Dynamics Responses of Railway Bridges for Track Irregularities (궤도의 불규칙성을 고려한 철도교량의 동적응답분석)

  • 본 연구에서는 경부고속철도의 주요 교량형식인 PSC 박스교량을 3차원 뼈대요소를 사용하여 모형화하였으며, 궤도불규칙성의 형상은 지수 스펙트럴 밀도함수를 사용하여 생성시켰다. 경부고속철도차량(K-TGV)중 동력차는 17자유도의 3차원 주행열차로 모형화하였고, 이러한 교량, 궤도불규칙성 및 차량 모형을 이용하여 교량과 차량의 상호작용을 해석할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 동적해석을 위한 교량과 차량의 운동방정식은 Lagrange 방정식을 사용하여 유도하였으며, 운동방정식의 수치해석에는 Newmark-β법을 사용하였다. 개발된 프로그램을 이용하여 동력차의 주행에 의한 교량의 시간이력곡선을 구하였으며, 궤도불규칙성의 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 도상의 유무에 따른 교량동적거동의 특성과 함께 열하중의 편심의 영향도 분석하였다.

  • The study was carried out about the design and the performance study of brake system for Korean High Speed Train of maximum operating speed of 350km/h. The brake system was studied to two parts the function of brake system and the performance of brake system base on Korean-TGV. According to the simulation of brake system, the train should be provided the eddy current brake system for maximum operating speed of 350km/h. The eddy current brake system take charge of about 31% on normal condition and about 22% on emergency by condition. The performance study of brake system would be continued for definition of adhesion factor un friction factor assumed to analysis and simulation.

  • This research aims to test the running stability of the developed bogie with maximum operating speed of 350km/h, which of Korea TGV was 300km/h. The running stability test has been executed in status of a dummy car with one developed bogie and one dummy bogie on the roller rig to embody similar operation condition. The test has been done in the two rail conditions, i.e. excitation and non-excitation, respectively. Running speed has been increased by the roller step by step. In consequence, the developed bogie was proven to be able to run upto 400 Km/h without any unstable point in the non-excitation. Vibration characteristics of carbody also was within the value specified on the UIC 515.

  • 국내 고속철도 강합성 교량이 경부고속철도 8-2공구에서 처음으로 시공완료 되었다. 그동안 수년간에 걸쳐 고속철도 교량시공에도 불구하고 강합성 교량이 적용되지 못했던 것은 설계 기술적인 면과 더불어 재료 적인 면에서 국내여건이 성숙되지 못한 요인이 크다고 보여진다. 본 고에서는 기 설계된 PC BOX교량중 지형여건상 강합성교량이 적합한 교량구간을 제시하였다. 또한 강합성 교량의 설계기술적인면 중 특히 중요한 한국형 TGV차량의 동적 하중의 적용과 그에 따른 구조물 거동의 평가를 1@50 교량에 대한 8-2공구 사례를 통하여 논의하였다. 강합성 단면은 단순 2주형 주형거더(double I beam)이며 플랜지 두께는 최대 80-100mm가 적용되어졌다. 본 단면에 대한 HL차량하중등에 대한 정적해석을 통하여 관심이 되고 있는 플랜지등의 응력 검토결과를 보여주었다. 아울러 정적해석과 동적해석의 결과치를 비교하여 국내 시방서에 제시된 고속철도 HL차량하중에 대한 평가도 이루어졌다.   • This study was carried out about the design and the performance study of propulsion system for Korean High Speed Train of maximum operating speed of 350km/h. The propulsion system was studied to two parts the formation of power transmission and the performance of traction system base on Korean-TGV. For maximum operating speed of 350km/h at Seoul-Pusan high speed line, the power of train should be have the remaining acceleration of 0.058m/s/s and the slopeability of 6%o. This performance study of propulsion system would be continued for defining of adhesion factor, friction factor and aerodynamic factor assumed to analysis and simulation.

  • The Friction Brake Pad of High Speed Train is the most important parts in brake system, which is usually made of Cu-based Sintered friction material. This study has been carried out about the formulation effects of sintered friction material and made lots of sample brake pads. Then, we have done the performance test of the developed product by using full scale inertia Dynamo-meter. This performance test (braking speed 300km/h) was conducted as GEC Alsthom Standard test procedure and High Speed Brake Test (braking speed 350km/h) was done at "Poli" in Italy. The friction properties of this product was almost identical with the brake pad which is currently used to TGV. And the temperature of brake disk on braking speed 350Km/h was a little higher.

  • The influences of high speed train on the dynamic responses of steel composite railway bridges are investigated. The bridge system which has two Ⅰ-girder and several cross beams is modeled with plate and frame elements. With assumption of concrete slabs ate fully connected with steel girders, the offset between slabs and girders is modeled using rigid link. The track system is modeled using beams on elastic foundation theory. And, the TGV train is modeled in 2-dimension considering bouncing and pitching motion. And, braking action of vehicle is considered using speed dependent braking function. To investigate the behavior of bridges due to moving trains, parametric studies are performed.

  • When the high-speed train running on the track, there is a speed band which track distortion is unusually increased according to the condition of track and roadbed. This speed is called critical velocity and physical parameter value increased greatly. These phenomenon happened as high-speed train were developed, studied regularly through TGV 100 running test in France. As research result until now, the main reason is soft roadbed's capacity. Wave propagation and track support capacity is varied by the site characteristics. This paper achieved theoretical examination about resonance band(speed and frequency) that occurred in roadbed on the base rock in point of geotechnical engineering. The examination of resonance divides with ground response analysis, critical band analysis by the shear wave velocity of roadbed, train critical speed through the ground stratum.

  • This study was carried out about the system engineering, the design, and Mock-up for the development of passenger car of Korean High Speed Train of maximum operating speed of 350km/h. The design was studied to carbody section & lay out, ring, fitting, carbody, electrical system based on Korean-TGV. The design of aluminium alloy carbody which was enabled to reduce the weight of carbody structure and was studied with construction of air-tightness. Air pressure controlled system provided to comfort passenger due to a reduction of difference pressure between inside and outside of passenger room on running of the tunnel. The Interior design was performed in order to satisfy high speed and comfort to study by the modern design. The electrical system was designed two parts of logic and network for high reliability of train.
