물성치가 다른 시트에서의 인체 진동 측정 및 승차감 평가 (Human Response Measurement and Ride Quality Evaluation for Seats having various Material Porperties)

  • This paper deals with the whole-body vibration and ride quality evaluation in the vertical direction. The responses of the floor, hip, back, and head in four subjects were measured for various seats when the floor was excited by random vibration with r.m.s of 1.2m/s2 in the vertical direction. In the transmissibility between the hip and floor, the fundamental mode is observed at 4.4 Hz. In the transmissibility between the head and floor, the fundamental mode at 4.4Hz and the second mode at 7.6Hz are observed. It is shown that the head motion is 41% larger than the hip motion and the response of female subject is larger than that of male subject. The response without backrest also was compared with that with backrest. From these human responses ride quality of five seats were evaluated by the ride value such as transfer ration having frequency weighting function is the statistical sense. It is observed that the seat having high damping property can reduce the most acceleration exposed to hip in the statistical sense for all ride valves, while the seat having different seat spring doesn't show statistical difference.

  • 본 논문에서는 이들 기본모우드형태가 검토되었고 또한 두께효과와 비대칭성 효과에 따른 고유진동주파수, 모우드형태, 울림주파수의 변화를 수치적 해석과 실험 적 해석방법에 의해 비교검토되었다. 수치해석방법은 유한요소법으로 이용된 프로그 램은 NASTRAN 프로그램이고 모우드의 형태는 Tectronics컴퓨터그래픽을 이용하여 나타 내었다. 실험적방법은 충격햄머법과 F.F.T. 분석장치(Fast Fourier Transformation Analyzer)를 이용하였다.

  • 진동해석에 있어서 매우 중요한 부분 중의 하나가 주파수응답함수를 구하는 것이다. 크거나 복잡한 구조물은 일반적으로 아주 큰 자유도-예를 들면 수 백 만 자유도-를 가지기 때문에 역행렬에 의한 전통적인 방법으로는 주파수응답함수를 구할 수 없을지도 모른다. 그래서 전체 구조물을 몇 개의 부분구조로 나누어서 해석하는 부분구조 해석법을 이용한다. 여기에서는 부분구조별로 나누어 계산한 부분구조 진동모드를 이용하여 자유도를 현격하게 낮춘 등가의 저 자유도 모델에서 주파수응답함수를 구하는 방법을 제시한다. 개발한 프로그램의 신뢰도를 확인하기 위하여 평판 구조물에 적용하여서 실험과 축소하지 않는 영역에서의 해석 결과와 본 해석 결과를 비교하였고, 매우 좋은 결과를 얻었다.

와전류 감쇠기를 이용한 진동 억제 (Vibration Suppression Using Eddy Current Damper)

  • This paper is concerned with the eddy current damper which can be used to enhance the damping of the host structure. The operating principle of the eddy current damper is first explained in detail. The dynamic interaction between the magnets and the copper plate produces eddy current thus resulting in the damping force. By attaching the eddy current damper to the host structure, the damping of the total structure can be increased so that vibrations can be suppressed. The advantage of the eddy current damper is that it doesn't require any electronic devices and power supply The effect of the eddy current damper on the global dynamic characteristics of the structure is investigated by considering the cantilever with the eddy current damper. Experimental results show that the eddy current damper is an effective device for vibration suppression.

  • In this study, 3.1$\times$3.7$\times$0.365 $\textrm{mm}^2$ model of thickness-longitudinal vibration mode VHF ceramic resonator with (Pb,Ca)(Co,W,Ti)O$_3$ ceramics was simulated by ANSYS according to the electrode size. With the variations of electrode size of the model, fundamental and the third overtone dynamic ratio was investigated. At the ratio of electrode to model thickness(1/t) 2.5, third overtone dynamic ratio was largely increased. That model is suitable for 20 MHz resonator.

진동 방사음을 이용한 터보차져 휠 동특성 시험에 대한 고찰 (Study on the Modal Test for a Turbocharger Wheel Using Vibro-acoustic Responses)

  • The modal characteristics of a compressor wheel of an automotive turbocharger have been investigated using an experimental method based on an acoustic frequency response function, p/f(${\omega}$), where p is sound pressure radiated from a structure, and f is impact force. First, a well-defined annular disc with narrow radial slots was examined to check whether the vibro-acoustic test could precisely determine natural quencies and vibration modes of structures showing that the vibro-acoustic test proposed in this paper was comparable to the conventional modal test with an accelerometer and the numerical analysis. The conventional method has been found to be inappropriate for compressor wheel because of additional mass due to the accelerometer and additional damping from the accelerometer cable alter the dynamic responses of the wheel blades. odal characteristics of the wheel have been defined using vibro-acoustic test and verified with the results from another conventional method using a laser vibrometer. Natural quencies and mode shapes of a turbocharger wheel, which can't be precisely obtained with onventional method, could be defined accurately without the additional effects from sensor and cable. Proposed method can be applied to small structures where conventional sensors and cables could generate troubles.

