 정립된 BIM 프로세스의 적용능력을 검토하여 국내 BIM 가이드라인 구축의 초석을 마련하고자한다.

태도유사성과 집단소속에 따른 대인매력 (Effects of Attitude Similarity and Group Membership on Interpersonal Attraction)

  • 본 연구는 대인간의 태도유사성과 비유사성이 대인매력에 미치는 효과가 서로간의 집단소속(내집단/외집단)에 의해 어떠한 영향을 받는지 살펴보기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 2(태도유사성: 유사/비유사) × 2(집단소속: 내집단/외집단) 피험자간 실험설계를 통해 대인매력에 대한 영향을 검증했다. 연구결과, 태도유사성의 주효과가 유의하여 태도가 비유사한 사람보다 태도가 유사한 사람에 대한 대인매력이 유의하게 높았다. 또한, 두 독립변인 간의 상호작용이 유의하였는데, 참가자들은 상대방의 태도가 나와 유사할 때 그 사람이 외집단 구성원일 때보다 내집단 구성원일 때 더 큰 매력을 느꼈고, 상대방의 태도가 나와 비유사할 때는 그 사람이 외집단 구성원일 때보다 내집단 구성원일 때 더 큰 반감을 느꼈다. 본 연구의 결과는 조직에서 팀을 구성할 때 구성원들 간의 태도유사성을 고려하는 것이 조직 생산성을 높일 수 있는 한 방법이 될 수 있다는 점을 제안함으로써 조직과 실무 현장에 기여할 수 있다. 향후에 본 연구를 팀 수행과 조직 생산성 향상 연구로 확장할 수 있는 방안을 논의하였다.

다중층 과립 시스템에서 니페디핀의 방출 제어 (Controlled Release of Nifedipine in Multi-layered Granule System)

  • Multi-layered granules were prepared by a fluidized-bed coater and uniformed granules were obtained with a size range between $950{\sim}1000{\mu}m$ in diameter. The granule system was composed of three layers, i.e. seed layer with sugar sphere bead and a water-swellable polymer, middle layer with a drug, solubilizer and polymer, and the top layer of porous membrane with a polymeric binder. The aim of this work is to find out the dependence of a drug dissolution rate on the amount of a water-soluble binder and a solubilizer in the granule system. The results showed that the higher amount of hydrophilic binder in the porous membrane, gave the bigger pore size and porosity and made faster dissolution rate and also the higher amount of solubilizer in drug layer enhanced the dissolution rate of drug.

고압터빈 노즐 압력면에서의 확장 형상 막냉각 홀 배열 최적설계 (Design Optimization of Fan-shaped Film Cooling Hole Array on Pressure Side Surface of High Pressure Turbine Nozzle)

  • In the present work, design optimization of film-cooling hole array on the pressure side of high pressure turbine nozzle was conducted. There are four rows of fan-shaped film cooling holes on the nozzle pressure side surface and each row has a straight array of holes in the spanwise direction for baseline model. For design optimization, hole distributions in streamwise and spanwise directions for three rows of holes except first row are parameterized as a 2nd-order shape function. Three-dimensional compressible RANS equations are used for flow and thermal analysis around the nozzle surface and optimization technique using Design of Experiment, Kriging surrogate model and Genetic Algorithm is used. The results shows that averaged adiabatic wall temperature at the whole nozzle surface decreases about 2.7% and averaged film cooling effectiveness at the pressure side of nozzle increased about 8.2%.

치과 의료 인력과 치과기공사의 업무협력에 대한 인식 - 치과기공사 중심으로 - (Perception of Dental Personnel and Dental Technicians on Interprofessional Collaboration - Focus on Dental Technicians -)

