This study was conducted to identify the conceptual definition and attributes of nurses' Tae-um based on the conceptual analysis method of Walker and Avant. The attributes of nurses' Tae-um were derived from the organizational culture, inexperienced new nurses that are victims, senior nurses that are perpetrators, alteration of teaching, verbal and physical violence experiences, and psychological and physical symptoms. The antecedents were due to excessive work, high work intensity, job stress, lack of workforce, poor working environment, lack of job ability of new nurses, organizational hierarchy, and power imbalance. Moreover, the consequences were physical and psychological symptoms, decreased efficiency, increased distrust, increased turnover intention, and decreased quality of patient care. Improvements of working conditions and social supports for expanding nursing staff and building a culture in which communication and mutual cooperation are used to solve the antecedents of Tae-um among nurses is necessary. This study suggests the need for more qualitative research on Tae-um in nurses, the development of tools that reflect the attributes of Tae-um in nurses, and the development of a program to improve the culture of Tae-um in nurses. This study is significant in that it provides a rationale for development of an adaptation program for new nurses by suggesting the antecedents of Tae-um and solutions for it.

This study is a qualitative study to understand the meaning and essential structure of the experiences of Tae-um (Workplace bullying) experienced in hospital organizations for nurses. The participants were interviewed by selecting 10 persons who agreed to participate in the research through SNS in the workplace with the cooperation of the hospital. The collected data were analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological method. As a result of the study, Tae-um in the hospital organization of clinical nurses was divided into 4 categories(Taking the terrible first step, A series of hardships that never end, Hang on to myself, Wings flight of for adaptation) and 16 It was derived from themes. In conclusion, it was confirmed that Tae-um, not only new nurses, but even nurses who have accumulated careers, are still in progress, so they are adapting to the difficult hospital organization. Therefore, if a psychological support program for nurses is introduced, it will contribute to solving the Tae-um problem and establishing an organizational culture where nurses are respected.

Objectives: In order to investigate personality of oriental medical students by MMPI elementarily. Methods: This study was done by comparing the score of MMPI and Sasang questionnaire. The scores of MMPI and Sasang were verified by examination of T-test and Tukey's HSD Procedure. Results: 1. According to comparison between male and female, there is no meaning. But between unmarried group and married group, there is a difference of MMPI T-scores for L, K-scale significantly. 2. In the distinction of sex and marriage between A group and B group, the MMPI T-scores of male and unmarried group have more significance on the various scale. 3. According to comparative anaylsis of MMPI and Sasang questionnaire, Um group(Tae-um, So-um group) showed significant results in D(Depression), PT(Psychasthenia), SI(Social Introversion) scales of the MMPI. 4. In comparison between the temperament of Sasang and analysis of MMPI profile, Tae-um and So-um groups showed many similarities. Conclusion: According to the above results, it is considered that MMPI can be applied to classification of constitution.

We injection molded a plate with micro surface features including micro prizms & micro channels patterns on its surface and investigated the replication of the micro features depending on the mold temperature which is one of typical process parameters. The size of the patterns were 8um, 10um, 15um of prizm features & 15um, 30um, 45um of channel features. The size of the plate is about $400mm{\times}400mm$ and the thickness is 1mm of plate. the repliction of the mucro features turned out to depend on the mold temperature and also the location on the plate. The pressure and the feature of the melt in the cavity were also measured in real-time for the investigation on the micro feature replication.

A road surface temperature prediction model (UM-Road) using input data of the Unified Model (UM) output and road physical properties is developed and verified with the use of the observed data at road weather information system. The UM outputs of air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, downward shortwave radiation, net longwave radiation, precipitation and the road properties such as slope angles, albedo, thermal conductivity, heat capacity at maximum 7 depth are used. The net radiation is computed by a surface radiation energy balance, the ground heat flux at surface is estimated by a surface energy balance based on the Monin-Obukhov similarity, the ground heat transfer process is applied to predict the road surface temperature. If the observed road surface temperature exists, the simulated road surface temperature is corrected by mean bias during the last 24 hours. The developed UM-Road is verified using the observed data at road side for the period from 21 to 31 March 2013. It is found that the UM-Road simulates the diurnal trend and peak values of road surface temperature very well and the 50% (90%) of temperature difference lies within ${\pm}1.5^{\circ}C$ (${\pm}2.5^{\circ}C$) except for precipitation case.

