  • 본 논문은 임의의 입력지연을 갖는 Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) 퍼지 시스템의 관측기 기반 출력궤환 제어 시스템을 논의한다. 설계된 연속시간 T-S 퍼지 관측기 시스템을 영차의 샘플/홀드 함수를 이용하여 이산시간 관측기를 설계한다. 이때 플랜트와 관측기의 출력에러가 제어기를 통하여 궤환되기 때문에 이산화 과정에서 발생한 에러를 보정할 수 있다. 여기에서 시스템의 제어 입력은 임의로 변화하는 유한개의 상태를 갖는 마코프 확률과정으로 표현한다. 생성된 시스템의 확률적 안정 가능성 조건은 선형 행렬 부등식의 형태로 표현한다. 이러한 결과를 2자유도 헬리콥터의 모델에 대한 모의실험을 통하여 효용성을 확인한다.

  • 본 논문은 시간지연을 갖는 이산 비선형 시스템에 대한 점근적 안정화 및 $H_{\infty}$ 성능을 갖는 퍼지 제어기 설계 방법을 제안한다. 시간지연을 갖는 이산 Takagi-Sugeno 퍼지 모델에 대한 점근적 안정화 및 $H_{\infty}$ 성능을 만족하는 제어기 존재조건을 선형행렬부등식으로 나타낸다. 리아프노프 함수에 조정파라미터를 도입함으로써 제어기 존재조건을 조정파라미터를 포함하는 선형행렬 부등식으로 나타낸다. 선형행렬부등식에 있는 조정 파라미터를 조정함으로써 시스템의 응답속도 및 오버슈트 등의 동적 성능을 개선시킬 수 있다.

  • In the construction of successful fuzzy models and/or controllers for nonlinear systems, the identification of a good fuzzy inference system is an important yet difficult problem, which is traditionally accomplished by a time-consuming trial-and-error process. In this paper, we propose a systematic identification procedure for complex multi-input single-output nonlinear systems with DNA coding method. A DNA coding method is optimization algorithm based on biological DNA as conventional genetic algorithms(GAs) are. The strings in the DNA coding method are variable-length strings, while standard GAs work with a fixed-length coding scheme. the DNA coding method is well suited to learning because it allows a flexible representation of a fuzzy inference system. We also propose a new coding method fur applying the DNA coding method to the identification of fuzzy models. This coding scheme can effectively represent the zero-order Takagi-Sugeno(TS) fuzzy model. To acquire optimal TS fuzzy model with higher accuracy and economical size, we use the DNA coding method to optimize the parameters and the number of fuzzy inference system. In order to demonstrate the superiority and efficiency of the proposed scheme, we finally show its application to a Duffing-forced oscillation system.

  • This paper presents the stability analysis and design for a sampled-data fuzzy control system with neutral type of time delay, which is formed by a nonlinear plant and a sampled-data fuzzy controller connected in a closed loop. The sampling activity and neutral type of time delay will complicate the system dynamics and make the stability analysis much more difficult than that for a pure continuous-time fuzzy control system. Based on the fuzzy-model-based control approach, LMI(linear matrix inequality)-based stability conditions are derived to guarantee the nonlinear networked system stability. An application example will be given to show the merits and design a procedure of the proposed approach.

L-gained State Feedback Control for Continuous Fuzzy Systems with Time-Delay (시간 지연 연속 시간 퍼지 시스템에 대한 L-이득값 상태 궤환 제어)

  • This paper introduces a $L_{\infty}$-gain state feedback fuzzy controller design for the time delay nonlinear system represented by Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy model. First, the T-S fuzzy model is employed to represent the time delay nonlinear system. Next based on the fuzzy model, a fuzzy state feedback controller is developed to achieve $L_{\infty}$-gain performance. Finally, sufficient conditions are derived for $L_{\infty}$-gain performance. The sufficient conditions are formulated in the format of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The effectiveness of the proposed controller design methonology is finally demonstrated through numerical simulations.

  • We represent an efficient intelligent digital redesign method for a Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy system. intelligent digital redesign means that an existing analog fuzzy-model-based controller converts to equivalent digital counter part in the sense of state-matching. The proposed method performs previous work, moreover, it allows to matching the states of the overall closed-loop T-S fuzzy system with the predesigned analog fuzzy-model-based controller. And the problem of stability represent convex optimization problem and cast into linear matrix inequality (LMI) framework. This method applies to the helicopter systems which are the nonlinear plant and determine the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • This paper presents an experiment study on the control of a rotary-type inverted pendulum based on the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model approach. A sufficient condition for stability of the T-S fuzzy control system is given via linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). State-feedback controllers for sub-systems are designed from the sufficient condition via change of variables which is one of the popular LMI techniques. Experimental results on a rotary-type inverted pendulum control show the feasibility of the T-S fuzzy model-based control method.

  • This paper proposes a stability condition in discrete-time affine Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems with parametric uncertainties and then, introduces the design method of a fuzzy-model-based controller which guarantees the stability. The analysis is based on Lyapunov functions that are continuous and piecewise quadratic. The search for a piecewise quadratic Lyapunov function can be represented in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs).

  • In this paper, a control technique of Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy systems with parametric uncertainties is developed. The uncertain TS fuzzy system is represented as an uncertain multiple linear system. The control problem of TS fuzzy system is converted into the stabilization problem of a uncertain multiple linear system. A sufficient condition for robust stabilization is obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMI). A Design example is illustrated to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
