  • The volatility of major crypto currencies was examined and they are diagnosed whether they have a systematic risk or not, by estimating market beta representing systematic risk using GARCH( Generalized Auto Regressive Conditional Heteroskedastieity) model. First, the empirical results showed that their prices are very volatile over time because of the existence of ARCH and GARCH effects. Second, in terms of efficiency, asymmetric GJR model was estimated to be the most appropriate model because the standard error of a market beta was less than that of the OLS model and GARCH model. Third, the estimated market beta of Bitcoin using GJR model was less than 1 at 0.8791, showing that there is no systematic risk. However, unlike OLS model, the market beta of Ethereum and Ripple was estimated at 1.0581 and 1.1222, showing that there is systematic risk. This result shows that bitcoin is less dangerous than Ripple and Ethereum, and ripple is the most dangerous of all three crypto currencies. Finally, the major cryptocurrency found that the negative impact caused greater variability than the positive impact, causing bad news to fluctuate more than good news, and therefore good news and bad news had a different effect on the variability.

  • Dentoalveolar (DA) trauma, which can involve tooth, alveolar bone, and surrounding soft tissues, is a significant dentofacial emergency. In emergency settings, physicians might lack comprehensive knowledge of timely procedures, causing delays for specialist referral. This systematic review assesses the literature on isolated DA fractures, emphasizing intervention timing and splinting techniques and duration in both children and adults. This systematic review adhered to PRISMA guidelines and involved a thorough search across PubMed, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, and the Cochrane Library from January 1980 to December 2022. Inclusion and exclusion criteria guided study selection, with data extraction and analysis centered on demographics, etiology, injury site, diagnostics, treatment timelines, and outcomes in pediatric (2-12 years) and adult (>12 years) populations. This review analyzed 26 studies, categorized by age into pediatrics (2-12 years) and adults (>12 years). Falls were a common etiology, primarily affecting the anterior maxilla. Immediate management involved replantation, repositioning, and splinting within 24 hours (pediatric) or 48 hours (adult). Composite resin-bonded splints were common. Endodontic treatment was done within a timeframe of 3 days to 12 weeks for children and 2-12 weeks for adults. Tailored management based on patient age, tooth development stage, time elapsed, and resource availability is essential.

  • In the context of total quality management, customer satisfaction is a key factor of success. Customer needs have been in the past described with rather vague words. In order to lead in the competitive market, product designers must be willing to interpret and reflect customer perceptions of a product on the design. The objective of this research is to develop a systematic process capable of linking customer preferences on a product to the design of product elements or specifications. The design process consists of multivariate statistical analyses, semantic differentials, and multidimensional scaling techniques under the framework of a methodology known as quality function deployment which is frequently used to construct a quality design process. The process being established is expected to serve as an effective means to communicate between the customer and the designer through proper representational schemes of design elements.

  • Today the corporate environment is changing rapidly in a standpoint of politics, economics, society and technology environment. So corporates need a management strategy in another point of view. As a new menagement strategy it is introduced corporate culture. The corporate culture should be built with the core of CI, in order to be adapted to peripheral circumstances of the company. The purpose of this thesis is to contribute to manage the systematic management of corporate image by inquiring into corporate identity. Through the research of the deluxe hotels in seoul it is tried to find hotel CI-concept. As a result, the knowledge level of hotel managers is a little low and considered simply as the modification of basic elements and development of a visual idenification system. The emphasis must be on the coordination and integration to create a desired coroporate image and to communicate this image created for the target audience in a systematic and unified mannr.

  • Aimed at fostering global human resource and utilizing it, this study presents a more systematic approach for encouraging overseas employment of the young generation. This study suggests a method for the objective evaluation of the overseas employment program through to used the M. Porter's 5-Forces and business administrative technologies. The result of this research will allow us to suggest a well-organized and more systematic frame of the international exchange programs, in which various new policies can be found. Since the overseas employment program is a non-standard, yet important, national policy plan, the future direction of the program was suggested based on the data of the previously-promoted programs.

  • The structural design process of the buildings consists of several design phases, which perform the simple calculation and the decision mailing to be with designers judgement, recursively. In this paper, the information that created during the design phases and used for generating the rational design result is called intermediate information. The intermediate information as well as the structural design results must be managed together in order to develop an integrated system for computer aided structural design. This paper presents the research for the object modeling concepts and the formal object model according to them for the systematic management of not only structural design results but also intermediate information.

  • Structured modeling provides a formal mathematical framework, language, and computer-based environment for conceiving, representing, and manipulating a wide variety of model. It provides a natural framework for integrated modeling owing to its explicit representation power for computational dependencies among submodles. Nevertheless, it doesn't seem to offer a systematic way of composing a structured model from submodels. In order to develop a systematic way, this paper discusses three key issues : (1) Genus structure for model composition, (2) Storage of structured models, and (3) Integration of structured models. To formalize and visualize the approach, a programming module is developed to implemented the step-by-step integration.

  • In these days companies are rapidly implementing the extended enterprise collaboration to provide enhanced management services and products based on the enterprise integration that human resources, technologies and the management process. In this corporate environment, ASP (Application Service Provider) which is the developed type of outsourcing in the area of information technology, is a good alternative for corporate information system management. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop the certification methodology to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. The paper provides the safe and reliable certification methodology for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and the systematic certification methodology of application and service provider(service environment) domains of ASP are provided. A evaluation method for the developed certification methodology is also proposed.
