  • This study is to find out the definition of the science of architecture which agree with the ideal of architecture form the roots of Lao-tsus Tao-te-ching. The science of architecture is that of which the architect wants to realise the ideal of architecture in the realities of life. Lao-tsu says that the roots of man and universe is nothing and doing of nothing. Nothing makes sense with constant-nothing and constant-existance, and is named with bright. And becomes the light. We can say that the definition of the science of architecture of nothing. And architecture of nothing is the foundation of the architecture for man. When the architecture of nothing for man agrees with the realities, the action becomes doing of nothing. And it is the very architecture of doing of nothing.

  • In this paper I study the theoretical characteristic of 'Tao' based on Confucianism. Tao, the most widely used keyword in the history of East Asian philosophy, has amassed ever-greater variety of meaning as time has passed and schools divided into more subdivided schools. Among the many attributes of Tao, the most important thing I think is that Tao has a dual structure between 'Tao' and 'Way'. Somewhere to be reached is called 'Tao', and the pathway that leads to the destination is called 'Way'. In other words, 'Tao' is existence itself, and 'Way' is type of existence. 'Tao' can be goal, and 'Way' can be process. 'Tao' has originality, continuance, and honesty as its own traits, while 'Way' has humanity, practice, and dailiness as its traits. After all, in a broad sense, Tao has a dual structure between the existence and the type of existence; 'Tao' and 'Way'. Many philosophers in Western society have also paid attention to this Tao trait. Among them, Heidegger gave his opinion that is closest to the East Asians. I want to explain why the human beings are the existence on the pathway through this paper. The existence(Tao) and the type of existence(Way) cannot be separated. So, there cannot be existence without type, and type of non-existence is useless. From this point of view, 'Tao' can be both existence and type of existence.

  • A human being makes a constant effort to find out what he really is. We try to do a great deal in self-culture to know his own self-nature with miscellaneous ways as Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism. When we are faced with a difficult problem in life, We utilize own knowledge and wisdom to solve them. Thus there are many result of answer what self-confidence is throughout the devoting oneself to the study of man's life which is expressed poetry and prose. We can see the aspect of liberty life in their poetry and prose which is escaping from their restraints as they are willing to find out their own self-nature and want to attain a state of perfect self-nature in every day life. And they are anxious to be born again in spiritual value and to be a man in liberty with removing the narrow-mindedness, the stupidity, the anger and the absolute ego in their mind. That's what we are want to achieve man's purpose understanding of the human being's life. Here, I have a good such example who is Tao yuan ming. It is not easy to give up fame and wealth for maintaining his doctrines. So We have a high regard for this wisdom between entering into politics and withdrawing from his office. It needs a self-conquest and more courage than entering into politics. Retiring from his office, he returns to the place where is native place everything lives and let live without moral pressure in daily life. Because there is real liberty life and immutable truths.

  • It is easy to overlook osteochondral lesions (OCLs) of the ankle in patients with chronic lower limb pain, such as complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) or thromboangiitis obliterans (TAO, Buerger's disease). A 57-year-old woman diagnosed with type 1 CRPS, and a 58-year-old man, diagnosed with TAO, complained of tactile and cold allodynia in their lower legs. After neurolytic lumbar sympathethic ganglion block and titration of medications for neuropathic pain, each subject could walk without the aid of crutches. However, they both complained of constant pain on the left ankle during walking. Focal tenderness was noted; subsequent imaging studies revealed OCLs of her talus and his distal tibia, respectively. Immediately after percutaneous osteoplasties, the patients could walk without ankle pain. It is important to consider the presence of a hidden OCL in chronic pain patients that develop weight-bearing pain and complain of localized tenderness on the ankle.

  • This paper is written in order to investigate how Lee Je-Ma changed traditional Zhu Xi's philosophical view on Way(Tao; 道) Virtue(De: 德) Nature(Xing;性) and Imperative(Ming; 命), which was general concepts of his contemporary age, to practical philosophy and created new medical theories of Sasang(4 symbols) science from it. Lee emphasized the true thing which is able to be done in one's living not the concepts of Sasang. So he induced the concepts of Way and Virtue from the easy and simple way(易簡之道) in the Classic of Changes(I'Ching) for the purpose of practice by anyone. Because Nature and Imperative are derived from Way and Virtue in the context logically, human life is virtual in itself, so the substance of Nature and Imperative became equal with Way and Virtue. Herein the names and concepts of original 'Sasang' were substituted to Business(事), Mind(心), Body(身), Thing(物) which is able to be directly related with human being in his daily life. And he explained variously about the responses of Mind and Body of individuals onto Business and Thing. So it could be applied in medical aspects like emotional, symptomatical, characteristic features. Conclusively man is virtual being, so Nature and Imperative in the level of Human being are based on Way and Virtue in the level of Heaven. For that reason the new concepts of Sasang Business. Mind. Body Thing or Heaven. Human. Nature and Imperative were proposed.

