국내 대학 및 산업계의 경제상황하에서 정부는 최근 어려운 경제상황의 회복뿐만 아니라 대학졸업생들의 취업률을 높이기 위하여 산학협력을 강조하고 있다. 대학의 산학협력단의 활성화를 통하여 대학, 산업계, 지역사회 및 국가경제 등의 발전을 이끌어내기 위해서는 먼저 다양한 구성원의 개인적인 행동과 조직의 목표를 연결해 주고 구성원의 조직행동에도 큰 영향을 미치는 산학협력단장의 리더십의 중요성을 인식해야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존의 리더십 및 산학협력에 관한 문헌자료를 통하여 대학의 교수진과 산업계의 최고경영자 및 연구진들을 관리하며 조직의 목표를 달성하는데 요구되는 산학협력단장의 전략적인 리더십을 제안하고자 한다.

예비교사들이 프로그래밍 수업에서 겪는 다양한 어려움을 해결하기 위해서 팀 기반의 프로그래밍 방법이 많이 적용되고 있다. 그들에게 필요한 효율적인 협업 전략을 마련하기 위해서는 학습자의 프로그래밍 역량에 미치는 다양한 협업요인들을 분석해야 할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학습자들의 협업 요인들을 크게 개인 역량과 팀 역량으로 구분하여 설문조사를 실시하고 학습자들의 프로그래밍 역량과의 관계를 분석하였다. 검증결과 프로그램 설계역량에는 학습자 개인역량 모든 요소와 자료공유 기술과 같은 협업에 필요한 기술인 팀 테크닉 및 팀 협력도 등에서 유의미한 결과를 보였다. 그리고 프로그램 구현역량에는 개인의 학습이해도, 팀 협력도가 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 팀 테크닉이 상대적으로 높은 그룹이 프로그래밍 역량과 흥미도 및 만족도에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 예비교사들에게 실질적으로 필요한 협업 전략을 프로그래밍 과정에 따라 개인역량 및 팀 역량과 관련된 유의미한 요소들을 연계하여 제시하였다.

VoIP(Voice over IP) 기술은 다양한 인터넷 응용 서비스 보급의 대중화에 기여한 주요 통신기술의 하나이다. 이에 따라 인터넷 이용자가 급격히 증가하고 인터넷 전화의 수요가 증가하게 되었다. 특히, 음성 뿐만 아니라 영상에 대한 기술이 접목되어 V2oIP(Voice and Video over IP) 라 일컬어 지는 기술이 보급되면서, 인터넷 영상전화에 대한 대중화가 이루어 지고 있다. 한편, 다양한 인터넷 응용 서비스 보급의 대중화에 따른 가정 내에서의 네트워크 환경 또한 부각되고 있어 정보가전분야에 큰 변화가 일고 있다. 이에 홈서버 중심의 홈네트워크환경이 구축된다. 따라서, 기존의 pc 를 단말기로 한 인터넷 환경 및 제반 응용 서비스가 그대로 홈서버 중심의 홈네트워크환경으로 옮겨져야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서의 전체 시스템은 임베디드 리눅스 기반인 Qplus 운영체제를 기반으로 하는 홈서버상에 HoCoS(Home Collaboration Service) 시스템이 탑재되며, 이 시스템은 크게 영상전화 시스템과 공동작업 시스템으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 상기 시스템 중 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)기반의 홈서버용 영상전화 시스템에 대한 설계 및 구현에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

Many construction activities are related because they share the information of working methods and resources. Generally, the design information for coupled activities needs to be constantly collaborated in the different teams. To achieve the improvement in team collaboration, it is necessary to identify the relative coupled activities in the design teams. The activity and work partitioning arrangements are also required to accommodate the appropriate team members. This paper presents an integral method to be an evaluation in improving the collaboration for teams partitioning. A model, Team Partitioning Method (TPM) was developed to clarify the relationships between activities in a team. The results show the applicability of TPM model in team partitioning for design collaboration.

Team communication, teamwork, and interprofessional collaboration are critical and the basis for patient safety in a more diverse and complex clinical environment. This study explored the current status of teamwork, team communication, and interprofessionalism in the context of patient safety within undergraduate medical education. A scoping review of the literature published since 2010 was undertaken. Fifteen papers were included for final review. The most commonly used educational methods were off-line lectures and simulations. Standard team communication tools suggested in TeamSTEPPS (team strategies and tools to enhance performance patient safety) were covered in some of the research. Knowledge, skills, and teamwork attitudes, interprofessional collaboration, and/or patient safety were improved in most of the papers. In the previous studies of team communication, the content and method of education, and the change in knowledge and attitudes of the individuals have been widely reported, but more research is needed regarding the method of evaluating the teamwork itself. In addition, education on team communication as well as patient safety and interprofessionalism is lacking. As the importance of team communication in patient safety increases, more attention is needed on this topic in undergraduate medical education.