임의 형상 음향 공동의 효율적인 고유치 해석 기법 개발 (Development of an Effective Method for Extracting Eigenvalues of Arbitrarily Shaped Acoustic Cavities)

  • An improved NDIF method is introduced to efficiently extract eigenvalues of two-dimensional, arbitrarily shaped acoustic cavities. The NDIF method, which was developed by the authors for the eigen-mode analysis of arbitrarily shaped acoustic cavities, membranes, and plates, has the feature that it yields highly accurate eigenvalues compared with other analytical methods or numerical methods (FEM and BEM). However, the NDIF method has the weak point that the system matrix of the NDIF method depends on the frequency parameter and, as a result, a final system equation doesn't take the form of an algebra eigenvalue problem. The system matrix of the improved NDIF method developed in the paper is independent of the frequency parameter and eigenvalues can be efficiently obtained by solving a typical algebraic eigenvalue problem. Finally, the validity and accuracy of the proposed method is verified in two case studies, which indicate that eigenvalues and mode shapes obtained by the proposed method are very accurate compared to the exact method, the NDIF method or FEM(ANSYS).

피아노현의 진동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Piano String Vibration)

  • 본 연구에서는 음역의 변화를 위해 현재 사용중인 방법 대신 피아노 현에 집중질량을 달아, 피아노 현의 진동특성 및 음색에 관해 분석하였다. 이론적 해석은, 현의 질량을 등분화 하여 다자유도계의 스프링-질량 시스템으로 변환시켜 Holzer 방법으로 해석한 불연속계와, 모우드 합 방법과 라플라스 변환방법을 이용한 연속계로 해석하였으며 실험적 해석은 업라이트 피아노의 현에 집중질량을 부착시켜 수행하였다.

로켓엔진 연소기에서 음향 공명기의 bituning에 관한 수치적 연구 (A Numerical Study on Bituning of Acoustic Resonator in a Combustion Chamber of Liquid Rocket Engine)

  • 액체 로켓엔진 연소기에서 음향감쇠에 미치는 음향 공명기의 이중 주파수 동조(bituning) 효과를, 선형 음향해석을 통해 조사하였다. 이중 주파수 동조된 공명기는, 두가지 주요한 음향파 진동 모드인 제1접선 방향(1T) 모드와 제1반경 방향(1R) 모드에 동조된다. 먼저, 단일 주파수 동조된 공명기의 음향감쇠 효과를 조사하였다. 감쇠 성능은, 1T 또는 1R 모드에 동조된 공명기 개수의 함수로서 감쇠인자에 의해 정량화되었다. 다음으로, 이중 주파수 동조된 공명기의 감쇠 특성을 조사하였다 수치해석 결과로부터, 1T와 1R 모드 각각에 동조될 적절한 공명기의 개수를 선정할 수 있다. 더 나아가, 모드 분할 현상에 의한 음향감쇠 효과의 저하를 줄이기 위해 이와 같은 이중 주파수 동조의 개념을 적용하였으며, 이를 통해 최적의 이중 동조 주파수를 찾을 수 있었다.

PNW-PMN-PZT세라믹스를 이용한 윤곽진동모드 압전트랜스포머의 전기적특성 (Electrical Characteristics of the Contour-Vibration-Mode Piezoelectric Transformer using PNW-PMN-PZT Ceramics)

  • In this study, microstructural and piezoelectric characteristics of PNW-PMN-PZT ceramics manufactured using attrition milling method were investigated. Sintering temperature of the ceramics was varied from $1080^{\circ}C$ to $1240^{\circ}C$. With increasing sintering temperature, dielectric constant increased. In the specimen sintered at $1120^{\circ}C$, electromechanical coupling factor(Kp) and density showed the maxinum values of 0.546 and 7.78[$g/\textrm{cm}^3$], respectively. In the specimen sintered at $1160^{\circ}C$, mechanical quality factor(Qm) also showed the maxinum value of 1,943. Contour vibration mode piezoelectric transformer with the size of $27.5{\times}27.5{\times}2.5mm$ using PNW-PMN-PZT ceramics was manufactured and its driving characteristics for T5 fluorescent lamp was investigated. Taking into consideration temperature rise of 6.8[$^{\circ}C$] and efficiency of 98.23%, it can be concluded that the transformer is suitable for driving the T5 fluorescent lamp.
