소상공인의 핵심직무특성과 태도의 관계 (Relationship between Core Job Characteristics and Attitude of Small Business Employees)

  • 본 연구는 종업원의 태도에 영향을 주는 직무특성을 확인하기 위하여, 인적자원관리의 관점에서 소상공인의 핵심직무특성(기술다양성, 과업정체성, 과업중요성, 자율성, 피드백)과 태도(직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도)간의 관계를 확인하는데 연구목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 기업의 종업원 315명을 대상으로 소상공인의 핵심직무특성이 태도에 미치는 영향, 소상공인의 핵심직무특성과 태도간의 관계에서 성장욕구강도의 조절효과 등을 분석하였다. 회귀분석결과 기술다양성과 과업중요성은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을, 기술다양성과 피드백은 조직몰입에는 정(+)의 영향을 그리고 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 성장욕구강도의 조절효과는 과업중요성과 이직의도간의 관계에서만 발견되었다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 소상공인의 직무 태도 증진 방안과 경영전략적 시사점을 제시하였다.

프리셉터가 지각한 직무스트레스, 자기효능감과 업무수행과의 관계 (Relationships among Work Stress, Self-Efficacy and the Task Performance of the Preceptor)

  • Purpose: This survey aimed to find out the relationship of work stress, self-efficacy, and task performance of the preceptor. Method: The data of this study were collected from 215 Preceptors who have been working in four hospitals in Deajeon. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA and Duncan test for group differences, Pearson's correlation and Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS WIN 17.0 program. Result: There were significant positive relations between the work stress (r=0.193, p<0.05), self-efficacy (r=0.346, p<0.00), and the task performance of preceptor. The most predictive factors of the task performance were self-efficacy(11.5%), the job stress(2.7%), and age(2.0%). Conclusion: Nursing department supervisors need to manage preceptor to reduce work stress and to improve self-efficacy. It is recommended that work stress should be decreased and programs for increasing self-efficacy need developing in order to satisfy self-realization of preceptors and their needs.

Control of a mobile robot supporting a task robot on the top

  • This paper addresses the control problem of a mobile robot supporting a task robot with needs to be positioned precisely. The main difficulty residing in the precise control of a mobile robot supporting a task robot is providing an accurate and stable base for the task robot. That is, the end-plate of the mobile robot which is the base of the task robot can not be positioned accurately without external position sensors. This difficulty is resolved in this paper through the vision information obtained from the camera attached at the end of a task robot. First of all, the camera parameters were measured by using the images of a fixed object captured by the camera. The measured parameters include the rotation, the position, the scale factor, and the focal length of the camera. These parameters could be measured by using the features of each vertex point for a hexagonal object and by using the pin-hole model of a camera. Using the measured pose(position and orientation) of the camera and the given kinematics of the task robot, we calculate a pose of the end-plate of the mobile robot, which is used for the precise control of the mobile robot. Experimental results for the pose estimations are shown.

우리나라와 미국 수학 교과서의 과제 비교 : 평행사변형 조건을 중심으로 (A Comparative Study of the Mathematics Textbooks' Tasks of Korea and the USA : Focused on Conditions for Parallelograms)

  • 이 논문에서는 우리나라와 미국 수학 교과서에서 다루고 있는 평행사변형이 되기 위한 조건 관련 과제를 과제의 구조, 증명과 추론 유형, 그리고 인지적 노력 수준에 따라 비교 분석하였다. 이를 통해 두 나라 교과서 과제의 공통점과 차이점을 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과제 구조와 관련하여, 우리나라 교과서에 비해 미국 교과서에 제시된 과제의 구조가 더 다양하다. 둘째, 증명과 추론 유형과 관련하여, 우리나라와 미국 교과서 모두 IC 과제와 DA 과제의 구성 비율이 높으며, 우리나라 교과서에 비해 미국 교과서에 제시된 과제의 유형이 더 다양하다. 셋째, 과제의 인지적 노력 수준과 관련하여, 우리나라와 미국 교과서 모두 PNC 과제와 PWC 과제가 대부분을 차지하며, 우리나라의 경우 미국에 비해 구체적인 알고리즘적 절차를 이용하는 수학 과제를 제시하는 비율이 높다. 차이점을 토대로 우리나라 교과서 재구성에 필요한 다음과 같은 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 과제의 구조 및 증명과 추론 유형과 관련하여, 구성의 다양성을 높여야 한다. 둘째, 과제의 인지적 노력 수준과 관련하여, PNC 과제에 대한 편중현상을 완화해야 하며, 과제 유형별 인지적 노력 수준에 대한 재고가 필요하다. 셋째, 과제의 주제 또는 소재와 관련하여, 수학 내적, 외적인 상황과의 연결성이 강화된 과제를 도입할 수 있는 방안의 재고가 필요하다.