The accelerating adoption of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is challenging collaboration practices established in the construction industry. The implementation of BIM involves changes in participants work, organization, processes and collaboration methods. Therefore there is a need to be able to measure effectively and accurately collaboration, in order to analyze and determine current practices and their performances in organizations (company, team project) as well as changes required. Previous researches scope from evaluating BIM maturity of an organization to BIM collaboration requirements but lack of proper tools and methods to analyze collaboration performances. This is especially true when it comes to evaluate the efficiency and collaboration performances of processes rather than systems or organizations. Thus this research aims to analyze systematically and comprehensively previous researches proposing diversified methods to evaluate BIM performances and collaboration. Furthermore it aims to suggest key indicators to evaluate collaboration performances of processes and project organizations. This research may contribute to better understanding of collaboration performances within organizations using BIM and further development of evaluation method for analyzing BIM design project.

최근 팀 프로젝트에서 모바일 커뮤니케이션 서비스(MCS: mobile communication services)를 활용한 협업이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 MCS를 활용한 협업이 팀 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 조직 측면에서 팀 몰입과 팀 신뢰가 팀 프로젝트 성과 형성에 핵심적인 역할을 담당할 것으로 예상하였으며, MCS 유용성의 영향에 대해서도 살펴보았다. MCS 유용성을 형성하는 주요 특성으로 유비쿼티, 복합적 사용, 사용 용이성을 고려하였다. 팀 프로젝트 수행 시 IT 서비스를 자주 활용하는 116명의 대학생들을 대상으로 연구 모형을 검증하였으며, PLS를 활용하였다. 연구 모형 분석 결과, 팀 신뢰는 팀 몰입과 팀 프로젝트 성과에 긍정적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 하지만, MCS 유용성은 팀 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았고, 팀 프로젝트 성과에만 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. MCS 특성 가운데 사용 용이성만 MCS 유용성 형성에 도움을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 유비퀴티와 복합 사용성은 MCS 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다.

In this study, we conduct an empirical study to investigate the impact of the interdependence and trust between supplier and buyer on both their collaboration and supplier performance in automobile industry supply chain. The result shows that there is a positive relationship between the supplier's dependence and trust on the buyer and their collaboration. Moreover, it shows that supplier's dependence and trust on the buyer affects supplier performance through collaboration as a mediating effect. Therefore it is very important to notice that supplier and buyer in automobile industry should try to have a good collaborative relationship together in order to improve supplier performance.

Creative performance has been regarded as the key to the success of an organization in recent years, and is considered essential for the survival of an organization. Organizations must find and develop creative solutions to deal with a variety of business issues. How can organizations become more creative? To develop creativity, organizations must make it easier to connect the knowledge and perspectives of its various members, who may be scattered around the world, by developing a virtual team. Drawing from the transactive memory systems (TMS), which include expertise location, credibility, and coordination, this study investigates how the positive affect of team members influences the development of creative performance during virtual collaboration where face-to-face team activities are limited. The proposed structured model was empirically tested with cross-sectional data from 322 individuals. Results indicated that the positive affect of team members was found to moderate the relationship between TMS and creativity. Through this study, we expect to provide an understanding of the mechanisms involved in developing creativity among team members in a virtual work environment.

Background: Intersectoral and multidisciplinary collaboration is becoming more prominent in all facets of government, health, social services, and scientific endeavors. An interplay of a multitude of driving forces moves multiple disciplines forward to achieve quality outcomes in health and social sciences services and research. Aim: This paper aims at discussing the prospects for future multidisciplinary collaboration. If inter organizational integration and multidisciplinary collaboration are the ways of the future in academia and the scientific world, it then becomes crucial to examine what lies ahead for the nursing profession, Discussion: This paper argues that in order for multidisciplinary endeavors to succeed, the leaders in multidisciplinary teams shoulder the largest share of the responsibilities involved. In developing a lasting team constituting professionals from different disciplines, the leader needs to include the right individuals in the team, identify a common goal, build trusting relationships through open communication and interprofessional education, and empower members through creating room for autonomy and at the same time allowing space for personal development. The leader will need to utilize information technologies to manage communication issues in a large multi-site multidisciplinary project. Lastly, he or she must be able to demonstrate team productivity through process and outcome evaluation. It needs to be emphasized that it falls to each individual nurse to speak up and act upon what nursing believes and represents in our quest for success in multidisciplinary endeavors. Conclusion: The significance of the role of the leader is paramount for a team to succeed. Yet there is no prospect if only a handful of exceptional nurse leaders are moving ahead in multidisciplinary endeavors. Without the actualization of professional roles by each individual nurse, the profession will have no prospect in collaborations across disciplines.
