Thymus and activation-regulated chemokine (TARC/CCL-17), produced by keratinocytes, is a CC chemokine known to selectively Th2 type T cells via $CCR4^+$ and is implicated in the development of atopic dermatitis (AD). TARC/CCL17 expression was induced by cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor-${\alpha}$ (TNF-${\alpha}$) and interferon-${\gamma}$ (IFN-${\gamma}$). We recently found that the wogonin, a flavone isolated from Scutellaria baicalensis, suppressed TARC expression via heme oxygenase 1 (HO1) in human keratinocytes induced with mite antigen. However, little is known about the inhibitory mechanism of wogonin on TARC/CCL-17 expression stimulated with cytokines. To investigate the inhibitory mechanism, I determined the inhibitory effects of wogonin on the activation of nuclear factor-${\kappa}B$ (NF-${\kappa}B$) and $I{\kappa}B{\alpha}$ phosphorylation, and also examined the activation of p38 MAP kainase in HaCaT keratinocytes stimulated with TNF-${\alpha}$ and IFN-${\gamma}$. Wogonin inhibited NF-${\kappa}B$-DNA complex, NF-${\kappa}B$ binding activity, and the phosphorylation of $I{\kappa}B{\alpha}$ in a dose dependent manner. Wogonin also inhibited the translocation of NF-${\kappa}B$ from cytosol to nucleus. Moreover, the phosphorylation of of p38 MAP kinase in the TNF-${\alpha}$ and IFN-${\gamma}$-stimulated HaCaT keratinocytes were suppressed by wogonin in a dose dependent manner. These results suggest that wogonin may inhibit cytokine-induced NF-${\kappa}B$ activation by $I{\kappa}B{\alpha}$ degradation via suppression of p38 MAP kinase signaling pathway in keratinocytes and modulation of wogonin signaling pathway may be beneficial for the treatment of AD.

This paper describes a simple random signal generator employing by CMOS analog technology in current mode. The system is a nonlinear dynamical system described by a difference equation, such as x(t＋1) = f(x(t)) , t = 0,1,2, ... , where f($.$) is a nonlinear function of x(f). The tent map is used as a nonlinear function to produce the random signals with the uniform distribution. The prototype is implemented by using transistor array devices fabricated in a mass product line. It can be easily realized on a chip. Uniform randomness of the signal is examined by the serial correlation test and the $\chi$2 test.

Let E be a real Banach space. We prove some necessary and sufficient conditions for the convergence of the Mann iterative sequence to a fixed point of T.

In the present study, changes in signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) of the diffusion-weighted images in the normal livers were investigated using changes in b values in 1.5 T MR (magnetic resonance) instruments. Respective diffusion-weighted images and ADC map images were obtained from 20 healthy individuals by increasing b values from 50 to 400 and 800 $s/mm^2$ using 1.5T MR scanner between January 2011 and November 2011. At each ADC map image obtained at each b value, ADCs in the right hepatic lobe, spleen and kidney were measured. As a result, ADCs of the right hepatic lobe, spleen and kidney have gradually decreased in the diffusion-weighted images in accordance with the reduced b value. This outcome may be used as preliminary data for applications to various abdominal diseases.

Let (2,2,2,2) be ramification indices for the Riemann sphere. It is well known that the regular branched covering map corresponding to this, is the Weierstrass P function. Lattes [7] gives a rational function R(z)= ${\frac{z^4+{\frac{1}{2}}g2^{z}^2+{\frac{1}{16}}g{\frac{2}{2}}$ which is chaotic on ${\bar{C}}$ and is induced by the Weierstrass P function and the linear map L(z) = 2z on complex plane C. It is also known that there exist regular branched covering maps from $T^2$ onto ${\bar{C}}$ if and only if the ramification indices are (2,2,2,2), (2,4,4), (2,3,6) and (3,3,3), by the Riemann-Hurwitz formula. In this paper we will construct regular branched covering maps corresponding to the ramification indices (2,4,4), (2,3,6) and (3,3,3), as well as chaotic maps induced by these regular branched covering maps.

Driver centered vehicle design is the important factor for driver's safety, product quality, and so on. Therefore, people has recently recognized the importance of driver centered vehicle design. Especially, in the focus of driver-vehicle interaction system, it is very important factor to ergonomic design of vehicle cockpit. In this study, Sketch Map method was used to measure of driver's cognitive map on IP(Instrument Panel) that is the basic factor to ergonomic design for vehicle cockpit. The compatibility of Sketch Map method was validated for the measurement of driver's cognitive map and then the accuracy between two groups was analyzed using Sketch Map method. Subjects were divided in two groups, the first group of subjects has their own vehicles and driver license, and the second group of subjects doesn't have own vehicle but has driver license. The result showed that for the case of the first group, the shape of IP in the cognitive map was influenced by IP of their each vehicle. However, for the case of the second group, it showed the difference between IP in the cognitive map and IP of experienced vehicle many times because they have been driving various type of vehicle. So, the shape of IP in the cognitive map was influenced by various type of IP.

In this study, it was purposed to investigate that the student's understading and usage of weather information for the students of elementary, middle and high school The questionaire of 20 questions of 5 categories which included how to get weather information, the understanding of reason for variation of weather elements, the abilities of reading weather map, understanding of weather forecast and the necessity and usefulness of weather map and clouds pictures of weather satellite were prepared and 2 classes of elementary school 5th grade each one class of 2nd and 3rd grade of middle school and 2 classes of high school were tested. followings were revealed in this study; 1) Students of all school are fond of TV watching to get weather information as they used to. 2) They think air temperatures is the most important weather elements and then rainfall. 5ut they seems to unknown the reason why weather elements are vary. 3) They seems to have poor ability of reading weather symbols in weather map and the distribution of air pressure systems. 4) They can read and understand about the reports of words on weather forecast, but most of them can't make weather forecast by the reading of weather map. 5) More than half of students think that the weather map is helpful and especially the cloud pictures from weather satellite is useful for usage of weather information.

Hot deformation behavior of a carbon steel (A350 LF2) was characterized by compression tests in the temperature range of $800-1250^{\circ}C$ and the strain rate range of $0.001-10s^{-1}$, The microstructural evolution during hot compression was investigated and deformation mechanisms were analyzed by constructing a deformation processing map. Processing maps were generated using the combination of dynamic material model (DMM) and flow instability theories based on the flow stability criteria and Ziegler's instability criterion. In order to evaluate the reliability of the map, the mirostructural characteristics of the hot compressed specimens were correlated with test conditions in the stable and unstable regime. The combined microstructural and processing map of A350 LF2 was applied to predict an optimum condition and unstable regions for hot forming.

Let $E_n$ be the real ordered space of all $n{\times}n$ Hermitian Matrices and let T be a positive linear operator from $E_2$ to $E_3$. We prove in this paper that T is extreme if and only if T is unitarily equivalent to a map of the form $S_z$ for some $z{\in}C^2$ where $S_z$ is defined by $S_z(xx^*)=ww^*$, $w_i=x_iz_i$ for i = 1, 2 and $w_3=0$.

In this paper, we propose an automatic prostate cancer detection method using position, signal intensity and texture feature based on SVM in multi-parametric MR images. First, to align the prostate on DWI and ADC map to T2wMR, the transformation parameters of DWI are estimated by normalized mutual information-based rigid registration. Then, to normalize the signal intensity range among inter-patient images, histogram stretching is performed. Second, to detect prostate cancer areas in T2wMR, SVM classification with position, signal intensity and texture features was performed on T2wMR, DWI and ADC map. Our feature classification using multi-parametric MR imaging can improve the prostate cancer detection rate on T2wMR.
