서울 관악구 모텔에서 14세의 가출청소년이 온라인 채팅을 통하여 성매매를 한 후 성매수남에 의하여 목 졸려 숨진 채로 발견되는 사건이 있었다. 본 논문은 이 사건에 착안하여 온라인 상 무방비하게 노출되어 있는 청소년 성매매에 대해 알아보고 현재 시행되고 있는 정부 방침으로 스마트폰 랜덤채팅 앱에 경고 문구 게시 의무화와 성매매 청소년 구호활동의 일환인 사이버 아웃리치에 대해 살펴보고 온라인 성매매의 규제방안에 대해 보완할 점을 모색하였다.

An investigation was conducted on Seoulites' meals outside home by age group and sex, and the resultant findings are as follows: 1. To effectively conduct this survey were taken 201 teen males, 242 teen females, 202 young males, 232 young females, 219 men and 195 women. 2. For the kinds of meals they have outside home, breakfast forms 0.7%, lunch 35.7%, supper 22.2%, and snacks 14.4%. 3. Men subjects "lunch out everyday" by 39.9%, young males by 30.7%, and young females by 29%. 4. The reason why they lunch out indicates "convenient" by 37.4%, "carrying a lunch box is inconvenient" by 21.2%, "hard to prepare the lunch box" by 12.9%. 5. Regarding the favorite food taken for lunch, almost all the men prefer Korean food by 73.9% 6. Ra Myun and noodle occupy the highest Percentage of young females by 79.3% ; Chinese food the highest percentage of women by 27.7%, but the lowest percentage come from Japanese food by 1.1%. 7. The preference of kinds of food when having a meal outside home is ascribed to "prefer"by 50~75.7%, the highest percentage of all. 9. The price they pay for lunch outside home amounts to less than 900 wons in teens and young males 1, 000~2, 000 wons in men and women. The price of a meal outside home per capita a day, when taken by family unit, averages to 3, 694 wons. For the number of meals outside home, "more than once a month" forms 41.7%. 9. On the mooted points raised when having a meal outside home, "unsanitary' forms 36.7%, "expensive in prices" 26.1%, "lack of nutritution" 10.6%. 10. Teen males, when viewed from food preference for lunch outside home, take Ra Myun, Ddokbokki, Chinese noodle, while teen females, Ddokbokki, bread, Chinese noodle: young males, Sundubu Baekban, Bibim Bab, Ra Myun, Yokge Jang; young females, Sundubu Baekban, pork cutlet, Bibin Bab: men, Solnone Tang, Daenjang Chikae, Baekban, Kalbi Jongsik Bibim Bab : women, Bulkogi Jongsik, Neang Moyn, and Chinese noodle. 11. When seen from the nutrition of meals taken outside home, the prices of noodle and boiled rice range from 600 to 1, 000 wons, while their energy ranges from 407 to 745 kcal, Protein from 14.2 to 30.3g. On the other hand, the Price of western food averages to 1, 900~2, 500 wons, while its energy ranges from 1, 061 to 1, 129 kcal, proteio from 45.9 to 72.9g. The result of comparison and analysis study of institutionalization and exchange status of environmental education in South Korea, the People's Republic of China, and Japan, Northeast Asian countries that are closely related to Korea, is summarized as the following: First, this study shows that the process of environmental education institutionalization requires an instigation. For example, a specific environmental policy is established after raising awareness to modify environmental policies, as the result of aggravation of damage due to pollution. Therefor, it is the necessary process for the establishment of an environmental policy in order to proceed environmental education institutionalization. Second, even though institutionalization processes of environmental education for the three countries are considered to be very similar, differences are apparent if one carefully examines the content of environmental education for each country. In particular, South Korea, the People's Republic of China, and Japan all agree that environmental education is necessary, but differ in their ideas of main body for advocating institutionalization, as well as maintenance level of environmental education. Third, the order of establishment of environmental education institutionalization is Japan, South Korea and China and there exists about a 10 years time gap between each country. Fourth, the environmental education exchange was formed between South Korea and the People's Republic of China and between South Korea and Japan, first. Then it was enlarged to TEMM(Tripartite Environment Ministers Meeting) and TEEN(Tripartite Environmental Education Network) among three countries.

