신경계 재활전문병원 환자의 이탈요인에 관한 연구 : 대구시 북구를 중심으로 (A Study on Leaving Factors of Patients in a Rehabilitation Hospital : in Bukgu, Daegu)

  • Purpose : The purpose of his study was to analyze the environmental and the medical selection factor on rehabilition hospital admission. Methods : The subjects were 107 patient and inpatients. The date were collected analyzed using the SPSS window 17.0 program. Results : General hospital select the recommendation 35.5%, medical team professionalism 18%, accessibility 16%, any others 14% appear in the rehabilitation hospital admission selection factor. Conclusion : Rehabilitation hospital admission selection factor is recommend and medical team service approach.

  • Design of personnel teams has been studied from diverse perspectives; the most common are the people and systems requirements perspectives. All these point of view are linked, which is the reason why it is necessary to study them simultaneously. Considering this gap, a decision making model is developed based on factors, models, and requirements mentioned in the literature. The model is applied to a real case. The findings indicate that the Personnel Behavior Based Lean model (PBBL) can be converted into a decision making model for the selection of team members. The study is focused not only on the individual candidates' knowledge, skills, and aptitudes, but also on how the model considers the company requirements, conflicts, and the importance of each person to the project.

방산용 전자장비의 팬 선정 및 검증에 관한 연구 (A Study on Alternative Fan Selection and Verification in Military Electronic Equipment)

  • 상용(Commercial type) 냉각 팬이 적용된 방산용 전자장비는 생산 기간 중 팬 단종이 빈번하게 발생된다. 팬 단종 문제의 해결을 위해서는 대체 팬 선정이 필요하며, 고온 동작 시험 등의 장비 성능 및 신뢰성 검증이 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 생산 과정에서 활용 가능한 효과적인 대체 팬 선정 및 검증 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 먼저, 장비 냉각에 필요한 유량 및 압력을 계산하여 대체 팬을 선정하였고, 신뢰성을 확보한 CFD 방열 해석 모델을 활용해 팬 선정의 타당성을 검증하였다. 이후 대체 팬을 장비에 적용하여 고온 운용 시험을 수행하였다. 그 결과 장비는 고온 환경에서 정상적인 기능을 발휘하였으며, 주요 부품 및 내부 공기 온도는 열적으로 안정된 상태임을 확인하였다.

팀 의사결정에 대한 이원적 단계 모델 (A Dual-Level Model of Team Decision Making)

  • Team decision making is a collective behavior that needs to be understood by considering properties belonging to team and individual member domains together. This paper introduces a conceptual model called "Dual-Level(DL)" model that describes a team decision-making process in terms of team level, member level, and the relationship between them. The team-level view explains the decision-making process by considering the team as a wholeand divides the process into three stages: Problem Conceptualization, Alternative Generation, and Selection. The member-level view describes what happens to individual members when they go through the group process and splits it into the five phases: Individual Cognitive Mapping, Problem Decomposition, Subproblem Session, Subproblem Integration, and Team Decision. The DL model works as a theoretical framework to explore team decision making by using a set of computational models of team design and team members. In practice, the conceptual framework is used to build a computational model of decision making team, called "Team-Soar."

  • Recently, interest in sprout crops using various varieties such as barley and oats has increased. However, in case of wheat, there were disadvantages in that the growth rate was slow and the economic efficiency and utilization were reduced. In order to overcome these disadvantages, this study was conducted on the selection of wheat varieties suitable for cultivation of wheat sprouts. Also, we analyzed the various functional ingredients of wheat sprouts.

