단일체계설계를 활용한 알코올남용 인센티브치료 효과성 연구 (Effectiveness of Incentive-Therapy to Alcohol Abuser Using Single System Design)

  • 본 연구는 행동심리학의 견고한 이론적 기반을 가지고 북미에서 약물남용자에게 효과성이 실증적으로 입증된 접근방법인 인센티브치료를 국내 지역사회기관에서 두 명의 알코올남용클라이언트에게 실시하고 그 효과성을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한 탐색적 조사이다. 이를 위해 ABA단일체계설계를 활용하여 총 12주간의 기초선 단계, 인센티브치료 개입단계, 개입철회단계동안 표적행동으로 클라이언트의 음주여부를 음주측정기로 측정하였다. 시행결과 음주사용의 감소가 인센티브치료 개입단계 중반 무렵부터 발생하였다. 개입철회단계에서는 한 사례의 경우 다시 음주가 시작된 반면, 또 한 사례에서는 단주가 유지되어 일관된 결과를 발견할 수 없었다. 하지만 인센티브치료는 알코올남용자의 단주에 대한 동기를 유발시켜 지속적인 심리사회적 상담 및 사회복지개입의 기회를 제공한다는 점에서 지역사회에서 실행가능성이 높은 방법임이 제시되었다.

또래관계 개선 프로그램 적용에 대한 단일대상연구 (Single Subject Study Intervening Peer Relationship Program)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the Peer Relationship Program on the school adjustment of Ha-nul with the school maladjustment by peer problems. To achieve this purpose, single subject pretest-pottiest design was implemented for Ha-nul with school maladjustment in the third grade of the elementary school. As for the testing period of this study, this program was carried out one time a week for 10 weeks from Sept 11, 2006 to Oct 13, 2006. Each test lasted for $40{\sim}60$ minutes. To find out changes in the school adjustment of the subject child, the progress in change before and after tests was comparatively analyzed through a Likert-type three-step evaluation scale and presented as tables and graphs regarding the target behavior table. And the school adjustability was calculated in terms of percentage and presented as tables and bar graphs through a Likert-type four-step evaluation scale. Change in the subject Ha-nul's behavior, which was shown in test scenes, was observed and recorded and then Qualitatively analyzed. The following conclusions were drawn from the results of this study: First, the Peer relationship improvement program was effective in the positive influence to the relationship between a teacher in charge and Ha-nul with the school maladjustment This program made a confidence and increased the ability to express one's own ideas and feelings to others. Second, the Peer relationship improvement program was effective in the positive influence to the relationship between schoolfellows and Ha-nul with the school maladjustment This program provided the opportunities to get along with peers naturally and the abilities of a mutual understanding. Third, the Peer relationship improvement program was effective in the partially positive influence to Ha-nul with the school maladjustment. Fourth, the Peer relationship improvement program was effective in the positive influence to follow the school rules by experiencing a role, concession and fairness through the various activities. Fifth, the Peer relationship improvement program was effective in the positive influence to take part in the school event with a self-confidence and cooperation with peers through the various activities.

다문화가족지원센터 종사자의 가족영역 지원 사업 인식 및 가족생활주기별 다문화가족 프로그램 필요도에 관한 연구 (Multicultural Family Support Center Staff's Perceptions on Family Programs and Needs of Multicultural Family Programs based on the Family Life Cycle)

  • Multicultural Family Support Centers (MFSC) have provided five program areas including family, gender equality, human rights, social integration, and counseling since 2015. It is important to examine the MFSC staff's perceptions of the family programs and program needs for multicultural families to improve the effectiveness of these programs. In this study, we aim to explore the staff's perceptions of the family programs and to assess multicultural family program needs based on the family life cycle. A total of 130 MFSC staff were recruited through 128 MFSCs across Korea. Descriptive statistics were conducted for data analysis. Our findings revealed that MFSC staff have increasingly recognized that their target audiences are not only marriage immigrants and their families but also foreign workers' families and families from North Korea. In addition, the MFSC staff identified the importance of family programs instead of only programs for individual family members and multicultural families' different program needs based on their family life cycle. Contrary to the positive perception of the family programs, they described challenges of the family programs including a shortage of funds, difficulty recruiting family member combinations (e.g., couples, parent-child) for family programs, a lack of a program manual, and a heavy workload. This study provides insights into the family programs including their development and delivery.

