In order to identify the antecedents of organization's exploration activities, this study focuses on internal factors. There are many theoretical and empirical studies for an organization's exploration activities, while the research on antecedents is limited. This study is aimed at the manufacturing industry in Korea from 1998 to 2012 using data from 15 years of slack, ownership structure, and TMT diversity. The study examined the impact of these firm-specific factors on firm's exploration activities. As a result, a company's exploration activities and slack have positive relationship. Between insider ownership and exploration activities, the hypothesis was not supported. Also, the relationship between TMT diversity and exploration activities was dismissed. Finally, based on the results of this analysis, the contribution of this study, limitations and implications are drawn.
[ $SnO_x$ ] films on the flexible substrate of PET film were prepared at ambient temperature under a $(CH_3)_4Sn(TMT: tetra-methyl tin)-H_2-O_2$ atmosphere in order to obtain transparent conductive polymer by using ECR-MOCVD(Electro Cyclotron Resonance Metal Organic Chemical Yfpor Deposition) system. The prepared $SnO_x$ thin films show generally over $90\%$ of optical transmittance at wavelength range of 380-780nm and about $1\times10^{-2\~3}ohm{\cdot}cm$ of electrical resistivity. In the present study, effects of $O_2/TMT\;and\;H_2/TMT$ mole ratio on the properties of $SnO_x$ films are investigated and the other process parameters such as microwave power, magnetic current power, substrate distance and working pressure are fixed. Based on our experimental results, the $SnO_x$ film composition ratio of Sn and O directly influences on the electrical and optical properties of the films prepared. The $SnO_x$ film with low electric resistivity and high transmittance could be obtained by controlling the process parameters such as $O_2/TMT\;and\;H_2/TMT$ mole ratio, which play an important role to change the composition ratio between Sn and O. An increase of $O_2/TMT$ mole ratio brought on the increases 0 content in the $SnO_x$ film. On the other hand, an increase of $H_2/TMT$ mole ratio lead to decreases the oxygen content in the film. The optimized composition ratio of oxygen : tin Is determined as 2.4: 1 at $O_2/TMT$ of 80 and $H_2/TMT$ of 40 mole ratio, respectively.
Transparent and conducting tin oxide thin films were prepared on soda lime silicate glass by thermal chemical vapour deposition. Thin films were fabricated from mixtures of tetramethyltin (TMT) as a precursor, oxygen or oxygen containing ozone as an oxidant. The properties of fabricated tin oxide films are highly changed with variations of substrate temperature. Optimized thin films could be prepared on TMT, which flow rate of 8 sccm, oxygen flow rate of 150 sccm and substrate temperature of 38$0^{\circ}C$. We reduced deposition temperature about$ 180^{\circ}C$ by using of oxygen containing ozone instead of pure oxygen and resistivity of thin films was decreased from ~ ${\times}10^{-2}{\Omega}cm$ to ~${\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}cm$.
A study has been performed on the effect of TMT(thermomechanical treatment) on the mechanical properties of steel and aluminum alloys. Improvement of the mechanical properties on steel by HTMT is due to refinement of prior austenite grain size, martensite lath size and the distribution of fine carbide precipitates and on aluminum alloy by ITMT is due to grain size refinement, homogeneous distribution of small second phase particles and retardation of the recrystallization.
In this paper tensile strength and fatigue propagation rate were investigated by aging treatment $(T_6)$ and thermomechanical treatment (TMT) of 7075-Al Alloy specimen. The results of teat showed that TMT improved tensile strength and fatigue crack propagation due to bomogenization of microstructure. In TMT, the results of comparison between T-H' AHA and T-AHA and $T-AH{\cdot}{\cdot}{\cdot}$and $T-HA{\cdot}{\cdot}{\cdot}$were showed that T-AHA and $T-AH{\cdot}{\cdot}{\cdot}$treatments, after solution treatment, which are aging treated before rolling have higher tensile strength. Our investigation on high temperature stability at the Specimen for $T_6$, T-AHA, $T-AH{\cdot}{\cdot}{\cdot}$treatments resulted in rapid reduction of tensile strength over $150^{\circ}C$, but the reduction of tensile strength for specimen of TMT was smoothed than $T_6$.

Current large observational projects perform both static and dynamic sky surveys. The Thirty-Minute Target of Opportunity (TMT) is the project focusing on the dynamic sky survey using Korea Microlensing Telescope Network (KMTNet) that is the best observing system to investigate the dynamic sky. TMT aims to perform and experiment on following components : 1) to select transient or variable sources having hour to day scale cadences for future science cases, 2) to optimize the observation strategy for these objects, 3) to provide automated photometric pipelines for the time series data, and 4) to test the data release environment for all astronomers. In the near future, it is expected that a huge number of events will be alerted through large area surveys such as LSST. Therefore, the TMT project will provide opportunities to prepare the future large survey era as well as to understand the nature of interesting astronomical events.