핵심역량에 기초한 A 통신사의 선발시스템 사례연구 (Telecommunication Company A's Selection System Case Based on the Core Competencies)

  • It is very important to select the best employees who are suitable for their jobs and duties as considering the efficiency and productivity of the firms' performance. As a result, many kinds of selection methodologies and systems have been developed. Among them is the selection system based on the core competencies which is known as the superior selection systems that can increase the predictive validity who is the right people, compared to the traditional selection system based on the job analysis. Hence, the former has been focused in the complex business situation in recent years. In this case study, we examine the selection system case based on the core competencies of OSS team in Company A, which is one of the largest telecommunication firms and we suggest the implications. According to the results of this case study, defining the core competencies of the job and selecting the right people who had the related competencies not only decreased the turnover rate of OSS team in Company A, but also increased the employees' loyalty and satisfaction for the organizations. This study will be a benchmark to other departments that don't use competency selection system of Company A as well as the firms that want to adapt the selection system based on the core competencies. Also, this case study has a contribution that shows us an alternative model how can the firms identify and select the best right employees.

지식근로자 팀효과성의 선행요인 -구성원의 인지적 유사성 vs 속인적 유사성- (The Influence of Cognitive and Demographic Similarities of Knowledge Workers on Team Effectiveness)

  • Team-members may have diverse backgrounds and characteristics and such diversity is getting increased in teams in terms of demographics(gender, age, and educations) and capabilities(knowledge, skills, and experiences). A meta-analysis of the last 40 years studies, however, concluded that diversity in teams does not have the consistent main effect on team performances. On the other hand, according to theories of selection and socialization, similarity in values, backgrounds, and experiences buttress the positive and effective working environment. Therefore, we conduct an empirical study in favor of similarity in work teams for the sake of team effectiveness. We investigated the importance of the similarity of team-members on IT team effectiveness. Two aspects of similarity, demographic and cognitive, were considered together. The shared mental model(SMM) was introduced as the representative construct for the cognitive similarity. We found that SMM is more important than the demographic similarities on team effectiveness.

시·도보호 야생생물 조례 지정 현황 조사 및 분석 (A Study on Survey and Analysis of Designated Status of Wildlife Protected by City/Do Ordinance)

  • 본 연구는 야생동 식물 보전 및 관리를 위해 제정된 지자체 야생동식물 보호 조례의 지정 현황 등을 조사 분석하고 이를 통해 문제점 및 개선방향을 도출하기 위하여 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 17개 광역지방자치단체(특별시 광역시 특별자치시 도 특별자치도)의 야생생물보호 관련 조례와 각 조항의 내용을 비교 분석하였고, 각 지자체의 보호야생생물의 지정현황을 파악 후 지침 및 법률을 바탕으로 적정성을 파악하여 보았다. 시 도보호 야생생물관련 조례는 모든 광역지자체에서 제정되어, 일반적으로 선정기준, 보호대책, 행위제한 등의 조항이 공통적으로 반영되어 있었다. 또한 세부적으로는 깃대종, 복원 추진계획에 있는 생물을 선정기준으로 추가하거나, 서식지역에 대한 보호 및 복원에 대한 조항이 포함되어 있는 등 각 지자체의 특성에 따라 조항이 상이하였다. 시 도보호 야생생물 지정 및 보호 지침이 마련된 2006년 이후로 시 도보호 야생생물이 급격하게 증가하였으며 최근 1~2년 이내에 새로 지정한 광역지자체도 존재하였다. 일부 지자체의 경우 지정된 지 10년이 넘은 곳도 있었으며, 선정기준에 부합하지 않은 곳도 다수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 시 도보호 야생생물의 목적에 맞는 종 선정을 위한 보다 과학적이고 객관적인 선정기준 및 방법이 구축되어야 할 것이라 판단된다.

OPTIMAL PORTFOLIO SELECTION WITH TRANSACTION COSTS WHEN AN ILLIQUID ASSET PAYS CASH DIVIDENDS

  • We investigate an optimal portfolio selection problem with transaction costs when an illiquid asset pays cash dividends and there are constraints on the illiquid asset holding. We provide closed form solutions for the problem, and by using these solutions we illustrate interesting features of optimal policies.