Childhood obesity leads to adult obesity in case of failure of obesity treatment in childhood. It has been reported recently that the various risk factors that cause childhood obesity may lead to diabetes and arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease in adulthood, thus the treatment of childhood obesity is more important. Sasang Typology advocated by the Korean traditional medical doctor in the late Joseon Dynasty, Je-Ma Lee (李濟馬), separated into four types of human constitution. It is known that Tae-Eum type (太陰人) is likely to be obese compared with other constitutions. This study examined the effects that influence on indicators related obesity and metabolic diseases through conducting aquatic application program at Tae-Eum type children who are severely obese (BMI > 30) during 12 weeks. Moreover, this study investigated the herbal prescriptions for obesity of Tae-Eum type (太陰人).

Studies on alternative energy have been carried out for many decades because of the accelerated exhaustion of fuel. While the efficacy of solar cells is still low in comparison with that of nuclear power, solar cells have been highlighted as potential sources of alternative energy because they are environmentally friendly and have a source of unlimited energy, namely, the sun. In this study, the optimum efficiency of solar cells was simulated as a function of the incident angle of sunlight and the geometric shapes of patterns using MATLAB and MathCAD software. The foremost efficiency of the solar cell was found to be 1.10 when the thickness and width of the patterns were in the range 25-$50{\mu}m$ and 50-$100{\mu}m$, respectively. To achieve the 25 um thick layer, 100,000 cps silver paste and 500 um orifice tip has been successfully implemented with Micro-Dispensing Deposition Writing.

현재의 소자간 연결을 위해 사용되는 금속배선 PCB의 한계로 인해 보다 고속/대용량의 광PCB가 크게 각광받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 광PCB와 소자간의 전기적 연결을 위해 사용되는 솔더 범프를 전도성 에폭시를 사용하여 마이크로 머시닝 공정을 통해 구현하고 제작된 솔더 범프의 I-V 특성을 살펴보았다. 제작된 100 um $\times$ 100 um $\times$ 25 um 와 300 um $\times$ 300 um $\times$ 25 um 의 샘플에서 각각 30 m$\Omega$과 90m$\Omega$의 전기저항을 얻을 수 있었다. 이를 통해 향후 센서및 엑츄에이터 시스템과 광 MEMS 등의 여러 분야에서 전도성 에폭시 솔더 범프를 이용하여 우수한 성능의 플립칩 본딩을 구현할 수 있을 것이다.

This paper presents high efficiency 5A synchronous DC-DC buck converter. The proposed DC-DC buck converter works from 4.5V to 18V input voltage range, and provides up to 5A of continuous output current and output voltage adjustable down to 0.8V. This chip is packaged MCP(multi-chip package) with control chip, top side P-CH switch, and bottom side N-CH switch. This chip is designed in a 25V high voltage CMOS 0.35um technology. It has a maximum power efficiency of up to 94% and internal 3msec soft start and fixed 500KHz PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) operations. It also includes cycle by cycle current limit function, short and thermal shutdown protection circuit at 150℃. This chip size is 2190um*1130um includes scribe lane 10um.

Objectives : The purpose of this research was physiological activities and investigate cytotoxicity of Sunbanghwalmyung-um extract. Methods : Physiological activity and a cytotoxicity were examined through the hot water and ethanol extracts from Sunbanghwalmyung-um and its ingredient. Results : The electron donating ability(EDA) was 66.9%, 71.3% in 1000 ppm water extract and ethanol extract. Above 90% from 1000 ppm ethanol extract showed a higher activities and it is Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Lonicerae Flos, Gleditsiae Spina, Glycyrrhizae Radix, Myrrh. SOD-like activity was weak as 12.24%, 16.62% in 700 ppm. In water and ethanol extracts cytotoxicity were against G361, B16F10, MDA, A549, high cytotoxity over 70%. Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Gleditsiae Spina, Trichosanthis Radix, Paeoniae Radix Rubra showed high cytotoxicity in water and ethanol extracts. Conclusions : We observed physiological activities and investigated cytotoxicity of Sunbanghwalmyung-um and its ingredients. The results also demonstrated in food or cosmetic industry.
