Polyglutamic acid(PGA) 함유량이 증대된 청국장이 조골세포에 미치는 영향을 세포 수준에서 관찰하고자 하였다. 조골세포에 미치는 영향을 관찰하기 위하여 세포 생존율, 염기성 인산분해효소(alkaline phosphatase, ALP) 활성, 골 석회화 형성능, 조골세포 분화 관련 유전자 발현능을 측정하였다. 세포 독성이 없는 농도에서 염기성 인산분해효소 활성을 측정한 결과 농도에 의존적으로 ALP 활성이 증가하였으며, 일반 청국장 A보다 PGA 함유량이 증가한 청국장 B가 더 높은 ALP 활성 증가 효과를 나타내었다. 청국장의 골 석회화 형성능을 측정한 결과 역시 청국장 A보다 B가 더 높은 석회화 형성능을 나타내었다. 또한 분화 관련 유전자인 OCN, OPN, Col1, ALP 역시 청국장 B가 A보다 유전자 발현이 더 높게 나타났다. 이러한 실험 결과를 바탕으로 PGA가 증대된 청국장이 기존 청국장보다 조골세포의 활성에 효과적일 것으로 생각한다.

Objective: The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of different diets for early-weaned (EW) calves on rumen development, and how this affects fat deposition in the longissimus dorsi of adult Korean Hanwoo beef cattle. Methods: Three EW groups were established (each n = 12) in which two- week-old Hanwoo calves were fed for ten weeks with milk replacer+concentrate (T1), milk replacer+concentrate+roughage (T2), or milk replacer+concentrate+30% starch (T3); a control group (n = 12) was weaned as normal. At six months, 5 calves of each group were slaughtered and their organs were assessed and rumen papillae growth rates were measured. The remaining calves (n = 7 in each group) were raised to 20 months for further analysis. Results: Twenty-month-old EW calves had a higher body weight (BW), backfat thickness (BF), longissimus dorsi muscle area (LMA) and intramuscular fat (IMF) than the control (p<0.05). Organ growth, rumen histology, and gene expression patterns in the 6-month-old calves were positively related to the development of marbling in the loin, as assessed by ultrasound analysis (p<0.05). In the group fed the starch-enriched diet (T3), higher BW, BF, LMA, and IMF were present. The IMF beef quality score of 20-month-old cattle was 1+ for the T2 and T3 diets and 1 for the T1 diet (p<0.05). Conclusion: Papillae development was significantly greater in calves fed on high-concentrate diets and this may have resulted in the improved beef quality in the EW dietary groups compared to the control.

본 연구는 기업 팀장이 인식하는 팀원과의 의사소통 과정을 깊이 있게 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울·경기 지역의 대기업, 중견 기업, 외국계 기업의 팀장 10명을 대상으로 심층면접을 진행하였고, Strauss와 Corbin이 제시한 근거이론 연구방법 절차에 따라 분석하였다. 분석 결과에 따라 총 51개의 개념과 17개의 하위범주 그리고 8개의 범주가 도출되었다. 인과적 조건으로는 '조직에 필요한 소통을 고민하고 재해석함'이 개념으로 도출되었고, 이에 따른 중심현상은 '업무대화와 사적대화 병행방식으로 의도적인 노력을 함'으로 나타났다. 맥락적 조건은 '환경변화에 대한 대처 필요성을 인식함', 중재적 조건은 '스스로 성찰하고 셀프코칭 시간을 가짐'이 도출되었다. 작용/상호작용 전략은 업무중심 대처, 갈등해결 대처, 관계증진 대처를 의사소통 과정으로 개념화되었고, 중심현상 상호작용 결과로서 '조직 내 선순환 소통을 인식함'으로 확인되었다. 팀장의 의사소통 과정분석 결과는 노력단계, 접근단계, 대처단계, 순환단계로 나타났고, 그 유형 분석 결과로써 업무중심 대처는 촉진자, 갈등해결 대처는 조력자, 관계증진 대처는 배려자로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기업 팀장이 팀원과의 관계에서 의사소통을 어떻게 인식하고 표현하는지에 대한 경험적 연구로 기업에서의 리더십 코칭과 리더 대상 상담에 차별적인 개입전략을 세우기 위한 정보를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

Companies need to secure strong methods of new product development in a rapidly changing competitive environment. They overly focusing on the perception of consumers can not lead radical changes. They need to generate sufficient creative ideas in the early stages of new product development to make radical change. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of a creative method on the generation of creative ideas. An enhanced creativity method was designed considering existing methodology and cognitive elements. This study specifically focused on team rather than individual level creativity. This arrangement reflects the fact that companies in practice rely on team unit in NPD process. The contribution of the study is two fold : enhancing existing methodology, and testing the effect of conceptual distance on making of creative ideas. The experimental results showed that appropriate conceptual distance help to make best creative output and that ABIS attribute is proved to be more effective than traditional association.

건물이 밀집된 도심지역을 촬영한 두 시기 항공영상에 화소기반 변화탐지 기법인 영상대차(Image Differencing), 영상중첩 분석(Image Overlay)기법을 적용하여 넓은 대도심지역의 효율적인 변화탐지 가능성을 살펴보았다. 영상대차(Image Differencing) 기법은 알고리즘이 간단하고 정량적인 분석이 가능한 결과를 얻을 수 있다는 장점이 있으나 고층건물밀집지역을 보여주고 있는 고해상도 항공영상의 적용과정에서는 폐색영역, 그림자 등으로 인해 정확한 변화탐지 결과를 보여주지 못했다. 영상중첩 분석(Image Overlay)기법은 한 번에 두 개 또는 세 개의 영상을 비교 분석할 수 있다는 장점이 있으나 직관적인 분석만을 제공하고 정량적인 분석이 불가능하였다. 현재의 화소기반 영상변화탐지 기술수준으로는 고해상도 공간영상에 대한 신뢰도 높은 변화탐지 분석결과를 얻을 수 없다는 것을 확인하였다.

Team approach for the management of cleft lip & palate patients is very important. Plastic surgeon, oral-maxillofacial surgeon, orthodontist, otolaryngologist, and speech therapist should be included in the team. Main role of the ENT surgeon may be variable and is up to the team characteristics. Main topics of ENT surgeons' interesting fields are evaluation and management of hearing impairment due to SOM, voice disorder, and velopharyngeal incompetency due to submucous cleft palate & still remained VPI after curative palatoplasty. Basic review of anatomy & physiology related with otolaryngologic aspect of velopharyngeal system was done. Diseases related with hyponasality as well as hypernasality were discussed. Diagnostic and therapeutic methods were discussed. Proper management of hearing impairment and speech disorders are important.

This study was conducted to develop and propose a model for an organizational system and management strategies for Healthy Families Centers. As baseline research, the organization of comparable institutions such as the Social Welfare Center, Women's Development Center, Elderly Welfare Center, Child Welfare Center, and Childcare Information Center was analyzed. Based on the results of baseline research and the draft version of Healthy Families Act, this study proposed a management model for Healthy Families Centers. This proposed model suggests the city, county, and district level centers to be organized with three divisions: 1. family counseling team, 2. family education team, and 3. family life team. Concrete assignments for the teams are also proposed. Finally, a networking system for more effective management of the healthy families centers was also proposed.