국내 우울증 평가도구 타당화 연구의 체계적 고찰-진단적 타당성을 중점으로 : 한국형 우울 선별 도구 개발을 위한 예비 연구 (A Systematic Review of Validation Studies on Depression Rating Scales in Korea, with a Focus on Diagnostic Validity Information : Preliminary Study for Development of Korean Screening Tool for Depression)

  • Reliable and valid diagnostic screening tools in the primary care setting enable accurate estimation of depression in individuals at risk or in need of treatment, and provide patients with an opportunity to receive optimal treatments. Although there have been extensive studies on screening tools for depression used in domestic mental health settings, there is little consideration and lack of a thorough review of the diagnostic validity of screening tools. In the current review, we selected 13 representative screening tools for depression which were evaluated in a total of 19 validation studies conducted in Korea. We summarized DSM-5 target domains, diagnostic indices, sensitivity, specificity, cut-off scores, and diagnostic validity information for each tool. Finally, the depression measurement expert group was constituted to evaluate the current status of screening tools for depression, and their recommendations for a new screening tool were summarized. This study was conducted as part of the Mental Health Technology Development project to develop the Korean screening tool for depression (K-DEP).

간질아동에게 제공된 심리사회적 중재의 효과에 대한 연구동향: Systematic Review (Trends of Research on the Effects of Psychosocial Intervention for Children with Epilepsy: Systematic Review)

  • 목적 본 연구는 간질 아동에게 제공된 심리사회적 중재들의 효과에 대한 연구동향을 밝혀 추후 간질아동을 위한 간호중재의 기초자료로 활용하기 위함이다. 방법 PRISMA 문헌선택 흐름도에 따라 데이터베이스(Ovid-MEDLINE, EMBASE, PubMed, CINAHL, The Cochrane library, KMbase, and Koreamed)를 통해 454개의 논문들이 검색되었고 선정 및 제외기준에 의해 7개의 논문이 최종적으로 선택되었다. 2명의 연구자가 분석에 포함된 모든 연구를 독립적으로 검토하였고, 방법론적인 질 평가를 위해 코크란의 Risk of Bias 도구와 국내의 Risk of Bias Assessment tool for Non-randomized Study 도구를 이용하였다. 결과 중재 전략의 형태는 4가지로 분류되었다: 교육; 상담; 인지행동치료; 신체활동. 중재의 목표들은 매우 다양하였다. 결론 각각의 중재들은 간질관련 건강 결과에 부분적으로 긍정적인 효과를 보여주었지만 불충분한 중재 정보, 타당도가 떨어지는 결과 측정법, 적은 표본 수, 연구 설계의 제한점과 같은 방법론적인 약점들이 있었다.

다문화교육의 규범적 방향 모색 (A Study on Multi-cultural Education and Its Normative Orientation)

  • Multi-culturalization in our society may be the cause of many problems, but if appropriately dealt with, diversity brought on by multi-culturalization could resolve chronic abuses in education and create a new culture, thereby contributing greatly to national development. The purpose of this study was to examine the current research on multi-cultural education and to provide a normative orientation to multi-cultural education. The literature research was conducted between March 2008 and September 2009. The followings are the findings of this study. First, the results reveal that the appropriate target of a multi-cultural society should not be assimilation, but rather, multi-culturalism. Multi-culturalism has greater adaptability, and the key lies in its respect for human rights, its strengthening of multi-cultural capacity, and its consideration for the minority by moving toward corporate multi-culturalism that aims for equality in results. Second, the first form of multi-cultural education emphasizes neutrality and argues that it is the best way to respect different cultures. This form of multi-cultural education emphasizes neutrality toward "sameness." In this context, sameness means equality of the rights of human beings. The other form of multi-cultural education emphasizes diversity and argues that it is the best way to respect different cultures. It focuses on the recognition of particularity. But it reveals its shortcomings when it excludes interaction not only between an individual and the culture, but also between the insider and outsider of the culture and its social institutions. Thus, multi-cultural education for mutual understanding is suggested. Third, it has been found that pure homogeneous nationalism must be destroyed, but nationalism needs to transform itself rather than be abolished in a globalized and multi-cultural society. Moreover, on behalf of pursuing open nationalism, the self-transformation of nationalism is advisable, in order to for it to overcome its antagonistic and exclusive nature.

성매매 여성의 외상 경험과 이성 관계 집착 (Traumatic Experience and the obsessive behaviors in romantic relationship of Female Sex Workers)

  • 본 연구는 성매매 여성의 이성 관계 집착 양상을 일반 여성과 비교한 후 매매 아동기 외상 및 성매매 중 외상 경험이 이성 관계 집착에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 성매매 여성 및 일반 여성 각 42명이었다. 연구 결과, 성매매 여성은 일반 여성에 비해 이성 관계 집착 중 외로움, 질투, 과민함에서는 차이가 없었으나 거절에 대한 두려움과 의심이 유의하게 높았다. 또한 성매매 여성의 경우 성매매중의 외상 경험은 이성 관계 집착과 상관이 없었으나, 아동기 외상은 이성 관계 집착과 관련성이 있었고 특히 방임 및 가족 내 비밀은 이성 관계 집착과 행동과 유의한 관련성이 높았다. 일반 여성의 경우 아동기 외상이 이성 관계 집착과 유의미한 상관이 있었으며 가족 내 비밀과 신체 학대가 이성 관계 집착과 유의미한 상관을 보였다. 마지막으로 회귀 분석결과, 일반 여성의 경우는 아동기 외상 중 신체적 학대가 이성 관계 집착에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 성매매 여성의 경우는 방임이란 아동기 외상요인이 이성관계 집착에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났다.