This study is examined the difference between binocular spherical diopter and astigmatism diopter, spherical diopter, astigmatism diopter, and axis of astigmatism by sex and age with reference to the prescription of refraction for a total of 257 persons, 134 persons (male:78, female: 56)of teen-age and 123 persons of twenty-age who visit optical shop. Spherical correction diopter is mainly distributed to 280 eyes between -0.25D and -4.00D. And in astigmatism correction, for right astigmatism, 48 eyes(49.48%) are prescribed astigmatism diopter for a range of C-0.25~C-0.50D, 29 eyes(29.89%) has C-0.75~C-1.00D, 65 eyes(67.01%) has with the rule astigmatism. For left astigmatism, 43 eyes(42.57%) are prescribed astigmatism diopter of C-0.25~C-0.50D and 37 eyes(36.63%) has C-0.75C~1.00D, 73 eyes(72.27%) are shown with the rule astigmatism. And also each 108 persons(47.16%) and 28 persons(25.00%) are shown no difference between binocular spherical correction diopter and binocular astigmatism correction diopter, 94 eyes(39.49%) of teen-age and 104 eyes(42.27%) of twenty-age, male 119 eyes(41.90%) and female 79 eyes(34.34%) need correcting astigmatism. In pupillary distance, 165 persons mostly have 59~64mm.

Even though does not release on Korea, the popular of the show and powerful results of environments have delivered through the international magazines and Youtube channels to Korea. To study of Musical will be lead us to the world which adopted to the social problems as the youth school violence, family communication hurdle, and religion missing by script not only the musical drama but the interpretation for Teen-agers social problem. There are many kinds of Neo educations are proved by smart learning as STEAM. The students who have been studied with the smartphone, I-pad, personal computer, or laptop as smart tools for class are familliar as feedback processing speedly. It would make them learn the skill for their knowledge of a digital age, but it should not let them how to understand other people's emotion as real although STEAM has emtion part. Besides they have communicated on the social network not the ordinary man but the special ego by themselves, as mention or retweet as like their amusements and make the gossip group. This study would show the perspective for understanding Teen-agers Social Problem and who is the victims today's juvenile problems though the musical based on Jim Taulli's directing.

전방 탈구인 경우 첫탈구이거나 생애에 몇번만 탈구를 경험하고 일상생활에 별 지장이 없다면 보존적으로 치료하는 것이 바람직하다. 다만 early surgey가 요구되는 경우는, 첫탈구가 teen aged이면 관절경적 수술을, 골편이 큰 Bankart병변이 있는 첫탈구는 수술하는 것이 좋다. 전방 불안정성인 경우, collision sports는 개방술로, non-athletes이거나 throwing 또는 contact sports는 관절경술로 시행해 주는 것이 바람직하다. 우리가 명심하여야 할 것은 전방 불안정성을 다루는데 환자의 입장에서 서야 한다는 것이다. 의사의 능력 정도나 욕망보다도 환자의 상태, 활동 정도와 환자의 요구에 맞추어 환자를 치료하여야 한다.

The physical and chemical characteristics of bacteriostatic water filter media are compared to granular activated carbon upon which a silver impregnated. Silver ion that has been chemically impregnated the activated carbon was the bactericidal agent in water filter media. Also, silver Ion that has teen chemically impregnated onto the activated acetate resin was the bactericidal agent in ultrasonic humidifier. Silver impregnated active carbon and silver cartridge will be able to the bactericidal agents for statical water.

In this paper, the tree coding using the (M, L) multi-path search algorithm has teen investigated. A hybrid adaptation scheme which employs a block adaptation as well as a sequential dadptation is described for application in quantization and compression of speech signals. Simulation results with the gybrid adaptation scheme indicate that a relatively good speech quality can be obtained at rate about 8Kbps. All necessary parameters such as MlL and filter-order were found from simulation and these parameters turned out to be a good compromise between the complexity and overall performance.
