4D CAD 시스템의 실무적 활용성 평가를 위한 BSC기반의 예비 평가 모델 (Preliminary Assessment Model based on BSC for Evaluating Practical Utilization of 4D CAD System)

  • 건설 환경에 맞춤형 대응방안으로 최근 BIM(Building Information Modeling)이 대두되고 있으나, 대다수의 건설사에서 실제 현장에 BIM을 도입하여 운용하는 사례는 저조한 실정이다. 이러한 원인으로는 다양한 건설 환경에서 BIM 적용에 의한 정량적인 효과가 파악될 수 있는 실증데이터가 부족한 점도 주요 부분이 되고 있다. 이러한 요인은 결국 BIM 투자 효과에 대한 확신을 갖지 못하게 되고, 회사의 적극적 투자도 유도하지 못하게 된다. 건설사로 하여금 BIM 적용을 유도하기 위해서는 BIM의 활용성을 정량적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가체계가 구축될 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설사들의 BIM 도입과 운용에 따른 활용정도를 정량적인 수치로 평가할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 건설분야 BIM 기술 중 실무 활용성이 높은 4D CAD를 대상으로 BSC (Balanced Score Card)에 의한 평가지표와 평가 모형을 구축하여 적용성을 분석하며, 향후 BIM 기능 전체의 평가지표로 활용성을 검증하고 있다. 이를 통해 건설업체들은 4D CAD 기술의 활용정도와 운영상 취약점을 파악함으로써 기술 도입을 위한 의사결정의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

CAD/CAM 3-unit bridges의 변연 적합도에 관한 연구 (A study on the marginal fit of CAD/CAM 3-unit bridges)

  • 연구 목적: 본 연구에서는CAD/CAM (computer-aided design / computer-aided manufacturing) 시스템으로 제작된LAVA (3M ESPE, Seefeld, Germany) 3-unit bridge와 통상적인 방법으로 제작된 PFG 3-unit bridge의 변연 적합도를 비교 분석해 보고자 한다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 레진치를 전부 도재관을 위한 삭제를 시행하고 인상 채득하여 레진 모형 (Exakto-form model resin, Bredent, Senden, Germany)을군당10개씩 제작하였다. 레진 모형의 인상을 채득하여 석고 모형을 제작하고 PFG, LAVA 3-unit bridge를 10개씩 제작하였다. 제작된 bridge를 레진 모형에 접착하고 실체 현미경(Stereoscopic microscope, Nikon DS-Fi 1, Nikon, Japan)을 사용하여 각 치아당 4점에서 변연 적합도를 측정하였다 (${\times}75$). 측정된 결과는 independent t-test로 통계 분석하였다 (${\alpha}$ = 0.05). 결과: 각 군에서 변연 적합도의 평균과 표준편차는 PFG bridge 중절치에서는 $97.1{\pm}18.7\;{\mu}m$, 견치에서는 $76.6{\pm}21.8\;{\mu}m$, LAVA bridge 중절치에서는 $90.4{\pm}26.7\;{\mu}m$, 견치에서는$110.2{\pm}30.2\;{\mu}m$ 이었다. PFG 3-unit bridge와LAVA 3-unit bridge에서 중절치에서는 통계적 유의성이 없었고, 견치에서는LAVA의 변연 간격이 큰 것으로 나타났다 (P<.05). 결론: PFG 3-unit bridge와 LAVA 3-unit bridge 두 군 모두 임상적으로 받아들여질 만한 변연 적합도를 보였다.

PC-CADRA 를 이용한 선체선도가공 정보처리에 관한 연구 (A study on the information management of hull lines manufacturing by using PC-CADRA)

  • This paper constructs a data base to create the Hull lines prior to piece manufacture and nesting steps with a personal computer using the data of created as the advanced software, TRIBON. The lines are plotted smoohtly, which are called the spline. The S/W is excellentlt estimated on the ptrcision among shipping exclusive S/W, which are currentlyused So, the S/W is mainly used as as shipping CAD program. High-cost H/W and high-performance S/W(TRIBON etc.) sre used with the bases of technique and capital power in the big shipbuilding yard; but small but small and medium-sized shipbuilding yard and related companycan't purchase dueto the high-cost product. To bring upthe small and medium sized shipbuilding yard lacking little competitive power, the data base S/W is joined with the CADRA of graphic S/W and is developed to create the Hull lines to be needed on as automatic cutting process usiing the personal computer.

  • Advances in Information Technology and in Biomedicine have created new uses for CAD technology with many novel and important biomedical applications. Such applications can be found, for example, in the design and modeling of orthopedics, medical implants, and tissue modeling in which CAD can be used to describe the morphology, heterogeneity, and organizational structure of tissue and anatomy. CAD has also played an important role in computer-aided tissue engineering for biomimetic design, analysis, simulation and freeform fabrication of tissue scaffolds and substitutes. And all the applications require precision geometry of the organs or bones of each patient. But the geometry information currently used is polygon model with none solid geometry and is so rough that it cannot be utilized for accurate analysis, simulation and fabrication. Therefore a case study is performed to deduce a transformation method to build free form surface from a rough polygon data or medical images currently used in the application. This paper describes the transformation procedure in detail and the considerations for accurate organ modeling are discussed.

