Several theories about the ancestry of the Khazars and the origins of the Khazar state have been suggested to date. None of them provides a comprehensive solution for the controversial data of the written sources on the early history of the Khazars. This article investigates a possible link between the title of Kagan-Bek of the Deputy Kagan of the Khazars and a similar title Ellac/Ilek of the Akatsir-Huns. This study of the title argues for statehood and political culture connections between the earliest Turkic tribes of Western Eurasia and the Khazars and Turks of Central Asia.

본 논문은 인터랙티브 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 서비스 시스템 구축을 목표로 한다. 인터랙티브 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 서비스 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 오프라인 환경에서 탐색 가능한 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 프로그램이 필요하며, 온라인을 통한 콘텐츠 업데이트 및 메시지 교환을 위한 서버 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 오프라인 기반의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 프로그램을 개발하기 위해서 멀티미디어 저작도구인 “Multimedia Toolbook II Instructor 8”을 사용하였으며, 웹서버 시스템은 Apache 웹서버와 다양한 데이터베이스 시스템을 지원하는 Linux 기반의 시스템을 사용하였다.

재무분석가의 투자전략 보고서는 전문가의 금융정보 분석으로 사람들간의 금융 정보 격차를 줄일 수 있게 만들어 줄 수 있다. 하지만 여러 다른 인센티브로 말미암아 투자전략 보고서는 왜곡의 소지가 있을 수 있다. 만약, 투자전략 보고서 제목만으로 예측에 미치는 영향을 파악할 수 있다면, 예측력이 높은 투자전략 보고서를 분별할 수 있게 된다. 이에 본 연구는 재무분석가의 투자전략 보고서의 제목과 예측의 관계를 파악하려 한다. 텍스트 마이닝을 사용하여, 국내 재무분석가의 투자전략 보고서 제목으로부터 연구의 중요변수인 투자의견을 추출하고 모형을 구축하여 재무분석가의 예측 정확도와 예측 달성도를 측정하였다. 분석 결과, 강한 매수의견과 매도의견이 제목에 있을수록 재무분석가의 예측 정확도와 예측 달성도가 높아짐을 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과가 투자자에게 더 정확한 투자전략 보고서를 판단하는 기준를 제시하기를 바라고 빅데이터를 통한 분석 연구에 시사점을 주길 기대한다.

토렌트 및 P2P 사이트나 웹 하드는 쉽고 편리하게 무료로 다운로드 받거나 가격을 저렴하게 이용할 수 있다는 이유만으로 사용자들은 자주 이용하지만 국내 토렌트 및 P2P 사이트나 웹 하드는 저작권과 관련되어 매우 민감하기 때문에 저작권 보호를 위한 기술들이 연구되고 적용 되어지고 있다. 이 중에서 파일의 제목이나 주요 단어의 조합 등 경우의 수를 금칙어로 설정하여 차단하는 제목 및 문자열 비교방식 필터링 기술은 제목 변경, 띄어쓰기 등을 통해 우회가 용이하다. 저작권 보호를 위한 불법저작물을 검색하고 차단하기 위해서는 변형된 파일 제목을 정규화 하는 기술이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 불법저작물의 변형된 파일 제목을 정규화 하는 기법과 파일 제목을 정규화를 진행 전과 후에 따른 검색에 의한 탐지율을 비교하였다. 정규화를 진행하기 전 탐지율은 77.72%로 아쉬운 탐지율이 보인 반면에 정규화를 진행한 후 90.23%로 정규화가 필수적이라고 말할 수 있다. 향후, 공통으로 나타나는 날짜와 화질 표시 같은 무의미한 용어들을 처리하면, 더욱 좋은 결과가 산출될 것으로 기대한다. 국문 요약입니다.

This study reviews the development and change of main entry principle in German cataloging codes, with special emphasis on RAK. With rerard to the functions of catalog, comparison between the traditional title main entry in the Orient and author main entry in the West has been made. The analysis confirms in this study that various criteria in choice of the entries in RAK have been adopted. In case of works where the persons who have played different roles in the works are named on the title page, as well as related works and works of mixed responsibility, the criteria of entry determination are complex and time consuming process and have no absolute value. And there are also various kinds of problems in corporate entries including confirmation of originator(Urheber), choice of either the territorial authority corncerned or corporate bodies as an entry depending on the nature of the publications, and a unique bibliographical situation of treaties. This means the code is absence of absolute value in selecting entries, and this results in adoption of main entry principle which has lost its significance for the purpose of cataloging. With emergence of the ISBD and actualization of automated cataloging, morever, all entries are equal as points of access. It would eliminate the need for personal judgements required in choice of main entry by the present code. In doing so, it would bring uniformity and standardization to cataloging practice. In direct approach to works, title entry is more developed finding device than author entry in cataloging theories. Thus introduction of unit card system beginning with title which is adopted in KCR3 would be desirable, the complicated rules for the choice of entry could be abandoned from cataloging codes. Most of the user studies show that catalog users have placed higher value on the title entry as a finding device and each entry is equal as access points through unit entry. This means that choice of a given entry as a main entry is unnecessary in cataloging codes. Title entry would be a rather simple standard and direct approach for works. This study proves that the traditional title entry of Korea is superior to author main entry in the Western world in cataloging theory. Thus recommendation to be made is that abandonment of author main entry from cataloging codes should be considered in the future.

인간이 정보를 수용하고 전달하는 것은 인간 사회의 커뮤니케이션 중에 가장 기본적이고 핵심적인 가치이다. 뉴미디어의 커뮤니케이션은 객관적인 정보만을 전달하는 개념뿐 아니라 각각의 감성과 이미지 모티브를 전달하는 시각적 커뮤니케이션으로 소통하게 되었다. 현 시대의 가장 핵심적인 매체인 뉴미디어의 발전과 보급으로 인해 정점에 도달한 모션그래픽의 도입은 영화 오프닝 타이틀 시퀀스를 단순 전달적인 크레딧의 범위에서 확대된 장르로 발전시켰다. 본 연구에서는 영화 오프닝 타이틀 시퀀스에 대한 활용범위의 새로운 가치를 언급하는데 목적이 있다. 무빙타이포그래피의 움직임이 가장 활발하게 적용되고 있는 영화 오프닝 타이틀 시퀀스에서 무빙타이포그래피가 어떻게 적용되고 이를 바탕으로 효과적으로 전달 할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션의 방법 중인 하나로 다양한 표현 가능성을 제시해보았다. 앞으로 디자인 분야에서 커뮤니케이션의 중요한 수단으로 모션그래픽은 계속해서 활용될 것이며, 독창적인 다양한 표현방식으로 관객에게 정확한 정보와 감성을 전달하는 가이드라인을 제시 할 것으로 기대된다.