Direct-to-consumer genetic testing

  • Direct-to-consumer (DTC) genetic testing is a controversial issue although Korean Government is considering to expand DTC genetic testing. Preventing the exaggeration and abusing of DTC genetic testing is an important task considering the early history of DTC genetic testing in Korea. And the DTC genetic testing performance or method has been rarely reported to the scientific and/or medical community and reliability of DTC genetic testing needs to be assessed. Law enforcement needs to improve these issues. Also principle of transparency needs to be applied.

허리 폄 동작시 발생하는 근육피로 회복시간 연구 (A Study of Trunk Muscle Fatigue and Recovery Time during Isometric Extension Tasks)

  • The purpose of study is to investigate the relationship between the trunk muscle fatigue and recovery time during repetitive extension by using a surface electromyogram(EMG). Ten healthy subjects particioated in a simulated lifting task with five levels of recovery time and three levels of sub-maximal contraction. EMG signals of the L1(Lumbar 1st Vertebrae) and L3(Lumbar 3rd Vertebrae) level of the erector spinae muscle were recorded. and analyzed in terms of MPF(mean power frequency) parameter to quantify the level of muscle fatigue. It was found that MPF significantly (p<0.05) decreased during repetitive extension task at 50% and 75% sub-maximal contractions. Then it took minutes for the trunk muscle to recover from fatigue during 50% sub-maximal contraction. and it took five minutes during 75% sub-maximal contraction. and it took five minutes during 75% sub-maximal contraction. The recovery time estimated by the maximum force needs to be re-evaluated for the trunk muscle to fully recover from fatigue. In conclusion. the work/rest cycle needs to be studied based upon the information of muscle fatigue in order to prevent workers from musculoskeletal injuries during repetitive lifting task.

  • The Systems Engineering, as a methodology for engineering and management of today's ever-growing complex system, is a comprehensive and iterative problem-solving process. The process centers on the analysis and management of the stakeholders'needs throughout the entire Life-cycle of a system and searches for an optimized system architecture. There are many essential needs and requirements to be met when a system development task is carried out. Systems Engineering Management PLan(SEMP), as a specification for system development process, must be established to satisfy constraints and requirements of stakeholders successfully and to prevent cost overrun and schedule delay. The paper suggests a systematic SEMP development process and demonstrates a data model and schema for computer-aided systems engineering software, RDD-100, for use in the development and management of SEMP These are being applied to the systems engineering technology development task for the next-generation high-speed railway systems in progress.

  • Sub-assembly in ship manufacturing is a sequence of filet joint welding of stiffeners on metal panels and the process is different depending on companies. In this paper, we introduce a new intelligent robotic system of the sub-assembly process in Samsung Heavy Industry, where one shift of 22m * 9m workspace includes one to ten panels and each panel includes up to 10 stiffeners. The inherent problems such as several hundreds of different panels, unstructured task environment and the large scale do not allow a fixed automation, but needs highly intelligent versatile automation. The robotic system is composed of four 14DOF macro-mini robots and a task recognition system. Application of this system has verified the task specification such as low temperature environment(-10.deg. C) and productivity is satisfied successfully.

Energy Aware Scheduling of Aperiodic Real-Time Tasks on Multiprocessor Systems

  • Multicore and multiprocessor systems with dynamic voltage scaling architectures are being used as one of the solutions to satisfy the growing needs of high performance applications with low power constraints. An important aspect that has propelled this solution is effective task/application scheduling and mapping algorithms for multiprocessor systems. This work proposes an energy aware, offline, probability-based unified scheduling and mapping algorithm for multiprocessor systems, to minimize the number of processors used, maximize the utilization of the processors, and optimize the energy consumption of the multiprocessor system. The proposed algorithm is implemented, simulated and evaluated with synthetic task graphs, and compared with classical scheduling algorithms for the number of processors required, utilization of processors, and energy consumed by the processors for execution of the application task graphs.

  • 이 논문은 유비쿼터스 환경에서 사용자의 서비스 조합 요구를 만족시키기 위한 오퍼레이션 단위의 태스크 조합 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 서비스 컴포넌트 아키텍처를 따르며 태스크 조합 시 시스템의 자동화를 위해 시맨틱 웹을 활용한다. 또한, 태스크 조합을 지원하기 위한 태스크 온톨로지(universal Task Ontology)에 대해 소개한다. 태스크 온톨로지 u-TO에서는 태스크 간의 계층구조를 표현하고, 태스크를 관점(View)에 따라 분류함으로써 사용자가 보다 쉽게 자신의 태스크를 정의하고 태스크를 수행할 수 있는 오퍼레이션을 검색하고 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.