This study analyzed how the entrepreneurial orientation of Korean CEO influenced to the performance of companies in entertainment business. The research verified the direct influence that the entrepreneurial orientation of entertainment business affected the companies' performance, and examined the diversity of TMT and the control effect of corporate governance. This study contributed to previous researches in two ways. The first, the study verified the concept of entrepreneurial orientation on entertainment business which was only focused on manufacturing or IT industry although the entrepreneurial orientation received attention as a significant research issue on middle and small venture businesses. Second, the research also verified the characteristics of CEO and executives bringing the concept of TMT's diversity in entertainment companies which were dependent on person's capacity. As a result of the research, the entrepreneurial orientation (innovation, proactiveness, risk-taking) of entertainment entrepreneurs led to a positive effect on financial performance. The research showed that the more TMT was diverse or ownership oriented management, the more broadened the positive effects.
Trimethyltin (TMT) induced lesions in the rat hippocampal formation was reviewed. Adult rats were treated with a single dose of 6.0 mg TMT/kg b.w. and were sacrificed between 3-60 days following exposure. On the hippocampal formation, the granule cells of fascia dentata showed early changes which subsided considerably at a later time when the destruction of the pyramidal neurons of the Ammon's horn became increasingly pronounced with time, leading to severe destruction of the structure. It is interesting to note that there was an inverse relationship of pathological involvement between the f.d. granule cells and the Ammon's horn neurons; i.e., when there was a large sparing of the granule cells. there was an extensive damage to the Ammon's horn and vice versa. This inverse relationship was also true between the $CA_3$neurons and the $CA_{1,2}$neurons in the Ammon's horn. Progressive zinc loss, as demonstrated by Timm's method, on the Mossy fibers was also observed. Similar Mossy fiber zinc depletion has been demonstrated in electrical stimulatory excitation condition of the perforant path to the hippocampus. Depletion of corticosterone, an inhibitor to the hippocampal neurons, by means of adrenalectomy will exaggerate the TMT induced hippocampal lesion. Neonatal study revealed that a unique degenerative pattern of the Ammon's horn could be established in accordance with exposure to TMT at specific maturation periods of the fippocampal formation: increasing destruction of the Ammon's horn with increasing synaptogenesis between the f.d. granule cells and the Ammon's horn neurons. Thus it is apparent that the damage of the Ammon's horn, upon exposure to TMT, may depend on the integrity and functional state of the f.d. granule cells. A hyperexcitory scheme and mechanism as the toxicity basis of TMT in the hippocampal formation is proposed and discussed.

Objectives : Atractylodis rhizoma Alba has been traditionally used as a medicinal resource that is used for enhancing Qi (氣) in traditional medicine in Korea, China, and Japan. This study investigated the protective effects of Atractylodis rhizoma Alba extract (ARE) against trimethyltin (TMT), a neurotoxin that causes selective hippocampal injury, using both in vitro and in vivo models. Methods : We investigated the effects of ARE on TMT- (5mM) induced cytotoxicity in primary cultures of mouse hippocampal cells (7 days in vitro ) and on hippocampal injury in C57BL/6 mice injected with TMT (2.6 mg/kg). Results : We observed that ARE treatment (0 - 50 ㎍/mL) significantly reduced TMT-induced cytotoxicity in cultured hippocampal neurons in a dose-dependent manner, based on results of lactate dehydrogenase and 3-4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assays. Additionally, this study showed that orally administered ARE (5 mg/kg; between -6 and 0 days before TMT injection) significantly attenuated seizures in adult mice. Furthermore, quantitative analysis of allograft inflammatory factor-1 (Iba-1)- and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP)- positive cells showed significantly reduced levels of Iba-1- and GFAP-positive cell bodies in the dentate gyrus of mice treated with ARE prior to TMT injection. These findings indicate the significant protective effects of ARE against the TMT-induced massive activation of microglia and astrocytes in the hippocampus. Conclusions : We conclude that ARE minimizes the detrimental effects of TMT-induced hippocampal neurotoxicity, both in vitro and in vivo . Our findings may serve as useful guidelines to support ARE administration as a promising pharmacotherapeutic approach to hippocampal degeneration.
The purpose of this experiment was designed to investigate the effects of medicinal herbs (MH) extracts on dementia induced by trimethyltin chloride (TMT) in rats. Six-week-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups; normal group (group 1), control group (group 2), MH extracts group (250, 500 mg/kg) (group 3, group 4) and positive control group (tacrine group, group 5). In the control group to induce dementia, a 2.5 mg/kg of TMT intraperitoneal injection was used for 14 days (1 per day) in the rats. In the MH extracts group 250 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg of MH extracts were medicated in an oral inoculation for 20 days (1 per day). After 30 minutes, a 2.5 mg/kg of TMT intraperitoneal injection, which causes dementia, was used for 14 days (1 per day). In the positive control group (Tacrine group) 10 mg/kg of Tacrine, the dementia treatment, was medicated in an oral inoculation. After 30 mintues, 1 mg/kg of TMT intraperitoneal injection, which causes dementia, was used for 14 days (1 per day). The present author observed the passive avoidance performance test, and memory ability test (Y maze test), the values of MDA, acetlycholinesterase (AchE) activity in the brain and antioxidant enzyme in serum. MH extracts significantly improved memory of AD model rats in the Y-maze test, and also significantly improved memory of AD model rats in the passive avoidance test. MH extracts significantly reduced AChE activity, and significantly increased the SOD level, but not catalase and MDA. From the results above, MH extracts is thought to be effective in the improvement of antioxidant enzymes and memory ability.
