소집단의 특성요인과 성과인식에 관한 구조관계 분석 - 라오스 새마을운동에서의 마을개발위원회 사례 - (A Structure Analysis on Relationship Between Small Group Characteristic Factors and Perceived Performance - In Case of the Village Development Committee in Saemaul Movement, Laos -)

  • This paper was done as an exploratory study aiming to identify the relationship between small group characteristic factors and perceived performance in the Village Development Committee (VDC) in Saemaul Undong project in Laos. The data were gathered from 166 members in 17 VDCs in Vientian province, however 135 questionnaires were used in analysis. Structure Equation Model was applied in the analysis with Amos 21. The major finding of this study were as follows; firstly decision making was more influenced by task cohesion than social cohesion, secondly organizational citizen behavior was influenced by both task cohesion and social cohesion. However, social cohesion had more influence than task cohesion, thirdly the VDC members learned their technical knowledge from decision-making process, and influenced to their perceived performance level and to VDC sustainablity, and fourthly in overall, committee members implemented their jobs based on task-oriented.

  • 팀 응집성은 양날의 검처럼 정적 부적 효과가 있다는 논쟁에도 불구하고, 실증 연구들은 팀 응집성의 긍정적 측면을 부각하였다. 본 연구는 팀 응집성을 관계를 강조하는 사회적 응집성과 과업을 강조하는 과업 응집성으로 구분하고, 창의적 긴장에 의해 창출되는 기술혁신 성과를 결과변수로 본다면, 팀 응집성의 정적 부적 효과에 대한 논쟁을 실증적으로 규명할 수 있다고 보았다. 또한 응집성은 동질성을 강조하므로, 다양한 사고를 촉진시키는 팀 창의성 지원 풍토는 사회적 응집성의 부적 효과를 완화시키고, 과업 응집성의 정적 효과를 강화시킬 것으로 보았다. 205개의 신제품개발팀들을 대상으로 설문조사한 결과, 기술혁신 성과에 대해 사회적 응집성의 부적 영향(${\beta}$=-.19, p<.01), 과업 응집성의 정적 영향(${\beta}$=.18, p<.05), 사회적 응집성과 팀 창의성 지원 풍토의 정적 상호작용효과(${\beta}$=.14, p<.10) 및 과업 응집성과 팀 창의성 지원 풍토의 정적 상호작용효과(${\beta}$=.16, p<.05)가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

취업주부가 지각한 가족응집력.적응력 및 가사노동수행방안 (A Study on the family cohesion.adaptability perceived by dual career housewife and household task performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of wives' demographic variables, the family cohesion and adaptability perceived by dual-career wives on household task performance. The subject of this study were 391 employed professional wives working in seoul. Using the questionnary, the data was obtained and the data was analysed by percentile, frequency, ANOVA, multiple regression. The results were as follows. 1) the family cohesion and adaptability scores showed a little higher than those of previous research. Number of children, age of the youngest child and family pattern were statistically significant in the family cohesion, number of children and family pattern were statistically significantly in the family adaptability. 2) The division of housework by family members was influenced by the family adaptability and family pattern. The family cohesion was a significant determinant of the division of housework by husband. The standard of housework was influenced by wives' age, the family cohesion and a housework time.

사용자 인터페이스 품질 향상을 위한 다중 객체 기반 설계 모델 (Multiple Object-Based Design Model for Quality Improvement of User Interface)

  • 웹 환경이 급변함에 따라 인간과 컴퓨터간의 복잡한 상호작용을 지원하기 위한 인터페이스에 대한 설계가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 인터페이스의 품질 향상을 위하여 객체 모델링 기법을 제시한다. 사용자 인터페이스의 가시적 응집도 향상을 위하여 비즈니스 이벤트객체 모델링, 태스크 객체 모델링, 트랜잭션 객체 모델링, 폼 객체 모델링과 같은 4 가지의 비즈니스 이벤트 객체를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 4단계 설계를 통하여 사용자 인터페이스 프로토타입의 가시적 응집도를 향상시킬 수 있다. 이것은 비즈니스 이벤트의 가시적 응집도를 향상시킬 수 있도록 하고, 비숙련된 설계자도 향상된 사용자 인터페이스 프로토타입을 개발할 수 있도록 한다 또한 비즈니스 태스크의 이해도를 증진시키고 프로토타입 시스템 개발 회수를 줄일 수 있다.

유창성 실어증 환자의 이야기 결속표지 사용 특성 (The Characteristics of Cohesion in the Narratives of Fluent Aphasics)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics for cohesion in the narratives of fluent aphasics. Ten fluent aphasics and ten normal adults matched chronological-age and education level with aphasics participated in this study. Story retelling task was given to the participants individually. And all narratives they produced were recorded and transcribed for analysis. The frequency of cohesive markers and the rate of accuracy were analyzed. The result were as follows; (1) The fluent aphasics used cohesive devices significantly less than the normal adult group, and the rate of accuracy of cohesive devices used was lower than the normal adults. (2) Both groups used lexical cohesion more than pro-forms and ellipsis, and the difference of two groups was larger in lexical cohesion than pro-forms and ellipsis. (3) The fluent aphasics used lexical cohesion more accurately than pro-forms and ellipsis but the normal adults used all three cohesive markers accurately. The difference of two groups was large in pro-forms and ellipsis.