Assessment of Tobacco Habits, Attitudes, and Education Among Medical Students in the United States and Italy: A Cross-sectional Survey

  • Objectives: Medical students represent a primary target for tobacco cessation training. This study assessed the prevalence of medical students' tobacco use, attitudes, clinical skills, and tobacco-related curricula in two countries, the US and Italy, with known baseline disparities in hopes of identifying potential corrective interventions. Methods: From September to December 2013, medical students enrolled at the University of Bologna and at Brown University were recruited via email to answer survey questions assessing the prevalence of medical students' tobacco use, attitudes and clinical skills related to patients' smoking, and elements of medical school curricula related to tobacco use. Results: Of the 449 medical students enrolled at Brown and the 1426 enrolled at Bologna, 174 Brown students (38.7%) and 527 Bologna students (36.9%) participated in this study. Italian students were more likely to smoke (29.5% vs. 6.1%; p<0.001) and less likely to receive smoking cessation training (9.4% vs. 80.3%; p<0.001) than their American counterparts, even though the majority of students in both countries desired smoking cessation training (98.6% at Brown, 85.4% at Bologna; p<0.001). Additionally, negative beliefs regarding tobacco usage, the absence of formal training in smoking cessation counseling, and a negative interest in receiving specific training on smoking cessation were associated with a higher risk of not investigating a patient's smoking status during a routine history and not offering tobacco cessation treatment to patients. Conclusions: Medical curricula on tobacco-related health hazards and on smoking cessation should be mandatory in order to reduce smoking among medical students, physicians, and patients, thereby improving tobacco-related global health.

유아교사의 감정노동과 직무소진에 있어 목표중심 자기조절의 완충역할에 대한 융합연구 (Convergence Study on the Relationship between Emotional Labor and Burnout in Early Childhood Teachers : The Buffering Effect of Goal-Focused Self-Regulation)

  • 본 연구는 감정노동, 직무소진, 목표중심 자기조절 간의 관계에 초점을 둔 대상별 복지 융합연구의 일환으로, 유아교사의 감정노동이 직무소진에 미치는 영향과 이러한 영향이 목표중심 자기조절에 의해 완충되는지의 여부를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 보육교사 231명을 대상으로 감정노동, 직무소진, 목표중심 자기조절에 관한 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 자료분석을 위해서는 SPSS(PASW) 18.0과 SPSS용 PROCESS Macro를 사용하여 동시입력방식의 조절회귀분석이 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 첫째, 감정노동 수준이 증가할수록 유아교사의 직무소진도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 목표중심 자기조절의 경우 감정노동이 직무소진에 미치는 부정적 영향을 완충함으로써 보호기능을 발휘하였다. 이에 본 연구는 유아교사 정신건강 관리의 중요성과 자기조절과 같은 내적자원 개발지원의 필요성을 제안한다.

양육시설 아동을 위한 보편적 긍정적 행동지원 모형개발 (Development of Positive Behavior Support Model for Children in Child Care Institution)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 양육시설 아동을 위한 보편적 긍정적 행동지원 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 55명의 양육시설 종사자 직원을 대상으로 PBS에 관한 요구도를 조사한 결과, 응답자의 76%가 문제행동 예방에 PBS가 필요하며, 인성교육의 대안이라고 응답하였고, 70% 정도가 시설에서 PBS를 운영해 볼 생각이 있다고 응답하였다. 구체적인 모형을 구성해보면, 준비단계에서는 PBS 팀 구성 및 직원교육, 기대행동선정, 현재 행동의 기초선 측정, 보편적 PBS환경을 구축하기를 제안한다. 실행단계에서는 사회적 기술교수, 강화실시하기, 자기행동 목표정하기와 행동점검, 문제행동학생지도, 모니터링 방안을 포함한다. 마지막으로 중재/전-후-유지기 간의 목표행동 변화측정, 사회기술 및 학업성취도 변화, 사회적 타당도 등을 측정하는 효과평가단계를 제안한다. 이 모형을 양육시설 아동들을 대상으로 적용함으로써 문제행동의 감소, 바람직한 행동의 증진과 동시에 아동들을 지도하는 종사자들의 효능감도 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
