9.11 terrors which happen in 2001 in the U.S. recognize importance about national security and Department of Commerce, country safety department, Federal Communication Commission(FCC) etc. are establishing RFID sticking plan in harbor exit and entrance container for this, and it is real condition that is preparing preparation of law and system that establishes harbor peace law(Safe Port Act) on October, 2006 and acts on for U.S. about container load cargo Europe and Asia each countries. These law and system is logistics security that strengthen search for import and export freight and security to main contents. To meet in these circumstance subsequent, this paper is to examine the following three themes. First, examined necessity of logistics security and logistics security strengthening tendency, and second, examined in achievement of logistics business and RFID, and third, presented logistics security process that utilize change of realization about logistics security and RFID's role for logistics security. Through upper investigation, this paper suggested the realization about logistics security raising, logistics security connection system construction by export step, real-time freight chase that use RFID, construction necessity of executive system and development of logistics security equipment required.

The need for this study must be considerable, as being activate of green roofs research that the organization and construction obtain access to more development technologies. Nevertheless, the green roofs system has begun to apply since 1980's, the green roofs technology was restricted to develop without verification of technologies such as a load or water leakage. There is a limit as urethane waterproofing to almost domestic waterproofing materials and methods of construction for general green roofs. The introduction of materials and methods of construction which are appropriated to property of green roofs could be a decisive factor in a long-range durability and economical maintenance cost, moreover, it support to variety construction system and organization. This present paper describes a necessity of waterproofing and root barrier system is one of the sub-organization based on green roofs construction, which have enormously large impact on the durability.

Recently, according to development of information-oriented society, internet application technology on electricity electron controled technology fields are diversified and the necessity of remote measurement by internet is gradually increased. In this paper, to meet in these necessity we design and implementation of remote measurement system using internet embedded module, which was developed for on-line measurement of various kinds of analogue data. This system is consisted of two parts greatly, hardware module for measurement and software module to control it. The advantage of this system is that users can acquisition the remote data of temperature and illumination etc. without extra serve pc easily. In order to test the validity of the proposed system, we examine the response and operating characteristic about several states. As a result of the test, we proved the effectiveness of it.

This study suggests that the system improvement priority of the Natural Conservation Zone of the Metropolitan Area Maintenance Planning Law, which was enacted for about 37 years. First of all, through the precedent research and the consultation meeting, the improvement plan was divided into the short term and the mid(or long) term. Important findings and implications are as follows. The short-term priority results were 'Improve water quality regulation', 'Strengthen individual location regulations of factories and induce multi-use plan position', and 'Improvement of waterfront area regulation', which were both critical and urgent. The mid-term(or Long-term) priority results were 'To integrate development and environmental duplication regulations', 'Abolition and unification of environmental laws', and 'Adjustment and resetting of natural conservation areas', which were both critical and urgent. On the other hand, 76.4% of the residents and 64.5% of the experts are concerned about the necessity of improvement of the Natural Conservation Zone system. Both residents and experts seem to be aware of the necessity. Opinions about Improvement and mitigation of regulations on Natural Conservation Zone that were constantly raised. In the past, there was a temporary and fragmented institutional mitigation of the government. However, with the rapid development of eco-friendly technologies since 2010, Our Country Conditions is in a transition period. This study has significant implications for the improvement and mitigation of metropolitan area regulations.

This purpose of this study was to contribute to the establishment of nutriton labeling and consumer education about food label by offereing basic information. Survey was carried out by questionnaire method. Subject groups were middle and high school female teachers and they were asked questions about their utilization and satisfaction of the current food labeling system, their awareness of the nutrition labeling and its necessity, and their acceptance of the future enforcement of nutrition labeling system. Questionnaires were distributed to 500 middle school female teachers in Chungbuk and Kyoggi area. Out of 340 reports(68%) collected, 311 reports(91.5%) were analyzed using SAS computer program. Most of the respondents payed much attention to the labels of the food at the time of purchase, the degree of their satisfaction in the current food labeling system was low. Concerning the awareness on nutrition labeling, Home Economics teachers knew better than non-Home Economics whether there were the regulations of nutrition labeling in Korea or not. Ninety-six percent of respondents answered that nutrition labeling is necessary. Home Economics teachers recognized the necessity of nutrition labeling more strongly than non-Home Economics teachers. Sixty eight percent of the respondents showed positive attitude to the actuation of nutrition labeling.

With the growth and maturation of IT industry, the necessity of audit about development, maintenance and management of high-quality information system is gradually increasing. In addition, the necessity of inner auditing system, which could totally verify and evaluate the effectiveness of project according to the characteristics of organization conducting information-oriented business, also being proposed. Government offices including Korea Institute of Science and Technology(KISTI) collectively controlling nationwide science-technology related information have no guiding principle or organization within themselves even though performing information-oriented businesses are becoming more bigger and complicated. In this paper, we propose scheme for devising framework, which can audit construction and operation of knowledge information, check list and guideline. In addition, we present concrete ways for adapting these schemes to institutes which manage science-technology knowledge information. Audit framework consists of points of time in audit, audit domain and audit criterion. Points of time in audit are defined as three phases as followings: pre-audit, in-progress audit and post-audit. Audit domain includes 16 detail audit domains and especially we set 11 check items and 40 detail investigation items for database implementation business. We expect that management level of science-technology implementation business of organizations using this research result will increase and they could offer high-quality information service.

In this paper, we propose mechanism of system call control, monitor, and manage by user level, and for this purpose we propose the mechanism using system call intercept and a logging system. Proposed mechanism is more convenient in that there is no necessity for modification of linux source code, so general users can actively apply and modify. As an application model for the mechanism, we can explain for the Daemon Process Protection System which can have a complete control on system daemon processes.

This study analyzes the necessity and situation of the improvement of housing quality control system for the consumer. we find several defeats of the Housing Quality Control System in Korea. Especially there is no any organization that manange the total housing quality control. So this study suggest the home warranty system should be established as soon as possible for protectings home-buyers and improving housing quality.

A dynamic stability analysis of a large interconnected power system takes much time even though the modern large computer is used because of the high order of the system dynamic equations. By the necessity of the low order power system models, a simplified power system model of the generator with the high speed solid state exciter is developed in this paper. The usefulness of the reduced model is confirmed by comparing its eigenvalues and the transient responses with those of the original model in the single machine to infinite bus power system.