스타트업 팀워크와 성과: 과업 갈등과 관계 갈등의 영향을 중심으로 (Startup Teamwork and Performance Research: the Impact of Task Conflict and Relationship Conflict)

  • 스타트업은 공동의 목표를 가지고 소수의 전문가들이 모여서 한정된 자원을 이용하여 창의석인 성과를 달성하는 소규모 조직이다. 실제 스타트업 환경에서 빈번하게 발생하는 갈등을 과업 갈등과 관계 갈등으로 구분하고, 팀워크에 미치는 영향을 긍정과 부정으로 나누어 연구 모형을 설계하였다. 팀워크의 요소로는 의사소통, 협업, 업무조정과 응집력을 설정하였으며 최종적으로 스타트업 팀의 성과에 미치는 개별 구성요소의 영향력을 검증하였다. 스타트업 팀 142개를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 데이터를 수집하고 PLS를 이용하여 통계적으로 분석하였다. 구조모형 검증 결과, 과업 갈등은 팀워크에 긍정적인 영향을, 관계 갈등은 팀워크의 일부 요소에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 팀워크 중 의사소통을 제외한 협업, 업무조정, 응집력은 팀의 성과를 높이는 효과를 가지고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 스타트업 조직의 리더 또는 관리자와 구성원을 위한 조직 운영 방안을 제시하고, 이론적 기여점을 서술하였다.

R&D조직의 창의적 팀 특성이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향 : 창의적 풍토의 매개효과 (The Effects of Team Characteristics on the Innovation Performance in R&D Organizations : The Mediating Effect of Creative Climate)

  • This study aims at analyzing the relationship between team characteristic and innovation performance. The mediating effect of creative climate on the team characteristic and innovation performance is also measured. Based upon literature review, individual creative characteristics, team diversity, team cohesion, task characteristics are presented as antecedents of team characteristic. Creative climate affects the creative behavior and innovative performance. Creative climate is measured as the Team Climate Inventory (TCI) proposed by Anderson & West (1998) including goal, participative-autonomy and innovative-support. Data were collected from 186 survey responses (54 Teams) out of total 462 (69 teams) from the R&D department of a major ICT firm in Korea. Empirical results show the diversity, cohesion, job characteristic, individual creative characteristic have a positive effect on the creative climate and innovation performance. The participative-autonomy climate factor appears to mediate the relationship between team characteristic (diversity, cohesion, job and individual characteristics) and innovation performance. However, the mediating effects of goals and innovative-support factors were not significant statistically. It was confirmed that the organization can contribute to improve the team innovation performance by facilitating a autonomy and participative climate as well as fostering the team characteristic.

추상화 객체의 클러스터링에 의한 가시적 응집도 향상기법 (Visual Cohesion Improvement Technology by Clustering of Abstract Object)

  • 인간과 컴퓨터 사이의 복잡한 상호작용을 지원하기 위해서는 사용자 인터페이스의 설계가 중요하다. 고객의 요구사항을 수집하고 설계하기 위하여 매우 포괄적인 다방면의 지식이 요구된다. 사용자 인터페이스 설계자는 그래픽 전문가, 요구사항 분석가, 시스템 설계자, 프로그래머, 기술 전문가, 사회 행동과학자, 그리고 업무분야에 따라서 그 분야의 전문가를 필요로 한다. 따라서 다방면의 전문성을 만족시킬 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 설계하기 위하여 더 많은 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 필드 추상화 객체, 태스크 추상화 객체, 트랜잭션 추상화 객체, 폼 추상화 객체 등의 4단계의 가시화 기법을 제안한다. 이 모델링 단계는 사용자 인터페이스에서 가시적 응집도를 향상시켜주고, 초보 설계자도 양질의 사용자 인터페이스를 개발할 수 있도록 지원한다.

조직 구성원이 보유한 형식지와 암묵지의 조직소유 인식에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Perception of Organizational Ownership of Explicit and Tacit Knowledge)

  • Today's organizations make every effort to achieve effective knowledge management. under the recognition that knowledge is a powerful. competitive weapon. For knowledge management to be successful, however, not only should knowledge be voluntarily offered by organizational members but also the organizational ownership of knowledge be perceived among members. In this regard. this study explores antecedent factors of organizational ownership of knowledge based on the extension of previous studies. The analysis of two hundred and fifty-five survey data indicates that cohesion of department or team, propensity to share, and task interdependence are significantly related to organizational ownership. The relationship turns out to be stronger with tacit knowledge than with explicit knowledge. Some suggestions are proposed for enhancing effective knowledge management.

Coupling numerical modeling and machine-learning for back analysis of cantilever retaining wall failure

  • In this paper we back-analyze a failure event of a 9 m high concrete cantilever wall subjected to earth loading. Granular soil was deposited into the space between the wall and a nearby rock slope. The wall segments were not designed to carry lateral earth loading and collapsed due to excessive bending. As many geotechnical programs rely on the Mohr-Coulomb (MC) criterion for elastoplastic analysis, it is useful to apply this failure criterion to the concrete material. Accordingly, the back-analysis is aimed to search for the suitable MC parameters of the concrete. For this study, we propose a methodology for accelerating the back-analysis task by automating the numerical modeling procedure and applying a machine-learning (ML) analysis on FE model results. Through this analysis it is found that the residual cohesion and friction angle have a highly significant impact on model results. Compared to traditional back-analysis studies where good agreement between model and reality are deemed successful based on a limited number of models, the current ML analysis demonstrate that a range of possible combinations of parameters can yield similar results. The proposed methodology can be modified for similar calibration and back-analysis tasks.