  • ${\ll}$Hua shu${\gg}$ is one of the Taoist scriptures written by Tan qiao, a taoist in the late Tang dynasty. The logical structure of his scriptures is very complicated, and its content is profound though it has few pages. To understand ${\ll}$Hua shu${\gg}$ precisely the key words which appear in the Taoism scriptures have been examined. The most important words are: 'Tao', 'Emptiness', 'Shape', and 'Variation'. Tan qiao tried to explain nature, human, and society changes by using these key words, and also asserted that humans can affect their change; we slow our aging, more or less; we prevent our society from its decay and make it stable, more or less. Tan qiao asserted the autonomous feature of humans in ${\ll}$Hua shu${\gg}$ which shows how man manages his own life rather than being stuck in his destiny. This goes the same for society. "One's destiny is not fixed but changeable through his efforts". In Taoism, humans are not beings who have no chance to make change other than living their given destinies but are autonomous. This is again what the Taoist Tan qiao wanted to make clear.

  • Chuy$\check{o}$k and Naeky$\check{o}$ng which are the foundations for oriental philosophy and oriental medicine respectively have had a great influence on Oriental ideas for several thou s and years. On this study is focused on the comparative study about the two. And the results are as follows; 1. Chuy$\check{o}$k and Naeky$\check{o}$ng agree with respect to the relationship between Nature and Man, They both insist that everything should come into being through collaboration between Heaven and Earth and that Man is the noblest among them. 2. Though Chuy$\check{o}$k and Naeky$\check{o}$ng agree in regard to the authority of Man's nobility, the one stands on the opinion that Man is noble because of 'Tao'(道), while the other maintains that Man is precious because he is created and changed according to the principle of the Universe. 3. There is a slight difference between Chuy$\check{o}$k and Naeky$\check{o}$ng in the principle of Yin and Yang, and the live elements of the Chinese cosmogony. Chuy$\check{o}$k explains the change and development of everything on the basis of the principle of Yin and Yang, and make no concrete mention of the five elements of the Chinese cosmogony. While Naeky$\check{o}$ng applys the principle of Yin and Yang and the five elements of the Chinese cosmogony to the human body. 4. Though Chuy$\check{o}$k contains little knowledge of the inside of the human body in the anatomical matters, it includes some informations of the outside of the human body. But the basic physiological informations had already existed at the time. 5. Regarding the way of life cultivation. Chuy$\check{o}$k and Naeky$\check{o}$ng concurs. The two books advise to avoid unsuitable meal, overdrinking, inappropriate residence and so forth for the sake of good health. They make much of the mental harmony and maintain the accommodation to the change of Nature to keep a sound mind and body.

  • Current risk assessment of Spent Nuclear Fuel (SNF) transportation has the problem of the incomplete risk factors consideration and the general particle diffusion model utilization. In this paper, the accident frequency calculation and the detailed simulation of the accident consequences are coupled by the integrated risk assessment method. The "man-machine-environment" three-dimensional comprehensive risk indicator system is established and quantified to characterize the frequency of the transportation accidents. Consideration of vegetation, building and turbulence effect, the standard k-ε model is updated to simulate radioactive consequence of leakage accidents under complex terrain. The developed method is applied to assess the risk of the leakage accident in the scene of the typical domestic SNF Road Transportation (SNFRT). The critical risk factors and their impacts on the dispersion of the radionuclide are obtained.

  • Purpose: To investigate the association of IL-17F rs763780T>C with cancer risk. Materials and Methods: We searched the Cochrane Central Library, PubMed, MEDLINE, EMBASE, CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) and WangFang databases until May 2014 for a meta-analysis conducted using RevMan 5.2 software. Results: A total of ten papers were included into this meta analysis, involving 3, 336 cases and 4, 217 healthy people. There were no significant differences on association of IL-17F rs763780T>C polymorphism with cancer risk except in the CC vs TT genetic model. Although the the risk in the gastric cancer group is higher than that in control group, there were no significant differences on the association of IL-17F rs763780T>C polymorphism with other cancers. Conclusions: Our meta analysis reveal the IL-17A rs763780T>C gene polymorphism is involved in risk of gastric cancer but not other tumor types.
