With recent advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) technology, more products based on AI are being launched and used. However, using AI safely requires an awareness of the potential risks it can pose. These concerns must be evaluated by experts and users must be informed of the results. In response to this need, many countries have implemented certification programs for products based on AI. In this study, we analyze several trends and differences in AI product certification programs across several countries and emphasize the importance of such programs in ensuring the safety and trustworthiness of products that include AI. To this end, we examine four international AI product certification programs and suggest methods for improving and promoting these programs. The certification programs target AI products produced for specific purposes such as autonomous intelligence systems and facial recognition technology, or extend a conventional software quality certification based on the ISO/IEC 25000 standard. The results of our analysis show that companies aim to strategically differentiate their products in the market by ensuring the quality and trustworthiness of AI technologies. Additionally, we propose methods to improve and promote the certification programs based on the results. These findings provide new knowledge and insights that contribute to the development of AI-based product certification programs.
In this presentation, we investigated the abnormal subthreshold slope of the FD SOI MOSFETs upon the rapid thermal annealing. Based on subthreshold technique and C-V measurement, we deduced that the hump of the subthreshold slope comes from the abnormal D$_{it}$ distribution after RTA. The local kink in the interface trap density distribution by RTA drastically degrades the subthreshold characteristics and mini hump can be eliminated by S-PGA.A.
This study was conducted to compare team creativity and creative problem solving styles between heterogeneous and homogeneous teams. Team composition was based on the levels of openness and extraversion. The results indicated that heterogeneous teams showed higher team creativity scores than homogeneous teams. Frequency distributions of creative problem solving styles indicated that heterogeneous team members preferred developer, external, and task-oriented styles. Homogeneous team members preferred explorer and person-oriented styles. Finally, limitations of this study and suggestions for future studies were discussed.
This paper presents a study on the application of Asynchronous Team(A-Team) theory for QVC(Reactive power control) and security assessment in a power system. Reactive power control problem is the one of optimally establishing voltage level given reactive power sources, which is very important problem to supply the demand without interruption and needs methods to alleviate a bus voltage limit violation more quickly. It can be formulated as a mixed-integer linear programming(MILP) problem without deteriorating of solution accuracy to a certain extent. The security assessment is to estimate the relative robustness of the system and deterministic approach based on AC load flow calculations is adopted to assess it, especially voltage security. A distance measure, as a measurement for voltage security, is introduced. In order to analyze the above two problem, reactive power control and static security assessment, In an integrated fashion, a new organizational structure, called an A-team, is adopted. An A-team is well-suited to the development of computer-based, multi-agent systems for operation of large-scaled power systems. In order to verify the usefulness of the suggested scheme herein, modified IEEE 30 bus system is employed as a sample system. The results of a case study are also presented.

The corrosion behaviors of Zr-based alloys were very sensitive to their microstructures which were determined by manufacturing process. The specimens of Zr-based alloy named as HANA-4 for nuclear fuel cladding were investigated in order to get the optimized manufacturing process such as the intermediate annealing temperature and cold working steps after the ${\beta}$ quenching. From the microstructural analysis, cold worked microstructure of the samples was changed to the recrystallized microstructure by performed process. The corrosion behaviors of HANA-4 alloy were affected by the different manufacturing process. The ${\beta}$-Zr phase was formed in the matrix and the Nb concentration in the ${\beta}$-Zr phase was increased as progressing the manufacturing process. So, it was found that the corrosion rate of HANA-4 alloy was affected by the Nb concentration in the matrix.
Innovation becomes norm rather than exception in today's business, and accordingly firms are working on how to make their employees to work smarter using information systems and technologies. Smart work demands virtual collaboration and cooperation among team members in different places and different time. Sharing of knowledge among team members in these innovative activities are critical in every sense for the successful performance. This study explores the antecedents of knowledge sharing among team members in team-based innovation activities. Five factors (pleasure of knowledge sharing, self-efficacy, management support, rewards, and system usage) are identified through extant review of literature and an instrument is adopted and validated from previous studies. The instrument is adminitered against 138 individuals in and across 54 teams in a telecommunication firm. Except self efficacy, all the paths in the proposed research model is confirmed with different levels of relational coefficients towards the levels of knowledge sharing and innovation activities in teams. Surprisingly, findings indicate that intrinsic pleasure of sharing is most critical than management support, organizational rewards or system usage. This study fills the research gap in team management. Findings provide important implications for managing teams in coming virtual and smart environment.

DNA markers have been studied and used intensively to identify plant species based on molecular approaches. The genus Medicago belongs to the family Fabaceae and contains 87 species distributed from the Mediterranean to central Asia. Five species of Medicago are known to be distributed in South Korea; however, their morphological characteristics alone cannot distinguish the species. In this study, we analyzed the phylogenetic relationships using collected five species of Medicago from South Korea and 44 taxa nucleotide information from NCBI. The constructed phylogenetic tree using gibberellin 3-oxidase 1 and tRNALys (UUU) to maturase K gene sequences showed the monophyly of the genus Medicago, with five species each forming a single clade. These results suggest that there are five species of Medicago distributed in South Korea. In addition, we designed polymerase chain reaction primers for species-specific detection of Medicago by comparing the plastid sequences. The accuracy of the designed primer pairs was confirmed for each Medicago species. The findings of this study provide efficient and novel species identification methods for Medicago, which will assist in the identification of wild plants for the management of alien species and living modified organisms.

In order to respond to changes in the industrial environment such as the 4th industrial revolution, university education also needs active educational innovation efforts. This study proposed a construction construction hybrid curriculum that can actively utilize online education in the direction of educational innovation in domestic universities. The hybrid curriculum was based on online learning through lecture videos used in team-based learning. The hybrid curriculum additionally allows learners to choose their learning methods. In a hybrid class, learners can choose the class participation method they want from offline classroom or online real-time. Hybrid classes are considered to strengthen learners' options and take a step forward in learner-centered education.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a training protocol to standardize the management of mass casualties as part of the disaster response, and to verify the effectiveness of the training protocol. Methods: The study was conducted as a quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group and pretest-posttest design. The protocol was divided into 5 parts, the first for the advance party, the second for the rescue team, the third for the paramedic team, the fourth for the ambulance team, and the fifth for the 119 EMS team. This study was conducted on November 15, 2021 and consisted of 21 subjects in the final experimental group and 23 subjects in the control group. In this study, the prior homogeneity test was analyzed using the χ2-test, intragroup comparisons were analyzed using the paired t-test, and intragroup comparisons were analyzed using the independent t-test. Results: The protocol was developed in five parts: advance party, rescue team, paramedics team, ambulance team, and 119 EMS team. In verifying the effectiveness of the protocol, it was found that there were significant differences in self-efficacy (t=-0.941, p=0.001) and self confidence within the group (t=-0.025, p=0.001) after the implementation of the mass casualty incident response training program. However, there was no significant difference between the experimental and control groups. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, it is believed that disaster response personnel can experience lower levels of anxiety and tension in disaster situations if they receive practical and realistic education and training. In the future, it is necessary to enhance protocol based practical education that can improve the knowledge and skills of each team and individual.
