외식조리학과 재학생들의 선택, 성별, 학년별 변인이 블록식 교육만족도와 미래직업의지에 미치는 영향연구 (A Study on Choice, Gender, and Student Satisfaction with a Block Education System and its Influence on their Job will)

  • 본 연구는 조리학과 재학생들의 학과 선택에 따른 블록식 수업프로그램에 대한 만족도와 미래직업의지에 영향적 요인들을 확인하기 위해 변인으로 선택, 성별과 학년으로 구분하여 검증하였다. 이와 함께 블록식 수업 프로그램의 만족도가 미래 직업 의지에 영향을 주는 것에 대해서도 검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 성별과 학년별에 따른 수업만족도 T-검증 결과로 볼 때 유의수준 0.05에서 유의성을 보였으며, 남학생들이 여학생들보다 수업만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 성별에 따른 미래 직업 의지에서도 성별에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났는데, 역시 남학생이 여학생보다 미래 직업의지가 더욱 강하게 나타났다. 그러나 학년별 블록식 수업만족도 검증에서는 학년간 유의한 차이를 보이지 않고 있다. 학년별 미래직업의지에서는 유의수준 0.01에서 유의한 차이를 보이고 있다. 결과적으로 1학년이 가장 강하게 나타났고 4학년이 비교적 약하게 나타났다. 다음으로 선택변인에 따라 블록식 수업프로그램 만족도를 검증한 결과 두 변인 간 상관관계가 존재하고, 유의성검증에서도 모두 p-value가 0.000으로 매우 유의하게 나타났다. 자신이 선택한 결과에 대해서 책임감과 만족도가 높게 나타나는 것은 이미 많은 선행연구에서도 검증이 된바 있으며 블록식 수업에서도 같은 결과를 얻게 된 것이다. 마지막으로 블록식 수업만족도와 미래직업의지와의 관계에서도 p-value 0.000수준으로 유의성이 매우 높게 나타났으며 회귀결정계수도 0.840으로 상당히 크게 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구 결과로 볼때 성별에 따라서 블록식 프로그램의 만족도와 미래직업의지는 차이가 나는 것은 여학생들이 남학생보다 블록식 교육시스템에서 육체적으로 더 힘들게 느끼는 것으로 사료된다. 반면 학년에 따라서 차이는 없지만 미래직업의지에는 차이가 나타났다. 학년에 따른 미래직업의지에서 1학년이 가장 높고 4학년이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 성별에 따라 블록시스템에 만족도가 다르고 학년에 따라 미래직업의지가 다르기 때문에 조리 교사들은 이러한 결과를 고려해서 학생들의 미래직업 준비와 수업만족도에 대한 개선을 계획해야 할 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 시스템 요인인 시스템 사용, 유비쿼터스 편의성에 미치는 영향과 시스템 사용, 유비쿼터스 편의성이 사용자 만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 시스템 품질과 즉시 접속성이 시스템 사용에 유의한 영향을 미치고 시스템 품질, 정보 품질이 유비쿼터스 편의성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 아울러 시스템 사용, 유비쿼터스 편의성이 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 유비쿼터스 시스템 관련 벤처창업을 위해서는 철저한 보안관리가 중요하고, 유비쿼터스 시스템 특징의 하나인 사용자가 필요성을 인식하는 시점에 정보나 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 환경을 구축해야 한다.

보건소 정보시스템의 평가에 관한 실증적 연구 (The Evaluation of Information System Success Factors In Health Center)

  • Factors influencing the success or failure of information systems9IS) have been discussed in many literes. However, little thertical development or empirical research has examined effectiveness of information systems in health center. This study evaluates several model that contribute to IS success in bealth center. In this study, we propose a process model that exhibits several variables influence one after another. These can be classified into six different dimensions. These inclube system aspect, invidual effect. The system aspect is classified by system quality, information quality and service quality. On individual and organizational aspect, this study uses computer self-efficacy and support of top management. The results of this study are as follows: according to multiple regression analysis of user satisfaction, information quality and support of top management are statistically significant influence on user satisfaction. System quality and service quality are a partially significant influence on user satisfaction. Hypothesis 5, proposing that computer self-efficacy would relate positively to user satisfaction, ws not supported by the questionnaire results. Based on these results, information quality and support of top management are very important variables for IS success.

원자력 규제정책에 대한 국민신뢰도 평가 SD모델 연구 (System Dynamic Model Study of Public Trust on Nuclear Regulation Policy)

  • The purpose of this paper is to simulate public trust on nuclear regulation policy. The first of all, public trust variables and the model were developed and analysed by system dynamic method. The model are consisted of the operator safety culture level, regulatory competence levels, the public satisfaction and public trust level. The scenario is made up three type which base scenario, the system operator's safety culture level and accident event level. First. the simulation results of standard scenario shows that rapidly declining public satisfaction and trust level of the national safety after Japan's nuclear accident in November 2011. Second, operator safety culture level and simulated divided into three levels. The results showed that a greater impact on the public satisfaction if bad than good case. Finally, the size of the accident was simulated divided into three levels levels(no accident, medium, serious accidents). the results showed a weak effect against the regulatory capacity and safety performance levels but showed a significant impact on public satisfaction and confidence level.