남성복 바지원형의 자동제도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Automatic Drafting of Basic Slacks Pattern for Young Men)

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to present the optimum slacks pattern for young men, 2) to develope a methodology to draft basic slacks pattern using AutoCAD The total crotch legth and the shape of the crutch line were determined by anthropometric data analysis. The total crotch length was calculated with the waist girth, the hip girth and the crotch length measurements. The anthropometric data utilized for this procedure was National Anthropometric Survey of Korea, 1992. And multidimensional anthropometric measurements were carried out for 6 male college students between the age of 18 to 24. The subjects were measured with the Martin's anthropometer and the sliding gauge. Mean, standard deviation and t-test were performed for statistical analysis of the data. The automatic drafting method was programmed by AutoLISP in AutoCAD. The automatic drafting was based on the Muller's slacks pattern drafting method, the measurements of slacks construction components and the curve of crotch line. The crotch line was drafted using of the arc function in AutoCAD. The total crotch length was calcuated using the multiple regression equation. The experimental pattern developed to accomodate individual body wleasurements expected to produce customized apparel production in QRS(Quick Response System) production system.

치과 캐드캠 시스템에서 사용되는 고분자 수복재료들의 표면특성과 접착양상 (Surface characteristics and bonding performance of polymer restorative materials for dental CAD/CAM systems)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mechanical properties of polymer prosthetic and restorative materials for dental CAD/CAM using two test method; surface characteristics and shear bond strength. Methods: Commercialized CAD/CAM polymer blanks were investigated; One kinds of PMMA, and one PEKK blanks. A total of 20 PMMA and PEKK specimens were prepared, and each group was divided into 10 specimens. Average surface roughness was observed under surface profilometer. The contact angle was measured with a surface electrooptics. The bond strength was evaluated by a universal testing machine at a crosshead speed of 5mm/min. The data were statistically analyzed using independent t-test and Fisher's exact test(P<0.05). Results: The PMMA and PEKK group showed a significant difference in the shear bond strength with the composite resin(P<0.05). The surface roughness of the PEKK group was higher than that of the PMMA group. The fracture mode were observed in PEKK groups with 50% showing adhesive remnant index score. Conclusion: PEEK is used as substructure material and composite veneering material is applied. PEKK resins will contribute to the development of successful products that will provide structural and aesthetic satisfaction.

광간섭단층영상기를 이용한 치과용 지르코니아 코어의 적합도 분석 (Analysis of the Marginal and Internal Fit of Dental Zirconia Core Using Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT))

  • 보철물이 구강 내 제 기능을 하기 위해 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나는 적합도이다. 본 연구의 목적은 그 동안 시도되지 않았던 광간섭단층영상기를 이용하여 비파괴적인 방법으로 적합도를 측정해보고, 측정된 값을 기존의 방법으로 측정된 값과 비교하여 보고자 한다. 실험을 위해 상악 우측 중절치가 지대치인 석고모형 10개를 제작하고 치과용 캐드캠으로 각각의 모형에 해당하는 지르코니아 코어를 10개 제작하였다. 시편 당 5부위 씩 광간섭단층영상기로 적합도를 측정하고, 같은 부위를 기존의 방법인 실리 복제본 기술로 측정하였다. 두 집단 간의 평균 값에 유의한 차이가 있는지 알아보기 위해 독립표본 t-검정을 실시하였다(${\alpha}$=0.05). 그 결과 측정된 두 집단 간의 평균 값에는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았고(P>0.05), 이러한 결과로 미루어 볼 때 앞으로 광간섭단층영상기를 이용한 보철물의 적합도 측정이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

AVEVA Marine 강재마진의 선모델링 자동반영을 위한 인공지능 모델링 시스템 개발 (Development of Artificial Intelligence Modeling System for Automated Application of Steel Margin in Early Modeling Process using AVEVA Marine)

  • Nowadays, automated modeling system for steel margin based on interactive user interface has been developed and applied to the production design stage. The system could increase design efficiency and minimize human error owing to recent CAD technique. However, there has been no approach to the pre-nesting design stage at all in early modeling process especially where ship model should be handled at more than two design stages using AVEVA Marine. A designer of the design stage needs artificial intelligence system beyond modeling automation when 3D model must be prepared in early modeling process using AVEVA Marine because they have focused on 2D nesting traditionally. In addition, they have a hard time figuring out the model prepared in previous design stage and modifying the model for steel purchase size in early modeling process. In this paper, artificial intelligence modeling system for automated application of steel margin in early modeling process using AVEVA Marine is developed in order to apply to the pre-nesting design stage that can detect effective segments before a calculation to find if a segment locates near block butt boundaries by filtering noise segments among lines, curves and surface intersections based on IT big data analysis.
