선형 공정계획 모델의 액티비티 관계의 경계조건 분석 (Analysis of Boundary Conditions for Activities' Relationships in Linear Scheduling Model)

  • 국내 일부 건설사는 초고층 건축공사와 같이 반복 공종이 많은 건축물에 일종의 선형 공정계획인 택트 공정계획을 수립하고 수행하고 있다. 선형 공정계획 모델(Linear Scheduling Model: LSM)은 작업 공간과 시간의 정보를 제공하는 시각적 도구로써 연구가 되어왔다. CPM 네트워크 공정표의 구속조건(종료 후 종료, 시작 후 종료, 종료 후 시작, 시작 후 시작)과 마찬가지로 선형계획모델 또한 작업간의 관계간의 구속조건이 발생한다. 특히, 네트워크 공정표를 호환하기 위하여 작업간의 중요 속성간의 관계성의 경계 조건을 정의하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 선형 공정계획을 수립 시 발생하는 액티비티간의 공간상의 경계조건을 분석한다. 또한 선형 공정계획의 액티비티 간의 관계성을 고려하여 현재 일부 건설회사를 중심으로 사용하고 있는 택트 공정계획에 제안한 경계조건을 반영하여 택트 공정계획 수립과 관리를 위해 고려해야 하는 주요 사항을 제시하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.

  • The inline manufacturing equipment using a combination of the belt source and LPS source which is innovatively designed is introduced for the large-size AMOLED. The features of the inline system include 60sec TACT time, 19 numbers of chambers, non-substrate bending and easy application to very thin TFT substrates for the $4^{th}$ - $8^{th}$ Generation AMOLEDs.

  • Collimators were mostly produced by handwork and semi-automatic system in some companies. Under this situation, automatic manufacturing system for optical collimators is on the rise most essential technique in the development of optical communication components. In this study, automatic manufacturing system was designed and constructed to develop optical collimators with high functionality. Also optical collimators were manufactured using a developed automatic system. We have compared collimators made by automatic system and handwork fer performance test with a measured values of angle alignment, beam size and TIL. As a result, it brought a reduction of the tact time fur manufacturing and improvement of an efficiency of optical collimators, and then it was found that automatic system was indispensable for materialization of optical collimators with high functionality.

  • Up to now, Collimators have been generally produced by handwork and only a few companies have produced by semi-automatic system. Under this situation, automatic system for assembly of optical collimator has risen as a most essential technique in the development of optical communication components. In this study, it was constructed to develop optical collimators with high functionality and We manufactured optical collimators with a GRIN rod lens using automatic system. Therefore, we worked a performance test through a comparison of collimators made by automatic system and handwork with angle alignment, beam size. Also we compared common product with auto-manufactured sample. As a result, it brought a reduction of the tact time and an improvement of an efficiency and a productivity of optical collimators. therefore it was found that automatic system was indispensable for materialization of optical collimators with high functionality.

  • This study deals with the procedure of safety improvement, productivity increase ,and tact-time reduction through setting up the system about preventive maintenance. Actually, it is hard to establish and carry out preventive maintenance, even though we recognize the importance of the system concerning time, cost, labor, and so forth. In this study in the viewpoint of cost we are for achieving maximum efficiency by change and reduction of planning process adapted to the special work group. At first we briefly will mention the kind ,the necessity ,and the concept of preventive maintenance ,and then divide the equipment used in the assembly line into the two whether it is necessary or not by way of estimating the breakdown loss ,comparing with general establishment of preventive maintenance and modifying it to the case. At the second step we will establish the operation system of plan management related to production and quality in the special case. Check period and category will be set by dividing the assembly equipment into LCL and Focus in the third step. The forth step will contain the operation procedure in detail. And then we must make check and repair record periodically. Finally, on the basis of the record the selection of checking of significance will be conducted. This results in safety improvement, tact time reduction, and productivity improvement.

  • We will introduce our new concept deposition system for SMOLED manufacturing in this conference. This system is designed to deposit organic and metal material to downward to overcome the limit of substrate size and process tact time hurdle for OLED mass production, and is organized with organic deposition chamber, substrate pre-cleaning chamber, metal deposition chamber and encapsulation system. These entire process chambers are integrated with linear type substrate transfer system. We also compare our new SMOLED manufacturing system with conventional vacuum deposition systems, and show basic organic thin film property data, organic material deposition property data, and basic device property.

  • Japan Jisso Technology Roadmap 2001 (JJTR2001) was published by JEITA in April 2001. Future electronic products request further higher assembly technology (ex. Finer pitch packages & components, 3D assembly, etc.) to reduce size and improve performance of the electric products. For LSI Packages, finer ball pitch technology and finer chip connection technology will be developed. For electric components, further size reduction will be developed. For Jisso (assembly) machine, finer pitch assembly and short tact time technology will be developed. Mr. Utsunomiya will present PCB roadmap next.

비대면 시대의 지역문화축제 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Local Culture Festival in the Contact-free Era)

  • 본 연구는 코로나 시대에 비대면으로 주최된 지역문화축제들을 분석하고 포스트코로나 시대에도 지속가능한 축제 진행의 방법에 대하여 그 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2020년, 2021년에 비대면으로 진행한 인지도 있는 축제들의 사례를 분석하여 거기에서 포스트코로나 시대의 축제에 대한 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 이렇게 연구를 진행한 결과 비대면 축제들의 경우 다음과 같은 특성이 있었다. 첫째, 영상을 제작하여 송출하거나 실시간 참여로 상호작용을 하도록 하는 온택트의 방식이 두드러졌고 둘째, 비대면 방식의 단점을 보완하고자 축제의 체험적 요소의 경우 체험 키트 등을 제작하여 사전에 전달하는 방식으로 온택트 체험을 가능하게 하는 등 다양한 노력이 있었으며 셋째, 실시간 댓글을 통해 소통성을 확보하였고 넷째, 인터넷 및 라이브 커머스 채널을 통해 상품 판매를 진행하여 일정한 효과를 얻은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 온라인 축제의 경우 축제의 장소성 상실이라는 문제가 내재해있지만, 오프라인 축제보다 더 많은 참여가 이루어진 온라인 축제의 사례도 있어, 온라인 축제의 접근의 용이성을 어떻게 잘 활용할 것 인가하는 문제와 참여자와의 소통을 어떻게 이루어 내느냐는 문제가 향후 비대면 축제 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 참고자료가 되리라 판단한다.