  • Purpose: This study has been carried out to help to enhance the measures of interprofessional collaboration between Dental personnel and dental technicians, and between dental technicians themselves through the analysis of recognition of interprofessional collaboration between dental technicians. Methods: The subjects in this study were 130 dental technicians who were self-written questionnaire. The results were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. The collected data was analyzed by frequency and Correlation. Results: As a result of examining the correlation analysis of each question to explore the factors that affect interprofessional collaboration recognition of dental technicians, the group which received criticism from dental personnel showed negative (-) correlation in the interprofessional collaboration recognition (p<0.05). The following groups showed positive (+) correlations in the recognition of interprofessional collaboration : the group who replied that they can utilize information on the patients associated with the prosthesis production (p<0.01); the group who thinks that they are sharing common goals (P<0.01); and the group who replied that Dental personnel are familiar with patients (p<0.01). The following groups also showed higher positive (+) correlations in the recognition of interprofessional collaboration : the group who replied that they frequently discuss patient's information with Dental personnel (p<0.01); the group who thinks they have mutual confidence in one another (p<0.01); the group who thinks that cooperation among their colleagues in dental technique laboratories are being done well (p<0.01); and the group that has high job satisfaction (p<0.01). Conclusion: Effective communication and team work between human resources for providing medical service of the facility are essential for safe and high-quality medical service to patients. Further, such elements are directly connected to efficiency of the entire team. The reliability between dental technician and Dental personnel for cooperation should not be neglected therefore continuous interests in inter-cooperative partnership is required.

  • The Healthy Family Act was announced in February 2004 and has been in effect since January 2005. The purpose of this study was to determine some of the proper directions in the management of Healthy Family Centers based on the results of a six-month demonstration project. Family welfare services whose primary goal is to offer a system which support properly functining families and promoting their health, should be planned and provided from the perspective of the families involved, since they are the recipients of welfare services. furthermore, it's needed to stay abreast with rapid social changes that necessarily contribute to altering people's values. Healthy Family Centers will be placed in local communities and offer efficient education, counseling and family culture programs tailored to diverse family needs. In order to make, this work properly, all specialists and organizations associated with the project should make concerted efforts on a long-term basis.

효율적인 창정비요소개발을 위한 지침 개선적용 연구 (A Study on the Applying Improvement Method of Guide for efficient depot level maintenance)

  • 최종의 정비 단계인 창정비 분야 ILS요소개발이 체계적이고 효율적으로 수행되면 무기체계 수명주기 연장으로 장비 가동률이 향상되고, 전투준비태세 유지에 만전을 기할 수 있게 된다. 이와 같은 창정비의 중요성에도 불구하고 창정비 수행을 위한 각 개발 요소별 적용 지침의 부실한 반영으로 인해 무기체계별 개발 기준을 상이하게 적용하고 있으며, 추가 개발비가 발생되는 등의 문제가 발생되고 있다. 이에 따라 체계개발 시의 ILS요소개발 개념과는 상이한 특성을 지닌 창정비 고유의 요소별 개발 개념, 방법, 절차를 명확화 하여 차별화된 관리가 진행될 수 있도록 개발 지침 구체화 적용 방법을 연구하였다. 창정비요소개발의 효율적인 수행을 위해 창정비 주기 결정 단계에서 반드시 고려하여야 할 추가 요소를 제시하였다. 또한 RAM, LSA, ILS 11대 요소를 창정비요소개발에 접목시키기 위한 요소별 개발 개념 해석을 통해 구체적인 적용 방법을 정리 하였다. 이를 기반으로 체계적인 개발 절차를 적용함으로써 적정 개발비 산출이 가능하다. 그리고 개발 제품의 품질 향상과 정비 현장에서의 실용적인 개발 산출물 활용에도 도움을 줄 수 있다.

자동차 내장재용 고분자 재료의 필드 열화에 따른 마찰소음 특성변화 (Observation and Characterization of Squeak Noises of Polymeric Materials for Automotive Interior Parts Under Field-Degradation)

  • In this work, the effect of field-degradation of automotive polymeric interior parts on the squeak characteristics was studied for a number of used vehicles with various mileages and years of service. The purpose of this study was to characterize the squeak noise related with long-term degradation in service life. The characteristics of field-degraded polymeric samples are analyzed using Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Complicated carbonyl spectra from FT-IR were deconvoluted into various carbonyls to trace field-degradation phenomenon. In addition, various mechanical tests, i.e. tensile test, hardness test as well as coefficient of friction test, were performed to analyze the variation in mechanical properties due to field-degradation. Squeak noise was measured and analyzed by frequency analysis. It was shown that the changes in the chemical structures of polymer due to field-degradation influenced the variation in mechanical properties, and squeak noise may worsen by increasing the squeak noise level in the wide frequency range. The results indicated that customer complaints regarding the squeak noise coming from used vehicles might be one of the important reliability issues because the increase in sound pressure level especially in the high frequency range could annoy drivers and passengers.