대구지역의 섬유·의복 분야 일학습병행제 참여기업 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Companies Involved in Work and Learning Dual System at the Textile Clothing Sector in Daegu)

  • The aim of this study is to investigate the general status, operating status, and the satisfaction level of participating textile-clothing companies involved in the Work and Learning Dual System in Daegu. The general status and operating status of the participating companies are as follows. As of March 2016, 34 of the 43 companies in Daegu participated in this survey, and they were divided into three areas of textile: weaving, dyeing & finishing, and apparel manufacturing. The breakdown is as follows: 14 dyeing & finishing companies (41.2%), 13 apparel manufacturing companies (38.2%), and 7 textile weaving companies (23.6%). The results of the survey showed that 91.2% of the companies decided to participate in the system to cultivate their employees into experts in the field. The satisfaction rate of the theoretical education and training institutions was 3.88 out of 5 points. In particular, the satisfaction rate of the textile weaving companies was as high as 4.29, and the satisfaction level of the dyeing & finishing companies was higher than the average of 3.71. The overall satisfaction rate for the work-related paradigm was 3.97 out of 5 points. The results of this survey can be used to conclude that the Work and Learning Dual System is operating as it was intended to be by the government.

포괄적인 정보시스템 성과평가모형에 관한 연구 (A Comprehensive Model for Measuring Information Systems Performance)

  • Measuring performance of corporate information system has become one of the core issues in that development of the information system requires substantial amount of investments and the system works as a crucial leverage to enhance competitive edge. Most of the previous researches for performance of the information system have narrow and limited focus on such as the effect of user satisfaction and productivity. This paper suggests a model to measures the comprehensive performance which is classified as user scope (user involvement and satisfaction), operational scope (task productivity, task innovation, customer satisfaction, management control) and efficiency scope (financial performance), and to represent the relationship among the scopes by the path analysis model. Followings are conclusions from statistical hypothesis test of the model: (i) user involvement through user satisfaction has positive effect on all the performances in the operational scope, (ii) task innovation and customer satisfaction in the operational scope has statistically significant impact on financial performance but task productivity and management control do not. This conclusion indicates that task productivity and management control has the long term effect in nature, and evaluation of the information system has managerial implication when it Is measured in comprehensive performance which includes internal operational performances as well as financial performance.

의료서비스경험자의 보건의료제도 인식도와 영향 요인 (Health Care System Recognition and Influential Factors of Health Care Experiences)

  • Objectives : This study was performed to investigate health care system recognition and influential factors using the data from the "2017 Health Care Experience Survey". Methods : Data on 7,000 participants in the Health Care Experience Survey were drawn and statistically examined using a t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Results : First, the significant factors of health care service satisfaction were education, income, region, chronic diseases, unmet medical needs, satisfaction with doctors and institutions, and the health care system's reliability and importance. Second, the influential factors of willingness to pay additional health insurance premium were age, occupation, income, health status, chronic diseases, unmet medical needs, satisfaction with health care institutions, limit to utilization of medical services, necessity of health care reform, and the health care system's reliability, satisfaction, importance. Conclusions : Since the additional burden for improving the health care has been negative to the socially disadvantaged, there should be efforts to provide stable health care funding for financial stability of the health insurances by considering public opinions and reaching social consensus.

컨설턴트 역량이 컨설팅 성과, 고객만족, 재계약 의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: GMP 산업의 CSV 컨설팅을 중심으로 (The Effect of Consultant Competency on Consulting Performance, Customer Satisfaction, and Intention to Renew Contract: Focused on CSV Consulting in the GMP Industry)

  • The computer system validation consulting industry is growing as domestic GMP companies' overseas exports or advancements increase, and computer system validation has been mandatory in Korea since the 2010s, but domestic CSV consulting companies are small in size and have a short history, revealing many shortcomings in terms of service quality and customer satisfaction when conducting consulting. Research related to consulting has been mainly focused on management consulting and IT consulting, and research related to computer system validation is very insufficient. This study confirmed the effect of consultant competency and service quality on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract when performing computer system validation through empirical research on food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and medical device companies, which are representative companies in the GMP industry. As a result, it was confirmed that consultant competency and service quality had a significant effect on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract. In addition, it was confirmed that the reputation and expertise of consulting companies had a moderating effect on the relationship between consultant competency and consulting performance.

  • 본 연구는 의료기관 인증제도가 구성원들이 지각하는 서비스가치, 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 의료기관 인증제도는 의료기관 종사자들이 지각하는 서비스가치에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 의료기관 인증제도는 의료기관 종사자들이 지각하는 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 의료기관의 서비스가치는 의료기관 종사자들의 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 의료기관 종사자들의 직무만족은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of family-friendly life environment factors including local community's living environment satisfaction (safety, convenience, comfort, accessibility, exchange of neighbor satisfaction), family support facility satisfaction, family support program satisfaction and nurture and education environment satisfaction, and local community's living information accessibility on the effect of multiple roles of married men and women with children. Data were collected from 380 married men and women with children located Seoul, GyeongGi-Do, ChungCheongBuk-Do, and KyungSangNam-Do. The results show that, first of all, related to general trend of role satisfaction and role strain, the subjects have higher experience of role satisfaction than role strain. Secondly, the variables of social demography, such as monthly income, non-regular full-time working system, white collar occupation, number of children and level of education, and living environment variables, such as satisfaction of living environment stability and satisfaction of neighbor exchange in living environment were significantly related to role strain. Thirdly, social demography variables, such as average monthly earnings, gender (male), non-regular part-time working system, satisfaction of stability in living environment, and satisfaction of convenience in living environment were significantly related to role strain.
